Os sites do StackExchange se destacam por estarem dentre as maiores comunidades de perguntas e respostas online, principalmente se considerarmos aquelas relacionadas à STEM. Assim como em outras comunidades online, mulheres são uma minoria nos sites do Stackexchange, fazendo com que estes sites não se beneficiem de pontos de vista diversificados na criação de seu conteúdo. Esta pesquisa investiga se mulheres que se dedicam aos sites do StackExchange contribuem menos e/ou deixam a comunidade precocemente. Para isso, examinamos diferenças entre os gêneros quanto ao número de contribuições feitas aos sites, o tempo que passaram contribuindo e quanto a diferença de qualidade. das suas contribuições segundo a comunidade. Nossos resultados mostram que, na maioria dos sites, mulheres contribuem tanto quanto homens, sendo suas contribuições com qualidade e por intervalos de tempo similares aos homens. Quando percebe-se diferença no número de contribuições, são as mulheres que tendem a contribuir mais. Além disso, encontramos que a proporção de contribuições provenientes de mulheres nos sites relacionados a STEM do StackExchange está aumentando na maioria das comunidades onde encontramos diferença estatisticamente significativa. Estes resultados ajudam a melhorar a visão que temos das contribuições feitas por mulheres neste tipo de site, gerando repercussão para pesquisas futuras, assim como discussão de design para os administradores. / Social Question and answer (Q&A) sites are known as simple and reliable knowledge databases. SitesfromtheStackExchangeplatformpresentlystandoutassomeofthelargest and most social Q&A spaces, particularly the sites related to STEM. As in some other collaborative online communities, women are underrepresented in StackExchange platform, hindering its sites from contemplating more diverse views in their content creation process. This work investigates whether women who are engaged with sites from StackExchange are influenced to contribute less and to leave the community. For that, we examined gender differencces in the number of contributions made to the sites, the time spent contributing, and on the evaluation of quality that the community provides for posted content. Our results point that, in the greater part of sites, women contributors contribute as much as men, with similar quality and for a similar period. When difference do occur, it happens most often that women tend to contribute more than men. Nevertheless, we found that the proportion of contributions coming from women in the STEM sites of StackExchange is increasing in several sites. These results point to aricher picture of female contribution in those sites, and raise several implications for future research, as well as to site administrators.

Frågan om rätten till personlig integritet är aktuell på ett helt annat sätt idag än den var på 1990-talet. Sedan dataskyddsdirektivet trädde i kraft har behandlingen av personuppgifter ökat exponentiellt. Informationsteknik har möjliggjort en omfattande kartläggning av personers beteenden online. Idag använder många webbplatser funktioner för att samla in och på andra sätt behandla sina besökares personuppgifter. Samtidigt har informationen om personuppgiftsbehandlingen som ges till enskilda på webbplatser i många fall blivit omfattande och komplicerad. Ett av syftena med den nya dataskyddsförordningen är att bygga upp konsumenters förtroende för handel på internet. Förordningen syftar även till att stärka skyddet för enskildas personliga integritet. Bestämmelserna kan anses vara svårtydda, vilket kan leda till att skyddet som bäst blir oförändrat. I ett samhälle som blir alltmer digitaliserat tycks det önskvärt att de moderna reglerna håller vad de lovar, annars kan konsekvenserna bli stora. I denna uppsats diskuteras om dataskyddsförordningens krav på informerat samtycke förbättrar förutsättningarna för ett effektivt skydd för den personliga integriteten. De nya bestämmelserna är mer omfattande men har kritiserats för att vara otydliga, närmare principer i direktiv snarare än direkt tillämplig förordningstext. Bestämmelserna behöver också vägas mot andra rättigheter. Därför kan bestämmelserna om samtycke och informationsplikt leda till ett sämre skydd för enskilde om inte tydlig vägledning ges. Det är därför en risk som kommer behöva beaktas vid tillämpningen av förordningen. Om personuppgiftsansvariga saknar vägledning finns en risk att bestämmelserna i praktiken inte ger enskilda den kontroll över sina personuppgifter som var avsedd.

(English) The purpose of this diploma thesis was to analyze a role of Sputnik Česká republika (Sputnik Czech Republic) website as an information source in the ecosystem of the so-called alternative media. The main research method was quantitative content analysis. In the practical part of the work - using available metadata sraped with Outwit Hub -, this thesis described content of articles published on Sputnik Česká republika and other selected alternative media. Next, with the use of online marketing tools and other sources, it compared similarities of content and user behaviour. Next, it compared similarities of content and user behaviour on a sample of selected websites. The result of this was evaluation of possible importance of Sputnik Česká republika in the ecosystem of alternative media and pointing out some new elements and connections within this system. Possible usage of this thesis comprises follow-up research and education in fields of information and media literacy, especially in the issue evaluation of information sources.

Магистерская диссертация «Концепция сайта российского научного журнала» состоит из трех глав – теоретической, аналитической и практической, заключения и библиографического списка, включающего 88 наименований. Цель исследования – разработать универсальную концепцию сайта научного журнала. Объект: сайты российских научных журналов. Предмет: параметры сайтов российских научных журналов. В первой главе диссертации изучено понятие сайта как издательского продукта и отражена его специфика. Сайт представлен как комплекс сведений, состоящий из концепции, проработанного понимания целевой аудитории, семантического ядра, структуры, дизайна и контента. В ходе изучения были сопоставлены основные черты изданий и сайтов для определения зоны работы специалистов издательского дела, а также обозначены ключевые различия между этими информационными продуктами. Во второй главе представлен редакторский анализ сайтов российских научных журналов, в результате которого было выяснено состояние 50 сайтов научных журналов, оценена их эффективность и приведена характеристика внешнего вида, структуры и юзабилити. В итоге были обнаружены достоинства и недостатки сайтов научных журналов, которые были учтены при разработке универсальной концепции. В третьей главе предложена универсальная концепция сайта научного журнала, которую можно использовать при разработке конкретного проекта сайта журнала с учетом проработки указанных в концепции аспектов, зависящих исключительно от тематического направления будущего СМИ, предпочтений и возможностей его разработчиков и учредителей. / The master thesis "The concept of the site of the Russian scientific journal" consists of three chapters – theoretical, analytical and practical, conclusion and bibliography, which includes 88 titles. The purpose of the study is to develop a universal concept for a scientific journal site. Object: sites of Russian scientific journals. Subject: site parameters of Russian scientific journals. In the first chapter of the thesis, the concept of a site as a publishing product is studied and its specificity is reflected. The site is presented as a complex of information consisting of a concept, a well-developed understanding of the target audience, a semantic core, structure, design and content. During the study, the main features of publications and websites were compared to determine the working area of publishing specialists, and the key differences between these information products were identified. The second chapter presents an editorial analysis of the sites of Russian scientific journals, as a result of which the status of 50 sites of scientific journals was determined, their effectiveness was evaluated and the characteristics of appearance, structure and usability were given. As a result, the advantages and disadvantages of scientific journal sites were discovered, which was taken into account when developing a universal concept. The third chapter proposes a universal concept of a scientific journal site, which can be used for developing a specific project of a journal site, taking into account the development of aspects specified in the concept that depend solely on the thematic direction of the future media, preferences and capabilities of its developers and founders.

數位學習是透過網際網路終身學習的管道之一，透過網際網路提供數位學習，讓人們可以不受時空的限制得以在教育學習上得到數位圖書館為數位學習帶來豐富的學習素材。 本研究採用個案研究法，選擇美國國會圖書館的學習網(American Memory之Learning Page)、美國地球數位圖書館的地球系統教育(DLESE)以及我國淡水河溯源數位博物館為個案研究對象，研究目的在探討數位圖書館學習網站在教育學習的應用及其數位學習架構，包括探究數位圖書館之意涵、特色與應用、數位學習的意涵與發展、數位學習架構的要件與設計、數位圖書館學習架構之模式，並進一步對我國數位圖書館學習網站發展提出建議，最後根據研究結果提出「數位圖書館學習模式芻議」。 根據研究結果提出數位圖書館學習模式芻議，此模式可分成兩大部分，分別為數位圖書館的部分以及數位學習網站的部分。數位圖書館數位學習架構歸納十大項，根據本論文之歸納分析，將數位圖書館數位學習架構分成十大項，分別為：(1)數位圖書館特質；(2)數位館藏；(3)數位物件；(4)Metadata；(5)資訊檢索；(6)數位學習目的與特色；(7)教學系統；(8)學習系統；(9)管理系統；(10)數位學習與數位圖書館整合等。 本研究建議：(1)從事數位圖書館學習系統總體性規劃及策略，以有效整合數位資源並進行整體化建設；(2)重視數位資源之組織與互通性研究，建立全國數位圖書館聯盟管理單位；(3)擴大數位圖書館資源共享合作服務範圍，凝聚共識與團隊力，共同建立數位圖書館學習系統的功能，結合各方資源，將數位資源發揮至最大的效益；(4)由政府單位規劃中長期的數位圖書館學習系統之發展計畫，長期而持續與推動，並且培育專門的人才。 / Digital library is studied to pass on the internet network lifetime study channels, offer the digit to study through the internet network, let people not be restricted by space-time and be educating in study to receive the digital library to study for the digit bring the abundant study material. The method of case study was used, choose the Library of Congress American Memory’s Learning Page, Digital Library for Earth System Education, and the Digital Museum of Discovery of Tamsui River were used as the case research subjects. The purpose of the study is to understand the digital library studies websites and educates the application, and several in education and study structure, including probe into the meaning of the digital library, characteristic with use, several meaning of study and develop, several between important document and design, digital library to study structure study, and study website’s development and put forward the suggestion on the digital library of our country further. Then proposing the digital library study preliminary model from the result. According to the result of the study, it provided a digital library study preliminary model, this model can divide into two major parts, first parts of the digital library and second parts of studying websites respectively. Several digital libraries study structure and sum up ten great one, analyze according to the summing up of this thesis, study the structure on several of digital libraries to divide into ten great one, including: (1)Speciality of digital library; (2)The digit hall hides; (3)Digit things; (4)Metadata; (5)Information retrieval; (6)Study the purpose and characteristic in digit; (7)Tutoring system ; (8)Study the system; (9)Administrative system; (10)The digit is studied and combined etc. with the digital library. This study is proposed: (1)Engaged in digital library learn system getting overall planning and tactics, by combining several resources and carrying on whole construction effectively; (2)Pay attention to several organization of resource and general character study each other , set up national digital library alliance management unit; (3)Expand the cooperative service range of resource-sharing of digital library, condense common understanding and group's strength , set up the digital library and study the systematic function together, combine each side resource, give play to several resources to the greatest benefit; (4)The government unit plans the medium and long-term digital library and study the systematic development plan, sustain and promote for a long time, and foster special talents.

This dissertation asserts that American political culture faces a crisis of virtue and explores the role of citizens, journalists and politicians in fostering it. The historic election of Barack Obama on a platform of hope and change in 2008 suggests that Americans yearn for an infusion of virtue into political life. I assert, however, that we have lacked a lexicon of political virtue, or any systematic understanding of which virtues we value and which matter most to us. Nor have we understood whether groups who constitute key elements of our democracy—citizens, journalists, politicians, men and women, Democrats and Republicans—value virtues in politics similarly or differently. Without a working knowledge of the anatomy of virtue in the body politic, what is to prevent us from having to change again? By charting the virtue systems of these key groups, I have made explicit what is implicit to reveal that political virtue is more valued—and more present—than Americans likely realize. This exploration, I believe, contributes to the scholarship of political communication by enabling a fuller and more useful understanding of American political culture—and of the contradictions, curiosities, and surprises that enrich it. / text

The focus of the analysis is on state-owned enterprises listed on the Brazilian Stock Exchange (BM&FBOVESPA).These enterprises are evaluated in conformity with obligations imposed upon them by the aforementioned policies, as well as the Court of Auditors, the Ministry of Transparency, the Ministry of Planning, State Legislative Assemblies, and the national Congress. Propositions are then made for improvements in structure and organization of transparency policies, for the benefit of investors and society. / O presente trabalho se propõe a discutir as políticas públicas promovidas pelos órgãos governamentais no tocante à transparência da divulgação de dados em portais de internet. O foco de análise são as sociedades de economia mista federais listadas em bolsa, que serão observadas na perspectiva das diversas normas produzidas em relação ao tema, expedidas pelo Tribunal de Contas da União, Ministério da Transparência (Controladoria-Geral da União), Ministério do Planejamento, Assembleias Legislativas Estaduais e Congresso Nacional. Ainda são feitas avaliações de alguns websites em cotejo com as normas vigentes, bem como proposições de melhorias na concepção de uma política de transparência mais estruturada, em benefício dos investidores e da sociedade.
