It proposes a joint analysis through a link between three dimensions: the woman, the drug, and public health service itself, in an hegemonic medical assistance model. It is observed that the relation between these elements has a great influence over the use and construction of a particular meaning, by the user. The medication is analysed as a consumption merchandise and as an health symbol. In this way, it reflects a biologized vision, which believes the drug as a solution for all health problems. It tries to analyse the generalized medical prescription for anxiolythics and it s consequences. It focalizes also the production and utilization of public health services by patients, mainly women. The question related to the use of anxiolytics and the meaning construted by women is analysed focusing the way that relations of masculine/feminine gender are organized in our society. At this point of view, it tries to understand the dimension that these questions have in subjectivity production, and how it acts in the health/disease process. Finally, this work tries to understand, in a broad sense, the use of anxiolytics looking at the problem not only as a biological question, but also as a cultural matter. The research was done over seventeen women, all of them anxiolytic users. It was used, as research instrument, semi-structured interview associated with methodological analysis of user s speeches / Este trabalho investiga o significado atribu?do ao medicamento ansiol?tico pelas mulheres que utilizam o servi?o p?blico de sa?de. Para tanto, toma como base a rela??o existente entre tr?s eixos principais: a mulher, o medicamento e o pr?prio servi?o p?blico de sa?de, no que se refere ao modelo assistencial hegem?nico. Considera-se que as rela??es entre esses elementos contribuem para o uso e para a constru??o de um significado particular pela mulher usu?ria. O medicamento ? analisado como mercadoria, tendo o seu consumo estimulado ao m?ximo, e como s?mbolo de sa?de. Nesse sentido reflete uma vis?o biologizada , segundo a qual o medicamento ocupa a posi??o de solu??o dos problemas de sa?de. Nessa perspectiva, destaca-se o uso dos ansiol?ticos na indica??o m?dica e as conseq??ncias da forma indiscriminada com que v?m sendo utilizados. Enfoca-se tamb?m a produ??o e utiliza??o dos servi?os de sa?de pela popula??o, ressaltando o tipo de atendimento dado ? mulher e como essa assist?ncia contribui para a sua medicaliza??o. For this, it will be done, by first, a historical incursion showing the beginning of the activities, its development due to the current model, its nature and the sources correlative to it. Some controversial themes will be discussed, such as the admission and permanence in the activity without any previous public contest, reporting cases still existing on the present days, analyzing the necessary attitudes in order to repel this scenario. It will be also shown the importance of this public service and its relevance due to society, analyzing, as well, the brazilian system in comparison to other countries. In sequence, it will be discussed the matter of civil liability related to the notaries and registrars, evaluating which theory applies to it: objective or subjective. By the end, there is a study about the controversy related to the discussion that questions if the consumer protection code is applied to the notaries and registrars service. / Neste trabalho ser?o abordadas a essencialidade e as peculiaridades do servi?o p?blico registral e notarial no Brasil. As bibliotecas, de modo espec?fico, acompanharam essas evolu??es, passando a demandar nova compet?ncia organizacional para os seus funcion?rios. Necessitando assim, de funcion?rios mais comprometidos que atendessem a um p?blico cada vez mais exigente de forma eficiente e eficaz primando sempre por servi?os de qualidade. Neste contexto, este estudo teve como objetivo geral analisar o comprometimento organizacional dos servidores t?cnico-administrativos que comp?e o Sistema de Bibliotecas da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte utilizando-se do modelo tridimensional do comprometimento organizacional proposto por Meyer e Allen (1991). A popula??o e a amostra do estudo foram compostas pelos 127 servidores do Sistema de Bibliotecas da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo, descritiva, de natureza quantitativa. Como t?cnicas de coleta e an?lise dos dados foram utilizados os levantamentos bibliogr?fico e documental para compor o embasamento te?rico da pesquisa, bem como aplica??o de question?rio fechado contendo 40 perguntas em formato likert, validado por Meyer e Allen (1991), cujo os dados obtidos foram tabulados e realizados os cruzamentos por meio do programa SPSS. Portanto, concluiu-se que o n?vel de comprometimento organizacional dos servidores do SISBI detectado com maior incid?ncia foi o comprometimento afetivo, sendo este, seguido do comprometimento calculativo e por ?ltimo o comprometimento normativo. E, ainda que mesmo os servidores possuindo um n?vel de afetividade elevado com institui??o que determina esse comprometimento, as perdas sociais de trabalho e as perdas de retribui??o na organiza??o que fazem parte da dimens?o calculativa s?o levadas em considera??o, sendo uma forma de calcular e inferir sobre esse comprometimento. Deste modo, espera-se que os resultados contribuam em termos te?ricos, para futuras pesquisas, assim como em termos pr?ticos, para o aumento e fortalecimento do comprometimento organizacional dos servidores t?cnico-administrativos do Sistema de Bibliotecas. / In the contemporary world, globalization has provoked a revolution in the media, in the information technologies and in the very logical structure of the functioning of organizations. As an organization, libraries have, in a specific way, followed these revolutions, demanding new organizational skills for their employees, thus requiring more committed employees to serve an increasingly demanding public in an efficient and effective manner, always giving priority to quality services. In this context, this study had as general objective to analyze the organizational commitment of the technical-administrative servers that compose the System of Libraries of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (SISBI), using the three-dimensional model of organizational commitment proposed by Meyer and Allen (1991). The population and the sample of the study were composed of the 127 servers of this System. It is a field research, descriptive, of a quantitative nature. As data collection and analysis techniques, the bibliographical and documentary surveys were used to compose the theoretical basis of the research, as well as the application of a closed questionnaire containing 40 questions in a Likert format, validated by Meyer and Allen (1991), whose data were obtained cross-tabulations were performed using the software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. It was concluded that the level of organizational commitment of the SISBI servers detected with greater incidence was the affective commitment, followed by the instrumental commitment, being this finally succeeded to the normative commitment. And even if employees with a high level of affectivity with an institution that determines this commitment, social losses of work and the losses of compensation in the organization that are part of the instrumental dimension are taken into account, being a way of calculating and inferring about this commitment. In this way, the results are expected to contribute in theoretical terms, for future researches, as well as in practical terms, to increase and strengthen the organizational commitment of the technical-administrative servers of the Library System.

Enquanto estrat?gia, optou-se por um estudo de caso do tipo multim?todo, de natureza descritiva com etapas quantitativa e qualitativa sequenciais. Para isso, foi realizada inicialmente pesquisa documental atrav?s do levantamento de dados epidemiol?gicos relativos ?queles servidores lotados no campus central, visando identificar as principais enfermidades apresentadas durante o per?odo de janeiro de 2011 a junho de 2014. Em seguida, procedeu-se a etapa de diagn?stico dos aspectos relacionados ao trabalho, atrav?s da aplica??o online e in loco do Question?rio de Condi??es de Trabalho (j? validado por Borges et al., 2013a) em 11 setores selecionados de acordo com os seguintes crit?rios: maior n?mero de servidores por unidade organizacional e maiores e menores percentuais de afastamentos para tratamento de sa?de por CID-F (conforme registros da Diretoria de Aten??o ? Sa?de do Servidor ? DAS). No tratamento dos dados foram utilizados os softwares editor de planilhas Microsoft Office Excel; estat?stico SPSS? Statistical Package for the Social Sciences e realizou-se an?lise de conte?do de tipo classificat?rio das quest?es abertas. Participaram do estudo de caso 174 servidores e os resultados obtidos mostram predomin?ncia de afastamentos por transtornos mentais ou comportamentais (CID F), doen?as do sistema osteomuscular (CID M) e do aparelho respirat?rio (CID J). Entre os fatores que apresentaram signific?ncia est?o ? jornada de trabalho (contratuais e jur?dicas); exig?ncia de esfor?o f?sico (M=2,59) e espa?o de trabalho (M=2,58) ? condi??es f?sicas e materiais; est?mulo ? colabora??o (M=3,5) - processos e caracter?sticas do trabalho; e participa??o (M=1,78) - ambiente sociogerencial. Logo se infere a exist?ncia de rela??o entre esses fatores e alguns dos motivos de afastamento relatados pelos participantes. Sugere-se ainda a amplia??o da presente investiga??o com estudos envolvendo outras categorias profissionais (incluindo bolsistas e terceirizados) e setores espec?ficos. / Unfavorable working conditions constitute one of the factors that may contribute to cause psychic suffering and behavioral disorders in workers. This research aimed to characterize the working conditions public servant technical- administrative , specifically the auxiliaries and assistants in administration of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte ? UFRN, Natal, Brasil, as well to identify the incidence of psychic suffering in this group of public servants. As a strategy, we chose a case study of multi-method type, descriptive with quantitative and qualitative sequential steps. For this, it initially performed desk research by surveying epidemiological data for these public servants working in central campus, to identify the major diseases presented in the period from January 2011 to June 2014. Then, we proceeded to diagnostic step of the aspects related to work, by applying online and in loco of Working Conditions Survey (already validated by Borges et al., 2013a) in 11 sectors selected according to the following criteria: high number of workers public servants and major and minor percentage of absences for health care for ICD-F (according to records of Sector of Workers Health Care - DAS). In the treatment of the data the spreadsheet editor software Microsoft Office Excel and statistical SPSS Statistical Package for Social Sciences were used and made qualifying type of content analysis of open questions. Applied to this study 174 public servants and the results show a predominance of absenteeism due to mental or behavioral disorders (ICD F), musculoskeletal diseases (ICD M) and respiratory system (ICD J). Among the factors that were significant are the working hours (contractual and legal); Physical Effort (M = 2.59) and workspace (M = 2.58) - physical and material conditions; encouraging collaboration (M = 3.5) - processes and characteristics of the work; and participation (M = 1.78) - social-management environment. Therefore, it infers the existence of a relationship between these factors and some of the reasons for absenteeism reported by participants. It is suggested the expansion of this research with studies involving other professionals (including scholarship workers and contractors) and specific sectors.

For this purpose we sought refuge in the company's own documents, which presented the mission, vision and strategic objectives, which are items essential to the development of the instrument and its prospects. With the general objective of developing the BSC to PMRN, fitting into the methodology in a single case study, that from the desk study and according to their development, we established the classification of goals to the generic models and the BSC then adjusted according to public understanding of the corporation presented by professionals in the process of collection and in-depth interviews. Thus emerged the strategy map PMRN, based on the presentation of the causes and effects between the strategic objectives of each perspective, the value proposition to customers, internal processes needed to meet this value proposition and intangible assets, which are the basis to execute these processes / Trata o presente trabalho da utiliza??o do Balanced Scorecard (BSC) na Pol?cia Militar do Estado do Rio Grande do Norte (PMRN), uma organiza??o de presta??o de servi?o p?blico na ?rea da seguran?a p?blica. Her specific objectives are: i) Characterize the current system of buying daily and passages by UFRN and identify her obstacles and failures; ii) Characterize the Daily Allowances and Passages Concession System (SCDP) as a tool that provides economy, efficiency, agility and compliance with ethical principles in Administration; iii) Compare the efficiency of the SCDP in relation to the current processing and execution of the mentioned processes; iv) Identify the activities related to the implementation phase of the SCDP and establish a strategic sequence for the execution of these activities, through contact with the Ministry of Planning, Development and Management and UFRN?s IT Superintendence. This diagnostic is justified, on the one hand, by the reduction of time and costs (Economics), and, on the other, by the institution's obligation to comply with the legal dictates established by the government (Legality). Intends to create subsidies for future researches on the studied subject, because it is a subject that is so little debated, but of immeasurable importance to public institutions, which must be aware of their responsibility towards society.

A revis?o bibliogr?fica foi centrada em documentos legais que regem a carreira dos servidores T?cnico-Administrativos das Institui??es Federais de Ensino Superior (IFES), a estrutura da UFRN e trabalhos de autores que desenvolveram estudos sobre esse tema, al?m de pesquisas sobre o estado da arte. Trata o presente estudo de uma pesquisa de levantamento descritivo e, para atingir seus objetivos, foi realizada coleta de dados atrav?s da aplica??o de um question?rio online utilizando-se da ferramenta Google docs para chegar ? popula??o pesquisada, que totalizou 268 pessoas. Conclu?da a coleta de dados, obteve-se o retorno de 122 question?rios respondidos, sendo utilizado para tratamento destas informa??es o SPSS (Statistical for Social Sciences). O principal motivo apontado como insatisfa??o no ?rg?o refere-se ? remunera??o inerente ? Carreira dos Servidores T?cnico-Administrativos, representada pelo percentual de 91,2% das respostas e, por essa raz?o, pode-se concluir o entendimento pela busca por novos cargos no servi?o p?blico, confirmada pelo resultado de 77% dos casos. Com base nos dados desse estudo, percebe-se que, apesar do alto ?ndice de insatisfa??o com as quest?es salariais, de modo geral, o clima organizacional e a satisfa??o nas rela??es de trabalho se apresentaram de maneira favor?vel ? Institui??o pesquisada. / Present research arose from intention to identify the profile of Education Administrative Techinicians of Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN) who requested Vacancy by Possession in Another Unaccountable Position and Exoneration, from occupied positions in that Institution between 2010 and 2015. In addition, It sought to understand real reasons that led these people to leave their employment bond considering all the bias that surrounds existing labor relations in the Organization. Bibliographic Review focused on legal documents governing career of the Administrative Techinicians of Federal Institutions of Higher Education (IFES), structure of UFRN and works of authors who have developed studies on this subject, as well as researches on the state of the art. This study concerns a descriptive survey and, in order to achieve its objectives, data collection was performed through the application of an online questionnaire using Google Docs tool to reach surveyed population, which totalized 268 people. 122 questionnaires were responded, and SPSS (Statistical for Social Sciences) was used to treat this information. Main cited reason as dissatisfaction in the Board refers to remuneration inherent to the Career of Administrative Techinicians, represented by the percentage of 91.2% of the answers and, for this reason, one can conclude the understanding for seeking new positions in Public Service, confirmed by the result of 77% of the cases. Based on the data of this study, it is noticed that, in spite of the high index of dissatisfaction with the salary issues, in general, organizational climate and the satisfaction in labor relationships presented a favorable way to researched Institution.
