As crianças com TEA devem ter cuidados diferenciados, nesse sentido reforçamos a ideia da importância de redes de apoio – entendidas como ações articuladas com profissionais dentro e fora do ambiente escolar, em um espaço de debates onde são compartilhadas ideias, conhecimentos e alternativas educacionais e terapêuticas. Como parte integrante de uma rede de apoio, percebemos que a Equoterapia tem muito a oferecer, pois é uma terapia realizada em um ambiente natural, que utiliza o cavalo numa abordagem interdisciplinar na área de Educação, Saúde e Equitação favorecendo assim o desenvolvimento biopsicossocial do indivíduo. Desse modo, a investigação teve como objetivo discutir como os profissionais de educação e saúde percebem os efeitos da Equoterapia, como componente da rede de apoio, no processo de inclusão de uma aluna com TEA. A metodologia utilizada parte de uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, de natureza exploratória e descritiva, se enquadrando em estudo de caso. A pesquisa foi realizada com profissionais da área da saúde e educação que atendem crianças com TEA. Os procedimentos metodológicos se desencadearam a partir de algumas ações, como a escolha dos sujeitos da pesquisa, o contato prévio com os sujeitos apresentando a intenção da pesquisa e seu objetivo, esclarecendo possíveis dúvidas; seguido da aprovação dos participantes e a apresentação do Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido (TCLE), elaboração do roteiro das entrevistas, realização das entrevistas, transcrições e análise das falas dos respectivos entrevistados. De acordo com os dados obtidos foi possível evidenciar, na percepção dos profissionais, que a Equoterapia é um método terapêutico eficiente e importante – constituindo-se como apoio ao processo de inclusão. Identificamos um município de grande potencial quanto ao atendimento oferecido, entretanto não há um processo de ações articuladas, sendo necessário criar estratégias para que haja uma relação de troca de informações do trabalho mais eficazes na intenção de desenvolver o processo de inclusão social do aluno com TEA de maneira mais ampla, justa e democrática. Autismo. / The Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) has as main feature the impairment t of three áreas of development: social interaction, communication and the presence of stereotypical behavior. Children affected with ASD must have a special care; therefore, we support the idea of the importance of support networks – understood as actions articulated with professionals inside and outside the school environment, in a space for debates where ideas, knowledge and educational and therapeutic alternatives are shared. As an integral part of a support network, we realized that Equine-assisted Therapy (EAT) has a lot to offer, for it is performed in a natural environment, that employs horses in an interdisciplinary approach in the fields of Education, Health, and Horse-Riding thus promoting the biopsychosocial development of the individual. In this way, the research had as objective to discuss how education and health professionals perceive the effects of EAT, as a component of the support network, in the process of inclusion of a female student with ASD. The methodology used come from a research of qualitative approach, of exploratory and descriptive nature, fitting in a case study. The research was carried out with the help of health and education professionals who assist children with ASD. The methodological procedures were achieved with some actions, such as the choice of research subjects, previous contact with the subjects showing the intention of the research and its objective, to clarify possible doubts; followed by participants approval and presentation of the Informed Consent Form, elaboration of the interview’s script, execution of the interviews, transcription and analysis of the speeches of the respective interviewees. In accordance with the data acquired, it was possible to highlight, on the professionals' impressions, that Equine -Assisted Therapy is an effective and important therapeutic method – constituting an assistance in the inclusion process. We identified a town of great potential regarding the services offered, yet there is not a process of articulated actions, being necessary to create strategies so that there is a more efficient information on work Exchange with the intention to develop the process of social inclusion of the student with ASD in a more extensive, just and democratic way.

Participation of experts and professionals in investigations Abstract The topic of the thesis is the involvement of experts and professionals in criminal investigations. It is a compilation work, using the content analysis of books, internet, and magazine sources. Following a brief background on the history of experts' activities, it focuses on the legal regulation of experts / expert witnesses and their conduct, in particular in criminal proceedings. Making use of professional literature, applicable legislation, and her own experience in pre-trial proceedings, the author defines the basic concepts of using experts in criminal investigations. Terms such as a professional, consultant to a body involved in criminal proceedings, expert witness, expert institute, expert opinion, and professional opinion are described in detail. The thesis then outlines the options of using various expert activities in investigators' work. Referring to her practical experience, the author presents the most frequently used forms of cooperation with experts, and current trends in applying professional opinions in pre- trial proceedings. In my thesis I first explain taxes as a general institute, including their history. For better understanding of the following text I point out the progressive development of the berthing system. State apparatus with a growing social system comes with constantly higher and especially more detailed tax collection system. Countries, due to the need of implementing their budgets, must punish tax evasion and fight dishonesty in business to enable more capable and more honest entrepreneurs to compete with each other and therefore not to support incompetent, dishonest, and increasingly "cheekier" subjects who periodically do not pay their taxes in full. In my thesis, I also assess the complexity of the added value tax system in my country and the different rates that give room for dishonesty and new and frequent amendments to the Added Value Tax Act. I consider the control reports as a necessary and much needed institute. However, although the very first possible rating results of the Ministry of Finance data do seem to be positive, they also, in my opinion, underestimate the yields. I've come to the conclusion that the institute of the control reports from the point of view of constitutionality is not unlawful, and so I differ with the opinions of the deputies and the senators that this is a similar case...

Um movimento que produz um constante encontro com “o outro”, como também atualizações de mecanismos para (re)inventar o outro e (re)inventar-se a si mesmo. A escola é, no entanto, uma instituição que celebra a característica do trabalho com saberes e do sedentarismo: fixam formas de ser, de se relacionar com o mundo, de se usar o território. Outras tantas instâncias culturais – imagens, filmes, jornais, propaganda, televisão, multimídias – também são potentes domínios pedagógicos que, de uma forma ou outra educam, apresentam modos de ser e sentir que atravessam suas enunciações verbais e visuais, modulando subjetividades. Isso faz com que a educação geográfica aconteça nos mais distintos espaços do mundo contemporâneo. Este trabalho objetiva discutir tais problemáticas e compreender a migração no período contemporâneo, a partir da busca de um “olhar atento” a enunciações verbais e, especialmente os visuais, que tomam as pessoas que se deslocam no território (em especial aquelas que deixam a região nordeste brasileira) como objeto de regulação e os inserem em determinadas trajetórias, histórias, lugares, acontecimentos. As relações em funcionamento nos enunciados que fazem referência ao imigrante e seus correlatos, em geral, estão imersas num imperativo de unidade e mesmidade que dilui as diferenças e faz uso da produção da imagem de “outros” indivíduos como estranhos. Por se constituírem de práticas, os enunciados produzem modelos de relações sócio-espaciais, como o preconceito pelo lugar de origem como uma destas estratégias para produção da noção de espaço dada não pela diferença, mas pelos opostos, aniquilando as possibilidades de heterotopia... / Although it is part of humanity, the mobility of man in space is an event that marks the contemporary period. A movement that produces a constant encounter with the other as well as mechanisms updates to (re)invent the other and (re)invent himself. The school is an institution that celebrates the characteristic of knowledge work and sedentary lifestyle: set ways of being, of relating the world and to use the territory. Many other cultural instances - pictures, movies, newspapers, advertising, television, multimedia - are also powerful educational fields that educate in one way or another, presenting ways of being and feeling going through their verbal statements and visual modulating subjectivities. This makes geographical education happens in widely different areas of the contemporary world. This paper aims to discuss these issues and understand the migration in the contemporary period, from the search for a watchful eye to verbal statements and especially the visuals, which take people moving into the territory (especially those who leave the region Northeast Brazil) as the object of regulation and fall into certain trajectories, histories, places, and occurrence. Relations operating in the statements that make reference to immigrants and their correlates, in general, are immersed in an imperative of unity and sameness that dilutes the differences and makes use of image production of “other” individuals as strangers. By consisting themselves of practices listed produce models of socio-spatial relations, as prejudice as the place of origin of these strategies to produce the notion of space is not given by the difference, but the opposite, destroying the possibilities of heterotopia. Thus, we believe that the experience of migration has caused disruptions in our models of space, spatial identity; we call attention to the importance of looking for the changes... The aim of the diploma thesis is verification of the financial statement and annual report in a specifically selected company. The application part follows the theoretical characterization of the latest auditing procedures, legislative and other adjustements in the Czech republic. Firstly the thesis is focused on the theoretical solution concerning the audit of the financial statement and annual report. In the first chapter are characterised the most important terms relating to the auditing such as subject and objective of audit, users of accounting information or qualities and qualifications of auditor. The next part concludes legal and professional background of auditing in the Czech republic. Major part of the theoretical section consists of the latest attitude to the auditing procedures of verification of the financial statement and annual report. There is also a description of the auditing process according to a methodical manual. The last and the most crucial part of the thesis consists of a practical application of auditing procedures of verificaion of the financial statement and annual report in a selected company. A subchapter receiving the most attention is Realization of auditing procedures that is based on analysis of the particular part of assets, liabilities, costs and profits.

Theoretical part is oriented on the given issue both from the point of view of IFRS and Czech legislation.
