No. of bitstreams: 1 AnaTLS_TESE.pdf: 3322353 bytes, checksum: 2cbe458f8024ad0c0926ea062e203927 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2010-05-22 / The health transition experienced in Brazilian health care model requires a metamorphosis in human and society, placing new demands on health and education. The Faculty of Science, Culture and Extension of Rio Grande do Norte (Facex), aware of their responsibilities to the Health System, which brings the principle of comprehensiveness as its structural axis, dared to implement a course of nursing in complex thinking and Experiential Pedagogy Humanescente with curriculum inter / transdisciplinary. For deployment of proprosta was not enough to reform thinking of educators, there was a need corporalizar new teaching practices that are aimed at the integral formation of human beings. In this context, emerged the workshop on Human Education autopoietic, self-forming area of the educator, where he developed an Action Research Existential (PA-E) which enabled experience, describe and analyze how the human autopoietic educators could contribute to the practice educational humanescente transdisciplinary curriculum project. Were worked out in meetings, knowledge necessary to practice the transdisciplinary 1st Meeting - learn to create; 2nd Meeting - learn to recognize the laws of nature with emphasis on complexity theory, 3rd Meeting - learn to organize, 4th meeting - namely autoestruturar themselves; 5th Meeting - know how to choose, 6th Meeting - knowing innovate 7th Meeting - namely exchange. Next an autobiographical perspective, we chose the metaphorical possibility to narrate the ways and strategies covered by the author and apprentice in the company of the Little Prince de Saint-Exupery, in search of a sensible pedagogical practice complex, which promotes re-enchant transdisicplinar education. The route involved five methodological connections: a literature review which relate to training for care in undergraduate nursing: the study of learning processes that drive the formation humanopoi?tica, emphasizing the relationship that involves the complexity and embodiment in the educational process transdisciplinary, highlighting the analysis of what is to learn from the findings of biosciences and recent cognitive theories of Maturana and Varela, the description of the interdisciplinary curriculum of the nursing course of Facex and Training Workshop, Human autopoietic, with emphasis on Experiential Education Humanescente; the report of seven meetings of the Workshops (cocoon), recording the experiences and listening to educators (luminescent butterflies), the final reflections with learning opportunized. Experientiality lived through, the expressions and words, educators say the influence of workshops for their teaching practices, highlighting it as a space for selforganizing, creating, learning and enchantment, and can identify the workshop as a place of transformation necessary for deployment an interdisciplinary curriculum. The knowledge emerging from the study indicate the need for permanent spaces of self, in which the educator learns from its body, between cognitive processes and vital, and in the experiences of their formative process the opportunity to act on the dimensions of knowing and being / A transi??o sanit?ria vivenciada no modelo de aten??o brasileiro demanda uma metamorfose no ser humano e na sociedade, colocando novas exig?ncias no ?mbito da sa?de e da educa??o.

An Inquiry into PYP Transdisciplinary Understanding in Two Remote Schools in Indonesia

January 2019 (has links)
abstract: This research investigates teachers' understanding of and feelings about transdisciplinary education and the International Baccalaureate's Primary Years Programme (PYP) as utilized by two remote schools in the province of Papua, Indonesia on the island of New Guinea. A goal of transdisciplinary education is to make learning through inquiry authentic, broad, student-centered, and relevant to the real world. In this study I examine educators’ perspectives of how transdisciplinary education is manifested in the two different and yet related elementary schools. Both schools are supported by a multinational mining company. One school is for expatriate students and the language of instruction is English. The second school, which is for Indonesian students, follows the Indonesian National Curriculum of 2013, with instruction delivered in the Indonesian language by Indonesian teachers. A single expatriate superintendent oversees both schools. Teacher experience, teacher PYP experience, implications of the PYP framework, cultural implications of the location, and demographics of the school stakeholders were considerations of this research. To acquire data, homeroom teachers, specialist teachers (music, art, physical education, and language), administrators, and PYP coordinators completed a survey and were interviewed. Additional data were collected through document examination and observation. A broad range of experience with transdisciplinary education existed in both schools, contributing to some confusion about how to implement the PYP framework and varying conceptions of what constitutes transdisciplinary education. Principles of the PYP were evident in curriculum documents and planning and discussed by the teachers in both schools. Educators at the expatriate school identified with the international-mindedness and approaches to learning in the PYP. Educators at the national school valued to character education elements of the PYP, which they viewed as consistent with Indonesian principles of pancasila. The mission and vision statements of the schools in this study aligned with the PYP in different ways. Challenges faced by educators in these schools are acquisition of professional development, experienced teachers and teaching materials due to the remote location of the schools. While transdisciplinary education was described, it was not necessarily implemented. The findings of this study suggest that transdisciplinary education is a mindset that takes time, experience, and commitment to implement. / Dissertation/Thesis / Doctoral Dissertation Music Education 2019

Nascimento, Patricia Limaverde 21 February 2008 (has links)
Made available in DSpace on 2016-04-27T14:32:08Z (GMT). No. of bitstreams: 1 Patricia Limaverde Nascimento desp.pdf: 44032389 bytes, checksum: 48ce267ce7d954a1bf93108aa6311976 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2008-02-21 / It is the analysis of the results of pedagogical practice of 26 years of school VILA, in Fortaleza, which carries in itself the characteristics that would be a transdisciplinary education and eco-systemic. The analysis of the work of the School VILA culminates in a Web Curricular composed of three axes: Take care of Being, the Caring Means Social and Caring Environment. The daily activities of arts, theater, crafts, music, body´s expression, along with laboratories experiences in vegetable garden, medicinal herbal plantation, garden, fauna, health and nutrition, recycling of waste and alternative technologies seek to promote a significant learning from its 380 Students of Kindergarten and Elementar School. The School´s main goal is the human being integral growing and less fragmented, being sensitive to social and environmental causes and able to act in its context, aiming at social transformation. To verify if this goal is reached or not (its aspects and different degrees), the research was made with 21 former students, now adults. These former students were interviewed and gave testimonies about what actually learned in School VILA and still bring in their daily life. Were selected the following categories for consideration: coexistence in human diversity, ecological awareness and attitude and the care with the body, creativity and artistic expression; social acting. The data were analyzed from the Grounded Theory under an eco-systemic focus. In order to facilitate the process of analysis-synthesis in Grounded Theory was used the software CHIC (Classification Hiérarchique Implicative et Cohésitive), seeking to establish the highest number of significant relationships among the data / Trata-se da análise dos resultados da prática pedagógica de 26 anos da Escola VILA, em Fortaleza, que carrega em si características do que viria a ser uma educação transdisciplinar e eco-sistêmica.
