Sometimes the family succession occurs at the same time of professionalizing need issues. To face these challenging moments, Corporate Governance is presented as a possible framework and will be study in this paper. / A presente pesquisa aborda a problemática enfrentada pelas organizações familiares quando enfrentam processos sucessórios. O estudo apresenta que muito embora tenham experimentado uma vida pregressa de êxito empresarial, quando essas organizações estão diante do processo sucessório, se veem diante de seu momento mais crítico. Isso porque o sucesso desse tipo de organização é normalmente atribuído à existência de traços pessoais do fundador. Em muitas empresas familiares, como a do caso estudado, o processo de sucessão ocorre ainda em um momento de mudanças do cenário, em que, mais do que somente substituir o fundador, é preciso pensar em uma nova organização. O trabalho foi desenvolvido pelo método de estudo de caso e teve como objetivo refletir sobre a possível aplicação dos conceitos de governança corporativa como meio de enfrentar tanto a sucessão quanto a pressão pelo estabelecimento de uma nova organização.

E como objetivos específicos, identificar e descrever as dificuldades sociais, de infraestrutura e pessoais, enfrentadas pelos profissionais da rede de saúde mental; planejar, propor e realizar oficina de sensibilização através da EPS para a rede de saúde mental, de acordo com as dificuldades encontradas com vistas ao cuidado integral; produzir documentário com todos os passos realizados na pesquisa e a mobilização da rede de saúde mental no processo de sensibilização através das oficinas de EPS, de forma a contribuir para outros municípios, assim como para o mestrado profissional como produto desta pesquisa. A pesquisa foi fundamentada com os teóricos Paulo Freire e Donald Schön e a Política de Educação Permanente em Saúde. Quanto à metodologia, trata-se de uma pesquisa exploratória, de campo, de abordagem qualitativa e cunho descritivo, do tipo pesquisa-ação, cujo cenário foi o Centro de Atenção Psicossocial, localizado em Japeri, Rio de Janeiro/Brasil. Os sujeitos foram profissionais que atuam na área da saúde do município há pelo menos seis meses, com formações e funções variadas. Para identificar as dificuldades da rede de saúde mental foram estabelecidos três momentos: a primeira fase, composta de um questionário de quatro perguntas com foco nas dificuldades da rede, obtendo-se como resultado e discussão as respostas dos profissionais que ao serem agrupadas geraram três categorias: 1ª) Desafiando gigantes: estrutura do trabalho na saúde mental; 2ª) profissional e a construção na reflexão da prática: a grande virada; 3ª) Articulação: integralidade e intersetorialidade, caminho para romper as desigualdades. Na segunda fase foi organizado o colegiado de gestores com objetivo de articular a rede, e na terceira fase foram realizadas as oficinas com 22 trabalhadores, divididas em nove dias, uma vez por semana. Destaca-se que, as oficinas evidenciaram os entraves que fragmentavam os serviços, com isso buscou-se através da prática reflexiva repensar a ação em serviço. Espera-se que esta dissertação possa alcançar outros lugares, num processo reflexivo em relação ao cuidado integral ao usuário, especificamente à saúde mental. / This study has the general objective of proposing the policy on CHE with a view to contributing to the reorganization of the mental health network of the city of Japeri for the comprehensive care of the user. And as specific objectives, identifying and describing the social, infrastructural and personnel difficulties faced by professionals of the mental health system; planning, proposing and workshops to raise awareness through CHE for the mental health network, according to the difficulties found with the aim at achieving a comprehensive care; producing a documentary with all the steps taken in the research and mobilization of the mental health network in the process of raising awareness through CHE workshops, in such a way as to contribute to other cities, as well as to the professional master’s degree as a product of this research. The research was underpinned by the theorists Paulo Freire and Donald Schön and the Policy on Continuing Health Education. Concerning the methodology, this is an exploratory research, field work, with qualitative approach and descriptive nature, typified as research-action, which scenario was the Psychosocial Care Center located at Japeri, Rio de Janeiro/Brazil. The subjects were professionals who work in the health area of the city for at least six months, with varied trainings and functions. In order to identify the difficulties of the mental health network, we established three moments: the first phase, composed of a questionnaire of four questions with focus on the difficulties of the network, thus obtaining as a result and discussion the responses of professionals that, when grouped, generated three categories : 1st) Challenging giants: structure of the mental health work; 2nd) The professional and the construction in the reflection on practice: the great change; 3rd) Articulation: comprehensiveness and intersectoriality, way to overcome inequalities. In the second phase, we organized the collegiate of managers with the objective of articulating the network. Lastly, in the third phase, we accomplished the workshops with 22 workers, divided into nine days, once a week. One should point out that the workshops have highlighted the hindrances that broke down the services. With that in mind, we sought, through reflective practice, to rethink the action in service. We hope that this dissertation may reach other places, in a reflective process with regard to the comprehensive care of the user, specifically to mental health

The purpose of this study is to investigate how study and career guidance counsellors view their profession in connection with a professional license with the main questions being: 1.     Should a professional licensing card for study and career guidance counsellors be introduced? 2.     How would a professional licensing affect the professionalization of the study and career guidance counsellors’ profession? This study is made from the perspective of professional study and career guidance counsellors and is intended for them, school leaders, employers, and politicians within school-working life, to hopefully develop the professional role, status and competence of study and career guidance counsellors. A quantitative method was used to gather information from working professionals through a survey that was published in different social media forums such as LinkedIn and Facebook. The survey was also sent out to people within the writer’s social network. The NICE handbook by Schiersmann, Ertelt, Katsarov, Mulvey, Reid och Weber (2012) has been used to analyse the results given by the respondents and has been the basis of this study. The main result shows that from a study and career guidance counsellor perspective, a professional licensing would be beneficial for the profession and is sought after. However, the results show that licensing is more sought after within the world of academics. This is due to the varying work and work titles that study and career guidance counsellors outside of the academic world have, thus a professional license might act more restricting rather than being a step towards professionalisation.
