Esta dissertação é um estudo sobre institucionalização e adoção de crianças. Encontra-se dividida em quatro capítulos. No primeiro deles, o autor expõe as causas e tipos de institucionalização, o processo legal da adoção e seus entraves. O segundo e o terceiro capítulos constituem o núcleo desta pesquisa; no segundo é enfocada a teoria da vinculação mãe-filho, a possibilidade de substituição desse vínculo natural, e os efeitos da não vinculação da criança a uma figura específica. Ali, nossa referência principal será o psiquiatra e psicanalista John Bowlby. No terceiro capítulo encontramos, através da pena paulina, em especial de sua Epístola a Filemom, o alicerce teológico para a prática da adoção e do protesto em favor das crianças institucionalizadas. No quarto e último capítulo são analisadas algumas histórias de adoção, cujos efeitos são contrapostos aos danos psíquicos da institucionalização. / This dissertation is a study of institutionalization and adoption of children. It is divided into four chapters. In the first, the author exposes the causes and types of institutionalization, the legal process of adoption and its obstacles. The second and third chapters constitute the core of this research; the second is focused on the theory of the mother-child bond, the possibility of replacing the natural bond, and the effects of not bonding the child to a specific figure. There, our main reference is the psychiatrist and psychoanalyst John Bowlby. In the third chapter we find, through the Pauline pen, specially through his Epistle to Philemon, the theological foundation for the practice of adoption and protest in favor of institutionalized children. In the fourth and final chapter we analyze some stories of adoption, the effects of which counterpose the psychic damage of institutionalization.

Este trabalho tem por objetivo conhecer a influência religiosa posta ao Serviço Social, assim como compreender como se deu a constituição da profissão, o papel das mulheres e os desafios que a mesma enfrenta nos dias atuais. O objetivo é colaborar na construção de conhecimentos na área de Serviço Social, bem como aprofundar os estudos na área teológica, tendo em vista que vivemos em um mundo globalizado, neoliberal, onde a mudança nas demandas para a profissão são uma constante. Desta forma, buscou-se uma releitura de vários autores para atingir o objetivo, fazendo na realidade uma ressignificação de seus escritos. O Serviço Social é aqui analisado considerando a influência religiosa em seu surgimento através da convocação da Igreja à sociedade, para o desenvolvimento da ação social, da prática da ajuda, do exercício da caridade e da solidariedade. Destaca-se, portanto, a influência católica e protestante e a filosofia tomista em sua origem. Por conseguinte, hoje o Serviço Social é uma profissão que trabalha as questões sociais, visando à efetivação da cidadania e a garantia de direitos aos cidadãos. A relação com a religião vem sendo negada, apresentando-se o Serviço Social como surgindo com o agravamento da questão social advinda do capitalismo. Portanto, seu desenvolvimento enquanto profissão legitimada socialmente e seu projeto ético político transportam-na para o olho do furacão, na luta pelos direitos sociais. / The goal of this work is to know the religious influence at the Social Work, and understand the beginning of the profession, the womans function and its challenges knowdays. The objective is to collaborate at the knowledge construction of Social Works area, as well deepen the studies on theological area, considering that we all live in a globalized word, neoliberal, where the change on the demands for the construction are constants. This way, it looks for a rereading of many authors to hit teh objective, actually doing a re on his rights. The Social Work is here analyzed considering the religious influence in its surges beyond the Catholic Churchs convocation to the charities ladies, to the developing of the catholic social action, the practice of helping, the charity exercise and the solidarity. The protestant influence and the Thomism philosophy in his origin, also highlights. Therefore, nowadays, the Social Work is a profession that works the social questions, looking for the citizenship effect and the guaranties to citizens rights. The relation with religion has been being denied, presenting the Social Work surging with the worsening of social question coming from capitalism. That is why in its developing like socially legitimized profession and its political ethical project carries it to the hurricanes eye on the fight to the social rights.

[pt] A criação da Área de avaliação 44, em 2016, intitulada Ciências da Religião e Teologia, representa um marco na história atual da pesquisa teológica no Brasil, consolidando e chancelando sua entrada no ambiente acadêmico. Com o objetivo de identificar a definição de teologia que rege a Área de Avaliação 44, esta pesquisa dedicou-se à análise dos documentos de área em suas várias edições, seja quando a Teologia constituía uma Subárea da Filosofia, seja com a autonomia da Área de avaliação Ciências da Religião e Teologia. Integrando o Colégio de Humanidades, na Área Ciências da Religião e Teologia, a Teologia assume os padrões epistemológicos e metodológicos que a qualificam para o estudo da hermenêutica da revelação, ocupando-se do entendimento da relação entre Deus e a criação que se dá sempre no contexto histórico e cultural. Por consequência, o pesquisador em teologia se revela importante ator no processo de diálogo entre o saber teológico e a realidade local e a interdisciplinaridade se apresenta como um essencial instrumento metodológico que estabelece relação entre as disciplinas da própria Teologia, mas também com outras disciplinas e áreas de conhecimento. / [en] The creation of Assessment Area 44, in 2016, entitled Study of Religion and Theology, represents a milestone in the current history of theological research in Brazil, consolidating and sealing its entry into the academic environment. With the aim of identifying the definition of theology that governs Assessment Area 44, this research is dedicated to the analysis of area documents in their various editions, whether when Theology constitutes a Sub-Area of Philosophy, or with the autonomy of the Study of Religion and Theology Assessment Area. As part of the College of Humanities, in the Study of Religion and Theology Area, Theology assimilates the epistemological and methodological standards that qualify it for the study of the hermeneutics of revelation, dealing with the understanding of the relationship between God and creation that always occurs in the historical and cultural context. Consequently, the researcher in theology reveals himself to be an important actor in the process of dialogue between theological knowledge and local reality and interdisciplinarity presents itself as an essential methodological instrument that establishes relationships between the disciplines of Theology itself, but also with other disciplines and areas of knowledge.
