Currently, the resource utilization of Information and Communication Technology has been increasingly significant. However, for the visually impaired without adequate access to computers and other technologies, obstacles with regard to education, leisure and secure a place in the labor market can be numerous. We know that in education for the blind, audiovisual resources are often used by the Institutions of Education, which may force eventually students with blindness or low vision to acquire a fragmented understanding of reality, reducing their interest and motivation. Thus, it is evident the importance of using suitable teaching material, which is not only virtual, since its require a high effort imagination from these individuals. Thus, this paper proposes the development of a graphics embossed printer by the use of acrylic emulsion paint with expansive heat properties. To investigate the viability of this product, it was proposed to build a prototype using scrap electronics and subsequently analyzed for their performance. This project has the intention to collaborate in the use of tactile exploration in the learning of knowledge related to the disciplines of Physics and Mathematics in high school. Also contributing to the provision of subsidies for the inclusion of this group of students in regular, vocational and higher education schools.

The thesis deals with 3D printing by the FDM and ambient temperature on print quality. The thesis describes the principle of printing by the FDM method and the occurrence of errors caused by the influence of ambient temperature. The aim of the thesis is to design a heated chamber for RepRap Prusa i3 printer, its construction and subsequent testing of ambient temperature influence on print quality. To test the occurrence of the described errors, specific tests and materials are selected in the work. The result of this work is the recommended ambient temperature in the heated chamber for improved FDM printing.

HandJet / HandJetŽáčková, Kristýna Unknown Date (has links)
In this diploma thesis, I focus on the main principles of the HandJet mobile printer. This printer is mostly intended for industrial use to mark products and spaces with 2D and EAN codes. Despite the purely utilitarian function of the printer, I have decided to use it for artistic purposes. I look for its potential in application in the field of graphic design and art. I record the process as a part of the work process of a graphic designer when delivering assignments via research, sketching, and automatic drawing. The key aspect is the exploration of the possibilities of visual form. The result is a series of prints presented in the form of an installation.

Výroba prototypu automobilu s využitím moderních metod a technologie CAD/CAM / A car prototype manufacture using modern methods and CAD/CAMHorák, Aleš January 2010 (has links)
The project developed under the engineering studies, solves the problem of production of a prototype car using modern technology, reverse engineering and CAD / CAM. Based on the literary study of the issue, was designed process of digitization of the physical model of car, including the treatment and processing of data. Follow-up step was to verify the production of the additive rapid prototyping technology - FDM method. Verification of the results was performed on a vertical milling cantilever FV 25 CNC with control system Heidenhain iTNC 530 using a cutting strategies by PowerMILL CAM software. At the end of the resulting models edit as necessary.

Metal Filament 3D Printing of SS316L : Focusing on the printing process / Metal Filament 3D Printing av SS316L : Fokus på printningsprocessGante Lokesha Renukaradhya, Karthikesh January 2019 (has links)
As a cutting edge manufacturing methodology, 3D printing or additive manufacturing (AM) brings much more attention to the fabrication of complex structure, especially in the manufacturing of metal parts.A number of various metal AM techniques have been studied and commercialized. However, most of them are expensive and less available, in comparison with Selective Laser Melting manufactured stainless steel 316L component. The purpose of this Master Thesis is to introduce an innovative AM technique which focuses on material extrusion-based 3D printing process for creating a Stainless Steel 316L part using a metal-polymer composite filament. The Stainless Steel test specimen was printed using an Fused Deposition Modelling based 3D printer loaded with a metal infused filament, followed by industrial standard debinding and sintering process. Investigation was performed on the specimen to understand the material properties and their behaviour during the postprocessing method. In addition effects of debinding, sintering and comparison of the test Specimen before and after debinding stages was also carried out. Metal polymer filaments for 3D printing could be an alternative way of making metal AM parts.
