En systematisk litteraturstudie som belyser forskning avseende NPF-diagnos, stress och psykiska besvär.

Syftet: Studiens syfte var att synliggöra vilken forskning som fanns beträffande NPF (neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar) -diagnos, stress och psykiska besvär i relation till specialpedagogiska perspektiv. Studiens design var en systematisk litteraturstudie. Forskningsfrågorna är utformade i avsikt att undersöka om och hur NPF-diagnos, stress och psykiska besvär kan påverka och relatera till varandra. Om högt upplevd KASAM (Känsla av sammanhang) kunde ge livskvalitet åt unga med NPF-diagnos i stress, därtill ifall ett förebyggande och hälsofrämjande arbete utav elevhälsan kan hjälpa unga med NPF-diagnos, stress och psykiska besvär och således på vilket sätt. Teoretisk ram: I databearbetningen använde vi en hermeneutisk ansats. För att beskriva påverkan eller relationen mellan NPF-diagnos, stress och psykiska besvär har vi använt oss av det patogena synsättet. Vi valde att använda ett salutogent synsätt samt känsla av KASAM för att uppmärksamma faktorer som kan bidra till hälsa. För att analysera relationen mellan studien och det specialpedagogiska fältet använde vi specialpedagogiska perspektiv. Metod: Den forskningsdesign vi använde oss av var en systematisk litteraturstudie med inspiration och delar av metoderna meta-etnografi samt SMART. Resultat och Analys: Resultatet visar att NPF-diagnos, stress och psykiska besvär påverkar varandra men i kombination med varandra hittar vi ingen forskning. Högt upplevd KASAM kan ge livskvalité för barn och ungdomar med NPF-diagnos, stress och psykiska besvär. Ett förebyggande och hälsofrämjande arbete av elevhälsan kan hjälpa barn och unga med NPF-diagnos, stress och psykiska besvär men studien synliggör avsaknad av metoder och i vilken utsträckning. Slutsats: Barn med NPF-diagnos kan uppleva stress mer intensivt. Det är svårt att veta vilken beståndsdel av NPF-diagnos, stress eller psykiska besvär som påverkar vilken. Livskvalité utgår från fyra faktorer, fysisk, psykisk, social och miljömässig. Studien visar att NPFdiagnos, stress och psykiska besvär påverkar varandra på olika sätt och främst negativt. Högt upplevd KASAM kan ge högre livskvalité. / Purpose: The purpose of the study was to clarify what research exists regarding ND (neuropsychiatric disorder) -diagnosis, stress and psychological problems in relation to special educational. The study design was a systematic literature review. The research questions are designed with the intention of investigating whether and how ND-diagnosis, stress and psychological problems can affect and relate to each other. If highly experienced KASAM (Sense of connection) could provide quality of life for young people with a ND-diagnosis under stress, in addition if preventive and health promotion work from Student health (Elevhälsan) can help young people with a ND-diagnosis, stress and psychological problems and therefore in what way. Theoretical framework: In the data processing we used a hermeneutic approach. In order to describe the impact or the relationship between NDdiagnosis, stress and psychological problems, we have used the pathogenic approach. We chose to use a salutogenic approach and feeling of KASAM to draw attention to factors that can contribute to health. To analyze the relationship between the study and the special education field, we used special education perspectives. Method: The research design we used was a systematic literature study with inspiration and parts of the methods meta-ethnography and SMART. Results and Analysis: The results show that ND-diagnosis, stress and psychological problems affect each other, but in combination with each other we find no research. Highly experienced KASAM can provide quality of life for children and young people with an ND-diagnosis, stress and psychological problems. A preventive and health-promoting work of Student Health can help children and young people with a diagnosis of ND, stress and psychological problems, but the study highlights the lack of methods and extent. Conclusion: Children with an ND-diagnosis can be able to experience stress more intensely. It is difficult to know which component of the ND-diagnosis, stress or psychological problems affects which. Quality of life is based on four factors, physical, psychological, social and environmental. The study shows that ND-diagnosis, stress and psychological problems affect each other in different ways and mainly negatively. Highly experienced KASAM can provide a higher quality of life.

The knowledge of the work conditions and their reflection in the teacher´s health, especially at those who work with childhood education, is very important to give information that helps public politician s managers to create measures that comprehend improvements, to both work environment and population involved health. Objectives: To investigate the work and health conditions of preschool teachers from the public schools in Pelotas, RS. Methodology: Descriptive study. All the preschool teachers of the city and the state will be part of this study. The collect of the data will be performed using a pretested and codified questioner, comprehend socioeconomic, demographic, work conditions and health (musculoskeletal problems, the level of physical activity, the voice problems correlated and the minor psychological disorders) variables. The instrument used to determinate the level of physical activity will be the long version of the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), performing an interview regarding the previous week, including questions about the frequency and duration of the realization of moderated and intense physical activity and walking. The minor psychological problems or the minor psychiatric disease will be identified by the SRQ Self-Report Questionnaire, instrument comprising 20 questions (SRQ-20) that can be answered by self-report or interview. The identification of the musculoskeletal problems will be by the report of the presence of pain or uneasiness located at the body, according to Kuorinka et al. (1987). Problems related to the voice will be investigated by the Brazilian versions of the V-RQOL (Hogikyan & Sethuraman, 1999), which received the name Qualidade de Vida em Voz QVV (Behlau et al. 2009) / Os trabalhadores em educação, atualmente, encontram problemas como aumentos de alunos matriculados, ausência de equipamentos e materiais essenciais ou falta de manutenção dos existentes, insuficiência de infra-estrutura e de recursos materiais, entre outros. O conhecimento das condições de trabalho e suas repercussões na saúde dos professores, em especial dos que trabalham na educação infantil, é de grande valia no sentido de fornecer informações que auxiliem órgãos gestores de políticas públicas a criarem medidas que contemplem melhorias, tanto no ambiente de trabalho como para a saúde dessa população. Objetivo: investigar as condições de trabalho e saúde de professores pré-escolares da cidade de Pelotas/RS. Metodologia: Estudo descritivo no qual participarão todos os professores pré-escolares que atuam em escolas municipais e estaduais da zona urbana da cidade de Pelotas/RS. A coleta de dados será realizada através de questionário pré-testado e codificado contendo questões sobre variáveis socioeconômicas, demográficas, condições de trabalho e saúde (problemas musculoesqueléticos, nível de atividade física, problemas relacionados à voz e transtornos psiquiátricos menores). O instrumento utilizado para determinar o nível de atividade física será a versão do Questionário Internacional de Atividade Física (IPAQ) na forma longa, com a aplicação de entrevista referente à semana anterior, contendo perguntas em relação à freqüência e duração da realização de atividades físicas moderadas, vigorosas e da caminhada. Os problemas psiquiátricos menores ou doenças psíquicas menores serão identificados por meio do SRQ- Self-Report Questionnaire, instrumento constituído de 20 perguntas (SRQ-20) que podem ser respondidas através de autopreenchimento ou de entrevista. A identificação dos problemas musculoesqueléticos será através da referência de dor ou mal-estar localizado nas diversas localizações corporais, conforme recomendação de Kuorinka et al (1987). Problemas relacionados à voz serão mensuradas pelo Protocolo de Qualidade de Vida e Voz (QVV) (Behlau et al. 2009), versão brasileira do Voice- Related Quality of Life (V-RQOL) (Hogikyan & Sethuraman, 1999)

Объектом социально-психологические проблемы организации (на примере АО «УМБР»). Предметом исследования стали: социально-психологический климат, ролевое поведение и адаптация персонала, мотивационная сфера персонала. Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, списка литературы (68 источников) и приложений, включающих в себя бланки применявшихся методик. Объем магистерской диссертации 94 страницы, на которых размещены 10 таблиц. Во введении раскрывается актуальность проблемы исследования, ставятся цель и задачи исследования, определяются объект и предмет исследования, формулируется гипотеза, указываются методы и эмпирическая база, а также этапы проведения исследования, теоретическая и практическая значимость работы. Первая глава включает в себя обзор литературы по теме социально-психологические проблемы организации. Представлены разделы, посвященные социально-психологическому климату, ролевому поведению и адаптации персонала, мотивационная сфера персонала. Вторая глава посвящена эмпирической части исследования. В ней представлено описание организации и методов проведенного исследования и результатов, полученных по всем использованным методикам: aнкета «какой степени Вы удовлетворены следующими аспектами своей работы?» для сотрудников АО «УМБР» (анкета анонимная); «Социально–психологический климат коллектива» Б.Д. Парыгина; «Роли в команде» P.M. Белбина; «Диагностика личности на мотивацию достижения к успеху и мотивацию к избеганию неудач» Т. Элерса; диагностика «360 градусов». Также в главе представлен корреляционный анализ результатов исследования. Выводы по главе 2 включают в себя основные результаты эмпирического исследования. В заключении в обобщенном виде изложены результаты теоретической и эмпирической частей работы, а также выводы по выдвинутым гипотезам, обоснована практическая значимость исследования и описаны возможные перспективы дальнейшей разработки данной проблематики. / The object of the study is the socio-psychological problems of the organization (on the example of JSC "UMBR"). The subject of the study was: the socio-psychological climate, role behavior and adaptation of personnel, the motivational sphere of personnel. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references (68 sources) and appendices, including forms of the applied methods. The volume of the master's thesis is 94 pages, on which 10 tables are placed. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research problem, sets the goal and objectives of the research, defines the object and subject of the research, formulates a hypothesis, specifies the methods and empirical base, as well as the stages of the research, the theoretical and practical significance of the work. The first chapter includes a review of the literature on the topic of socio-psychological problems of the organization. The sections devoted to the socio-psychological climate, role behavior and adaptation of personnel, motivational sphere of personnel are presented. The second chapter is devoted to the empirical part of the study. It describes the organization and methods of the study and the results obtained from all the methods used: the questionnaire "to what extent are you satisfied with the following aspects of your work?» for employees of JSC "UMBR" (anonymous questionnaire); "Social and psychological climate of the team" by B. D. Parygin; "Roles in the team" by P. M. Belbin; "Personality diagnostics on the motivation to achieve success and motivation to avoid failure" by T. Ehlers; diagnostics "360 degrees". The chapter also presents a correlation analysis of the results of the study. The conclusions of chapter 2 include the main results of the empirical study. In conclusion, the results of the theoretical and empirical parts of the work, as well as conclusions on the hypotheses put forward, are summarized, the practical significance of the study is justified and possible prospects for further development of this problem are described.

Vers des réponses de colère maternelle constructives : exploration des relations entre quatre réponses de colère maternelle, la santé psychologique et l’internalisation des règles des enfants

Être parent engendre son lot de frustrations (Dix, 1991). Pour rester de bons modèles d’autorégulation émotionnelle et comportementale pour leurs enfants, la façon dont les mères composent avec leurs émotions de colère est cruciale. Or, la documentation s’est davantage concentrée sur la façon dont les mères doivent soutenir les émotions de leurs enfants, sans égard à leurs propres vécus émotionnels (Eisenberg, Cumberland et Spinrad, 1998, Miller-Slough, Zeman, Poon et Sanders, 2016). En raison du nombre limité d’études conduites à ce jour sur la colère maternelle possiblement constructive, la présente thèse exploratoire se veut une étape préliminaire à l’élaboration d’un programme de recherche plus large. Le but général de la thèse se décompose en deux grands objectifs. D’une part, elle vise à explorer trois réponses alternatives aux manifestations destructives de colère (c.-à-d., suppression expressive, nommer la colère et rappeler les règles/attentes) et d’autre part, elle s’intéresse au rôle différentiel de la colère en la comparant aux effets des autres émotions maternelles susceptibles d’être vécues simultanément. La présente thèse inclut trois études à devis transversal dont les données proviennent d’un même échantillon composé de 145 dyades mère-enfant (enfants âgés entre 9 ans et 13 ans). La première étude compare trois réponses alternatives envisageables pour remplacer les manifestations destructives de colère. Les résultats suggèrent que nommer la colère, même lorsque ses formes plus hostiles sont contrôlées, ne représente pas une alternative viable puisqu’elle est associée à la présence de comportements symptomatiques chez les enfants. Cette réponse de colère est également liée négativement à la satisfaction de vie et à l’estime de soi des enfants. À l’inverse, les résultats indiquent que la suppression expressive ne semble pas non plus recommandable puisqu’elle est aussi liée à la présence de comportements symptomatiques. Finalement, rappeler les règles/attentes aux enfants est associée positivement à la satisfaction de vie et à l’estime de soi des enfants, ce qui suggère qu’elle pourrait être une alternative envisageable. La deuxième étude s’intéresse à des situations typiques de non-coopération et examine les relations entre les trois réponses alternatives aux manifestations destructives de colère (cette fois codées) et l’internalisation des règles chez les enfants, évaluée par quatre indicateurs d’internalisation (c.-à-d., compréhension des règles, importance perçue de la règle pour la mère, émergence de peur/inquiétude et types de régulation). Aucune relation significative ne fut cependant trouvée entre les réponses de colère et les variables à l’étude. La troisième et dernière étude explore les relations uniques entre la colère maternelle perçue par les enfants et des indicateurs d’internalisation des règles, en contrôlant pour les effets des autres émotions négatives pouvant être vécues simultanément à la colère (c.-à-d., tristesse, mépris, honte, attitude bienveillante). Les résultats montrent que la colère, lorsque la présence des autres émotions maternelles est contrôlée, est associée à une meilleure compréhension des règles chez les enfants, appuyant l’idée selon laquelle cette émotion aurait une fonction socialisatrice importante. Par ailleurs, la colère est également associée à une régulation externe, suggérant que cette émotion ne favorise pas l’autodétermination des enfants. Les relations entre les autres émotions et les indicateurs d’internalisation des règles sont également discutées dans cette étude. Pris dans leur ensemble, les résultats contribuent à la documentation portant sur la colère maternelle de multiples façons. Les implications théoriques, pratiques et cliniques sont discutées. / Being a parent can be highly frustrating (Dix, 1991). To remain a good model of emotional and behavioral self-regulation for their children, the way mothers cope with their anger is crucial. However, the literature has rather focused on how mothers should support their children's emotions, regardless of their own emotional experiences (Eisenberg et al., 1998, Miller-Slough et al., 2016). Due to the limited number of studies conducted to date on possible constructive maternal anger expression, this exploratory thesis is intended as a preliminary step in the development of a broader research program. The general aim of this thesis is divided into two main objectives. The first objective is to explore three alternative responses to destructive forms of anger (i.e., expressive suppression, naming anger and reminding rules and expectations), while the second is to examine the differential role of anger on children’s internalization of rules process, by comparing this emotion’s associations with those of other maternal emotions (i.e., sadness, contempt, shame, compassion). This thesis includes three cross-sectional studies, conducted using the same sample of mother-child dyads. In total, 145 dyads (children aged between 9 and 13 years old) participated in these studies. The first study compares three possible alternative responses to destructive manifestations of anger. The results suggest that naming anger, even when more hostile manifestations of anger is controlled, is not a recommendable alternative since it is associated with the presence of symptomatic behaviors in children. This anger response is also negatively linked to children's life satisfaction and self-esteem. Conversely, the results indicate that expressive suppression is also not recommendable since it is also linked to the presence of symptomatic behaviors. Finally, reminding children of the rules and expectations is positively associated with children's life satisfaction and self-esteem, suggesting that this anger response may be a possible alternative. The second study looks at a specific situation of non-cooperation and examines the relations between the three alternative responses to destructive manifestations of anger (this time coded) and children’s internalization of rules process, evaluated by four indicators (i.e., understanding the rules, perceived importance of the rule for the mother, child emotional load and types of regulation). No significant relation however emerges between the anger responses and the study variables. The third and final study explores the unique relations between perceived maternal anger (child report) and the same four indicators of internalization of rules, controlling for the effects of other negative emotions that are likely to be experienced simultaneously with anger. The results show that anger, when the other maternal emotions are controlled, is associated with a better understanding of the rules by children, supporting the idea that this emotion may have an important socializing function. Yet, anger is also associated with external regulation, suggesting that this emotion does not promote children's self-determination. The relations between other maternal emotions and the different indicators of internalization of rules are also presented. Taken together, the results of the present thesis contribute to the literature on maternal anger in multiple ways. These theoretical, practical and clinical implications are discussed.
