Essa pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar o funcionamento das equipes de trabalho formadas por pessoas portadoras de necessidades especiais, as mudanças na gestão de pessoas e a gerência de equipes. As equipes da empresa pesquisada são compostas pela integração entre pessoas portadoras de necessidades especiais e não portadoras. A pesquisa foi realizada na Natura, empresa fabricante de cosméticos, que tem como um dos principais valores a diversidade. Nesse sentido, o objetivo da pesquisa é analisar o funcionamento da equipe de trabalho formada por portadores de necessidades especiais e não portadores e o reflexo nas mudanças que ocorrem nas pessoas e na gestão dessas pessoas. A pesquisa foi desenvolvida através de um estudo de campo realizado numa célula de produção com 27 membros, mas a empresa conta com aproximadamente 3.000 colaboradores, sendo aproximadamente 250 portadores de algum tipo de deficiência. Os resultados encontrados esclarecem que existe uma grande complexidade na gestão de pessoas e que os portadores de necessidades especiais podem participar das equipes de trabalho formadas por portadores e não portadores, pois participam das equipes como membros comuns no tocante a produtividade. O estudo revela que no convívio com as pessoas portadoras de necessidades especiais as pessoas não portadoras de algum tipo de deficiência passam a entender que esses profissionais se relacionam e produzem como qualquer outra pessoa e também passam a notar isso não apenas na empresa, mas em toda sociedade. A mudança ocorrida nesse processo é principalmente do ponto de vista comportamental, onde os valores pessoais mudam conforme o convívio. / This research aims investigate the work teams development formed by people with special needs, the changes in the management of people and the management teams. The teams of the researched company are composed by integration among the special needs people and not special needs people. The research was done in the cosmetics manufacturer company named Natura, which has as one of the main values the diversity. In that sense, the research purpose is to analyze the work teams development formed by special needs people and not special needs people and the changes which occur in the people and in the management of those people. The research was developed through a field study done in a cell production with 27 members, but the company counts with approximately 3.000 employees, where approximately 250 people have some special needs. The founded results clarify that there is a great complexity in the people management and the special needs people can take part of teams work formed by people with this kind of problem or not, because they take part of the teams as common members in regard to the productivity. The study shows that, in the companionship with special needs people, the people who have not this kind of problem start to understand that these professionals have a good relationship with the others and they produce like anybody else. The not special needs people notice this not only in the company, but in all the society. The change occurred in that process is mainly from a behavioral, where the personal values change as the conviviality.

In a time where the Internet is increasingly used and where it is common to see people on the streets carrying tablet computers, smartphones and even laptops, it is unacceptable that there is no simple and common knowledge way to insert a mathematic equation on a web search. Initially we address the interaction between people with special needs, especially those who make use of applications or devices for easy communication, then treat the virtual communication applied to the form of distance education, whether instantaneous or not instantaneous. Following deal about differences between Mathematics written in Portuguese and other languages as well as inconsistencies in mathematical notation observed in Brazil. Then treat the common text input forms used in Information and Communication Technologies to finish with a rough draft agreement that meets the needs exposed at work. / Este trabalho aborda algumas peculiaridades envolvendo a escrita matemática que geram problemas de comunicação diversos através de diferentes perspectivas. Em uma época onde a Internet é cada vez mais usada e na qual é comum ver pessoas nas ruas portando tablets, smartphones e mesmo computadores portáteis, é inaceitável que não exista uma forma simples e de conhecimento comum para se inserir uma equação matemática em um site de busca.Inicialmente abordamos a interação entre portadores de necessidades especiais, principalmente os que façam uso de aplicativos ou dispositivos para facilitar sua comunicação, em seguida tratamos da comunicação virtual aplicada à modalidade de educação à distância, quer seja instantânea ou não instantânea. Na sequência tratamos sobre divergências entre a escrita matemática na língua portuguesa e outras línguas bem como inconsistências na notação matemática observadas no Brasil. Tratamos então das formas de inserção de texto comuns usadas nas Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação para finalizar com uma proposta rudimentar de convenção que atenda às necessidades expostas durante o trabalho.

Η συμπεριληπτική εκπαίδευση αποτελεί μια σύγχρονη πολιτική τακτική, η οποία κερδίζει έδαφος σε πολλές χώρες σε όλο τον κόσμο. Οι έρευνες και οι εκπαιδευτικές προσπάθειες προσανατολίζονται προς την εφαρμογή της συμπεριληπτικής εκπαίδευσης και στον χώρο της Τριτοβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης. Η Ελλάδα ακολουθεί με αργούς ρυθμούς τις διεθνείς αυτές εκπαιδευτικές τάσεις, στην προσπάθειά της να παράσχει εκπαίδευση και σε κατηγορίες ατόμων, που παραδοσιακά αποκλείονταν από το θεσμό και να κατοχυρώσει την ισότητα της πρόσβασης και τη δικαιοσύνη της παροχής για όλα ανεξαιρέτως τα άτομα. Η παρούσα έρευνα στοχεύει να δείξει κατά πόσον η Ελληνική εκπαιδευτική πολιτική προωθεί τη συμπεριληπτική εκπαίδευση στα Ανώτατα και Ανώτερα Ιδρύματα. Η μεθοδολογία που ακολουθείται για τη διεξαγωγή της έρευνας είναι η μελέτη τεκμηρίων, αφού στηρίζεται στην αναλυτική και διαχρονική παρουσίαση των νομοθετικών ρυθμίσεων που αφορούν το συγκεκριμένο ζήτημα. Καταδεικνύεται ότι η Ελληνική εκπαιδευτική πολιτική, ακολουθώντας τα διεθνή ρεύματα, ενδιαφέρεται σταδιακά για την ίση πρόσβαση στην Ανώτατη Εκπαίδευση ορισμένων ατόμων Ειδικών Κατηγοριών. Αρκετές φορές όμως, μέσα από τον ορισμό των Ειδικών Κατηγοριών και τα νομοθετικά κείμενα που τις αφορούν ικανοποιούνται και άλλες πολιτικές από την εκάστοτε κυβέρνηση ώστε να απομακρύνεται από τους αρχικούς στόχους της που είναι η ισότητα των εκπαιδευτικών ευκαιριών για όλους τους σπουδαστές της. / Inclusive Education is developing in many countries all over the world. At present, several studies and educational attempts are focusing on Inclusive Education in the field of Higher Education. Greece tries gradually to follow these international tendencies, in an attempt to offer educational opportunities to some categories of students, who traditionally excluded from the educational system. This study is trying to point out weather Greek educational policy promotes Inclusive Education in Tertiary Education. The method of the study was Study Documents, in an attempt to study the relevant legislation of the issue. The results revealed that the Greek educational policy, based on the international tendencies, is concerned with the equal opportunities given to some students of Special Categories. Nevertheless, each government appears also to develop policies in favour of some groups instead of issuing legislations for all special needs students.

The diploma thesis "Information literacy lessons and persons with mental disabilities in libraries of the Czech Republic" brings besides the basic concepts in the mental disablilities and information literacy field also their mutual context in the information education field. Further it presents results of the questionnaire survey, which focused on mapping of services for persons with mental disabilities in libraries in the Czech Republic and it brings a concept of a complex solution to providing these services in the Czech Republic.

Este trabalho de doutoramento tem por objetivo afirmar que é possível conceber o museu e o patrimônio cultural que ele abriga como instrumentos de políticas públicas culturais de inclusão social de públicos especiais (pessoas com deficiências sensoriais, físicas ou mentais e outras limitações), seja no plano individual de uma instituição determinada, seja no contexto de um conjunto sistêmico de instituições públicas estatais e/ou privadas estruturado segundo um modelo de rede, que atue segundo ações de planejamento, implantação e qualificação de programas de acessibilidade e ação educativa inclusiva em museus no Estado de São Paulo como em outros Estados e regiões do país. / The purpose of this Doctoral thesis is to establish that museums can be thought as means to conceive public cultural policies for the social inclusion of special needs people (sensory, physically or mentally disabled people, among other disabilities). The proposed cultural policies apply both to individual institutions and to a series of institutions, either state or privately owned and is structured as a network that include the planning, implementing and qualifying accessibility and inclusive educational programs at museums in São Paulo and other estates and regions of the country.
