X ikimokyklinėje įstaigoje darbo autorė yra padalinio vadovė, kurios pagrindinė funkcija organizuoti mokytojų darbą remiantis atliktu jų veiklos stebėjimu bei įstaigos veiklą reglamentuojančiais dokumentais. Šios funkcijos įgyvendinimui bei jos tobulinimui būtina pažinti mokytojus, jų stipriąsias bei tobulintinas puses. Mokytojų pažinimo šiame darbe siekiama išryškinant jų filosofinį požiūrį į ugdymą. Todėl formuluojamas darbo tikslas - atskleidus x ikimokyklinės įstaigos pedagogų filosofinį požiūrį į ugdymą numatyti įstaigos veiklos tobulinimo gaires. Tikslui įgyvendinti yra iškelti šie uždaviniai: 1. Išryškinti ikimokyklinės įstaigos tobulinimo sritis; 2. Atskleisti filosofinio požiūrio reikšmę ugdymui; 3. Išryškinti x ikimokyklinės įstaigos pedagogų filosofinį požiūrį į ugdymą; 4. Numatyti x ikimokyklinės įstaigos tobulinimo gaires. Tyrime dalyvavo x ikimokyklinės įstaigos 9 pedagogai. Empirinėje dalyje nagrinėjama mokytojo filosofinio požiūrio į ugdymą situacija. Atlikus teorinę analizę buvo išskirtos asmeninės profesinės veiklos tobulinimo sritys per kurias gali būti prisidedama prie ikimokyklinės įstaigos tobulinimo: mokyklos dokumentų rengimas; mokytojų veiklos stebėjimas; mokytojų veiklų organizavimas. Taip pat buvo išryškinta filosofinio požiūrio į ugdymą reikšmė mokytojo veiklai bei jos tobulinimui. [toliau žr. visą tekstą] / The author of the work is the chief of the division at the X preschool institution, whose main responsibility is to organize the work of teachers based on the performed observation of their activity and referring to the documents regulating the institution activity. For the implementation of this function and its improvement it is necessary to gain knowledge about the teachers, their strong and weak features. In this work the knowledge about teachers is gained by revealing their philosophical attitude towards education. Therefore, the aim of the work is formulated as follows – to foresee the guidelines of improvement of the institution activity by revealing the teachers’ philosophical attitude towards education at the x preschool institution. In the General Rules of Lithuanian Secondary School there is named a person who is responsible for coordination of training of general students’ abilities. That person is a class master. Mokinio veiklos, kaip asmens komponento tobulinimas meno (muzikos) mokykloje. Skaitant asmens kultūros raidą atskleidžia muzikinio ugdymo reikmė. Ugdymo praktikoje asmens kultūros raidos įgyjamų vertybių ir jų paskirties suvokimas priklauso nuo to, kaip jos pateikiamos ir perimamos. Demokratinėje visuomenėje vyrauja asmens interesai, kūrybinė veikla. Ugdytiniui svarbu pažinti kultūros vertybes, orientuojantis į jas pratintis kurti ir taip tobulinti individualią kultūrą, suvokiant veiklos prasmę vertinti asmeninių poreikių tenkinimo reikšmingumą. Muzikinis ugdymas remiamas kūrybine veikla, įtirtindamas kūrybos poreikį, vertinimo nuostatas, gebėjimus. Mokinio veikla- ne tik savitas individualios kult��ros pasireiškimo būdas, bet ir komponentas. Ugdymo procese tobulinant mokinio veiklą keičiasi ir asmens kultūra. Todėl mokinio veiklos, kaip jo kultūros komponento, tobulinimas meno (muzikos) mokykloje yra aktuali pedagoginė problema Tyrimo objektas yra mokinio veikla ir jos tobulinimas meno (muzikos) mokykloje. In the upbringing practice, the understanding of person’s culture process obtained values and their purpose depends on the way how they are shared and adapted. Personal interests and creative work dominate in the democratic society. It is important to the learner to know the cultural values, orient to them, try to create and in this way to improve individual culture, understanding the activity’s essence to evaluate the significance of the personal requirements. Musical training is supported by the creative work, consolidation of the cultural needs, evaluation guidelines and abilities. The learner’s activity is not only a distinctive method of individual culture expression but also a component. In the training process, the person’s culture changes together with the learner’s improved activity. Pirmojoje darbo dalyje atlikta Bendrojo vertinimo modelio taikymo viešojo sektoriaus organizacijose analizė teoriniu požiūriu: išnagrinėtas visuotinės vadybos kokybės principų taikymas didinant viešojo sektoriaus efektyvumą, kokybės vadybos metodų taikymas viešajame administravime, Bendrojo vertinimo modelio samprata ir struktūra. Antrojoje darbo dalyje: išnagrinėtas Bendrojo vertinimo modelio taikymo Lietuvos viešojo sektoriaus organizacijose plėtra; išanalizuoti Bendrojo vertinimo modelio diegimo 2011 metais Kauno rajono savivaldybės administracijoje rezultatai; sudaryta Kauno rajono savivaldybės administracijos veiklos vertinimo pagal Bendrojo vertinimo modelio kriterijus metodika; atliktas Kauno rajono savivaldybės administracijos veiklos vertinimas pagal Bendrojo vertinimo modelio kriterijus; palyginti skirtingų metų Kauno rajono savivaldybės administracijos veiklos vertinimų pagal Bendrojo vertinimo modelio kriterijus rezultatai.
