Prefabricering eller platsbyggt hus? Många ställer sig den frågan. Vad finns det för fördelar respektive nackdelar med prefab gentemot platsbyggt hus? Vilka ritningar behövs och hur går man tillväga? Detta examensarbete är en framtagning på hur man anpassar ett småhus till prefabricering. Platsbyggt hus är ett hus som byggs på plats. Material fraktas dit, förvaras och kapas. Den vanligaste byggmetoden för byggande av hus. Prefabricering av hus är däremot ett hus som byggs i en fabrik eller industri. Huset byggs i färdiga block som kan innehålla fönster, dörrar, el och vattenledningar etc. På arbetsplatsen lyfts blocken på plats och monteras ihop. / Prefabricate or on-site made house ? Many ask that question. What are the advantage and disadvantage with prefabricate towards on-site made house ? Which drawings need to be done and how do you draw them? This diplomawork deal with how you adjust a house into prefabricate. On-site made house is a house that is build on place. Materials freights there, stores and bucks. The most common construction method. Prefabricated house is however a house that are built in a factory or in a industry. The house build in complete blocks and can include things like windows, doors, electricity and pipelines etcetera. At the workplace they lift the blocks in place and assembles together.

Hallbyggnadsteknik - en effektivisering av småhusproduktion / Industrial building - an efficiency improvement of small houses

Syftet med det här examensarbetet är att undersöka om det är möjligt att överföra hallbyggnadsteknik till produktion av småhus för att sänka produktionskostnaderna. Studien visar att hallbyggnadsteknik enkelt går att överföra till en villa. Dessutom blir det billigare att bygga klimatskalet med vårt byggsystem jämfört med ett traditionellt prefabricerat småhus. Genom detta system kan den totala byggkostnaden för villan i jämförelsen sänkas med 3-10 % beroende på vilket fasadmaterial som väljs. / The aim with this diploma work is to see if it is possible to transfer the technology used for industrial buildings to the production of small houses to lower the production costs. In the report, we show that the industrial building technology is possible to transfer to a small house. It also becomes more efficient to build the climate shell with our construction system compared with a traditional prefabricated small house. The total construction cost can with our system be reduced with 3-10 % depending on which facade material that is chosen.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a layout of car service object in Brno – Horní Heršpice, Železná street. The building is designed as four-floor with flat - cascaded roof, which will be partially used also like a terrace. The object is intended for repairs and servicing of the trucks and buses. Inside the building are situated also offices, training room and temporary accommodation for the drivers. Supporting structure of the building is composed by ferroconcrete prefabricated shell, which horizontal supporting structure is composed by ferroconcrete pre-stressed panels spiroll. The curtain enclosure wall is designed from Sendwix system line-sand bricks with the outer thermal insulation. A building plot is flat. A part of the layout is also thermal and technical, acoustic and fire safety assessment. This diploma thesis contain also five specializations – layout of ferronconrete pre-stressed girder, layout of steel shelter, layout of construction basing, scheme of the overall heat output of the building and sewerage layout.

Purpose of thesis is elaboration of assembly drawings of the project documentation and drawings of formwork and reinforcement assembly of selected elements. Calculations were performed in computer programs for static analysis SCIA Engineer 16, IDEA StatiCa and FIN EC. Drawing were made in programs Allplan 2016 and AutoCad 2015.

The master thesis ´´Storage hall” deals with designing of selected elements prefabrikated skeleton hall. Discussed elements are truss, beam, girder, column and prefabricate footing. Within above mentioned elements was carried out static analysis, design of reinforcement and reinforcement drawings. Analysis of internal forces for columns and prefabricate footing was carried out with usage of the program Scia Engineer, 3D model of the whole object was created. Analysis of internal forces for the rest of elements was carried out with help of manual calculation. Those elements were designed with consideration of ultimate limit state. Serviceability limit state assessment was carried out within the truss.

The thesis also deals with the optimal construction of site equipment, pumping of resources during construction and solves the total time demands of the construction of this hall. Part of the diploma thesis is also solving the problems related to construction procedures, including the elaboration of a technological regulation and examples of the use of BIM technology in the construction process.

The master thesis is about a design of supporting structure of prefabricated skeleton hall. The major part of a design are an internal trasverse and longitudinal frames, which contents roof reinforce concrete truss, columns, beam and ceiling joists. All the load acting to the bearing structure is transferred to the prefabricate footing made of reinforce concrete. Other parts of the bulding are not solved in this thesis. The content of the thesis consists of an assembly drawing of parts of the skeleton and the static calculation according to the actual international standards. The output of each static calculation is drawing of a shape of part and its reinforcement.
