Mécanisme de sélection de l'orientation préférentielle lors de la croissance de couches minces, application au dépôt d'oxyde de zinc par pulvérisation magnétron à impulsions de haute puissance / Preferential orientation selection mechanism during thins films growth, application to deposition of zinc oxide by high power impulse magnetron sputtering

Cette étude a pour but la mise au point d'un procédé de dépôt en vue de réaliser des fibres piézoélectriques. Ces fibres pourront être utilisées soit comme jauge de déformation (extensomètre) soit comme système de récupération d'énergie liée au mouvement d'un utilisateur (tissu) pour alimenter un dispositif d'électronique embarqué. Une fibre piézoélectrique constituée d'un dépôt cylindrique d'oxyde de zinc sur un fil d'acier inoxydable a été réalisée par pulvérisation magnétron à impulsion de haute puissance (HiPIMS) à l'aide d'un prototype de traitement au défilé conçu, réalisé et décrit lors de cette étude. Une caractérisation précise des échantillons réalisés dans différentes conditions expérimentales a permis de décrire et comprendre en partie les mécanismes de croissance des dépôts, ceci de manière, en particulier, à déterminer les conditions de fonctionnement optimum pour l'élaboration de dépôts possédant une orientation cristalline préférentielle hors plan. Pour envisager le traitement de fibres ne supportant pas les hautes températures nous avons montré qu'il était possible de contrôler cette température en ajustant certains paramètres du procédé, tel que la pression et la puissance moyenne. Un mécanisme de germination préférentielle suivi d'une croissance par auto-épitaxie a été proposé afin d'expliquer la très forte orientation préférentielle des films réalisés à faible température. Pour des fortes valeurs de courant crête, le phénomène de germination préférentielle associé à la croissance évolutionnaire pourrait favoriser l'orientation (101)*. Pour les plus fortes valeurs de courant, aucune orientation préférentielle n'est observée et les fortes contraintes mesurées ont été attribuées à l'excès d'oxygène détecté dans les couches / A piezoelectric fiber constituted of ZnO cylindrical coating on a stainless steel wire has been achieved by High Power Impulse Magnetron Sputtering (HiPIMS) by using a prototype designed and assembled during this PhD work. The piezoelectric fiber can be used as a strain probe or as a vibration harvesting generator for embedded electronics. The analyses of deposited layer allow to understand ZnO growth mechanism in order to optimize to deposition process. A special emphasis has been placed on the selection of preferential orientation during the growth. The low volume of steel wire, allow to control his temperature by adjusting some process parameters, like the pressure and the average power. Temperature sensitive wires (e.g. polymer) can be treated in the mildest conditions. Preferential nucleation followed by self-epitaxy have been proposed to explain the very strong preferential orientation identified in coatings deposited at low temperature. At high peak current, preferential nucleation and evolutionary growth can promote the (101)* orientation. At highest peak currents no preferential orientation was identified and the high residual stress has been attributed to the excess of oxygen in the coating

La planification par scénarios est devenue un outil organisationnel extrêmement populaire. Elle stimule la réflexion stratégique et contribue à surmonter la pensée limitée à travers l’imagination de futurs multiples. Son objectif est de comprendre l’environnement mais encore évaluer les options stratégiques en dépit des scénarios proposés. Malgré cette popularité, force est de constater que très peu de travaux ont traité ses bienfaits sur l’organisation. L’objectif de cette recherche est, donc, l’étude de son impact sur le développement de la flexibilité et l’orientation entrepreneuriale. Notre recherche s’appuie sur une étude quantitative menée auprès de 133 cadres évoluant dans le secteur social et médico-social en France. Les résultats font apparaître une relation positive entre la planification par scénarios, la flexibilité stratégique et l’orientation entrepreneuriale. / Scenario planning has become an extremely popular organizational tool. It stimulates strategic thinking and helps overcome the limited thinking across the imagination of multiple futures. Its aim is to understand the environment but also to evaluate strategic options in spite of the proposed scenarios. Despite this popularity, there is inadequate research and theory to support its benefits to the organization. The objective of this research is to study its impact on the development of flexibility and entrepreneurial orientation. Our research is based on quantitative survey of 133 executives of French companies in the social and medico-social sector. The results confirm the expected relationships and reveal scenario planning to be an important determinant of strategic flexibility and entrepreneurial orientation.

Orientação para o mercado: a relação entre a orientação para a tecnologia e o marketing relacional. / Market orientation: the relationship between technology orientation and the relational marketing.

A orientação para o mercado (OPM) tem se mostrado uma alternativa interessante no ambiente competitivo atual. Diversos estudos têm demonstrado que essa prática traz retornos favoráveis ao desempenho financeiro e mercadológico das empresas. Dado seus resultados favoráveis a OPM, que inicialmente referia-se à orientação para o cliente, e posteriormente para o cliente e concorrente, vem ganhando abrangência cada vez maior, atingindo outros elos da cadeia produtiva, como os canais de distribuição e o consumidor final. A proximidade com os clientes, a integração dos diversos departamentos da empresa, e o foco na entrega de valor superior, colaboram para a construção de um ambiente criativo que privilegie idéias inovadoras. Neste contexto, buscou-se conhecer a relação existente entre a Orientação para a Tecnologia e o Marketing de Relacionamento em empresas orientadas para o mercado, seguindo os pressupostos de um modelo de OPM, sugerido neste trabalho, e composto por três elementos: cultura transversal (CT), formação e disseminação de inteligência (FDI), e estratégia de ação (EA). O foco principal da pesquisa, portanto, girou em torno das variáveis: orientação para a tecnologia e marketing de relacionamento, e suas principais relações. Para atender aos objetivos deste trabalho, realizaram-se de estudos de casos e análises de dados econômicos de dez empresas petroquímicas atuantes no Brasil, onde se efetuou um levantamento de campo, com questões pré-estruturadas, baseadas em argumentos teóricos. Dentre os resultados obtidos, chamou a atenção adoção dos modelos inovativo technology push ou technology push e demand pull em concomitância com a prática de marketing relacional. Percebeu-se, também, que as empresas buscam um equilíbrio entre orientação para a tecnologia e o marketing de relacionamento, de forma que estas duas forças se complementem. O resultado da pesquisa foi colocado em um gráfico onde foram caracterizadas as diferentes categorias da estratégia de ação (EA). Outro ponto avaliado na pesquisa diz respeito à abrangência da OPM, neste sentido, percebeu-se que tal orientação contempla, ainda, a orientação para o fornecedor, como elemento-chave para a entrega de valor superior ao cliente, e para a manutenção de vantagens competitivas pela empresa. / Market orientation has been identified as an interesting alternative to companies, in the current competitive environment. Several studies had demonstrated that this practice brings favorable returns to the financial and marketing performance of the companies. Due to these favorable results, market orientation, initially orientated only towards the end customer, became oriented towards both the end customer and competitor, reaching other links of the supply chain, as the canals of distribution and the final user. Moreover, the proximity with customers, the integration of different departments of the company, and the focus on the delivery of value, all permit the construction of a creative environment that privileges innovative ideas. The present dissertation analyzes the relationship between Technology Orientation and Relationship Market in petrochemical companies in Brazil, and presents a model of market orientation composed for three elements: transversal culture (TC), formation and dissemination of intelligence (FDI) and strategy of action (SA). The methodology used was multiple-cases study and the analysis of quantitative data from this sector. To fulfill this purpose, a structured questionnaire was developed, based in the theoretical arguments, and to be answered by the ten operating companies working in the Petrochemical sector in Brazil. The main focus of the work was on the technological orientation and market orientation relationship, and the possible relationship between these two orientations. One of the results indicated that these companies are adopting an innovative model of technology push or technology push and demand pull, concurrent to the relational marketing model. Thus, the technology orientation and the relational marketing are not opposed, but complementary in companies oriented for the market. The result of the research was placed in a graph in which had been characterized the different categories of the action strategy. Another point evaluated in the research, is the scope of the orientation for the market. In this case, this study shows that this orientation contemplates the orientation for the supplier, as key element for delivering superior value to the customer, and also for the maintenance of competitive advantages for the company.

Gestão de marketing em um contexto de demandas divergentes entre stakeholders: um estudo exploratório / Marketing management in a context of divergent stakeholders\' demands: an exploratory study

A partir dos anos 1950, o conceito de marketing e a orientação para mercado destacaram a importância do consumidor para as empresas. Nas últimas décadas surgiu uma nova visão que propõe que as demandas de outros públicos também são relevantes, como colocam a orientação para stakeholders e a de marketing holístico, entre outras. Em alguns contextos, porém, consumidor e outros públicos têm demandas divergentes, como na indústria de alimentos brasileira atualmente. Se, por um lado, aumenta o consumo de industrializados, identifica-se que, por outro, o governo tenta mudar a composição desses alimentos para reduzir o teor de ingredientes considerados prejudiciais à saúde se consumidos em excesso e, assim como ONGs, tenta desestimular seu consumo. O presente estudo busca, por meio de uma pesquisa empírica, com amostra não-probabilística, analisar como é feita a gestão de marketing nesse contexto. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com sete gestores de marcas de alimentos industrializados que atuam em categorias onde o governo identifica necessidade de mudanças. O elemento de partida, por tangibilizar as decisões de gestão da marca e facilitar a abordagem do assunto, foi uma campanha de comunicação de marketing recente. As respostas foram analisadas pelo método de análise de conteúdo e os resultados indicam que, na gestão de marketing, as demandas do consumidor são as de maior relevância, até porque, sem colocá-las em evidência, há risco para o sucesso do negócio. Há algumas ações descritas pelos gestores que foram motivadas por pressões de outros públicos, como a mudança de público-alvo e de mensagem em campanhas de comunicação e a reformulação de produtos - neste último exemplo, porém, não houve adesão do mercado em dois casos narrados. Isso não significa, entretanto, que o consumidor não incorpore as discussões em torno da saudabilidade proposta por outros públicos e que, atualmente, evidenciam as demandas divergentes entre stakeholders. Um nicho, caracterizado principalmente pelo poder aquisitivo mais alto, tem interesses que vão ao encontro do que propõem o governo e as ONGs. O grande mercado consumidor, porém, ainda valoriza mais o acesso a novas categorias que se tornou possível com o recente aumento de renda no Brasil. O caminho para que as mudanças ocorram de maneira mais ampla e rápido, de acordo com os gestores, passa pela informação, de maneira a diminuir a divergência entre as demandas dos stakeholders envolvidos na questão. / In the 1950s, the marketing concept and the market orientation emphasized the importance of the consumer to companies. In the last decades, new concepts emerged, which highlight that the demand of other publics are also priorities, as state the stakeholder and the holistic marketing orientations, for example. In some contexts, however, consumers and other publics might have divergent demands, as in the Brazilian food industry nowadays. On one hand, the consumption of industrialized items increases and, on the other, government tries to change the formulation of those products to reduce the quantity of ingredients that are considered unhealthy if eaten in high levels and tries to discourage its consumption. Some NGOs are also dedicated to the subject and support the government\'s point of view. This study analyses the marketing management of brands in that context through an empirical research with a non-probability sample. In-depth interviews were conducted with seven marketing professionals of the food industry whose categories are involved in the discussions started by the Brazilian government. A recent marketing communication campaign was chosen as the starting point of the interview since it is a public expression of the brand and it could facilitate the conversation and analysis of the subject. The analytical procedure used was content analysis. The results show that consumers\' demands are the most relevant for marketing management because if the market is not satisfied, the business might be on risk. Some actions presented by the managers were motivated by pressure imposed by other publics, such as the change of the communication target for two brands and the implementation of new formulas for some products of other two brands. In these cases, however, the market did not accept the healthier options. Nevertheless, consumers are more aware of healthy habits. A niche of high-income people has demands that are closer to those presented by the government. But the average consumer, due to the recent income increase in Brazil, still places more value on having access to new categories than on making choices. In order for changes to happen faster and widely, bringing the consumers and government\'s demands closer, managers point out the need of information.

Os efeitos do retardo de crescimento intra-uterino no comportamento de orientação do recém nascido a termo, aos estímulos visuais e auditivos, no período pós-natal imediato

Com o objetivo de comparar a orientação visual e auditiva no período neonatal imediato entre recém-nascidos (RNs) a termo pequenos para idade gestacional (PIGs) com os de peso adequado (AIGs), assim como o seu custo para os bebês, foi estudada uma população de RNs sadios, dividida em dois grupos. Pacientes e Métodos: nós conduzimos um estudo transversal controlado, onde fator de exposição foi o retardo de crescimento intra-uterino (RCIU) e os desfechos foram os comportamentos de orientação visual e auditiva dos bebês, bem como o custo para sua realização ( itens suplementares). O exame completo foi realizado (EACN) mas neste momento enfatizamos para estudo os comportamentos de orientação e seu custo para o bebê. O grupo 1 foi constituído por 56 RNs PIGs e o grupo 2 por 118 RNs AIGs. O instrumento utilizado foi a Escala de Avaliação do Comportamento Neonatal (EACN) de Brazelton e o exame ocorreu entre 48 e 72 horas após o nascimento. Para minimizar os efeitos de drogas usadas em analgesia obstétrica com impacto no comportamento neonatal, só foram incluídos no estudo, bebês cujas mães tenham recebido, no máximo, bloqueio peri-dural com marcaína. Foram excluídos os malformados, aqueles cujas mães não realizaram prénatal, os RNs PIG simétricos, os que necessitaram cuidados intensivos e aqueles cujas mães tinham antecedentes de uso de outras drogas, que não tabaco. Além dos ítens de orientação e o custo dela para o RN, outras variáveis incluíram: a idade materna, paridade, tipo de parto, Apgar a 1 e 5 minutos, idade gestacional, sexo, cor, peso, comprimento e perímetro cefálico do RN, e a prevalência de aleitamento materno. Para a análise estatística, os dados foram descritos pela média e desvio-padrão e as comparações entre os grupos foram feitas através do teste t para amostras independentes. Para a avaliação da magnitude das diferenças, foi calculado o tamanho de efeito padronizado (TEP). Resultados: Não foram encontradas diferenças significativas quanto à idade materna, paridade, Apgar no primeiro e quinto minutos, idade gestacional, sexo dos bebês, cor e tipo de alimentação. No entanto, elas foram encontradas para o peso de nascimento, comprimento e perímetro cefálico. Os comportamentos de resposta aos itens de orientação aos estímulos animados e inanimados, visuais e auditivos, foram significativamente diferentes entre os grupos, assim como os itens suplementares. Discussão: os achados deste estudo suportam a idéia de que os RNs PIGs apresentam respostas de menor qualidade aos estímulos de orientação visual e auditiva, tanto animados como inanimados do que os bebês AIG no período pós-parto imediato. Nossos resultados confirmam observações de estudos anteriores de que essas diferenças são encontradas no grupo de orientação como um todo. Em nosso estudo, porém, diferentemente dos estudos prévios, encontramos significância comparando-se os comportamentos de resposta a cada um dos ítens do comportamento social. As significativas diferenças encontradas nos ítens suplementares, reforçam a idéia de que os bebês PIG se constituem em um grupo de risco para a interação com o seu meio ambiente. / In order to compare the behavior of visual and auditive orientation in the imediate neonatal period between fullterm, small for gestational age (SGA) to those of adequate weight to gestational age (AGA), we studied 174 healthy neonates, divided in two groups. Subjects and Methods: we conducted a controlled, cross-sectional study, where the exposure factor was the intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) and the endpoints were the babie’s visual and auditive orientation behaviors, as well as the cost to it (supplementary itens). The complete NBAS was performed but at this moment we enfasize the orientation behavior and supplementary itens to study. Group 1 was made by 56 SGA babies and group 2 by 118 AGA neonates. As instrument, we used the Brazelton's Neonatal Behavior Assessment Scale (NBAS) and the exam ocurred between 48 and 72 hours after birth. With the goal of minimize the effects of drugs used for obstetric analgesia in the neonatal behavior, only babies whose mothers received no more than epidural blockage with marcaíne were included in the study. We excluded children with malformations, those who required intensive care, those whose mothers has no prenatal care, the simetric SGA babies, as well as those whose mother received medication other than marcaíne or used drugs, except tobaco. We looked at the baby's orientation behavior as well as the cost to it. Other studied variables were: maternal age, parity, type of delivery, Apgar score at 1 and 5 minutes, gestational age, and baby's colour, gender, weight, lenght, cephalic perimeter and prevalence of breastfeeding. Statistical analysis was carried out after treating data by the mean and standard-deviation and comparisons between groups were made using the t test. To evaluate the magnitude of the differences, we calculated the Cohen's Effect Sizes. Results: we weren't able to find any significant difference between groups regarding maternal age, parity, Apgar scores, gestational age as well as babie's colour, gender or breasfeeding. However, we found significant differences in birth weight, as expected due to the study design. And also, in lenght and cephalic perimeter. Orientation behavior, that is, response to animated and inanimated visual and auditory stimulous was significantly different between groups, as well as the behavior in the supplementary itens. Discussion: our results support the idea that SGA babies perform poorly than their AGA pairs in the NBAS orientation group as a whole. And also, that they need more support from the examiner. This has allready been reported by others. However, in this study, differently than others, AGA babies behaved better than SGA newborns in every item of the orientation exam. The significant differences found in the supplementary itens support the idea that SGA babies represent a risk group for interaction with their caretakers.

Spécificités du stress lors de la divulgation de son homosexualité : Spécificités des stratégies de coping, de l’évaluation des risques, du vécu émotionnel et du risque suicidaire lors d’une situation stressante particulière : l’annonce de son homosexualité

La littérature met en avant les nombreux signes de souffrances présents chez les jeunes homosexuels (addictions, dépression, anxiété…). Selon le « minority stress model » (Meyer, 1995), cette souffrance peut être mise en lien avec les nombreux stresseurs rencontrés par les homosexuels, plus particulièrement les stresseurs spécifiques à leur appartenance à une minorité sexuelle, comme par exemple la divulgation de leur homosexualité. En appuie sur le « minority stress model » et le modèle transactionnel du stress, cette recherche vise à mieux comprendre le déroulement de la divulgation de leur homosexualité, et les caractéristiques du stress durant cette annonce, en comparaison à d'autres situations hautement stressantes. L'étude 1 est quantitative est vise à mettre en lumière les spécificités du stress durant cette annonce, en comparaison à d'autres situations stressantes. L'étude 2 est une démarche qualitative. Elle vise à compléter les données de l'étude 1 et à mettre en évidence les différentes étapes qui composent la construction de leur identité sexuelle.Les résultats de l'étude 1 rendent compte des spécificités du stress durant la divulgation de leur homosexualité. Celles-ci se retrouvent à différents niveaux de transaction stressante (caractéristiques de la situation, évaluation primaire, secondaire, stratégies de coping et vécu émotionnel). Ces résultats illustrent également la prévalence du risque suicidaire des jeunes homosexuels lorsqu'ils sont confrontés à une situation hautement stressante. Les résultats de l'étude 2 confirment ceux de l'étude 1, et mettent en avant la complexicité de la construction de leur identité sexuelle. / The literature highlights many signs of suffering present in young homosexuals (addictions, depression, anxiety, suicidal risk ...). According to the minority stress model (Meyer, 1995), this pain can be linked to many stressors faced by homosexuals. The various stressful experiences which they face have been grouped under the term “minority stress”, such as disclosure of their homosexuality. According to the transactional stress model and the minority stress model, this research aims to better understand the course of the disclosure of their homosexuality, and characteristics of the stress during this announcement, compared to others highly stressful situations. Study 1 is a quantitative study which emphasize specificities of stress during the announcement, compared to others stressful situations. Study 2 is a qualitative approach. It aims to complement data from study 1 and to highlight different stages of sexual identity construction.Results of study 1 reflect specificities of stress during the disclosure of their homosexuality. These are found at different levels of stressful transaction (characteristics of the situation, primary assessment, secondary, coping strategies and emotional experience). These results also illustrate the prevalence of homosexuals suicidal risk when faced with a highly stressful situation. Results of study 2 confirm those of study 1, and highlight the complexity construction of sexual identity.

Systematic assessment of the role of Dynein regulators in oriented cell divisions by live RNAi screen in a novel vertebrate model of spindle orientation / Analyse systématique du rôle des régulateurs de Dyneine dans les orientations de divisions cellulaires par crible RNAi en temps réel dans un nouveau modèle d'orientation du fuseau mitotique dans des cellules humaines

L'orientation du fuseau mitotique joue un rôle essentiel dans le choix du destin cellulaire et dans l'homéostasie des tissus. Dans certains contextes, l'orientation du fuseau est contrôlée par le complexe moléculaire LGN, dont la localisation sous-corticale détermine le site de recrutement du moteur dyneine, lequel exerce des forces sur les microtubules astraux pour orienter le fuseau. Chez les vertébrés la régulation moléculaire de ce processus est cependant peu caractérisée. Nous avons décidé de chercher de nouveaux régulateurs de l'orientation du fuseau chez les vertébrés. Avec cet objectif, j'ai développé un modèle d'orientation du fuseau spécifiquement contrôlé par le complexe LGN. Avec ce modèle, j'ai réalisé un crible RNAi en évaluant 110 candidats incluant des moteurs moléculaires pour leur fonction dans l'orientation du fuseau. Notamment, ce crible a révélé que les régulateurs de la dyneine sont inégalement requis pour orienter le fuseau. De plus, entre les sous-unités de la dynactine, j'ai trouvé que la protéine du capping de l'actine, CAPZ-B, est un régulateur majeur de l'orientation du fuseau. La caractérisation de la fonction de CAPZ-B in vitro a révélé que CAPZ-B contrôle l'orientation du fuseau en régulant les complexes dyneine et dynactine ainsi que la dynamique des microtubules du fuseau, indépendamment de son rôle comme modulateur de l'actine. Finalement, nous avons démontré que CAPZ-B régule l'orientation planaire du fuseau in vivo dans le neuroépithelium. Je pense que mes travaux vont contribuer à la compréhension de la fonction de la dyneine dans l'orientation du fuseau chez les vertébrés, ouvrant la voie pour de nouvelles recherches dans le domaine. / Mitotic spindle orientation is involved in cell fate decisions, tissue homeostasis and morphogenesis. In many contexts, spindle orientation is controlled by the LGN molecular complex, whose subcortical localization determines the site of recruitment of the dynein motor which exerts forces on astral microtubules orienting the spindle. In vertebrates, there is missing information about the molecules regulating the formation of the complex and those working downstream of it. This prompted us to screen for new regulators of vertebrate spindle orientation. For this, I developed a novel model of spindle orientation specifically controlled by the LGN complex. Using this model, I performed a live siRNA screen testing 110 candidates including molecular motors for their function in spindle orientation. Remarkably, this screen revealed that specific dynein regulators contribute differentially to spindle orientation. Moreover, I found that an uncharacterized member of the dynactin complex, the actin capping protein CAPZ-B, is a strong regulator of spindle orientation. Analyses of CAPZ-B function in cultured cells showed that CAPZ-B regulates spindle orientation independently of its classical role in modulating actin dynamics. Instead, CAPZ-B controls spindle orientation by modulating the localization/activity of the dynein/dynactin complexes and the dynamics of spindle microtubules. Finally, we demonstrated that CAPZ-B regulates planar spindle orientation in vivo in the chick embryonic neuroepithelium. I expect that my work will contribute to the understanding of dynein function during vertebrate spindle orientation and will open the path for new investigations in the field.

Au Sud-est du Massif Central, le Languedoc oriental englobe les trois départements français de l’Ardèche, du Gard et de l’Hérault. Avec près de 1600 dolmens répertoriés, en majorité localisés sur les petits causses calcaires, ce territoire recèle la seconde concentration mégalithique du pays, derrière la région des Grands Causses. L’étude des dolmens y est ancienne, puisque les premières hypothèses relatives à leur fonction remontent au début du 19e siècle. Dans le Midi de la France, elles ont abouti au classement des tombes en trois grands groupes typologiques. Aux prémices de notre réflexion, figurent un certain nombre d’interrogations relatives à la pertinence de cette typologie et à l’état des connaissances. La problématique centrale de notre travail a donc été, d’une part de mettre en évidence un savoir-faire mégalithique et d’autre part de tenter de résoudre les questions de chronologie relative et d’appartenance culturelle des tombes languedociennes. Dans cette optique, nous avons exploré les monuments au travers de trois axes principaux. Le premier a pris la forme d’une analyse morphologique et comparative des dolmens, débarrassée du présupposé typologique. Le second nous a conduits à porter l’interrogation dans le domaine des techniques, permettant ainsi de retracer une chaîne opératoire mégalithique. Le troisième point de vue est celui des implications symboliques, liées notamment au choix de l’orientation de la tombe. / To the southeast of the Massif Central, East Languedoc encompasses the three French departments of Ardèche, Gard and Hérault. With nearly 1,600 listed dolmens, mostly located on small limestone plateaus, the area contains the second megalithic concentration in the country, behind the Grands Causses region. The study of dolmens is ancient, since first hypotheses concerning their function back to the early 19th century. In the south of France, they have led to the classification of graves in three typological groups (Arnal 1963; Chevalier 1984). It appears, from recent publications, an embarrassment to adhere fully to the three main types, without questioning them. Therefore, the first fruits of our reflection included a number of questions regarding the adequacy of the current type and the state of knowledge in the west of the Rhone. The central issue of our work has been on the one hand to demonstrate expertise megalithic and secondly to try to resolve issues of chronology and cultural affiliation of Languedoc graves. In this context, we explored the monuments through three main axes. The first took the form of morphological and comparative analysis of dolmens, freed of typological presupposition. The second led us to bring the interrogation in the field of techniques. The recognition of the choices made by the builders can trace megalithic operating chain and identify possible differences in cultural. The third view is the symbolic implications of the choice of the orientation of the grave. The reasons which led to favor a particular orientation seem indeed related to worship or environmental factors, or a combination of these factors.

The aim of this article is to present the processes that drive the phasic identity dynamics of social identity, allowing us to define simultaneously a representation of self and the personal and professional project. As a result, it implies differentiated levels of anchorages in the organizations, groups and society that contribute to shaping the self-project. We will illustrate this, thanks to cases and situations related to the context, autobiographical memory but also emotions, feeling of capacity and motivation. One of our orientations stipulates that social identity is organized in a representational dynamic in which the phases of action become facilitators of identity construction and leaving forms in experiential memory necessary for the construction of the project / El objetivo de este artículo es presentar los procesos que impulsan la dinámica de identidades fásicas de la identidad social, permitiendo definir simultáneamente una representación del self, del proyecto personal y profesional. Este eje supone diferentes niveles de anclajes en las organizaciones, los grupos y la sociedad los cuales contribuyen a dar forma al proyecto del si mismo. Ilustramos este paradigma a travès los casos y situaciones relacionadas con el contexto, la memoria autobiográfica, pero también las emociones, el sentimiento de capacidad y la motivación. Nuestra orientación estipula que la identidad social se organiza en una dinámica representacional donde las fases de la acción se convierten en facilitadores de la construcción de la identidad y dejan algunas formas en la memoria experiencial necesarios para la construcción del proyecto. / L’objectif de cet article est de présenter les processus qui animent la dynamique identitaire phasique de l’identité sociale permettant de définir simultanément une représentation de soi et du projet personnel et professionnel. De ce fait, elle implique des niveaux d’ancrages différenciés dans les organisations, les groupes et la société qui contribuent à façonner le projet du soi. Nous illustrerons ceci, grâce à des cas et des situations en lien avec le contexte, la mémoire autobiographique mais aussi les émotions, le sentiment de capacité et la motivation. Les processus d’orientation des élèves en situation de handicap cognitif dans le second degré : le dispositif ULIS dans ses dimensions socialisante et capacitante / Career orientation prospects for students with cognitive disabilities in secondary education : the socializing and empowering dimensions of the ULIS device

La scolarisation des élèves en situation de handicap sur le plan cognitif, désignés comme handicapés mentaux, connaît en France une forte expansion depuis la loi du 11 février 2005. Le paradigme inclusif, encadré par une législation européenne et internationale, y contribue largement, tout comme l’influence des disability studies. Assurant un accompagnement pédagogique à l’inclusion des élèves dans les classes ordinaires, l’Unité Localisée pour l’Inclusion Scolaire est un dispositif dont les modalités d’organisation, particulièrement en second degré, varient selon les contextes académiques. Si l’inclusion se développe significativement au collège, la présence de ces élèves au lycée professionnel date seulement d’une dizaine d’années et se confronte à des résistances créant des effets de liminalité. À travers un recueil de données ethnographiques (observations, documents de terrain) et l’analyse d’entretiens semi-directifs de type compréhensif réalisés auprès de trente-six élèves et d’une trentaine de professionnels de l’école (coordonnateurs, enseignants, COP, responsables institutionnels), nous analysons les processus en œuvre dans les procédures d’orientation scolaire des élèves du second degré bénéficiant du cadre de l’ULIS. Fondées sur la mise en place du Parcours Avenir, ces pratiques empruntent de nouvelles voies pour des élèves dont l’orientation a été, jusque récemment, majoritairement tournée vers la filière médico-sociale. Notre analyse s’attache à montrer comment l’ULIS peut, dans certaines conditions, fournir les bases d’un environnement socialisant et capacitant afin d’ouvrir des perspectives de formation aux élèves en situation de handicap cognitif. / In France, the education of students with cognitive disorders, labelled as mentally disabled, has been growing since the act of the 11 of February 2005. The inclusion paradigm that is ruled by law at the European and international levels, has greatly influenced this development as well as the disability studies. The ULIS, provide some pedagogical support to include Special Education Needs students into mainstream classrooms. The organization of such a device varies according to context and education areas. If inclusion has significantly increased in lower secondary schools, the attendance of students with cognitive disabilities in vocational schools has started only ten years ago and the process faces liminality challenges. Thanks to the collection of ethnographic data based on observation and documents analysis as well as the completion of semi-directive face-to-face interviews conducted with 36 students and 30 educational professionals (coordinators, teachers, orientation counsellors, management staff), we set out to analyse the undergoing process for the orientation practices of ULIS students in secondary education. Based on the implementation of the Parcours Avenir project, these guidance practices open up new perspectives for these students whose orientation has been mainly guided by socio-therapeutic approaches. We show how the ULIS device, under specific conditions, can offer the basis for a socializing and empowering environment that contributes to open up new training perspectives to students with cognitive disabilities.
