A história educacional brasileira constitui-se de muita discussão e de uma ampla legislação educacional, que em sua maioria tem se tornando letra morta nas escolas. Assim a construção de uma escola pública democrática, inclusiva, crítica, reflexiva e de qualidade para todos, é ainda hoje, um enorme desafio. Desafio no qual o professor polivalente dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental representa um elemento imprescindível, mas não o único. É ele o profissional que trabalha diária e diretamente na formação da base da escolaridade das crianças da escola pública. Tendo o professor polivalente como objeto deste estudo, desenvolvemos uma pesquisa qualitativa, cujo objetivo é ressignificar a importância do papel do professor polivalente dos anos iniciais do ensino fundamental da escola pública na atual conjuntura da sociedade brasileira, destacando seus saberes e os problemas na sua formação. Para alcançar esse objetivo, a pesquisa envolveu estudo bibliográfico, análise documental e entrevista reflexiva com vinte professores polivalentes dos anos iniciais das escolas públicas municipais de Dracena, Junqueirópolis e Tupi Paulista, interior do Estado de São Paulo. Os referenciais teóricos principais foram: Saviani, Pimenta, Libâneo, Szymanski, Tardif. Concluímos que os maiores desafios da escola pública são a qualidade do ensino, a realidade social das crianças, a ausência da família na vida escolar dos filhos e a ampliação do papel da escola na questão social. Na atuação do professor polivalente, as alegrias consistem na interação com a criança, no constatar seus avanços e desenvolvimento no processo ensino-aprendizagem. As dificuldades concentram-se, prioritariamente, na ausência da família na escolaridade do filho, na diversidade dos alunos em virtude da democratização do ensino e, em menor intensidade, nas críticas aos cursos de formação de professores e na desvalorização da escola pública e do professor. Quanto aos saberes docentes mais relevantes atualmente, os professores destacaram o saber do conhecimento, saber pedagógico, saber atitudinal e saber organizacional. Na construção desses saberes inúmeros espaços e atividades de formação foram priorizados, como a escola, os cursos de formação inicial e contínua, a interação com outros profissionais que vivenciaram experiências como professores polivalentes. A pesquisa evidenciou a importância do professor polivalente, a urgente necessidade de uma política pública de valorização para esse profissional, principalmente, quanto ao curso de formação inicial, para que forme o professor intelectual crítico reflexivo. / Our history is constituted of a lot of discussion and wide educational legislation, which in its majority has been turning uncommon in schools. The construction of a democratic, critic, reflexive and inclusive public school, with quality for all, is until today, an enormous challenge. The challenges which the versatile initial years of elementary school teachers represent a very important part, but not the only one. It is the teacher the professional who works daily and directly on the basic children formation in public school education. This papers study object is the versatile teacher; it was developed a qualitative research, which aims to re-evaluate the importance of the versatile teacher\'s work in initial years of elementary public school in the conjuncture of Brazilian society nowadays, emphasizing the teachers knowledge and their formation problems. To reach this aim, the research involved bibliographical studies, documental analysis and reflexive interview with twenty versatile teachers of initial years from municipal public schools of Dracena, Junqueirópolis and Tupi Paulista São Paulo States interior cities. The main theoretical references were: Saviani, Pimenta, Libâneo, Szymanski, and Tardif. It was concluded that the public schools biggest challenges are the education quality, the children\'s social reality, the family absence in the children\'s school life and the enlargement of the school responsibilities in the social subject. In the versatile teacher\'s performance the success consists of the interaction with the child and of verifying their progresses and development in the teaching-learning process. The difficulties concentrate mainly on the family absence in the children\'s education, in the students\' diversity as a result of teaching democratization and, with less intensity, in the critics to the teachers\' formation courses along with public school and teacher depreciation. With reference to the more relevant teachers knowledge nowadays, they emphasized the knowledge of knowing, pedagogic knowledge, attitudinal and organizational knowledge. In the construction of this knowledge, many places and formation activities were prioritized, such as the school, the initial and continuous formation courses, and the interaction with other professionals that lived experiences as versatile teachers. The research evidenced the versatile teacher\'s importance; the urgent need of public politic of valorization for this professional, mainly for the initial formation course, so that it forms the intellectual critical reflexive teacher.

Développement de nouveaux complexes organométalliques de métaux de transition polyvalents pour la scintillation et la chimie médicinale / Development of new versatile organometallic complexes for scintillation and medicinal chemistryElie, Margaux 06 October 2017 (has links)
Deux nouvelles familles de complexes de cuivre(I) cationiques, de formules [Cu(NHC)(N^N)][X] et [Cu(P^P)(N^N)][PF6], ont été synthétisées avec des ligands 2,2’ bis pyridyl pontés, chélates à six chaînons, facilement modulables. Ces complexes présentent des émissions à l’état solide centrées entre 455 et 520 nm (bleu à vert), avec de larges décalages de Stokes et des rendements quantiques pouvant atteindre 0,86. De plus, l’émission via un phénomène de fluorescence retardée activée thermiquement (TADF) a été prouvée pour les complexes [Cu(NHC)(N^N)][X]. Les premiers scintillateurs plastiques dopés avec des complexes de cuivre(I) détectant les radiations nucléaires de type gammas ont été obtenus avec des complexes de formule générale [Cu(P^P)(N^N)][PF6]. Les complexes de formule [Cu(NHC)(N^N)][X] ont permis l’obtention des premières Cellules Electrochimiques Luminescentes (LECs) émettant dans le bleu et incorporant des complexes de cuivre(I). Enfin, les complexes de formule [Cu(NHC)(N^N)][X] à ligand 2,2’ dipyridylamine présentent une activité cytotoxique envers différentes lignées de cellules cancéreuses et apportent la possibilité d’une action ciblée sur les cellules tumorales via l’ajout d’un vecteur. La polyvalence de ces complexes de cuivre(I) repose sur les ligands 2,2’-bis-pyridyl pontés, chélates à six chaînons, dont la synthèse est facile d’accès et les propriétés électroniques et structurales sont modulables. / New cationic copper(I) complexes of general formula [Cu(NHC)(N^N)][X] and [Cu(P^P)(N^N)][PF6] were developed with 6-membered-ring 2,2’-bis-pyridyl derivatives as ligand. These complexes exhibited blue (420 nm) to green (520 nm) emissions in solid state, with large Stokes shifts and photoluminescence quantum yields up to 0.86. Furthermore, the emission of the [Cu(NHC)(N^N)][X] complexes via a thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) was demonstrated. The first plastic scintillators incorporating copper(I) complexes and detecting gamma radiations were obtained with [Cu(P^P)(N^N)][PF6] complexes. Application of the [Cu(NHC)(N^N)][X] complexes to the LEC technology led to the first copper(I)-based blue emitting device. In the last chapter, we also demonstrated that copper(I) complexes [Cu(NHC)(N^N)][X] bearing a 2,2’-dipyridylamine as N^N ligand exhibited high cytotoxycity against different cancer cells lines. These complexes paved the way for the design of a new type of copper(I) anti-cancer agents with the opportunity to increase the selectivity against cancer cells via a vectorization of the N^N ligand. The versatility of these copper(I) complexes demonstrated in this work relied on the easy to handle and highly modular 2,2’-bis-pyridyl ligands.

Así mismo se pretende abordar la relación entre espacio-individuo-contexto enfocándonos en las relaciones entre la actividad (la práctica de las artes escénicas, su estudio, etc.) y el edificio arquitectónico (forma, espacio y superficie).
Se hace énfasis en el estudio y la propuesta de espacios versátiles otorgando la posibilidad de que el edificio arquitectónico pueda albergar una enseñanza integral de las artes escénicas en todas sus formas y de comunicar a través de su materialidad.
El proyecto se concentra entonces en resaltar como hito urbano y arquitectónico ubicándose como referencia de la ciudad y dando posibilidad de que la población de distintas áreas de lima pueda converger en un solo punto. / The purpose of the research is to provide a series of tools and criteria for the architectural design of a interdistrict School of Performing Arts. Promoting and consolidating one of the activities that has gained greater strength in the cultural development of our country in recent years, helping to meet the artistic physical-spatial needs of a growing number of students of these arts, revaluing its value as a cultural and cultural component. social development. Alba Emoting is safe because it resolves four major problems some actors experience while generating emotions for acting performance. These problems include, &ldqup;emotional hijacking,” “emotional hangover,” “emotional blockage,” and using emotional memories which are faded, incomplete, inconsistent, or full of mixed emotions. Alba Emoting solves these four problems through the help of certified trainers, the step-out procedure, and the emotional effector patterns, which allow actors consistent access to a large range of emotions. Alba Emoting is effective because it enables actors to control emotional inspiration through technique to create emotions that are felt by the actor and audience. It is versatile because it can be integrated with various rehearsal and emotional exploration techniques. This thesis demonstrates how Alba Emoting may be used with aspects of Stanislavski's System of Acting and Jeremy Whelan's Mosaic Acting System. It also demonstrates how Alba Emoting is used by Hyrum Conrad to create his ArcWork. The purpose of this thesis is to convince universities, conservatories, and other acting training programs to teach Alba Emoting as a technique for generating emotion in acting performance.

<p> Wire-wrapped rod bundles are often used in nuclear reactors operating in a fast neutron spectrum, as designers seek to minimize neutron scattering by packing the fuel pins into a hexagonal lattice. Bundles with many rods have extensively been studied as representative of large fuel assemblies, however far fewer experiments have investigated bundles with 7 rods (7-pin bundles). The large difference in subchannel number between these bundles leads to 7-pin bundles having different pressure drop characteristics. The Versatile Test Reactor (VTR) sodium cartridge loop proposes to use a 7-pin bundle as its experimental core region, highlighting the need for additional data and models. The current work seeks to establish a better understanding of the pressure drop in 7-pin wire-wrapped rod bundles through scaled experiments and a novel pressure drop model. A scaling analysis is first performed to demonstrate the applicability of water experiments to the VTR sodium cartridge loop, before an experimental test facility is designed and constructed. Experiments are then performed at a range of Reynolds numbers to determine the pressure drop. Current models are able to predict the data well, but are complex and can be difficult to use. A comparatively simpler model is developed, based on exact laminar solutions of a simplified rod bundle, which also offers a theoretical lower bound for the pressure drop in wire-wrapped bundles. The proposed model compares well with the existing experimental database, able to predict bundle friction factor with an average absolute percent difference of 10.8%. This accuracy is also similar to existing correlations, while relying on fewer empirical coefficients. The theoretical lower bound is also used to identify several datasets in literature that may feature data that is systemically lower than the true pressure drop, which agrees with previous observations in literature. </p>

This thesis deals with design and implementation of a versatile control unit, which is primarily designed for control of solar collectors. It describes the various stages of design. First, the system of solar collectors is introduced. Its input-output parts are analyzed and the requirements are determined for the control unit. The characteristics of temperature sensors are examined, the work deals with continuous variable speed circulators. The following part is dedicated to hardware and software implementation of the objectives of the work. The boards were designed in Eagle design environment, the firmware was written in C programming language. In conclusion, the evaluation of the results of the proposed system and possible ways of its further development are discussed. The versatile control unit can be deployed in practice realistically.
