Daugelis autorių aptardami valstybės tarnautojų mokymo bei kvalifikacijos tobulinimo sistemą labiau gilinasi į valstybės tarnautojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimą įtakojančius finansinius, teisinius veiksnius. Todėl šiame darbe siekiama nustatyti valstybės tarnautojų mokymo ir kvalifikacijos tobulinimo sistemos vystymo edukologinius veiksnius. Atlikta literatūros šaltinių analizė, apibūdinta valstybės tarnautojų mokymo ir kvalifikacijos tobulinimo sistema, jos elementai ir funkcijos, nustatyti sistemos vystymo veiksniai. Norint išsiaiškinti valstybės tarnautojų mokymo ir kvalifikacijos tobulinimo sistemos vystymo edukologinius poreikius atlikta valstybės tarnautojų anketinė apklausa bei atliktas interviu su kvalifikacijos tobulinimo institucijų vadovais. Apklausti 78 valstybės tarnautojai ir 6 mokymus valstybės tarnautojams mokymus organizuojančių institucijų vadovai. Atlikti tyrimai parodė, kad valstybės tarnautojų mokymo ir kvalifikacijos tobulinimo sistema nėra labai efektyvi ir nesukuria pakankamų edukologinių prielaidų valstybės tarnautojų kvalifikacijos tobulinimo proceso vystymuisi. / Educological factors of the civil servants training system are not much analysed. Various authors analyses influence of the financial, juridical factors for the civil servants training system. Therefore the point of this research is to estimate educological factors of the civil training system. In this research the are described the elements and functions of the civil servants training system. The factors or the civil servants training system are also described. To establish the educological requirements of the civil servants training system development was caried out a survey of the civil servants and was done the interview with managers of the civil servants training intitutions. In this research took part 78 civil servants and 6 managers of the civil servants training institutions. The survey showed that the civil servants training system is not very effective and don‘t create enuogh educological assumptions for the the development of civil servants training process.

Testing the Validity of the PEAK Relational Training System in Assessing Language & Cognition After Brain Injury

As a field, Behavior Analysis lacks an evidence based solution to assessing and treating language deficits in individuals with brain injuries. Research suggests that using direct instruction with persons with brain injuries is the most effective approach for teaching skills. Research on the PEAK Relational Training System suggests it may be applicable to adults with brain injuries because it does not have an age maximum and it assesses and trains complex language skills. The purpose of the current research is to determine the PEAK Relational Training System's potential applicability in assessing language and cognition functioning in adults with brain injury. 20 adults with brain injuries served as the participants for this study. Using a Pearson Correlation, the relationship between performance on the PEAK assessment and the Ross Information Processing Assessment (RIPA-2), pre-morbid education levels, Glasgow Coma Scale scores, and the location of injury in the brain was analyzed. Significant relationships between PEAK and RIPA-2 scores and PEAK and number of years since injury were shown. Furthermore, implementation of the PEAK was shown to be highly reliable. The current research has shown the effectiveness of the PEAK Relational Training System Direct Training Assessment for adults with brain injury.

Downy mildew (Plamopara viticola) and bunch rot (Botrytis cinerea) are the most important diseases that occur in this winemaking region. The aim of this work was determinate the intensity of downy mildew in leaves and bunch rot in bunches under different training systems, as well the content of total polyphenols in skin of white varieties. Three experiments were done during 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 cycles, two of them in commercials vineyards with Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay in São Joaquim/SC subjected to Y-trellis and vertical shoot positioning trellis (VSP) and the third experiment in a experimental vineyard at Santa Catarina State University (CAV/UDESC) in Lages/SC with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties, subjected to Simple Curtin, VSP, Geneva Double Curtin (GDC) and T-Trellis(TT) training systems. Based in the data obtained the temporal dynamic of downy mildew were quantified bi-weekly from the first symptoms appearance under natural conditions on leaves distributed in four medium-height branches on each five replications per treatment. The disease was compared by the beginning of symptoms appearance (BSA); time to reach the maximum disease incidence and severity (TRMDI and TRMDS); maximum value of disease intensity and severity (Imax e Smax) and area under the disease progress curve (AUDPC) were calculated. The data were analyzed by linear regression and adjusted for the models Logistic, Monomolecular and Gompertz. The intensity of B. cinerea were evaluate at the harvest time, in five replicants where 30 randomily clusters were evaluated per treatment. The Y-trellis training system provided higher severity of downy mildew and bunch rot at Cabernet Sauvignon variety. The GDC system induced a high intensity of downy mildew at Merlot. Both white varieties evaluated, showed higher intensity of B. cinerea in Y-trellis when it was compared to VSP. The high concentration of total polyphenols was observed in Chardonnay subjected to Y-trellis system. The Gompertz model showed the best data fit. In conclusion, Y-trellis training system favors the development of downy mildew and bunch rot diseases when right management conditions are not adopted. VSP system showed the best disease control in this conditions and it is recommended to growing grapes to produce fine wines in highlands of Santa Catarina State / Regiões de elevada altitude de Santa Catarina (SC) vem se destacando pela produção de vinhos finos de alta qualidade. O míldio (Plamospara viticola) e a podridão cinzenta (Botrytis cinerea) da videira são as principais doenças que afetam o cultivo de uvas viníferas (Vitis vinifera) na região. O objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar a intensidade de míldio em folha e podridão cinzenta no cacho sob diferentes sistemas de sustentação, bem como o teor de polifenóis totais nas cascas de variedades brancas. Foram realizados três experimentos durante os ciclos 2012/2013 e 2013/2014, sendo dois ensaios em vinhedos comerciais em São Joaquim/SC nas variedades Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay e Sauvignon Blanc sob os sistemas de sustentação espaldeira e ypsilon (Y) e o terceiro ensaio em vinhedo experimental da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina CAV/UDESC em Lages/SC nas variedades C. Sauvignon e Merlot sob sistemas de sustentação latada descontínua, Geneva Double Curtin (GDC), espaldeira e cortina simples. A dinâmica temporal do míldio foi avaliada quinzenalmente após o início do aparecimento dos sintomas, sob condições de infecção natural, em folhas distribuídas em 4 ramos medianos marcados aleatoriamente com 5 repetições por tratamento. A epidemia foi comparada em relação ao início do aparecimento dos sintomas (IAS), tempo para atingir a máxima severidade e incidência da doença (TAMID e TAMSD), incidência máxima (Ymax), severidade máxima (Smax) e com os dados obtidos calculou-se as áreas abaixo da curva de progresso da incidência e severidade da doença (AACPID e AACPSD). Os dados foram analisados por regressão linear e ajustados para os modelos Logístico, Monomolecular e Gompertz. A intensidade de podridão cinzenta nos diferentes sistemas foi comparada no momento da colheita, em 5 repetições e 30 cachos aleatórios avaliados por tratamento. O sistema em ypsilon (Y) proporcionou uma maior intensidade de míldio e de podridão cinzenta da videira em relação ao sistema espaldeira, nas formas de manejo adotadas no vinhedo da variedade C. Sauvignon. O sistema GDC apresentou maior intensidade de míldio para variedade Merlot. As variedades brancas apresentaram maior intensidade de B. cinerea no sistema em ypsilon (Y). O teor de polifenóis totais foi superior no sistema ypsilon (Y) para variedade Chardonnay. Dos modelos matemáticos testados o modelo Gompertz foi o modelo que permitiu melhor ajuste dos dados. O sistema em ypsilon (Y) favorece o desenvolvimento do míldio e da podridão cinzenta quando técnicas de manejo adequadas não são aplicadas. O sistema espaldeira mostrou maior controle fitossanitário nas condições adotadas, sendo recomendado para produção de uvas viníferas nas regiões de elevada altitude no Planalto Sul de Santa Catarina

Evaluation of a novel phantom‑based neurosurgical training system

Background: The complexity of neurosurgical interventions demands innovative training solutions and standardized evaluation methods that in recent times have been the object of increased research interest. The objective is to establish an education curriculum on a phantom‑based training system incorporating theoretical and practical components for important aspects of brain tumor surgery. Methods: Training covers surgical planning of the optimal access path based on real patient data, setup of the navigation system including phantom registration and navigated craniotomy with real instruments. Nine residents from different education levels carried out three simulations on different data sets with varying tumor locations. Trainings were evaluated by a specialist using a uniform score system assessing tumor identification, registration accuracy, injured structures, planning and execution accuracy, tumor accessibility and required time. Results: Average scores improved from 16.9 to 20.4 between first and third training. Average time to craniotomy improved from 28.97 to 21.07 min, average time to suture improved from 37.83 to 27.47 min. Significant correlations were found between time to craniotomy and number of training (P < 0.05), between time to suture and number of training (P < 0.05) as well as between score and number of training (P < 0.01). Conclusion: The training system is evaluated to be a suitable training tool for residents to become familiar with the complex procedures of autonomous neurosurgical planning and conducting of craniotomies in tumor surgeries. Becoming more confident is supposed to result in less error‑prone and faster operation procedures and thus is a benefit for both physicians and patients.

The masters thesis consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusion, bibliography and seven appendices. In the theoretical part of the study, a general idea of the system of in-house training is given, definitions of concepts such as "training", "in-house training" are given. In the practical part of the work, a characteristic of the enterprise is presented, on the basis of which the study is conducted: the results of industrial and economic activities, the personnel management mechanisms in the company are studied. A study of the needs of employees in training was carried out, the results of a partial implementation of the model for improving the system of in-house training were described. In conclusion, the conclusions obtained during the work are summarized in accordance with the tasks set. / Магистерская диссертация состоит из введения, двух глав, заключения, библиографического списка и семи приложений. В теоретической части исследования дано общее представление о системе внутрифирменного обучения, даны определения таких понятий как «обучение», внутрифирменное обучение». В практической части работы представлена характеристика предприятия, на основе которого проводится исследование: изучены результаты производственно-хозяйственной деятельности, механизмы управления персоналом в компании. Проведено исследование потребностей сотрудников в обучении, описаны результаты частичного внедрения модели совершенствования системы внутрифирменного обучения. В заключении обобщены выводы, полученные в ходе работы, в соответствии с поставленными задачами.

台灣金融控股公司交叉銷售訓練模式之探討

本文主要目的在探討金融控股公司於進行交叉銷售時教育訓練體系之規劃研究。在總體環境與個體環境產生變革之促使下,金融業跨業兼營各類商品將會逐漸成為未來趨勢,本文希望以目前國內實際從事金融商品交叉銷售之金融保險業為研究範圍,並以負責規劃相關教育訓練活動之執行者及受訓者為研究對象,透過人員問卷查詢與訪談,及報章雜誌等相關文獻之探討,進一步分析交叉銷售時訓練體系規劃可行架構,期能對新興之金融控股公司進行交叉銷售活動時有所助益。 研究中首先透過金融業傳統教育訓練體系之分析,分別探討產物保險,人壽保險,銀行與證券公司之訓練體系,發現企業教育訓練方式將隨產業急遽變化而轉變。次則分析金融控股公司設立對金融產業之影響,包括商品,客層區隔與交叉銷售通路,而以花旗銀行為例。繼而以訪談及問卷查詢彙整結果,發現金融控股公司成立後,進行交叉銷售對企業訓練單位及受訓員工皆產生影響。最後綜合本研究結果,提出對業者進行交叉銷售訓練模式與相關實務執行之建議。期望透過本研究,能對從事交叉銷售訓練之金融控股公司或非金融控股公司與相關人員有所助益,且使其教育訓練模式之效益極大化。 / Under the pressure of changes from macro and micro environments, cross selling of various products and services among different financial industries become a trend in the near future The purpose of this paper is to analyze the establishment of training system for the cross selling demand in financial holding company. The analysis covers the financial insurance industry with practical cross-selling experience of financial products, and targets persons who are responsible to plan related training activities and trainees. The analysis method is through questionnaire survey and interview, as well as investigation of media reporting, to further analyze the possible framework of cross selling training system, with an aim to benefit those booming financial holding companies while they implement cross selling activities. Propose certain recommendations for the booming financial holding companies while they implement the cross selling activities. The study begins with analysis of traditional training system of the financial industry, including property insurance, life insurance, banks and security companies, and discovers the training methods shall change with the rapid change of the industry. Followed by analysis of the impact of financial holding companies to industry, including products, customer segmentation, and cross-selling, taking CITI CORP. as example. Then consolidates result collected from the interview and survey, finds out that after the financial holding company set up, cross selling has impacted both training persons and trainees. Lastly this paper proposes recommendations for companies doing cross selling training and practical execution, expecting to benefit both financial holding companies and non-holding companies, related persons who work on cross selling training, and to maximize the effectiveness of training models.
