Denna uppsats belyser hur förhörsledare väljer förhörsmetod och hur det kan påverka rättssäkerheten. Syftet var att undersöka hur erfarenheten påverkar förhörsledarens val av förhörsmetod samt hur erfarenheten tas tillvara och sprids inom Polisverksamheten. Studien har genomförts i samarbete med Polisen i Malmö. I undersökningen har förhörsledare och individer med gedigen kunskap inom området intervjuats. Resultatet visar att erfarenheten kan påverka rättssäkerheten, dock har det inte undersökts i vilken utsträckning den gör det. Förhörsledare tillämpar inte en specifik förhörsmetod utan använder sig av den fria berättelsen som är ett inslag i både PEACE-modellen och den kognitiva intervjumetoden. Resultatet visa vidare att respondenterna i stor utsträckning vill att erfarenheter av förhörsmetoder ska spridas på ett bättre sätt. Respondenterna uttryckte även att mer vidareutbildning inom området är önskvärt då metoderna bör följa samhällsutvecklingen. / This thesis explores the way the interrogator chooses method of interrogation based upon experience and how this in turn will affect legal certainty. The purpose is to examine how the experiences within the police force will be taken advantage of and how it is disseminated within the organization. The study was conducted in cooperation with the Police in Malmö. By interviewing interrogators and persons with first-rate knowledge about the subject the researcher has tried to get as extensive research material as possible. The results show that experience can affect legal certainty, but the extent of this has not been further investigated. Interrogators do not use a specific interrogation method but uses the free story that is a feature in both the PEACE-model and the cognitive interview method. Furthermore, the experiences within the Police force in Malmö was examined and the results show that the respondents want this to be disseminated to a higher extent. The respondents also expressed that further education was most important and desirable as the methods develop to the same extent as society.

A redemocratização do Brasil não foi suficiente para que a sociedade e os governos civis controlassem de forma efetiva o uso de força por parte das instituições policiais, nem tampouco conferiu transparência às atividades da segurança pública. Ao contrário, os dados parecem mostrar que o uso ilegal, arbitrário e excessivo da força, sobretudo a força letal, é um dos grandes problemas da segurança no país. É nesse contexto que o presente projeto pretende analisar os mecanismos consolidados e as novas experiências de responsabilização (accountability) da Polícia Militar no Estado de São Paulo entre 1989 e 2007. Para tanto, serão analisados os mecanismos de controle interno e externo da instituição policial em face da bibliografia nacional e internacional relacionada à polícia e ao controle institucional. A pesquisa levantou o histórico da implantação dos mecanismos de controle externo e avaliou o impacto da implantação dessas políticas nos índices de letalidade nas ações policiais, particularmente da Polícia Militar do Estado de São Paulo. The Brazil redemocratization nevertheless was not enough to society and civil governments have effective control on use of force by police institutions nor have concealed transparency to the public security activities. To the contrary, data seems to show that the use of force, mainly letal force, is one of the greatest problems of security in the country today. It's in this context that the present project intends to analyse the accountability consolidates strategies and the new experiences on Military Police in São Paulo State between 1989 and 2007. For that, it will be analysed the instruments for internal affairs and external control over police institutions in face of national and international bibliography related to police and institutional control. The research examined the history of the deployment of external control affairs and assessed the impact of implementing these policies in the death rates in police actions, particularly the Military Police of São Paulo. This extended essay points out the problems of living of the psychical strain of men and women in the Police of the Czech Republic. It tries to reveal policemen´s work in the place of a criminal offence and to show some risks of this job in connexion with the influence of stress. The extended essay deals with some problems of an exacting character of the metioned occupation and the mutual comparsion of differences in living between both the sexes, origin and influence of stress on the man´s psychic as an individual. In addition to a simple division of successive parts and the organizational structure of the police, here are mentioned some descriptions and definitions of stress and its influence on the man´s sphere and areas. The essay tries to elucidate the criminologist´s work to a reader and to understand some stress situations in the execution af a policemen´s exacting job. It deals with women´s status in the society, too, namely both from a historical point of view and in the present as well. Some statistical data concerning the perpetrated criminal offences in the region of South Bohemia and numbers of policemen and policewomen are metioned here, too.

Este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar uma discussão sobre o poder de polícia materializado na prática policial cotidiana dos policiais da Polícia Militar do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Para desenvolver o tema poder de polícia foi imprescindível abordar os elementos que o constituem, que são: a discricionariedade da atividade de polícia, os termos do mandato de polícia, as formas de controle da ação policial e os aspectos da autonomia e subordinação da força policial. / This study intends to present a discussion about police power based on the daily police work developed by the police officers of the Military Police of the state of Rio de Janeiro. In order to accomplish this proposal it was fundamental to focus in its constitutional elements, which are: police discretion, the terms of the mandate of the police, control of police work and aspects of both autonomy and subordination of the police force.

A pesquisa constituiu-se na investigação das percepções de delegados e delegadas da Polícia Civil acerca da mulher policial, analisando os fatores que permeiam as relações de gênero dentro de uma instituição tradicionalmente masculina. Esferas sociais que comprometem os papéis masculinos e femininos como a Polícia Civil oferecem resistência ao ingresso de mulheres, pois são incompatíveis com os papéis socialmente construídos às mulheres. Muitos conflitos de gênero existem dentro da instituição policial, contudo há uma valorização crescente das diferenças e uma abertura de maior espaço para as mulheres. A efetiva participação das mulheres aponta para a possibilidade de surgimento de práticas mais democráticas marcadas pela maior convivência entre os gêneros. O reconhecimento e a valorização das diferenças de gênero dentro da polícia se constituem a partir das habilidades diferenciadas e estabelecem novas formas de ser mulher e de se construir relações de gênero no mundo contemporâneo. / The research is based on the investigation of perceptions of the chief police of both genders from a police station that protects women, analyzing the fact that allows that relationship between genders inside an institution usually dominated by males. The social’s levels that compromise the function s of women and men as the women inclusion, because they are incompatible with the women’s social function. There are many problems between genders in the police institution, but still there’s as increasing worth ship of odds and a bigger opening for women points to the opportunities of democratic exercises marked by the better relation between genders. The acceptation and respect of the differences between gender in the police are built by the skills and establishing new ways to be women and built relation ship of gender in the modern world.
