Αντικείμενο της εργασίας αυτής είναι η διερεύνηση των στάσεων και των αντιλήψεων γονέων και υπεύθυνων Σ.Ε.Π. σχετικά με τις επαγγελματικές επιλογές των παιδιών χωρίς και με δυσλεξία. Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν 116 άτομα, 56 γονείς παιδιών με δυσλεξία και 60 υπεύθυνοι Σ.Ε.Π., εκ των οποίων 14 Σύμβουλοι Γρα.Σ.Ε.Π. και 46 Καθηγητές Σ.Ε.Π. της Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης Ν. Αχαΐας. Οι στάσεις των συμμετεχόντων διερευνήθηκαν μέσω της συμπλήρωσης ενός ερωτηματολογίου τύπου κλίμακας Likert που αφορά στην αξιολόγηση της καταλληλότητας 28 επαγγελμάτων για παιδιά χωρίς και με δυσλεξία, καθώς και με ανοιχτού τύπου ερωτήσεις, όπου οι συμμετέχοντες εκθέτουν και αιτιολογούν την άποψή τους σχετικά με την καλύτερη και τη λιγότερη καλή επαγγελματική επιλογή για τα παιδιά χωρίς και με δυσλεξία.
Τα αποτελέσματα της ανάλυσης των απαντήσεων των συμμετεχόντων στο ερωτηματολόγιο έδειξαν ότι υπάρχουν διαφορές στις στάσεις και στις αντιλήψεις των συμμετεχόντων ανάλογα με την ιδιότητά τους (γονείς vs. σύμβουλοι), με το αν πρόκειται για παιδιά χωρίς ή με δυσλεξία και με το βαθμό των ακαδημαϊκών απαιτήσεων και την έκταση της χρήσης του γραπτού λόγου που συνεπάγεται η άσκηση αυτών των επαγγελμάτων. Τέλος, ως προς τις επιλογές των συμμετεχόντων έτσι όπως αντικατοπτρίζονται στις απαντήσεις που έδωσαν στις ανοιχτού τύπου ερωτήσεις φαίνεται ότι αυτές αιτιολογούνται με βάση τις ιδιαίτερες ικανότητες και την προσωπικότητα των παιδιών καθώς και με το αν επρόκειτο για παιδιά χωρίς ή με δυσλεξία. Φαίνεται ότι οι στάσεις των γονέων επηρεάζονται από τις προσδοκίες και τη συναισθηματική φόρτιση που έχουν όταν θα πρέπει να κρίνουν την καταλληλότητα επαγγελμάτων για τα παιδιά τους και ειδικά όταν αυτά έχουν δυσλεξία ενώ εκείνες των υπεύθυνων Σ.Ε.Π. διαμορφώνονται με πιο αντικειμενικά και ρεαλιστικά κριτήρια. / The purpose of this study is to investigate what are the perception and the stance on the issue of the professional choices of children with or without dyslexia, of the parents and the people in charge of vocational guidance offices. Overall 116 people, 56 parents of dyslexic children and 60 people in charge of vocational guidance offices, of which 16 counselors and 46 vocational guidance high school teachers in the Prefecture of Achaia, took part in the survey. The perceptions of the participants were taken throughout a Likert type scale questionnaire, that has to do with the evaluation of the adequacy of 28 professions for children with and without dyslexia, where the participants report and develop their opinions according to the most and less successful choice of profession of children with and without dyslexia.
The results of the answers analysis showed that there are differences in the attitudes and the perceptions of the participants according to their status (parents vs. counselors), also according to whether the children are dyslexic or not and on the degree of the academic requirements as well as the extend of the use of the written word that the practice of the professions demand. Finally, the choices of the participants as they are reflected on the answers they have given in the open ended questions, seem to be justified on the basis of the special capacities and the personality of the children and also on whether they are dyslexic or not. It seems that the way parents act is influenced by the expectations and the emotional pressure they feel when they have to determine the adequacy of professions for their children, especially when they are dyslexic, while the perceptions of the people in charge of vocational guidance offices are based on more objective and realistic criteria.

Adesão à terapia antirretroviral de pais e filhos atendidos no Hospital Universitário de Santa Maria / Antiretroviral therapy adherence of parents and children attended at Santa Maria University HospitalBertoncello, Marceli Zamboni 28 August 2013 (has links)
The introduction of highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) has changed the course of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS), from a fatal into a chronic disease, providing a significant improvement in quality of life of people living with HIV and also their families. However, adherence to antiretroviral therapy is the most important determinant of survival of HIV-infected individuals, requiring high levels of adherence to adequate virologic response. In Brazil, few studies have been conducted on the treatment of children infected with HIV. This study evaluated treatment adherence to antiretroviral therapy between parents and biological children. We interviewed 25 pairs of parents and children in the outpatient clinic to Mother and Child at Santa Maria University Hospital - RS. After the medical routine appointment, the parents answered a questionnaire with questions about the sociodemographic conditions and clinical profile of patients. Adherence to treatment was defined as parents and children ingested more than 95% of prescribed medications in the 48 hours preceding the interview. The adherence of parents and children reported was 84%. Among the 21 parents with adherence > 95%, 10 (47,6%) had an undetectable viral load between 21 and, between 21 adherent children, 13 (61,9%). There was association between adherence to therapy between parents and child (P <0,05). It can be concluded that parents and children are mostly adherent to antiretroviral therapy. However, although the parents have reported treatment adherence was not associated with an undetectable viral load, showing that the information may be flawed. We also found a higher percentage of undetectable viral load in children when compared to their parents, inferring a greater commitment of parents to treat their children than their own. / A introdução da terapia antirretroviral de alta eficácia (HAART) tem alterado o curso da Síndrome da Imunodeficiência Adquirida (AIDS), passando de uma doença fatal para uma doença de curso crônico, proporcionando uma melhora significativa na qualidade de vida das pessoas que convivem com o vírus HIV e seus familiares. Contudo, a adesão à terapia antirretroviral é a determinante mais importante da sobrevivência dos indivíduos infectados pelo HIV na era HAART, necessitando de altos índices de aderência para uma resposta virológica adequada. No Brasil, poucos estudos foram desenvolvidos sobre o tratamento em crianças infectadas pelo vírus HIV. Este estudo avaliou a adesão ao tratamento antirretroviral de pais e filhos biológicos. Foram entrevistados 25 pares de pais e filhos atendidos no Ambulatório de Atendimento Conjunto Materno-Infantil do Hospital Universitário de Santa Maria-RS. Após a consulta médica de rotina, foi aplicada aos pais entrevista semiestruturada através de um questionário padronizado, abrangendo perguntas sobre o perfil sociodemográfico e clínico dos pacientes. Foram considerados aderentes aqueles que ingeriram mais de 95% das medicações prescritas nas 48 horas anteriores a entrevista. A aderência relatada pelos pais e filhos foi de 84%. Entre os 21 pais com aderência > 95%, 10 (47,6%) tinham carga viral indetectável e, entre os 21 filhos aderentes, 13 (61,9%). Houve associação da adesão à terapia entre pais e filhos (P<0,05). Pode-se concluir que pais e filhos em sua maioria são aderentes a terapia antirretroviral. No entanto, apesar dos pais terem referido aderência ao tratamento não houve associação com a carga viral indetectável, mostrando que a informação pode ser falha. Encontrou-se também maior percentual de carga viral indetectável nos filhos quando comparado aos respectivos pais, podendo-se inferir um maior comprometimento dos pais com o tratamento de seus filhos do que com seu próprio.

Previous issue date: 2013-01-25 / A boa relação família-escola constitui elemento importante para o processo de formação integral da criança. A família, embora venha passando por transformações, continua sendo uma instituição fundamental e de base para o desenvolvimento do ser humano. A escola é um espaço privilegiado de socialização e transmissão de saberes. Ambas as instituições têm as suas especificidades e suas complementaridades. Assim, a presente dissertação de mestrado tem por objetivo analisar a relação família-escola em uma instituição educacional pública que atende população de um bairro periférico de Salvador-Ba. Para atingir tal objetivo optou-se por desenvolver um estudo descritivo exploratório em uma escola da rede municipal de ensino. Participaram da pesquisa: a diretora da instituição, cinco docentes do Ensino Fundamental I e 30 pais/responsáveis por alunos. Como instrumentos foram utilizados três roteiros semiestruturados, construídos especificamente para este trabalho. Todas as questões éticas foram respeitadas. Os principais resultados revelam haver um empenho por parte da direção da escola no sentido de exigir um bom desempenho e assiduidade dos docentes. Há uma valorização por parte da equipe escolar da participação das famílias na vida escolar de suas crianças. Por outro lado, os pais/responsáveis reconhecem a qualidade do trabalho desenvolvido na escola e se sentem acolhidos pela instituição. Os dados revelam, ainda, que no contexto de pobreza vivenciado pela comunidade atendida, a escola colabora com o fortalecimento das relações familiares com a sociedade e com a superação de situações de vulnerabilidade social na qual as famílias se encontram. / A good family-school relationship is important to the process of development of children. The family, although it is undergoing transformation, remains a fundamental institution and the basis for the development of human beings.The school is a privileged place for socialization and transmission of knowledge. Both institutions have their specificities and complementarities. Thus, this dissertation aims to analyze the family-school relationship in a public educational institution that serves the population of a suburb of Salvador-Bahia. To achieve this goal we chose to develop a descriptive exploratory study in a school of municipal school system. Participants were: the director of the institution, five teachers from elementary school and 30 parents / guardians of students. As instruments were used semi structured three screenplays, built specifically for this job. All ethical issues were observed. The main results show there is a commitment by the school board to require a good performance and attendance of teachers. There is an appreciation for the school team about the participation of families in the school life of their children. On the other hand, parents / guardians recognize the quality of the school work and feel welcomed by the institution. The data also show that in the context of poverty experienced by the community served, the school collaborates with the strengthening of family relations with society and the overcoming of social vulnerability in which families meet.

After the introduction, I addressed the history of maintenance obligation in family law focused on the legal regulation of maintenance obligation. Act No. 265/1949 on Family Law changed the institute of the power of a father to the institute of the power of parents. Father and mother had and have until now the same rights and the same obligations in the upbringing and nutrition of children. First, the law established maintenance obligation for mothers. The said Act did not make difference between a child born to the marriage and a child born outside of marriage. This Act was progressive. The Family Act No. 94/1963 Call. related to the economic change which had an influence on the vast changes of our legal order. The said Act has been amended for several times. Since January1,2014, maintenance obligation has been regulated by the Civil Code, Act No. 89/2012 Coll. into which the family law is incorporated.
