This master´s thesis deals with evaluation of financial situation of the company CECHO - BOHUMIL CEMPÍREK s.r.o. in years 2007 - 2011 using selected indicators of financial analysis. The thesis is divided into four basic parts. In the first part there are defined problems and objective of thesis. In the second part there are formulated all necessary theoretical knowledge, which are practically used for the calculation of financial indicators in part three. In the last part of this thesis there is evaluation of the financial situation of the company based on results of the financial analysis, including the preparation of proposals for its improvement.
