A medida que el tiempo avanza las empresas son cada vez más exigentes en la contratación de nuevos trabajadores, lo cual ha provocado que se soliciten mayores requisitos en los procesos de selección, respecto a conocimientos específicos del área, competencias clave y habilidades blandas. Esto impacta en gran medida en los estudiantes universitarios, ya que no cuentan con información suficiente para dar el salto al mundo laboral. Para el presente trabajo de investigación se planteó el objetivo de determinar una solución adecuada para aquellos estudiantes universitarios en busca de sus primeras prácticas profesionales. A fin de capacitarlos y brindarles información en diferentes formatos para aportar en su desarrollo inicial a nivel profesional y también como persona. En búsqueda de conocer la opinión del mercado objetivo y obtener información sobre el modelo de negocio, el equipo realizó entrevistas tanto a universitarios como a profesionales en RRHH y en diseño web. Luego, se plantearon dos segmentos diferentes para evaluar y validar el público objetivo. Asimismo, se determinaron los canales con la finalidad de adaptarse a las necesidades del mercado. Finalmente, se analizó el comportamiento de la demanda para desarrollar un flujo de caja, utilizando una proyección de ventas y costos a 3 años. Seguido de ello, se emplearon indicadores de rendimiento para evaluar la viabilidad de la propuesta. / As time progresses, companies are increasingly demanding in hiring new workers, which has caused greater requirements to be requested in the selection processes, regarding specific knowledge of the area, key competencies, and soft skills. This greatly impacts university students since they do not have enough information to make the leap to the world of work. For the present research work, the objective of determining an adequate solution for those university students in search of their first professional internship was raised. In order to train them and provide them with information in different formats to contribute to their initial development at a professional level and also as a person. In search of knowing the opinion of the target market and obtaining information about the business model, the team conducted interviews with both university students and professionals in HR and web design. Then, two different segments were proposed to evaluate and validate the target audience. Likewise, the channels were determined in order to adapt to the needs of the market. Finally, the behavior of demand was analyzed to develop a cash flow, using a projection of sales and costs to 3 years. Los requisitos para que un estudiante se pueda graduar de la universidad en la que estudia son cumplir con la totalidad de su malla curricular, entre cursos obligatorios y electivos, acreditar el conocimiento de un idioma extranjero, obtener créditos extraacadémicos y convalidar prácticas preprofesionales. No obstante, siempre ha sido difícil para un estudiante de educación superior conseguir sus créditos y prácticas debido a la falta de contactos y el hecho de que los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de postulantes siempre han sido engorrosos y muy lentos. El presente proyecto, que lleva por nombre Connect U, surge como respuesta a la situación actual de muchos estudiantes universitarios que necesitan obtener sus requisitos de egreso, así como de las diversas empresas y organizaciones que constantemente necesitan personal que los apoye en sus diversas actividades. Así, Connect U está diseñado por universitarios y para universitarios y la comunidad en general. La aplicación de Connect U permite simplificar estos procesos y volverlos amigables para ambos tipos de usuarios, y así facilitar la búsqueda en ambos sentidos. Para determinar su viabilidad, se desarrollarán una serie de experimentos- que abarcan desde encuestas, entrevistas a expertos, focus group, consulta a fuentes secundarias, entre otros- para validar el modelo de negocio, así como analizar la validez de la solución planteada y un extenso plan que abarca desde las ventas, la intención de compra, los potenciales gastos a incurrir y los flujos de caja que, con sus ratios respectivos, determinarán la rentabilidad del negocio. / The requirements for a student to graduate from the university where he or she studies are passing all the syllabus’ subjects, both mandatory and electives, accredit the knowledge of a foreign language, getting extra-academic credits and validate pre-professional practices. However, it has always been difficult for a higher education student to get their credits and practices due to the lack of contacts and the fact that the recruitment and selection processes of applicants have always been complicated and very slow. This project, which is called Connect U, is a response to the current situation of many university students who need to obtain their graduation requirements, as well as the various companies and organizations that constantly need staff to support them in their various activities. So, Connect U is designed by university students and for university students and the community in general. The Connect U application makes it possible to simplify these processes and make them friendly for both types of users, thus making the search easier in both directions. To determine its viability, a series of experiments will be developed - ranging from surveys, interviews to experts, focus groups, consulting secondary sources, among others - to validate the business model, as well as analyze the validity of the proposed solution and an extensive plan that includes sales, purchase intention, potential expenses to be incurred and cash flows that, with their respective ratios, will determine the profitability of the business. / Trabajo de investigación

El siguiente trabajo de investigación muestra un modelo de negocio innovador y estable, el cual consiste en una aplicación móvil y una página web para los estudiantes que necesiten prácticas pre profesionales y así desarrollarse tanto personal como profesionalmente denominada PracticandoAndo. Está aplicación y página web cuenta con distintas funcionalidades que hacen sea única en comparación con las que ya existen en el mercado, ya que cuenta con opciones únicas para los estudiantes que buscan prácticas pre-profesionales y profesionales, tales cómo utilizar el software LPA score y el ATS software para CV, entre otros. El segmento de clientes al que se dirige está compuesto por estudiantes de NSE A, B y C, que residan en Lima y cuenten con conexión internet en sus hogares. Esta idea de negocio surgió en la época de la pandemia por la COVID-19 debido a que se detectó un problema referido a la falta de oportunidades laborales para estudiantes universitarios. Este modelo de negocio ha sido validado en el mercado gracias a experimentos como entrevistas, concierge de las funcionalidades de la aplicación y la página web, entre otros. Asimismo, se ha elaborado la organización y desarrollo de distintos aspectos como ventas, recursos humanos, operativas, marketing, financiero y responsabilidad social empresarial, todos estos aspectos son necesarios para el correcto desarrollo del negocio. En este sentido, a través de la elaboración de este proyecto, se ha podido comprobar que PracticandoAndo es un modelo de negocio rentable y que posee una ventaja competitiva diferenciadora en el mercado. / The following research paper shows an innovative and stable business model, which consists of a mobile app and a website for students who need pre-professional internships and thus develop both personally and professionally called PracticandoAndo. This application and website has different functionalities that make it unique compared to those already available on the market, as it has unique options for students looking for pre-professional and professional internships, such as using the LPA score software and the ATS software for CV, among others. The target group is made up of students from NSE A, B and C, who live in Lima and have internet access at home. This business idea emerged at the time of the COVID-19 pandemic because a problem was identified regarding the lack of job opportunities for university students. This business model has been validated in the market thanks to experiments such as interviews, concierge of the functionalities of the application and the website, among others. In addition, the organization and development of different aspects such as sales, human resources, operations, marketing, finance and corporate social responsibility have been elaborated, all these aspects are necessary for the proper development of the business. Starting from the concern that the training offered by ACIPOL has been predominantly theoretical, methodological procedures used in teaching practice do not establish a connection with actual police practices; this study promotes, through supervised traineeship and pre-professionals practices, the relationship between the theoretical and practical skills training. Based on fundamentals of critical and reflective pedagogy , this study has used both quantitative and qualitative research tools to investigate a group of the Republic of Mozambique Police (PRM) officers in active, collecting their opinions and perceptions on issues affecting officer training offered by ACIPOL. As a result, this study raises the proposition that the courses should have a basic core training that is not simply structured around disciplines that finished passing along content, but be able to transform the current organization of scientific areas into learning axles, properly integrated and articulated with theoretical underpinnings and skills required for future professional role of learners. This implies a new conception of the learning activities, the training process, the training spaces and actors / Esta pesquisa foi orientada como um estudo sobre a relação entre a teoria e a prática no curso de formação superior de oficiais da Polícia ministrado pela Academia de Ciências Policiais (ACIPOL) de Moçambique. Partindo da inquietação de que a formação oferecida pela ACIPOL vem sendo predominantemente teórica, os procedimentos metodológicos usados na prática pedagógica não estabelecem uma ligação com as práticas policiais reais, ao presente estudo interessou fundamentar como promover, através do estágio curricular supervisionado e das práticas pré-profissionais, a articulação entre os fundamentos teóricos e as habilidades práticas da formação. Apoiando-se em fundamentos da pedagogia crítica e reflexiva, o presente estudo recorreu a instrumentos quantitativos e qualitativos de pesquisa, para investigar um grupo de oficiais da Polícia da República de Moçambique (PRM) no activo, recolhendo suas opiniões e percepções que afectam a formação de oficiais oferecida pela ACIPOL. Como resultado, o presente estudo levanta a proposição de que os cursos deveriam ter um núcleo básico de formação que não se estruturasse simplesmente em torno de disciplinas que repassassem conteúdos acabados, mas que transformasse a organização actual de áreas científicas em eixos de aprendizagem, devidamente integrados e articulados entre os fundamentos teóricos e as habilidades requeridas para a futura função profissional dos formandos. HURRY JOB / Hurry Job: Mobile application for pre-professional practices in the part time modality

Desde finales de 2019, el mundo está viviendo una pandemia que genera incertidumbre. En el Perú, el sector más afectado fue el laboral. Según INEI, la población ocupada disminuyó en 39.6%, lo que equivale a 6 millones 720 mil empleos, solo entre abril y junio del 2020. Este problema ha afectado tanto a empresas como trabajadores, pero los que más se vieron perjudicados fueron los practicantes pre profesionales, es decir, estudiantes universitarios que recién empezaban sus prácticas y los que estaban en búsqueda de ellas. Por ello, se decidió desarrollar Hurry Job, un aplicativo móvil para estudiantes universitarios que se encuentren en búsqueda de prácticas pre profesionales en la modalidad part time. En ese sentido, este proyecto se enfoca en ser un vínculo entre estudiantes y empresas que se encuentren en búsqueda de practicantes pre profesionales con disponibilidad para trabajar media jornada, consiguiendo así beneficios para ambas partes. Para realizar el trabajo, se validó el proyecto mediante entrevistas hacia ambos segmentos. También, se desarrollaron experimentos utilizando el landing page y concierge del servicio. Asimismo, se calculó el tamaño del mercado, delimitando el negocio a medianas y grandes empresas de Lima Metropolitana. Los segmentos objetivos para Hurry Job fueron el tipo de empresas mencionadas anteriormente y estudiantes universitarios en búsqueda de prácticas pre profesionales. Por último, se realizará un plan financiero, que incluya los principales ratios financieros, el Balance General y el Estado de Resultados, para analizar la viabilidad del negocio en términos monetarios. / Since the end of 2019, the world has been experiencing a pandemic that generates uncertainty. En los últimos años, conseguir prácticas preprofesionales se ha vuelto más complejo, esto se debe a que las empresas no solo buscan postulantes que cumplan con los requisitos solicitados en sus ofertas laborales, sino que también cuenten con elementos diferenciales como es el caso de las habilidades blandas, dominio de softwares, entre otros. Es por ello que, en el presente trabajo se ha desarrollado una idea de negocio innovadora y escalable llamada PRACTI-K, la cual consiste en una plataforma web enfocada en estudiantes que están buscando prácticas preprofesionales, en donde las empresas son las que dan el primer paso en cuando al contacto con el postulante ideal según sus requerimientos. El proyecto posee una variedad de funciones que lo diferencian de sus competidores, esto debido a que cuenta con un test de personalidad y de habilidad técnicas donde se filtra a los postulantes según sus resultados. Además, se brindarán cursos personalizados como, por ejemplo, herramientas de software, liderazgo, entre otros. Al momento de iniciar el proyecto, se requerirá de una inversión total de S/. 75,129, por lo que se necesitará financiar el 10% de ese monto de manera externa. Asimismo, el monto invertido se recuperará finalizando el séptimo mes de operación. La rentabilidad del proyecto se evidencia en función de los resultados obtenidos en el VAN y la TIR esperada. Dichos montos serán de S/. 59,253.4 y 31% respectivamente. Esto representa un modelo de negocio atractivo y se ajusta a las necesidades de nuestro público objetivo. / Nowadays, getting pre-professional internships has become more complex because of the fact that companies not only look for applicants who meet the requirements requested in their job offers, but they also look for students with differential abilities such as knowledge about software on demand, soft skills, among others. Therefore, the following project proposes an innovative and scalable business idea called PRACTI-K, which consists of a web platform focused on students who are looking for pre-professional internships, where companies are the ones that give the first step when it comes to contacting the ideal applicant according to their requirements. The project has a variety of functions that differentiate it from its competitors, due to the fact that it has a personality and technical skill test where applicants are filtered according to their results. Furthermore, personalized courses will be provided, such as software tools, leadership and so on. In order to carry out the project, a total investment of S /. 75,129 is required and it will be necessary to finance 10% of that amount externally. In addition, the invested amount will be recovered at the end of the seventh month of operation. The profitability of the project it’s demonstrated by the results obtained in the NPV and the expected IRR. These amounts will be S /. 59,253.4 and 31% respectively.
