Most of an e-commercial systems pay the biggest attention to the acceptance of an orders and maintenance of users ,but the process of performance of the orders ,which are done in the organization, are leaved to the employees. The target of this work was to investigate the system of control of the orders ,which would enable users of internet to make the orders and for the employees of the organization to rule those orders with the help of computer tools. It is possible to work with the investigated system in the firm where it will be implemented and it will be possible to send by internet the program for cost calculation and composition of orders. In the nearest future it would be good to expand the system,upgrade it and to create the web page of the firm.By improving the system some patterns should be included such as the map of the system,the news,perfect the leader and etc.

The subject of the work is Custom’s Informatics division information system. The aim of this work is to create flexible and appropriate software tool to computerize the process, tailored to the users’ needs and requirements. This information system helps to provide information about IT stocktaking, Informatics division’s works, users needs. Search is integrated into this information system. The quality of presentation of the information and its gaining on time are the most important factor. Data security is the important criterion of this information system. The users may access the permitted information only by use of their password. Also this software tool usability and suitability is the important criterions too. The Visio 2003 tool was used to design, create and analyse necessary diagrams. Programming tool Access 2000 was used for implementing system.

The created drawing’s learning system is the method’s foundation of automatized drawing’s teaching by using IT (specifically - AutoCAD). Everyone can use it anywhere, where is the possibility to work with computer and to learn the learning program. In this learning system there are presented 91 auditorial works for topic of two – dimentional and three – dimentional graphic primitives drawing’s edit, dimension’s writing. The requirements: personal computer, Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP operating system and AutoCAD2000/2002/2004. The learning system is created using VisualLISP programming language.

Computeristed clerical work program "District Neighborhoods Office IS" is created using DELPHI field, and it acts in Windows'98/2000/XP surroundings. It is integrated registration system, this system fits for Utena District Neighborhoods. This program helps to facilitate the control of the tasks fulfilling, which are provided in documents, also documents registration, files formating and looking for information. Documentical information analysis takes much time. This program helps to improve and to facilitate work, and it distinguish very easy controlling. Owing to program "District Neighborhoods Office IS", during very shot time we can adduce how possible exhausitive information about keeping documents, producing course, and if there is a need to find them fast. In my work there ia a program description. All using buttons are described in detal, in my work is given documents registration menu: incoming, outgoing, inside, classificators, inquire, account.

The subject of the project is the methods of road-marking on a map and their research. The aim of this project is to develop a system for map drawing. The development of the system also takes into account some issues peculiar to the enterprise that it will be used in: the peculiarities of its activity, what type of maps and for what purposes are being used. The system will assess in drawing road schemes using raster view. The usage of the AutoCAD means allows drawing a road map of a chosen district or the whole region, editing it, inserting data on roads and other objects from a database. There also is a possibility to collect the information stored in a drawing and present it in any chosen format. Taking into account the software possessed by the enterprise, AutoLISP ���� AutoCAD 2002 – has been chosen as the programming language. The project makes the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing software. It also presents the analysis of the usage of AutoCAD software for the development of maps, their possibilities in transforming a hand-drawn or scanned map into a drawing file, storing the data and their connection to graphics. The program was introduced into state company “Utenos regiono keliai”. Volume: 55 pages, 28 pictures, 12 literature references.

In this work analyzed some standards and technologies according to data transfer processes between different data sources. New database development and usage requires legacy database data integration into new databases. The common integration structure must be created for this purpose. During integration we should pay attention to name conflicts. XML is being used because of its usage flexibility and simplicity. Data exchange using XML enables to ensure data storage for the future regenerative possibility. System realization was used in KTU Computer Cathedral activity.

The setting of remote education of the logistics systems of transport The society of Lithuania must manfully accept all the challenges of the modern world, to develop the interactive social contacts and to create “info – society” living in the 21th century. It should be declare a right to choose the configuration of studies for every citizen who wants to enhance or change the qualification, to improve professional skills and etc. Remote education system is maintained by the integration of informatics technologies to the education process. The most important feature of these studies is the accumulation of the printed, sound and vision information that helps to create the system of communication for people who are restricted by time and space. It’s very actual education system for the informal adults training. The logistics systems of transport are one of the functional instruments which could exist in the global contestable market. The practice of logistics guideline in the system of transport let to organize the control of material flows and other components. Lately various kinds of screens with LEDs has been widely used for visual advertisement. Good ratio between quality and price of these screens, handy controlling and energetic characteristic also unlimited size has determined mass use of LEDs. In many cases video information, which is shown in screens, in certain periodicity has to be changed many times. So it’s very important to have comfortable and productive computer application for new information creation. This program has to evaluate all basic properties of screen and it’s specific needs. There were made an analysis of existing rotational screens control software and customer needs in this work. Also there were made an analysis of existing simple animation programs. We chose to use GIF file format as main video container, because there are many third party applications that can create and edit it. Furthermore we chose to use windows bitmap (BMP) as static picture file format and True Type fonts for text generation.

The rapid economical and social changes in Lithuania induce the changes of professional life: the increase of planning need in professional career, professional activities changes, the demands for worker’s personality. Democratic society needs professionals, who gal quickly adapt to changeable conditions, full of initiative, self-confidant, seeks for higher professional standards, are responsible, expand or extend their professional know ledges and abilities. The investigation took place in 2005 February – March, in Vilnius (In teacher’s professional development center), in Trakai and Vilkaviskis districts schools. 120 technology teachers took part in the investigation. The analysis of literature showed that the training of users takes important place in technology training; there is still duration of competence teachers, who can train nowadays user. The competence of a teacher in science literature is shown as an ability to influence the conditional knowledge of individuals, skills, practices, points of view, personal qualities and values.
