Previous issue date: 2016-09-23 / Com a regulamentação da profissão Educação Física e a criação do Conselho Federal de Educação Física e dos Conselhos Regionais mediante a lei 9696/98, acaloraram-se as discussões no campo acadêmico e jurídico no que se refere à responsabilidade da intervenção profissional nas Lutas e Artes Marciais (L/AM). Judicialmente, alguns Estados brasileiros não conseguiram, através do Conselho, obrigar o técnico a possuir uma formação em Educação Física. Incongruentemente observa-se em seus cursos de bacharelado, disciplinas relacionadas às L/AM, o que, por sua vez comprova uma divergência entre o espaço da intervenção e o espaço da formação. A presente Tese tem como objetivo geral evidenciar o processo de formação e as inter-relações estruturais que constituem um espaço social profissional do cargo de técnico de L/AM no Brasil e como objetivos específicos, demonstrar como se institucionaliza a profissão de técnico L/AM no Brasil, elucidar como se constitui o processo de formação profissional dos técnicos de L/AM no Brasil e esclarecer quais as estratégias dos técnicos de L/AM para a sua manutenção em um campo profissional. A presente Tese é um estudo sociológico onde foram utilizados dados de levantamento bibliográfico, mediante revisão conceitual, levantamento documental referente à inserção das L/AM na formação em Educação Física no Brasil e entrevista semiestruturada com os técnicos. Os dados foram triangulados e analisados mediante referencial teórico de Pierre Bourdieu. Concluiu-se que: (a) não há um campo da profissão institucionalizado do cargo de técnico de L/AM no Brasil; (b) o técnico de L/AM é formado pelo treinamento vocacional e a formação profissional em Educação Física se atrela às L/AM, devido à reprodução do modelo de formação das escolas militares; (c) ser reconhecido como um técnico profissional é uma categoria social de percepção, para tal, utilizam-se de técnicas de exclusão, descrédito do capital alheio e estratégias de valoração; (d) os embates pelo monopólio entre campo esportivo, campo das L/AM e campo acadêmico da Educação Física criam um pseudocampo que se deixou formar pela aparente inércia do Estado para com os esportes, com as L/AM e a Educação Física, associado aos interesses dos agentes e em suas lutas por poder. Portanto, no sentido de apropriarem-se do discurso da Educação Física, os técnicos de L/AM, acabaram criando um problema para si, pois, tentam afirmar uma expertise que não possuem, tentando autorizar uma autonomia que não têm e, ao mesmo tempo julgam não ser de competência do órgão que credencia a Educação Física, seu credencialismo. / With the regulation of Physical Education as profession, and the creation of Federal Council of Physical Education and the Regional Councils by law 9696/98, some discussions exalted the academic and legal field as regards the liability of the professional intervention in the Fights and Martial Arts (F/MA). Judicially, some Brazilian States have failed, through the Council, to force the coach to have a training in Physical Education. Contradictorily, there are disciplines related to Fights and Martial Arts in their bachelor's degree programs, which, in the other hand, shows a discrepancy between the space of intervention and space of training. This present Thesis has as a main objective to highlight the process of formation and the structural interrelationships which constitute a professional social space of the technician function of Fights and Martial Arts in Brazil and has the specific objectives to show how is institutionalized the profession of technician in F/MA in Brazil, trying to elucidate how is the training process of these technicians in Brazil, highlighting the strategies of F/MA technicians for their maintenance in a professional field. This thesis is a sociological study where we used literature data by conceptual review, documentary survey regarding the inclusion of Fights and Martial Arts in the Physical Education training in Brazil and semistructured interviews with technicians. Data were triangulated and analyzed using the theoretical framework of Pierre Bourdieu. It was concluded that a) there is a field of institutionalized occupation of the post of technician F/MA in Brazil; (b) the technician of F/MA is formed by the vocation where training in Physical Education is harnessed to F/MA, due to reproduction of the training model of military schools; c) being recognized as a professional technician is a social category of perception, for that, technicians use exclusion techniques, discrediting of debt capital, and strategies of valuation; d) the conflicts by the monopoly between sports field, the field of F/MA and academic field of Physical Education create a pseudo field that allowed to be formed by an apparent state of inertia towards the sports and also the F/MA and the Physical Education, associated with interests of agents and their struggle for power. Therefore, to appropriate the discourse of Physical Education, technicians of F/MA, ended up creating a problem for themselves, because they attempt to assert an expertise that do not have, trying to allow an autonomy that do not have and at the same time they judge not to be their credentialism, a responsibility of the competence organ that accredits Physical Education.

Previous issue date: 2014-08-28 / CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / The training actually Manaus presents too many challenges, among them to provide effective understanding of social demands to be presented in professional practice. Among the issues discussed, is the theme of family, which has relevance to be debated as central bias of Social Policies in Brazil, but still suffers resistances for cultural building to be based only on nuclear training, traditional historical foundations. Despite the challenges, the family is involved in everyday professional practice of Social Work, which requires reflections on the preparation of the professionals mentioned regarding the referral and care of families within the expressions of Social Issues. To weave the necessary considerations, the paper analyzes how the meanings of family are designed by teachers and students in the training and professional practice in two HEIs (Higher Education Institutions) Manaus process. With methodological procedures that involved conducting focus groups with students and interviews with faculty, research unveiled the concepts of family brought by the subjects. The results showed that, despite the discussions about the plurality of meanings that the family presents, understanding the concepts clenches up in the traditional analyzes, permeated with prejudice and lack of expertise in dealing with the issue, which reflects the increasing challenges HEIs have with respect to the reflections of content that directly involve the training and the proper teaching and student preparation for the confrontation of the diversity of expressions of Social Issues. / A formação profissional em Serviço Social na realidade de Manaus apresenta demasiados desafios, entre eles o de proporcionar a efetiva compreensão acerca das demandas sociais que serão apresentadas na prática profissional. Entre os assuntos debatidos, encontra-se a temática da família, que apresenta sua relevância por ser debatida como viés central das Políticas Sociais no Brasil, mas que ainda sofre as resistências pela construção cultural ao se basear apenas na formação nuclear, de tradicionais alicerces históricos. Apesar dos desafios, a família encontra-se envolvida na prática profissional cotidiana do Assistente Social, o que demanda reflexões sobre o preparo dos referidos profissionais no que tange ao encaminhamento e atendimento das famílias no âmbito das expressões da Questão Social. Para tecer as considerações necessárias, a pesquisa objetivou analisar como os significados de família são concebidos pelos docentes e discentes, no processo de formação e prática profissional em duas IES (Instituições de Ensino Superior) de Manaus. Com procedimentos metodológicos que envolveram a realização de grupo focal com os discentes e entrevistas com docentes, a pesquisa desvelou os conceitos de família trazidos pelos sujeitos. Os resultados apontaram que, apesar das discussões acerca da pluralidade de significados que a família apresenta, a compreensão dos conceitos cerra-se nas análises tradicionais, permeadas de preconceitos e ausência de conhecimentos específicos no trato da temática, o que reflete no aumento dos desafios que as IES têm no que tange às reflexões de conteúdos que envolvem diretamente a formação profissional e o devido preparo docente e discente para os enfrentamentos das diversidades de expressões da Questão Social.

Este trabalho apresenta uma experiência realizada pelo Departamento de Prática de Saúde Pública da Faculdade de Saúde Pública da Universidade de são Paulo que procurou utilizar metodologia de Ensino Individualizado com alunos da disciplina Educação em Saúde Pública II do Curso de Educação em Saúde Pública. Seu objetivo era testar sua efetividade e eficiência dentro da conjuntura administrativa dessa Faculdade com vistas à formação de maior número de Educadores de Saúde Pública durante o ano letivo, com otimização dos recursos humanos e materiais, sem prejuízo da qualidade do ensino. Um breve histórico do Ensino Individualizado, suas características, princípios, sistemas existentes, casos, vantagens e limitações são apresentados. O Curso de Educação em Saúde da USP, seu sistema de recrutamento, seleção e currículo são comentados, bem como as características necessárias ao profissional Educador de Saúde Pública, funções, formação e mercado de trabalho. A pesquisa empregou dois grupos: experimental e controle. No grupo experimental foi utilizada a metodologia individualizante; no controle, o conteúdo foi ministrado mediante metodologia semelhante à empregada em anos anteriores no Curso de Educação em Saúde Pública. O conteúdo programático foi o mesmo para os dois grupos e, ao final do Curso, eles se equiparam em termos de conhecimentos adquiridos durante o curso. Comprovada a efetividade e a eficiência do método de Ensino Individualizado para este Curso, foram feitas recomendações à Faculdade de Saúde Pública. / This paper describes an experience carried out by the Department of Public Health Practice of the School of Public Health, University of Sao Paulo in which Individualized Instruction methodology was utilized with Public Health Education students. Its purpose was to test the efficiency and effectiveness of the methodology within the structure of the School, with the purpose to graduate a greater number of students during one academic year, with optimal utilization of human and material resources and a high quality of the teaching provided. A brief historical development of Individualized Instruction, its characteristics, principles, existing systems, cases studies, and limitations are referred. The Health Education Course of the University of Sao Paulo, recruiting and selection of candidates, its curriculum are described, as well as the characteristics of the Public Health Educator, his functions, academic background and demand and supply of the professional. Two groups - experimental and control - were used in the research. With the experimental group, individualized instruction methodology was applied; with the control group, a methodology similar to the one utilized in previous years. Programm content was the same for both groups. At the end of the Course, both groups did show the same results in terms of knowledge acquired. Recommendations are made to the School of Public Health for the utilization of Individualized Instruction methodology.

SCDP as an important regulatory system to enable the expansion of extracurricular activities of Col?gio Agr?cola Dom Agostinho Ikas - CODAI/UFRPE, due to its location in the urban area, and in order to meet the curriculum requirements of the technical course in Agriculture, managing the accommodation and travel tickets offered to support the teachers in their practical lessons, field classes and technical visits. We aim to analyze the functionality of SCDP, barriers and potentials in CODAI. We chose a qualitative approach, to be appropriate to the study in question. As a data collection technique, we applied semi-structured interviews with 06 (six) teachers who use the system regularly, and then we did the content analysis. The results confirmed the need and importance of using SCDP, as a support system for the technical and technological professional education environment of CODAI / UFRPE. / Nesta pesquisa procuramos destacar o uso do Sistema de Concess?o de Di?rias e Passagens ? SCDP, como um sistema normativo importante para possibilitar a expans?o das atividades extraclasse do Col?gio Agr?cola Dom Agostinho Ikas - CODAI/UFRPE, devido a sua localiza??o na ?rea urbana, e para atender ?s exig?ncias curricular do Curso T?cnico em Agropecu?ria, na concess?o de di?rias e passagens para os docentes realizarem suas aulas pr?ticas, aulas de campo e visitas t?cnicas. Temos como objetivo, analisar a funcionalidade do SCDP, seus entraves e possibilidades no CODAI. Assessing the process of participatory monitoring and evaluation: A case study of the Salesian Institute Youth Project, vocational training in Cape Town South AfricaChikukwa, Donald January 2019 (has links)

the success of the project’s intended objectives, but it empowers, creates knowledge production
while guaranteeing a means to a sustainable livelihood for beneficiaries. The study sought to
assess the process of Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation using a case study of the Salesian
Institute Youth project, vocational training in Cape Town South Africa. Thus the study set out to
conduct an evaluative assessment of stakeholder participation in the process of PM&E; identify
the organizational structure of the project team and the parties involved; assess the project
intended goals versus the outcomes of the project, and identify the relationship between the process
of PM&E and the outcomes of the project. The study employed quantitative and quantitative
methods, noting the low response rate a larger sample of 150 questionnaires was evenly
distributed across gender and 102 were completed. Ten interviews were conducted across all
stakeholders. Data were captured and analyzed using SPSS and thematic analysis. The study
concludes that the involvement of participants in the process of PM&E is vital to achieving positive
projects outcomes. Participants should be made aware of the meaning, purposes of the project as
this allows for their comprehension and free will to participate in PM&E processes. Although the
outcomes of the project were positive, the study recommends that there is a need for an established
scientific PM&E system for the organization that can be implemented in organization projects.

This study examines how teaching is interactionally accomplished within a vocational program for students studying to become electricians. The data is drawn from video recordings of classroom lectures as well as hands-on instructions at construction work sites. The analysis of the classroom explores how the students exploit poetics and sequential structures of language including especially the Initiative-Response-Evaluation sequence tosupport, challenge or undermine teaching and to build alliances with or against peers. The analysis of the construction work sites focusses on how the teacher and the students use multimodal resources to create situations for teaching and learning. The analysis of the classroom focusses on how students launch different initiatives that compete with the instructional activities in the classroom. These initiatives emerge from and reveal the broad meaning potential inherent in linguistic forms. The analysis shows how structures and roles that are constitutive of the classroom as well as the emergent professional identity of the electrician provide resources for maintaining, challenging or even dissolving instruction.The analysis of the construction work site shows how artefacts, postures, talk, and spatial configurations are handled in relation to place, mobility, and action. In stark contrast with the classroom, students at the construction site compete for the teacher's attention and assistance. The analysis includes descriptions of collaborative moments between the teacher and the students as well situations where the teacher is interrupted and challenged by the students. Three frames are deployed to convey meaning, a professional, a mundane, and an educational. The professional frame involves higher or lesser degrees of manifested professional visions on part of the teacher as well the students. The mundane frame is characterized by playfulness which in turn can jeopardize the professional agenda. Instructions provide a tool for re-establishing an instructional setting where work related tasks can be executed.

Ob Betriebe aufgegeben oder weitergeführt werden, hängt entscheidend von der ausreichenden Anzahl an gut ausgebildeten Fachkräften ab.
Die Studie untersucht die Auswirkungen des demografischen Wandels auf den Agrarbereich. Anhand einer umfangreichen Befragung von Unternehmen, Studenten und Auszubildenden im Jahr 2012 werden die aktuelle Ausbildungs- und Arbeitskräftesituation und die weitere Entwicklung analysiert.
Die Ergebnisse zeigen einen verringerten Bedarf an Arbeitskräften in der Landwirtschaft bei einem künftigen Mangel an ausgebildeten Fachkräften. Insbesondere decken die abgeschlossenen Ausbildungsverträge nicht den Bedarf an Auszubildenden.

The study aims to investigate the correlation for new veterans among their personalities, family factors, relevant coping strategies for employments provided by Veteran Affairs Commission in Tainan and re-employment. The research findings will be offered to administrators in Veteran Affairs Commission, as well as future researchers in the field, which would promote the possibility of employment for new veterans. Moreover, individual personalities such as gender, age, marriage, education, military seniority, type of demobilization pension, demobilization rank, situations of family and work, duration of unemployment and so on will be taken into consideration for probing the effect on re-employment. These findings will be reference for government to provide adaptive service for individual difference based on called ¡§Walking around service.¡¨ Finally, the research findings would suggest the administration, i.e. Ministry of National Defense, Council of Veteran Affairs, and Council of Labor Affairs, to cultivate second major training for those active military officials. These plans for their careers after demobilization will help them get used to the society, contribute more effort to the country in the next stage of life.
The research subjects include new veterans in Tainan who demobilized in three years. The data was collected by distributing 486 questionnaire and 128 returned, effective returned rate reached 26.83%. The questionnaire was designed based on related references and inventories. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 by using Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, Descriptive Statistics, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Regression Analysis as well as Hieraechical Regression Analysis.
The research findings concluded as follows:
1. The personality of new veteran has significant effect on his/her re-employment.
2. The personality of new veteran has significant positive effect on his/her work value.
3. The family factor new veteran has interaction between his/her personality and work value.
4. The opinion on re-employment provided by Veteran Affair Commission in Tainan has significant effect on personality, work values, family factors.

The Relations Among Leadership Behaviors, Organization Climate and Leadership Effectiveness of Vacational Training Institutes¡¦ Executives of States-owned EnterprisesChien, Fu-Cheng 13 June 2007 (has links)
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationships among leadership behaviors, organizational climate and leadership effectiveness of executives at vocational training institutes of state-owned enterprises. The study was designed to contribute to an understanding of the types of leadership behaviors and the inner organizational climate, which can produce higher leadership effectiveness.
The population of this study was the vocational training institutes¡¦ staff of states-owned enterprises. The sample of the study was all staffs of nine vocational training institutes of states-owned enterprises. The total number of usable sets of instrument returned was 178 and a usable return rate of 66.7%. The research instrument was composed of four questionnaires:
1. The Leadership Behaviors Questionnaire for the vocational training institutes¡¦ staff of states-owned enterprises which was used to assess leadership behaviors,
2. The Organizational Climate Questionnaires for the vocational training institutes¡¦ staff of states-owned enterprises which was used to assess the inner organizational climate,
3. The Leadership Effectiveness Questionnaire for the vocational training institutes¡¦ staff of states-owned enterprises which was used to assess the leadership effectiveness of vocational training institutes¡¦ executives of states-owned enterprises.
The data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistic methods, including: descriptive statistics, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results were as follows:
1. The transformational behaviors were moderate high, transactional behaviors were lower and non-transactional behavior were the lowest performed by the vocational training institutes of states-owned enterprises executives.
2.The facilities were the highest and the performance-reward relations were the lowest in the organizational climate of vocational training institutes of states-owned enterprises.
3.The leadership effectiveness of vocational training institutes of states-owned enterprises executives was moderate high. Among them the target achievement was the highest, and the leadership effectiveness was the lowest.
4.There were significant differences among all aspects in terms of leadership behaviors, organizational climate and leadership effectiveness of vocational training institutes of states-owned enterprises executives on different background variables.
5.The inspirational motivation was the highest in the correlations between leadership behaviors and leadership effectiveness. The supervisory style-work was the highest in the correlations between organizational climate and leadership effectiveness.
