La presente investigación bibliográfica tiene como propósito explicar cómo el liderazgo transformacional impacta en la creatividad e innovación de los individuos que conforman las empresas. Para lograr dicho objetivo, se describirán los principales argumentos de diferentes autores que han investigado y escrito sobre el impacto del liderazgo transformacional en la creatividad e innovación. Sin embargo, también se señalarán algunas posiciones que no consideran a dicho estilo de liderazgo como un factor relevante en el impulso de la creatividad e innovación. Finalmente, a partir de este balance bibliográfico, se arribará a la conclusión de que sí existe una relación entre el liderazgo transformacional y el impulso de la creatividad e innovación en las empresas. / The purpose of this bibliographic research is to explain how transformational leadership impacts the creativity and innovation of the individuals that make up companies. To achieve this objective, the main arguments of different authors who have researched and written about the impact of transformational leadership on creativity and innovation will be described. However, some positions that do not consider said leadership style as a relevant factor in promoting creativity and innovation will also be pointed out. El liderazgo transformacional y su relación con las ventas de una empresa de capacitación para docentes, Trujillo 2022

La investigación se centra en analizar la relación entre el liderazgo transformacional y el rendimiento de ventas en una empresa de capacitación para docentes en Trujillo, año 2022. El liderazgo transformacional destaca por su capacidad inspiradora y motivadora, contribuyendo al éxito organizacional. La pregunta de investigación explora esta relación, respaldada por una hipótesis de conexión positiva y significativa. La justificación se basa en comprender el impacto del liderazgo en las ventas. El objetivo general es evaluar esta relación, con objetivos específicos de medir el nivel de aplicación del liderazgo y evaluar las ventas. La investigación es aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, alcance explicativo y diseño no experimental. Se utilizó el cuestionario de liderazgo multifactorial en su versión corta y los informes de ventas en soles de enero a diciembre de 2022. Los resultados revelan una conexión significativa y positiva con un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman de 0.968, sugiriendo que mejoras en la aplicación del liderazgo transformacional se traducen en un aumento positivo en las ventas. Se destaca la necesidad de mejorar la aplicación del liderazgo, identificando áreas de específicas, y se sugiere implementar estrategias para potenciar la percepción y aplicación del liderazgo, abordando problemas de comunicación y confianza. En cuanto al rendimiento de ventas, se observa disparidad entre niveles. La investigación concluye resaltando la importancia del liderazgo transformacional y sugiere estrategias personalizadas y fortalecimiento de la cultura de liderazgo para mejorar el rendimiento de ventas. / The research focuses on analyzing the relationship between transformational leadership and sales performance in a teacher training company in Trujillo, year 2022. Transformational leadership stands out for its inspiring and motivating capacity, contributing to organizational success. The research question explores this relationship, supported by a hypothesis of a positive and significant connection. The justification is based on understanding the impact of leadership on sales. The general objective is to evaluate this relationship, with specific goals of measuring the level of leadership application and assessing sales. The research is applied, with a quantitative approach, explanatory scope, and non-experimental design. The short version of the multifactorial leadership questionnaire was used, along with sales reports in soles from January to December 2022. The results reveal a significant and positive connection with a Spearman correlation coefficient of 0.968, suggesting that improvements in the application of transformational leadership translate into a positive increase in sales. The need to improve leadership application is emphasized, identifying specific areas, and strategies are suggested to enhance the perception and application of leadership, addressing communication and trust issues. Regarding sales performance, disparity between levels is observed. The research concludes by highlighting the importance of transformational leadership and suggesting personalized strategies and strengthening the leadership culture to improve sales performance.

These workshops were conducted by the author of this, a volunteer at Habitare NGO. The population attended in this research is on a state of psychosocial vulnerability, they attend an institution partner of Habitare NGO, which since 2004 develops social projects characterized by psychological interventions with low-income population as a biopsychosocial measure of prevention and intervention in mental health. Three workshops are described and analyzed, from the psychoanalytic method. The analysis takes into account the different setting and management, the analyst's performance, the transformational encounters and the use of material mediators as sewing, songs and books. All of Habitare's projects have characteristics that favor the use of creativity in social-clinical treatments, allowing the analyst to fit through the needs of a vulnerable and in need population, through the offering of setting and management differents from the classical psychoanalysis / Considerando como princípio básico que o amadurecimento infantil depende das competências do bebê associadas à capacidade da mãe de cuidar e manter uma comunicação silenciosa com ele, ou seja, de a mãe entrar em estado de Preocupação Materna Primária (Winnicott, 1956), a presente pesquisa pretende investigar a importância da aplicação de intervenções psicanalíticas preventivas, em grupo com gestantes, denominadas Oficinas favorecedoras de experiências transformacionais. Estas oficinas foram realizadas pela autora deste trabalho, no período em que foi voluntária da organização não governamental Habitare. A população atendida nesta pesquisa se encontra em estado de vulnerabilidade psicossocial e frequenta uma instituição que mantém parceria com a referida ONG. A Habitare desenvolve desde 2004 desenvolve projetos sociais caracterizados pela atuação psicológica em comunidades de baixa renda como medida biopsicossocial de prevenção e intervenção em saúde mental. Três oficinas são descritas e analisadas empregando-se o método psicanalítico. A análise leva em conta o setting e manejo diferenciados, a atuação da analista, os encontros transformacionais e o uso da costura, músicas e livros. Neste estudo apresentamos as origens da Programação Neurolingüística (PNL), seus principais fundamentos, pressupostos teóricos e objetivos; analisamos o “metamodelo”, sua relação com a linguagem e sua exploração por meio do processo de “modelagem”, a partir do enfoque presente na obra A estrutura da magia I: um livro sobre linguagem e terapia, de Richard Bandler e John Grinder, idealizadores da PNL. Examinamos as transformações obtidas mediante o processo de derivação, com base na Gramática Gerativo-Transformacional de Noam Chomsky, objetivando verificar sua relação com o “metamodelo”. Explorando o discurso do Sujeito submetido ao processo de “modelagem”, verificamos em que medida os novos conteúdos semânticos revelados pelas transformações poderiam influenciá-lo, a ponto de mudar sua visão de mundo. Para esta análise, investigamos ainda as teorias clássicas da Argumentação, em especial os conceitos de convicção e persuasão, constatando que a “modelagem” oferece ao Sujeito recursos para ampliar seu repertório lingüístico, apreender novos significados a partir de seus próprios enunciados e, por meio da deliberação consigo mesmo, convencer-se e persuadir-se. / This study aims at presenting the origins of the Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), its main ideas, theoretical presuppositions and goals. Moreover, it will be examined the transformations obtained from the derivation process, based on Noam Chomsky´s Transformational-generative grammar, with the goal of verifying its relationship with the meta-model. When exploiting the subject´s discourse submitted for the process of modeling, it will be verified in which way the new semantic contents revealed by the transformations could influence that subject and made him alter his vision of the world. For this analysis, it will be investigated also the classic theories of Argumentation, especially the conviction and persuasion concepts. It will also be verified that the process of modeling can offer resources to the subject, for him to enhance his linguistic vocabulary, to learn new meanings from his own sentences and to be able to persuade and convince himself through deliberating with his inner self.

A liderança pode ser entendida como um conjunto de metacompetências de um indivíduo que agrega seguidores rumo a um objetivo. Dos estilos de liderança, alguns são mais pesquisados nos dias de hoje, como: Liderança Transformacional, Liderança Transacional e a Laissez-faire. No contexto deste trabalho, a teoria da liderança transformacional, que apresentou resultados além das expectativas em centenas de artigos, com alto fator de impacto, foi utilizada pelo pesquisador (docente das disciplinas) com o intuito de analisar se existe uma relação entre o estilo de liderança transformacional e a superação das expectativas para com os estudantes em sala de aula no que tange ao desempenho, indo além da tradicional transferência de conteúdo das mesmas. A motivação do estudo aparece no momento em que essa área de pesquisa tem sido raramente explorada tendo o professor do ensino superior como líder, podendo assim apoiar a agenda do Fórum Econômico Mundial de 2015, que apontou como terceira prioridade, o fomento de líderes em todas as áreas. Por meio do método de pesquisa-ação, com abordagem qualitativa, e apoio de metodologias ativas de aprendizagem, como o Problem Based Learning (PBL), e dos instrumentos de categorização ILS (Índice de Estilos de Aprendizagem) e o Classificador de Temperamentos de Keirsey (KTS), o pesquisador trabalhou utilizando-se estritamente da liderança transformacional, com o apoio das metacompetências de liderança, em oito disciplinas, quatro do curso de Administração e quatro do curso de Engenharia de Produção em duas faculdades na cidade de Fortaleza/CE, abrangendo 253 estudantes no total. Os indicadores apontaram que a liderança do docente impactou de forma muito positiva os grupos, com resultados além das expectativas quanto ao aprendizado, assim como desempenho, tanto pelos estudantes quanto pelo professor. Tais resultados formalizam o conteúdo de pesquisa desta tese de doutorado, que é apresentar diretrizes para capacitação em liderança transformacional aos docentes do ensino superior, em forma de um modelo. Para tal, o pesquisador utilizou o Método Enterprise Knowledge Development (EKD), e provou o modelo entrevistando 3 (três) líderes expoentes em suas áreas, obtendo uma análise favorável do mesmo. / Leadership can be defined as a set of meta-competencies of an individual that aggregates followers towards a goal. Of the leadership styles, some are more researched these days, such as: Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership and Laissez-faire. In the context of this work, the transformational leadership theory, which presented results beyond expectations in hundreds of articles with high impact factor, was used by the researcher (teacher of the disciplines) in order to analyze if there is a relationship between leadership style transformational learning and exceeding expectations for learners in the classroom in terms of performance, going beyond the traditional content transference in the classroom. The motivation of the study appears at a time when this area of research has rarely been explored with the higher education teacher as the leader, thus supporting the agenda of the World Economic Forum of 2015, which pointed out with third priority, the promotion of leaders in all the areas. Through the qualitative approach of the research-action research, and support of active learning methodologies, such as the Problem Based Learning (PBL) teaching method and the Learning Styles Index (ILS) and the Keirsey Temperament Classifier (KTS) , the researcher worked using strictly the transformational leadership, with the support of the meta-competencies of leadership, in eight disciplines, four of the Management course and four of the Production Engineering course in two colleges in the city of Fortaleza/CE, covering 253 apprentices in total. The indicators indicated that the leadership had a very positive impact on the groups, with results beyond expectations regarding learning, as well as performance, both by the apprentices and by the teacher. These results formalize the research proposal of this doctoral thesis, which is to propose guidelines for transformational leadership training for higher education teachers, modeling the profile used by the researcher. To do this, the researcher used the Enterprise Knowledge Development (EKD) Method, and proved the model by interviewing 3 (three) leading exponents in their areas, obtaining a positive qualitative validation of the model.

However there are cues that other contextual variables can add to the explanation of this construct. Due to its capacity to influence expectations of individuals in organizations, organizational culture can contribute to fill this gap. To test if organizational culture influences the effectiveness of leadership style, we conducted two experimental studies using Amazon’s Mechanical Turk, comparing effects of paternalistic and transformational leadership on followers’ outcomes. Using video clips and vignettes, we found that PL is better related to followers´ outcomes in cultures oriented to people than outcome, and that TL has a better relationship in cultures oriented to innovation than stability. The results suggest that organizational culture helps in explaining PL endorsement, and that further analysis of the influence of this variable to PL can provide a better understanding of the expression of this leadership style in organizations.

La finalidad del presente trabajo de investigación es evaluar el liderazgo transformacional y su impacto en el desempeño laboral en los Hoteles 3 y 4 estrellas del Distrito de Huancayo, año 2020. En este contexto, el objetivo principal de esta investigación es identificar si los líderes que presentan un estilo de liderazgo transformacional impactan de forma negativa o positiva, en el desempeño laboral de sus subordinados. Teniendo en cuenta que para determinar si los líderes presentan un estilo de liderazgo transformacional, se aplicó el cuestionario MLQ 5X (short) a los colaboradores. De este modo, el trabajo se lleva a cabo en cinco capítulos estructurados de la siguiente manera. De acuerdo a lo expuesto en el párrafo anterior, el capítulo I, se centrará en el desarrollo del marco teórico donde se analizará de lo general a lo particular el liderazgo transformacional y el desempeño laboral, dentro de este contexto, también se abordará la situación del sector hotelero en el Mundo y el Perú. Por otro lado, en el capítulo II, se desarrollará el plan de investigación, estableciendo el problema, objetivos e hipótesis. Asimismo, en el capítulo III, se realizará la metodología de la investigación, que nos permitirá definir el tipo, enfoque, alcance y diseño de la investigación. De igual forma, en el capítulo IV, se expone los resultados obtenidos de las entrevistas a profundidad y las encuestas realizadas. Finalmente, en el capítulo V, se detallan las conclusiones y recomendaciones generadas a partir del análisis estadístico. / The main purpose of this research is to evaluate how transformational leadership impacts on job performance on three and four stars hotels in Huancayo District. In this context, the main objective of this research is to identify if the leaders who have a transformational leadership style impact, negatively or positively, on the job performance of their subordinates. Taking into account that to determine if the leaders present a transformational leadership style, the MLQ 5X (short) questionnaire was applied to the collaborators. In this way, the work is carried out in five chapters structured as follows. According to what is stated in the previous paragraph, Chapter I, will focus on the development of the theoretical framework where transformational leadership, and job performance, will be analyzed from the general to the particular. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal, determinar la relación entre el liderazgo y la competitividad de las pequeñas empresas en el sector de minería cuprífera en la zona sur costera del Perú en el 2019. Desde el inicio se pretende resaltar la zona de estudio que en específico es Ica y Arequipa. En este sentido, los aspectos metodológicos tomados en cuenta para el desarrollo del presente estudio fueron de tipo básica, de nivel relacional, además de un diseño no experimental con un tipo de corte transversal. La principal herramienta utilizada fue una encuesta a trabajadores de pequeñas empresas del sector minería cuprífera en la zona sur costera a 128 colaboradores que pertenecen a 128 pequeñas empresas del sector minería cuprífera en la zona sur costera, a quienes se les aplicó un cuestionario como técnica de recopilación de datos. Finalmente, los autores concluyeron que existe relación de 76.4% entre el liderazgo y la competitividad de las pequeñas empresas en el sector de minería cuprífera en la zona sur costera del Perú en el 2019, además se determinó la existencia de relación entre el liderazgo transformacional y la competitividad en un 78.1%, también se determinó la existencia de relación entre el liderazgo transaccional y la competitividad en un 71.9%, al igual que el liderazgo pasivo – evitador y la competitividad en un 71.6%. / This research entitled “The influence of leadership on the competitiveness of small businesses in the copper mining sector in the southern coastal area of ​​Peru in 2019”, had as its main objective, to determine the relationship between leadership and the competitiveness of Small companies in the copper mining sector in the southern coastal area of ​​Peru in 2019.
