Reengineering of informational systems is reorganization and modification of existing software systems, maintaining then to come easier. In the project action reengineering is suggested as paradigma of alternation at industrial organization which is essential achieving better setting and being more competitionable; influences structures and operations of organization a informational system and its development methods. During this process the present platform of informational system and software is placed. Refering to this rating the ways of software development are planned. Large organizations have functional requirements and demand of informational needs so this project considerates methods how to integrate residual system’s base stages and nero structures, whish are necessary for varied informational needs . Analysed application system’s sphere “ staff accounting” isn’t keel. Its regulation acts are changing, so staff working hours and wages have to conform. Analysed company, with such activity has alternate payment and organizational rules. So chosen way is the most effective. The main problems, noticed at this company: active accounting programme in old operating system doesn’t aberrant activity reasons, old in moral and do not fit all functions. Lithuanian software market is oriented to the West production and has very fero personal accounting systems. They’re coming from abroad Foreing a priori systems don’t fit specified action processes and legal limitation.

The main purpose of this work is to develop an information system „Managers Window“ for managers of Lithuanian Labour Exchange. In the coming years, the Internet will see growth in numbers unlike the world has ever seen. E-commerce has built itself with this in mind and is making every effort it can to seize the strongest position possible. The idea of e-restaurant extends the restaurant to the web and therefore to the home of customers. It provides the basic services, such as reservation, meal selection, and recommendation. The most appealing thing we found about e-restaurant is its online reservation service. On customer side, customers can take as much time as their need to choose table positions, search menu items, and investigate menu items through pictures, descriptions and feedbacks on e-restaurant's web page before making reservations. It is created in order to simplify every day’s usual micro payments for different services. All services that require micro payments are integrated into one and single management system. The usage of the created system is simple and easy. The users have to have terminal equipment such as: personal computer, laptop with internet connection or cell phone with SMS, WAP, GPRS, 3G functionality or micro-payments card. Computer technologies progressively penetrate into educational system, influence its management and teaching process. Pupils have possibilities to use computers at home and at school. Teachers use them in the teaching process. While IT weren’t used in the teaching process lessons were dry and boring. Though, these days the rapid expansions of the computer network opens wide possibilities for teachers to choose reaching softwear and new teaching methods which helps pupils to develop awareness of the subject, creative thinking and motivates them. Dependencies for the calculation of strain inten¬sity in the most heavily loaded zones of welded joint with the real mild and hard weld are obtained in this paper. The optimum relative height of mild weld reinforcement is obtained from equality of strain intensities in central cross-section and stress concentration zone (initial point of rein¬forcement). The hard weld reinforcement increase strain intensity in the most heavily loaded zones of welded joint.

Theme „E-tool for teaching of economics at school”. The aim of the research is to design an e-tool, i.e. an educational tool to be applied by teachers for teaching and examination of the subject of economics. Objectives:  To create a suitable and attractive user interface;  To present the theory of economic course and task examples;  To design the examination of self-monitoring and check tests and tasks;  To store the evaluation of students by recording it in grade books;  To grant the possibility to teachers to allow their students retake tests or given tasks. Having conducted the analysis of parallel target tools, the requirements raised for the educational tool have been determined: easy installation, no particular requirements for the hardware and software; simple control features; comfortable, explicit and intuitively comprehensible user interface; informatively, explicitly, concisely and interestingly presented information. The designed e-tool, meant for teaching economics at school, is targeted to the students of higher forms and includes the theory of particular topics and task examples, self-monitoring and check tests and tasks. The aim of this work is to create an alternative IS school model and to apply it at schools. The created IS programme would allow the perfection of educational process to apply up-to-date information technologies, to accumulate the teaching and cognitive material of different subjects, to effect the management of educational institute, to execute the accounting of schoolchildren attendance and learning (in case of the created data base of school attendants), to assure the link of home-school. “Open Source” technologic – programmable means were selected for projecting and creating of the IS school: · Content Management System – CMS, which allows to administrate websites effectively, was used for creating the website and analysis. · PHP programming technologies were chosen for programming and Java Script for increasing of interactivity. · Relational DBVS MySOL was used for accounting, analysis, reports. · In order the system would function in the net the Apache WEB server is being used. · ProVision Workbench is used for the analysis of the IS data base. · Flash technologies were also used for increasing of interactivity.
