Previous issue date: 2016-08-30 / Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES) / Considerando a adesão ao programa de expansão e reestruturação das Universidades Federais brasileiras, aprovado em 2009, a qual foi relevante para o contexto do país, no que diz respeito ao aumento de vagas na universidade, o presente trabalho visa a conhecer os impactos do programa Reuni na formação profissional do assistente social, assim como na permanência do estudante nessas universidades. Para tanto, realiza-se um estudo bibliográfico a respeito das atuais políticas de educação superior, com apoio de autores como Minto, Cunha, Tonet e Mészáros. Do mesmo modo, foi realizado também um estudo bibliográfico sobre a formação profissional dos assistentes sociais, que teve como apoio os autores Martinelli, Castro e Paulo Netto. Em seguida, foi feito um estudo de campo por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas com as assistentes sociais da Universidade Federal do Triângulo Mineiro (UFTM), lotadas na pró-reitoria de assuntos estudantis e no departamento de Serviço Social. A partir dos estudos e entrevistas realizados, foi possível constatar que as mais recentes políticas de educação superior, com foco principal o Programa de Apoio à Planos de Reestruturação e Expansão das Universidades Federais (REUNI), muito contribuíram para expansão da universidade pública federal. Entretanto, fica nítido que o programa de reestruturação foi utilizado também para cumprir alguns interesses de ordem neoliberal, por isso alguns aspectos são enfrentados cotidianamente pelos entrevistados. Dentre eles, falta de recursos humanos e recursos materiais, falta de infraestrutura adequada aos novos cursos, insuficiência para manutenção e efetivação da permanência estudantil, entre outros aspectos que colocam em risco a formação profissional crítica, propositiva e generalista, como preveem as diretrizes curriculares da Associação Brasileira de Ensino e Pesquisa em Serviço Social (ABEPSS). Assim sendo, esses aspectos desafiam os profissionais que lutam cotidianamente por melhores condições de trabalho e por uma educação laica, pública de qualidade. / Considering joining the program of expansion and restructuring of Federal Universities Brazil, approved in 2009, which was of great relevance to the country context with regard to the increase in vacancies at the university, this paper aims to know the impact of the program I gathered the training of social service, as well as the student's stay in these universities. Therefore, there will be a bibliographic study on the current higher education policies, supported by authors such as Minto, Cunha, Tonet and Mészáros. Therefore, these aspects challenge the professionals who fight daily for better working conditions and a secular education, public quality.

A prática dos enfermeiros em postos de saúde municipais no Estado do Paraná, e sua relação com a formação profissional e as organizações dos serviços / The practice of nurses at municipal health posts in the State of Paraná, and their relationship with professional training and service organizations São PauloLilia Bueno de Magalhães 13 March 1992 (has links)
A expansão do mercado para enfermeiras, em postos de saúde municipais, levou a uma pesquisa para caracterizar a prática desses profissionais em postos de saúde de 22 municípios do Estado do Paraná, e sua relação com a formação profissional e organização dos serviços. São descritos a carga horária e conteúdo das disciplinas de enfermagem de saúde pública, das 7 escolas de enfermagem do Estado, e a existência nas secretarias ou departamentos, de programas, atribuições dos enfermeiros e auxiliares de saúde, manual de normas e procedimentos. Foram entrevistados 117 enfermeiros. A população estudada apresentava como características: ter menos de 5 anos de formação (65,8 por cento ), trabalhar no municipio há menos de 2 anos (58,9 por cento ) e com uma carga horária contratual em maior proporção de 40 horas semanais (47,9 por cento ); o número de enfermeiros com formação específica na área era baixo: habilitação em saúde pública 16,3 por cento e especialização em saúde pública 28,0 por cento . Tinham sob sua supervisão em média 2.1 postos de saúde e 8.4 auxiliares de saÚde. A frequência maior entre as atividades administrativas foi a supervisão (76,0 por cento ); nas assistenciais o atendimento de enfermagem (83,7 por cento ) e nas educativas o treinamento de pessoal (50,4 por cento ). A atividade de pesquisa apresentou baixo percentual (4,2 por cento ). As reuniões em nível central foram as mais frequentes entre as extra-posto de saúde. Os fatores facilitadores do desempenho foram o relacionamento inter-equipe, o apoio institucional e a autonomia e entre os dificultadores a planta fisica, insuficiência de recursos humanos e capacitação insuficiente. Não participavam da programação 23,1 por cento e as atividades com a comunidade foi referida por 56,4 por cento dos entrevistados. Foi avaliado insuficiente o conteúdo teórico e prático da disciplina enfermagem de saúde pública e as sugestões foram para mudanças no conteúdo, carga horária, alocação e integração com outras disciplinas. Os egressos da escola de Enfermagem da Fundação Universidade de Cascavel (FECIVEL) foram os que apresentaram diferenças significativas entre as atividades desenvolvidas em relação às outras escolas. As atividades de supervisão e treinamento de pessoal apresentaram uma forte evidência de que a proporção dos enfermeiros, que desempenham estas atividades nos serviços organizados,é maior que nos serviços não organizados. As atividades com a comunidade e a participação na programação mostraram-se não associadas à organização, sugerindo que as variáveis selecionadas para compor o indicador serviço organizado, parecem ser inadequadas para esta associação. / This research was meant to verify the practice of professionals in health units of 22 municipalities in the state of Paraná. The amount of hours and subject matter content in the public health nursing courses of seven state schools, the availability of health programs in government departments, the duties of nurses and health assistants, and the manual of norms and procedures were checked and presented in this work. 117 nurses interviewed had the following characteristics: less than five years of graduation (65.8 per cent ), less than two years job experience in the municipality (58.9 per cent ), 40 hour weekly work (47.5 per cent ). The nurses with a specialized field of studies in public health (28.0 per cent ) had under their supervision an average of 2.1 health units and 8.4 health assistants. Supervision scored highest within administrative work (76.0 per cent ), nursing scored 83.7 per cent as an assisting work. Within the educational work, personnel training scored 50.4 per cent whereas the research work scored only 4.2 per cent . Among out-of-the-health unit activities, meetings were the most frequent. Facilitating factors of performance were inter-teams relationship, institutional support and autonomy. The impeding factors were the area plan, the lack of human resources and qualification. 39.3 per cent of the informants did not engage in any community program. The theoretical and practical content of the public health nursing càurse was considered insufficient by 33.2 per cent . Suggestions were given as to content, disciplines and amount of hours in the course. The nurses graduated in Faculdade de Educação, Ciências e Letras in the city of Cascavel (FECIVEL) presented significant differences as to their formation and professional practice compared to graduates from other schools. Nevertheless, similarities were found in terms of community participation by graduates from Universidade Federal do Paraná, participation in programs by those from Universidade Católica do Paraná and Centro de Estudos Superiores de Londrina (CESULON), and personnel training by those from Universidade Estadual de Londrina. The relation between practice and organized services also presented differences as to supervision and training. And activities with the community and participation in programs were seen as independent variables in the organization of health services.

Instructional design for adult learners in vocational trainingDucker, C. H., n/a January 1982 (has links)
Growing concern for an improvement in the formal learning situations
experienced by adults is reflected in much of the literature currently
available. Evidence from studies of adult learning suggests that (i)
adults are generally well able to accept a significant degree of
responsibility for the management of their own learning, and (ii) that
an adult's learning is enhanced if the learning situations are matched
to the preferences and strengths of the learner.
In this study a design for adult instruction, which takes these
factors into account, is developed. The Educational Cognitive Styles
of 47 adult learners are mapped using a self-report inventory. The
profiles thus obtained are used in the development of instructional
techniques for the learners who are enrolled in a first-year, TAFE,
para-professional course. Comparison of this experimental group with
a control group indicates that the attrition rate is reduced, learners
have more positive feelings toward their course of study, and
performance on a content achievement test is, arguably, improved.

I nationens och det praktiska livets tjänst : Det svenska yrkesskolesystemets tillkomst och utveckling 1918 till 1940Hedman, Anders January 2001 (has links)
The aim of this historical study was to investigate and describe the Swedish vocational educational school system from 1918 till the 1940's. The dissertation focuses upon vocational education related to industry and craft work. Questions include; who were the actors; and who's interests did they represent; how did the quantitative development of that school system look like; and which content, according to officiai authorities, should the education have. The work has a theoretical frame that comes closest to reproduction theories and educational sociology. The empirical material comprises the official documents, periodical journals and official statistics. The results showed that there was a wide gap between official rhetoric and what took place in reality. The development of the vocational training system did not follow expectations, neither in the quantitative nor the organisational sense. The national board of education also paid little attention to the vocational school system, once it was launched. Only a handfull of men persued the question and thereby at the same time made it their careers. The vocational educational school system branched out rather quickly and became incoherent. Futhermore there were difficulties in finding pupils who wanted to join the new school-form that vocational schools represented. The benefits from joining the many branches of the vocational educational system were few. The professional staff of teachers was diffuse, they were mostly recruited from "higher" school systems while the status of working as vocational educational teacher was low. In fact, the dissertation shows, that the vocational educational system that was introduced during the first half of the 20th century, had a very low status. The educational content looked very much like the content in the compulsory school, among other things, due to the ways of recruiting teachers. Overall results show that vocational training did not become a powerful means to carry into effect the rhetoric that underpinned it, but the period had significance at a symbolic level because it linked school and the labour market more firmly in popular consciousness. / digitalisering@umu

Studerandes uppfattningar om konstruktivistiskt lärande i yrkesförberedande utbildning / Students' views on constructivistic learning in vocational trainingSällström, Bert January 2002 (has links)
The aim of this thesis has been to describe and analyse the students'views on the effects of constructivistic indicators in a learning environment of vocational training. The indicators concerned here were activity, authenticity, holism, context and multiple perspectives. The thesis focuses futher on the differences between traditional and constructivistic vocational training in its practice-of-skills aspect. The work consists of two sections, of which the first is a theoretical survey of cognitive constructivistic learning in which the views of various researchers are presented, analysed and compared. By designing a learning method with the highest possible number of constructivistic indicators, it has been possible to record students opinions of these in three different ways, by using questionnaires, interviews and video recordings. The pupils' experiences of various learning situations have then been described and analysed. Data have also been gathered using a fourth method, by recording spontaneous comments from the teachers concerned. The information has then been collated, and the results compared with the views of those researchers already presented. The results indicate that the effects of cognitive constructivistic indicators are felt as favourable by the pupils, who make it clear that it is of great value to be able to "think for oneself' as they put it, in the course of acquiring professional skills. Among other things, what the pupils consider specially valuable for the learning process is the personal activity and authenticity involved in creating usable products. No noticeably unfavourable pupil experiences of the constructivistic learning have emerged, while the spontaneous comments of the teachers express both advantages and disadvantages. The advantages include increased motivation on the part of pupils as a consequence of learning through creating usable products; pupils feel that what they do is more meaningful than would be the case in traditional vocational training. They also become independent learners more quickly: the teachers feel that the pupils learn more efficiently, and that the training period for some of them could be reduced by one-third. The major disadvantage is that the teacher has to learn to play a partly new role, since the teaching material does not consist of rigidly specific written instructions. Initially a greater amount of work is demanded of the teacher until pupils have become accustomed to the mainly constructivistic learning method. The learning environment that is presented in conclusion includes among other things features of business economics, product design and innovation, as well as certain conditions for the establishment of small-scale industry. Judging from the results, these components may be considered as further reinforcing the learning effect from a cognitive-constructivistic point of view. Vocational training thus acquires a new qualitative dimension when constructivistic indicators integrate instruction with the subsequent situation of working and earning a living, instead of concentrating simply on the content of the syllabus with no relation to the situation of pupils after completion of their training. / digitalisering@umu

Abstract
As we know that the social and economic environment has been changed rapidly and the types of employment have also been diversified in the new era. Nevertheless, due to the technology evolution, business transforming, the changing of manpower structure and the employment condition is unstable, so the rate of unemployment remain highly. Therefore, we expect that the training of vocational skills would be an important mechanism to develop secondary specialty and expend the manpower resources.
Before 1980s¡¦, the required qualification of teachers and program arrangements of the public vocational training institutions were good model for these private corporations. However, in order to adapt to the impact by globalization and liberalization, the business structure has been adjusted to high-capital and high-technology. The government, however, try to increase the employment opportunity and use the manpower efficiently to maintain a substantial economic activity. Yet, increasing the professional knowledge and skills is crucial in this employment market.
Nowadays, the labor is facing a flexible employment market. In order to adapt to this circumstance, ¡§lifelong study¡¨ is obviously an important issue for the labor, especially ¡§vocational training¡¨. The ultimate purpose of vocational training is to improve the employer¡¦s expertise and skills and meet the needs of personal, corporation and social and finally, full employment.
The subjects are the members who attend the vocational training program of former Kaohsiung county government and Kaohsiung city government. And further analyze the motive of the members and the career development capacity after training. We release 700 questionnaires and 504 returned validly. Afterwards, by using appropriate analyzes procedures, there are 8 analyzes carried out in this research, they are: internal motivation, employment motivation, outer motivation, self-understanding, career information, career exploration, career planning and career determination. According to the results of previous analysis, they confirmed that when the member¡¦s learning determination is strong, the career development capacity will be higher. On the other hand, As the coefficient£]of learning motivation is a plus, the prediction value of career development capacity is more reliable.
In conclusion, the higher of the learning motivation of the vocational training program members, the more of the satisfaction. Furthermore, they are willing to attend another or more learning programs. Therefore, the satisfaction of learning and career development ability is positive relationship.

The focus of this professional report is sectoral workforce development programs. Sectoral programs represent a fairly recent innovation in workforce development. Rather than train a low-skilled worker for low-skill job with low pay, sectoral programs train workers for higher-skill jobs that offer career trajectory and living wages, while filling a demonstrated labor-market need within the local economy. These programs have numerous benefits, but face significant implementation challenges. Sectoral programs have the potential to become high-performing, value-creating organizations; however competition for scarce resources, poor employer coordination, and lack of long-term planning can hinder the success of these programs. This report discusses these challenges, lessons learned in the field, and proposed changes to the workforce development system that could encourage the success and expansion of sectoral programs. / text

In creating the common European space on higher education, the significance of cultural studies and personal activeness are emphasized, as well as the specialists’ creative activity format, mobility abilities and experience are highlighted. It raises the task to stimulate a student’s vocational maturity in the study process. A student’s personality matures under the influence of the subject study of both general education, including artistic education, and vocational training. It is topical to determine the relationship of artistic education and vocational training and thus create a unified process of stimulating an individual’s maturity. Therefore, the relationship of artistic education and vocational training is topical in organizing subject studies at as institution of higher education.
The dissertation discloses the prerequisites of artistic education and vocational training and verifies its possibilities and significance in modeling subject studies. It singles out the system of criteria, indicators and guidelines of the study assessment – these are pedagogical factors stipulated from the individual’s viewpoint and their unified entirety (model), which is significant for both the teacher and the student.
