Event associated to the order of the taboo, the incest would be the transgression of the injunction that, second L?vi-Strauss, facilitated the emergency of the Culture while symbolic order, differentiated of the natural order. The injunction of the incest would reveal the elementary and universal structures of the order symbolic presents in the human societies: the demand of the Rule as rule; the reciprocity and the gift, present element in the social changes that it transforms the individuals in partners, increasing a new quality in the transferred value, according to L?vi-Strauss. Starting from this, I developed the hypothesis second which the phenomenon of the alone incest became an event of discursive order and public as right social transformations affected the normative system (social representations, values, moral) regulator of the relationships among the social subjects, being reflected like this, in the own structuring of the Law. A second work hypothesis was developed starting from that. I develop it leaving of the argument that if when inserting the discussion of the thematic of the defense of the children and adolescent rights, being then, considering it while "privileged modality of sexual abuse against children", the present central subjects in the structuring of the social entail would be leaved. Being like this, the partner-institutional speech on the incest would answer the social demands of order and social control, becoming like this, discursive formations of ideological character. This research work tried to follow the hypothesis above referred, demonstrating the singular sense that it will be attributed to the incest in the contemporary society, particularly, its relationship with the Law and the transgression in the contemporary society / Esta pesquisa teve como intuito estabelecer a l?gica simb?lica atuante na sociedade contempor?nea que possibilitou a emerg?ncia de um discurso p?blico sobre o incesto, e, por conseguinte, demonstrar a natureza ideol?gica que o estrutura. Acontecimento associado ? ordem do tabu, o incesto seria a transgress?o do interdito que, segundo L?vi-Strauss, possibilitou o aparecimento da Cultura enquanto ordem simb?lica, diferenciada da ordem natural. O interdito do incesto revelaria as estruturas elementares e universais da ordem simb?lica presentes nas sociedades humanas: a exig?ncia da Regra como regra; a reciprocidade e o dom, elemento presente nas trocas sociais que transforma os indiv?duos em parceiros, acrescentando uma qualidade nova no valor transferido, segundo L?vi-Strauss. A partir disso, desenvolvi a hip?tese segundo a qual o fen?meno do incesto torna-se um acontecimento de ordem discursiva e p?blica ? medida que certas transforma??es sociais afetam o sistema normativo (representa??es sociais, valores, moral) regulador das rela??es entre os sujeitos sociais, refletindo-se assim, na pr?pria estrutura??o da Lei. Uma segunda hip?tese de trabalho foi desenvolvida a partir dessa. Desenvolvo-a partindo do argumento de que se ao inserir a discuss?o sobre o incesto dentro da tem?tica de defesa dos direitos infantojuvenis, considerando-o enquanto uma modalidade privilegiada de abuso sexual contra crian?as, as quest?es centrais presentes na estrutura??o do v?nculo social seriam elididas. Sendo assim, o discurso s?cio-institucional sobre o incesto responderia as demandas sociais de ordem e controle social, tornando-se assim, forma??es discursivas de car?ter ideol?gico. Busca-se apreender efeitos de sentidos que traduzem emo??es, experi?ncias e desafetos que marcaram e/ou transformaram a vida de sujeitos tatuados. Esta tese foi ancorada em teoriza??es foucaultianas (1990, 2010, 2012) que abordam modos de subjetiva??o a partir das tecnologias da escrita de si, transgress?o como ultrapassagem dos limites, abrindo novas possibilidades para o sujeito discursivo produzir o cuidado de si. Ainda se utilizam no??es advindas da an?lise de discurso francesa (AD), como interdiscurso e mem?ria discursiva. A pesquisa de natureza qualitativa tenciona contribuir para a compreens?o do discurso enquanto pr?tica social, constituidor de sentidos de maneiras de ser do sujeito, bem como produ??o de discursividades acerca de normas sociais. O corpus se constitui de depoimentos e textos imag?ticos e verbais de cinco sujeitos, entre os dez entrevistados, que tatuaram experi?ncias vivenciadas na pele. Os resultados apontam dados que demonstram a constitui??o de si por meio de experi?ncias vividas e impressas na pele. Os sentidos gerados na pele constituem tipos de subjetividades que refletem felicidade, supera??o, prote??o e imortalidade. Conclui-se que os sujeitos se posicionam discursivamente de forma a reconstru?rem seus corpos e experi?ncias o quanto for necess?rio e que as imagens e os enunciados registrados nos corpos produzem efeitos de sentidos em torno da reflex?o sobre os modos de vida e sobre as escolhas de exist?ncia de cada um/a dos/ tatuados/as. / This research aims to study the constitution of subjectivities in discursive practices included in imagistic and verbal texts of tattoos. Seeks to grasp the effects of meanings which translate emotions, experiences and disaffection that marked and / or transformed the lives of tattooed subjects. This thesis was anchored in Foucault's theories (1990, 2010, 2012) that address ways of subjectivity from the writing itself, transgression technologies as overshoot, opening new possibilities for discursive subject producing care of itself. Still notions from this analysis of French discourse (AD), as interdiscourse and discursive memory are used. The nature of qualitative research intends to contribute to the understanding of discourse as social practice constitutive of meaning in ways of being of the subject, as well as production of discourses about social norms. The corpus is composed of testimonials and imagistic and verbal texts of five subjects, among the ten respondents who tattooed experiences in the skin. The results show data demonstrating the constitution itself through lived experiences and printed on the skin. The meanings generated in the skin are types of subjectivities that reflect happiness, resilience, protection and immortality. We conclude that our subjects are positioned discursively in order to rebuild their bodies and experiences as necessary and that the images and statements recorded in bodies produce effects felt around the reflection about the ways of life and the existence choices of each one of the tattooed subjects.

Inserted in an unfavorable social context to the expression of the female sexual impulse, poet Florbela then appears with an innovative speech as threatening the sexual organization of the Portuguese society. This way, considering the relations between the poetic text and the historical-social context, the aim of this work is to present a reading upon the Eroticism in The Flowering Heath (2005) as a way to contravene the borders given to the sexual phenomenon. For this reason, we will mainly resort to the concepts developed on the approach of Georges Bataille The Eroticism (2004) and also by Octavio Paz The Double Flame: Love and Eroticism (2001) / A poetisa Florbela Espanca (1984-1930) viveu e produziu sua obra liter?ria em um per?odo em que, se por um lado, estavam sendo fomentados os ideais de um movimento inovador e irreverente liderado por Fernando Pessoa, Almada Negreiros e M?rio de S?-Carneiro , por outro lado, o que predominava, em Portugal, era um pensamento conservador e autorit?rio, apoiado numa ideologia burgu?s-crist?. O estudo foi complementado por uma s?rie de sondagens com trado, indicadores de foramin?feros bent?nicos de sedimentos, bem como data??o por Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL) e por Radiocarbono (C14). Esses dados permitiram reconstruir a evolu??o desta ?rea desde o Pleistoceno tardio at? o presente. O ba?a rasa, que agora est? completamente preenchido formado dentro dos limites da morfologia antecedente desenvolvida desde a ?ltima interglacial. Os principais fatores for?adores respons?veis pelo reposicionamento do litoral, que correu em um ?ngulo de ca. 35% para a costa atual no Pre Holoceno e M?dio Holoceno foram: (1) atividade tect?nica ao longo da linha de falha de Afonso Bezerra, define a estrutura de horst-graben da Serra do Mel, (2) inunda??o r?pida da ba?a do paleovale raso durante a ?ltimo pulso da transgress?o do Holoceno ca. 7500 cal BP e (3) prograda??o r?pida do estu?rio do rio Assu atrav?s da acumula??o de sedimentos costeiros e sedimentos fluviais. / A detailed geomorphological survey using Light Detection and Ranging was carried out along the western part of Assu River, NE, Brazil. The study was complemented by a series of shallow boreholes, sediment benthic foraminifera indicators, as well as radiocarbon and optically stimulated luminescence dating and permitted to reconstruct the evolution of this area from the late Pleistocene until the present. The shallow embayment, which is now completely infilled formed within the limits of antecedent morphology developed since the last interglacial. The main forcing factors responsible for repositioning of the shoreline, which ran at an angle of ca. 35% to the present coast in Early/mid Holocene were: (1) tectonic activity along Afonso Bezerra a strike-slip fault line which defines the horst-graben structure of Mel dome, (2) fast inundation of the shallow paleovalley embayment during the last pulse of Holocene transgression ca. 7500 cal BP, and (3) fast progradation of the Assu estuary through accretion of coastal drift and fluvial sediments.

To restrict the object of research, the study is focused on the socio-educative confinement measure in cases involving the commitment of an offense analogous to the crime of theft, through the analysis of the main pleas and arguments present in judgments of the Superior Court of Justice. Highlighting the fact that adolescence is not just a life phase in which there is an acceleration of physical and mental maturation, we based on comprehensive theoretical references in order to facilitate the involvement of a multitude elements that involve transit through physiological changes, cognitive and intellectual, personality and identity, socio-cultural, political-economic, moral, axiological, among others. Given the need for a broader criminological also matrix that behaved different looks on the interfaces between adolescence, transgression and control, found himself in cultural criminology some propositions that we could verify that the bases of these phenomena may reside elements in common. It is to offer a distinctive criminological approach, since it goes beyond the purely structural analysis, to capture widespread tensions arising from processes of economic and cultural globalization. Moreover, amid other theoretical frameworks, it was necessary to resort to some concepts formulated by Pierre Bourdieu, from which it was possible to understand the dynamics of functioning of the legal field and its mechanisms of social reproduction. At the end, we tried to understand how it is possible to make use of the equation Judiciary "pedagogical needs reiteration infraction" to apply the socio measure of internment in response to illegal acts committed without the use of violence or serious threat to person. / Este trabalho se prop?s a realizar uma an?lise criminol?gica sobre os sentidos atribu?dos ? socioeduca??o pelo Judici?rio brasileiro na contemporaneidade. A fim de restringir o objeto da pesquisa, enfocou-se o estudo na medida socioeducativa de interna??o aplicada a casos envolvendo a pr?tica de ato infracional de furto, por meio da an?lise dos principais fundamentos e argumentos presentes em ac?rd?os proferidos pelo Superior Tribunal de Justi?a. Destacando que a adolesc?ncia n?o se resume a uma etapa da vida humana em que h? um aceleramento do amadurecimento f?sico e ps?quico, buscou-se refer?ncias te?ricas de cunho abrangente, a fim de possibilitar o envolvimento de uma multiplicidade de elementos que transitassem pelas mudan?as fisiol?gicas, cognitivas e intelectuais, de personalidade e identidade, socioculturais, pol?tico-econ?micas, morais, axiol?gicas, entre outras. Diante da necessidade de uma matriz criminol?gica tamb?m mais abrangente, que comportasse olhares distintos sobre as interfaces entre adolesc?ncia, transgress?o e controle, encontrou-se na criminologia cultural algumas proposi??es que possibilitaram perceber que nas bases desses fen?menos podem residir elementos em comum. Trata-se de uma proposta de abordagem criminol?gica diferenciada, pois vai al?m das an?lises exclusivamente estruturais, para capturar tens?es generalizadas oriundas dos processos de globaliza??o econ?mica e cultural. Our literary corpus is constitututed by the book of the russian author callled Wladimir Nabokov entlited Lolita and the book Presen?a de Anita, from a brazilian author called Mario Donato. Both works had a singular repercussion involving an erotic conception wich was faced as pornographic and baffling. We appeal to Georges Bataille‟s and Foucault‟s discussion in order to observe it through an erotic viewpoint from an inner experience not submitted to normalizations. Such experiences provoke a feeling of something unknown and it reflects wild singularities proposed by Foucault and related with many misunderstanding things presented in institutions and cultures. Furthemore Bataille‟s conception about erotism will give us conditions to analyze nymphs‟ bodies in order to see themselves from their main characteristics, such as seduction and tempting and maligning forces. We still aim to focus the paradigm of mankind and nature in the direction presented by Edgar Morin. He analyzes some feelings that nymphs provoke and their relation between men and death. In adittion, we present in this issue some questions between culture and biology, focusing on the initial period of larva (wich means the beggining), bringing up what is ready to be born, a mythical and significant body shown in the media. Lolita in the cinema and A Presen?a de Anita in the TV was disturbing in society and it projected the possibility of a syntaxes of desire. It can has a symbolic purpose or it can be a kind of social and cultural phenomenon, wich is an object of representation. Our purpose is to immersion/emerge in the Nimphs‟s body with adventure and its risks at the same time in wich we are crossing frontiers / Esta disserta??o estabelece uma leitura, no campo das ci?ncias sociais, com base numa arqueologia moderna, da figura da ninfeta, na constru??o romanesca do s?culo XX. O livro do autor russo Wladimir Nabokov, intitulado Lolita, constitui nosso corpus liter?rio, juntamente com o autor nacional, M?rio Donato, Presen?a de Anita. Tais obras tiveram uma repercuss?o ?mpar, envolvendo uma concep??o er?tica tomada como pornogr?fica e desconcertante. Recorremos ? discuss?o de Georges Bataille e Foucault, a fim de observar atrav?s de um olhar constituinte de uma eroticidade, reconhecida enquanto experi?ncia interior, n?o submetida ? normatiza??o, ? normaliza??o, ao disciplinamento. Tal natureza de experi?ncia, provoca uma esp?cie de n?o-saber, refletindo a configura??o das singularidades selvagens, propostas em Foucault, relacionadas com aquilo ainda inassimil?vel pelas institui??es e pelas culturas.
