The intention of the diploma work was the choice of main sorts of bioproduction, charting of the structure of bioproduction in light of origin and detection of sold volume of chosen bio ? food stuff in the South Bohemia. The method - monitoring of the sale in terrain was chosen for charting of the structure of bioproduction. The bioproduction was found out in two types of markets ?markets and markets which are specialized for bio ? food stuff. In the South Bohemia there was chosen 15 markets and 15 markets which are specialized for bio ? food stuff. The structure of bio ? food stuff in light of origin (Czech/import) and in light of volume of sold production was found out in each market. The target bio ? food stuff were beef, grain, dairy products and fruit and vegetable. The data were found out from the packets of bio ? food stuff or through the interview with the chief of the market.

This thesis focuses on two goals. One of them are business contacts with suppliers, the second is inventory management in the enterprise. Suppliers are very important for any business partner, without which it couldn`t produce, but its conditions differs in business and technical matter. It doesn{\crq}t have to be based only on the deppartment diferences or company size. Companies surveyed in this study were both productive and similary sized. What made the difference was, the used material and production complexity. The company Sapeli has possibility of higher standard offer and therefore even compoundable evaluation especially thanks to easier accessability . The most important for the company is quality, price, delivery terms and payment options. Both companies have in common the first place given to quality above all. It has increasing importance today as world markets are saturated with poor quality products and large companies can gain greater market share mainly due to the quality.

Bakgrund: Majoriteten av tonårsgraviditeterna var oplanerade men tonårsmammorna ställde sig ofta positiva till sin graviditet.  Även fast graviditeten var oplanerad användes preventivmedel endast i liten utsträckning vid tiden för befruktningen. Tonårsmammans första kontakt med mödrahälsovården skedde någon gång mellan vecka 5–36. Barnmorskor i Sverige upplevde att bemötande av den gravida tonåringen var en svår balansgång. Tonårsmamman vill inte bli behandlad som en omogen person av barnmorskan utan vill ses och behandlas som den gravida kvinna hon är. Syfte: Syftet med denna studie var att beskriva tonåringars erfarenheter av vårdpersonalens bemötande i samband med graviditet och barnafödande. Metod: Studien genomfördes som en tvärsnittsstudie med en webbaserad enkät och med deskriptiv ansats. Resultat: Resultatet visade att den gravida tonåringen över lag var nöjd med vårdpersonalens bemötande under graviditet och barnafödande. Ungefär hälften uppgav att de blivit diskriminerade på grund av sin unga ålder. Ett tydligt samband sågs mellan en positiv förlossningsupplevelse och känslan av trygghet, stöttning, att bli lyssnad på och barnmorskans lyhördhet under förlossningen. Önskan fanns om riktade föräldragrupper till unga vuxna. Slutsats: Sammanfattningsvis visade studien att tonårsmammorna i stor utsträckning är nöjda med vården i samband med både graviditet och barnafödande. Det framkom önskemål om riktade föräldragrupper för unga vuxna. Det visade sig även finnas behov av förbättring kring vårdpersonalens kunskap om tonårsmammor, främst på BB. Mer forskning krävs för att ta reda på hur vården kan anpassas på bästa sätt för att ge bra vård till tonårsmammor. / Background: Most of teenage pregnancies were unplanned, but the teenage mothers were often positive about their pregnancy. Even though the pregnancy was unplanned, contraceptives were used only to a small extent at the time of conception. The teenage mother's first contact with maternal health care took place sometime between weeks 5–36. Midwives in Sweden experienced that treating the pregnant teenager was a difficult balancing act. The teenage mother does not want to be treated as an immature person by the midwife but wants to be seen and treated as the pregnant woman she is. Aim: The aim of this study was to describe teenagers' experiences of the care staff's care encounter in connection with pregnancy and childbirth. Method: The study was conducted as a cross-sectional study with a web-based questionnaire and with a descriptive approach. Results: The results showed that the pregnant teenager was generally satisfied with the care staff's care encounter during pregnancy and childbirth. About half stated that they had been discriminated due to their young age. A clear connection was seen between a positive birth experience and the feeling of security, support, being listened to and the midwife's sensitivity during the birth. There was a desire for targeted parent groups for young adults. Conclusion: In summary, the study showed that teenage mothers are mainly satisfied with the care in connection with both pregnancy and childbirth. There were requests for targeted parent groups for young adults. It also turned out that there was a need for improvement in the care staff's knowledge of teenage mothers, mainly at postpartum ward. More research is needed to find out how care can adapt in the best way to provide good care for teenage mothers.

The aim of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current situation of the education system in the company BAEST Machinery Holding, Inc. Minor task is to map all steps of the education process in the concrete company with its strengths and weaknesses. To find out more about employee's satisfaction or dissatisfaction with corporate training was used a questionnaire survey that unfold skills development perception of course participants. The work is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The first mentioned contains human resources activities and stuff training described in detail steps together with methods and subjects. The theoretical block also contains results of the surveys carried out in the field of education in the ČR and abroad. The second part of this thesis is devoted to analyzing the education system in BAEST Machinery Holding, Inc. The introduction of the company is followed by the current situation of education in the firm. In detail are analyzed the steps of the systematic training cycle and published opinions of the employees in the form of survey results. In the conclusion are the proposals and recommendations to improve the educational activities of the company.

This diploma thesis focuses on the use of internal marketing in the corporate practice of particular companies in the area of increasing the satisfaction of employees. An important element is the analysis of the current state of the corporate environment and employee satisfaction research, which is a key starting point. Part of the thesis is the proposals.

This thesis is based on a 10-month field work conducted in a retirement home. The empirical part is rooted in the fact that the author of this work actually became a part of the institution for a several months as its employee at the position of a certified nursing assistant. This perspective naturally enabled him to focus on a description of daily routines, taking place within the mentioned institution, from a perspective of a certified nursing assistant as well as on his interactions with the clients, which occur during these daily routines. Paying attention to the mutual interactions of both enables us to perceive how the dominant discourse in public health care works. It is particularly revealed through disciplinary techniques. The analysis of the disciplinary techniques follows the theory of power by Michel Foucault, which seems to prove that not only the clients but also the certified nursing assistants are being disciplined during the everyday practices of the given institution. Their position is at the lowest level of the hierarchy of health care system and this - in a way - dooms them to being disciplined since they are a part of the same routines as are the clients. To reach this aim were used in this research the legislations in force at that time, as Programas do Ensino Secundário, laid out by Portaria 966 on the 2nd of October 1951, besides the suggestion to follow a programmed instruction to the chair of Mathematics proposed by the group of Mathematics Teaching Study (GEEM), It was used also the volume I of the didactic collection books, entitled Mathematic-High School Modern Course (Matemática Curso Colegial Moderno), published in 1967 by Scipione Di Pierro Neto, Ruy Madsen Barbosa and Luiz Mauro Rocha. Besides that, It was used the student s notebook, who attended the first year of the high school in the year of 1970, and two interviews: one with the owner of the notebook and the other with the teacher who gave the classes of mathematic to this student. By comparison between the contents in the didactic book and the notebook, and the regulation established by legislation of the epoch. It was tried to understand the teaching-staff practice in the classroom. With that one got to the conclusion that teacher-practice study, cannot only be based on official documents / O objetivo desta pesquisa é investigar a prática docente no ensino colegial, atual ensino médio, durante o movimento de reformulação do ensino de matemática, ocorrido no Brasil entre os anos de 1960 e 1970, conhecido como Movimento da Matemática Moderna (MMM). Para alcançar este objetivo foram utilizadas nessa pesquisa as legislações vigentes na época, como os Programas do Ensino Secundário, dispostos pela portaria nº 966, de 2 de outubro de 1951, além das sugestões para um roteiro de programa para a cadeira de matemática, propostos pelo Grupo de Estudo do Ensino da Matemática (GEEM) em 1965. Due to the necessity of knowing the stocks in an increasingly accurate way in order to plan sales and production with the dynamics required by the market, more and more companies have been searching for stock control tools such as computerized systems, aiming at highly accurate and reliable results. The uncertainty about the positive results in this kind of investment, especially for the small metallurgical industries, is an unknown, since the financial and staff resources are sparse. Thus, the present paper aims at analyzing what issues are connected with the failure in the investments in computerized stock control tools, and also which are the most commonly used tools by this type of organization in Brazil. For that, we have researched works on the success analysis in investments and stock control theories, besides analyzing which tools are being adopted. It was also developed a case study in a metallurgical industry within the state of Rio Grande do Sul with the purpose of quantify this type of investment and the reasons why the stocks management involving computerization in small metallurgical industries have no been obtaining positive results. Starting from the negatives, we developed the scope for the accomplishment of a replanning, and subsequently, we made a new analysis of the situation with satisfactory results being already observed, as shown. / Com a necessidade de conhecer os estoques de forma cada vez mais precisa, a fim de planejar as vendas e a produção com o dinamismo que o mercado exige, mais empresas têm buscado ferramentas de controle de estoque, como sistemas informatizados, almejando resultados com alta precisão e confiabilidade. A incerteza de resultados positivos, nesse tipo de investimento, especialmente para metalúrgicas de pequeno porte, é uma incógnita, já que os recursos de pessoal e financeiro são limitados. Dessa forma, esse trabalho visa a analisar quais os problemas vinculados com insucessos nos investimentos em sistemas informatizados de controle de estoque, bem como quais são as ferramentas mais utilizados atualmente, no Brasil, por esse tipo de organização. Para tal, foram pesquisados trabalhos sobre análise de sucesso nos investimentos e teorias de controle de estoque, além de terem sido analisadas quais ferramentas estão sendo adotadas. Também foi feito um estudo de caso em uma metalúrgica no interior do estado do Rio Grande do Sul, com o propósito de quantificar um investimento desse tipo e os motivos pelos quais o gerenciamento de estoques envolvendo informatização, em indústrias metalúrgicas de pequeno porte, não tem obtido resultados positivos. Através dos pontos negativos, desenvolveu-se o escopo para realizar um replanejamento e, posteriormente, analisou-se mais uma vez a situação. Hoje, já são percebidos resultados satisfatórios, conforme será demonstrado.
