The diploma thesis will focus on the life and work of bishop Simon Barta (1864-1940) in the period 1920-1940, when this Church dignitary headed the diocese of Ceske Budejovice. It will be based on the sources of the central and regional archives, which, with the knowledge of the specialized literature, will put Barth's life in the historical and religious context of the First and Second Czechoslovak Republic and the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, and reconstructing the bishop's activity. The student will work with analytic-synthetic, comparative and heuristic methods that will allow him to plastically portray Barth's action in an adequate religious context of the history of the 20th century.

This research investigates the relationships built between Alfonso XI and his concubine’s family as a feasible means of their royal governance in interchange with the fourteenth-century context marked by the crusades mission against Moors and Muslims, which was installed in the Iberian Peninsula; the internal political situation in Castile; and diplomatic relations with the Kingdom of Portugal during the reign of the monarch. So, in this work we examine the strategies of matrimonial agreements adopted during the rule of Alfonso XI and the analysis of his non-marital relationship with Leonor de Guzmán. And in addition, its political developments as a strategy to empower a royal supremacy as the political instability was established (the purpose of this research) as dialogue of medieval royalty and nobility spheres acting like political forces that complement each other, sometimes by disputes and conflicts, or by solidarity and mutual support. That way, it seems unsatisfactory to support the relationship of Alfonso XI with Leonor de Guzmán in emotional matters in a society that had affection in second plan. There for, we stress the importance and convenience for the regal in maintaining close relations with the noble alignment of the family. / Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo discutir as relações régio-nobiliárquicas no reinado de Alfonso XI de Castela (1311-1350), tendo em vista a relação de concubinato com a nobre sevilhana D. Leonor de Guzmán (1310-1351). Nesta dissertação investigamos as relações construídas entre Alfonso XI e a família de sua concubina como meio viabilizador de sua governança régia em diálogo com contexto quatrocentista,marcado pela missão cruzadística contraos muçulmanos instalados na Península Ibérica; a conjuntura política interna em Castela; e as relações de diplomacia com o reino de Portugal durante o reinado do monarca. Para tanto,neste trabalho, as estratégias dos acordos matrimoniais adotados durante o reinado de Alfonso XI ea analiseda relação concubinária com D. Leonor de Guzmán e seus desdobramentos políticos, enquantouma estratégia de poder à instabilidade política instaurada está no escopo desta pesquisa, enquanto diálogo das esferas da realeza e nobreza medievaiscomo forças políticas atuantes, que se complementam, ora por disputas e conflitos, ora por solidariedade e apoio mútuo. Dito isto, parece-nos insuficiente respaldar a relação de Alfonso XI com D. Leonor de Guzmán em questões afetivas numa sociedade que secundarizava os afetos, e assim sendo, sublinhamos a importância e conveniência régia em manter estreitas relações com o eixo familiar da referida nobre.

HINTERGRUND: Gastrointestinale Nebenwirkungen unter NSAR, ASS und Phenprocoumon spielen eine bedeutende Rolle im klinischen Alltag. Im Rahmen der Einführung der COX-2 Inhibitoren sollten relevanten Ursachen für Ulcera und Blutungen im Bereich des oberen Gastrointestinaltraktes dargestellt und die Behandlungsstrategien verschieden ausgerichteter Krankenhäuser im klinischen Alltag verglichen werden. METHODEN: Es wurden stationär gastroduodenoskopierte Patienten einer Rheumaklinik und von Krankenhäusern der Grund- und Regelversorgung unter der Therapie mit NSAR, ASS, Phenprocoumon, Glukokortikoiden und COX-2 Inhibitoren im Rahmen einer offenen, multizentrischen Fallkontrollstudie verglichen. Des Weiteren wurden alle Patienten mit einer oberen gastrointestinalen Blutung oder einem Ulcus im Bereich des oberen Gastrointestinaltraktes in die Studie eingeschlossen. Der Einfluss einer Helicobacter pylori Infektion und einer Magenschutzprophylaxe wurde überprüft. ERGEBNISSE: Die höchsten Ulcusraten traten unter der Kombinationstherapie von NSAR und ASS auf. Patienten mit NSAR oder ASS hatten eine Ulcusrate von 35% bzw. 31%. Die Blutungsrate der Patienten mit ASS lag jedoch um 15% höher. Die COX-2 Inhibitoren zeigten mit einer Ulcusrate von 10% deutlich bessere Ergebnisse. Patienten mit einer Helicobacter pylori Besiedlung hatten eine signifikant erhöhte Ulcusrate (48% zu 34%), zeigten aber keine Unterschiede in der Blutungsrate. Der Anteil der Patienten mit einer Magenschutzprophylaxe betrug nur 17%. Die Blutungsrate der Patienten ohne Magenschutz lag bei 87%. SCHLUSSFOLGERUNGEN: Im klinischen Alltag einer rheumatologischen Fachklinik treten gehäuft Ulcera unter NSAR auf. Unter den COX-2 Inhibitoren zeigte sich eine geringere Ulcusrate. Im Unterschied dazu haben in den Krankenhäusern der Regel -und Grundversorgung die Patienten mit einem Ulcus an erster Stelle eine Therapie mit ASS. Eine konsequent durchgeführte Magenschutzprophylaxe mit Protonenpumpeninhibitoren verhindert das Auftreten von gastrointestinalen Ulcera und Blutungen. / BACKGROUND: Gastrointestinal side effects under NSAR, ASS and Phenprocoumon play an important role in the clinical everyday life. In the context of the introduction of the COX-2 inhibitors relevant causes for ulcera and bleedings within the range of the upper gastrointestinal section should be represented and the treatment strategies of differently aligned hospitals in the clinical everyday life be compared. METHODS: Gastro duodenal syncopated in-patients of a hospital for rheumatic diseases and from state hospitals under the therapy with NSAR, ASS, Phenprocoumon, Glukokortikoiden and COX-2 inhibitors were compared within the context of an open, multi-centric drop control study. All patients with an upper gastrointestinal bleeding or an ulcus were included in the area of the upper gastrointestinal section of the study. The influence of a Helicobacter pylori infection and a stomach protection prophylaxis was examined. RESULTS: The highest ulcus rate arose under the combination therapy of NSAR and ASS. Patients with NSAR or ASS had a ulcus rate of 35% and 31% respectively. The bleeding rate of the patients with ASS was however around 15% higher. The COX-2 inhibitors showed clearly better results with an ulcus rate of 10 percent. Patients with a Helicobacter pylori colonization had a significantly increased ulcus rate (48% to 34%), however they showed no differences in the bleeding rate. The proportion of the patients with a stomach protection prophylaxis amounted to only 17 percent. The bleeding rate of the patients without stomach protection was 87%. CONCLUSIONS: In the clinical everyday life of a rheumatological specialized clinic ulcera under NSAR arise. Under the COX-2 inhibitors a smaller ulcus rate shows itself. In contrast to it, patients with an ulcus receive a therapy with ASS in the state hospitals. A consistently implemented stomach protection prophylaxis with proton pump inhibitors prevented the appearance of gastrointestinal ulcera and bleedings.

Ce mémoire se veut une réflexion sur la place de l'interprétation dans un travail de traduction d’œuvres poétiques. La réflexion s'articule premièrement autour de l'exemple d'Ezra Pound, traducteur de poèmes chinois classiques. Elle se poursuit par une exploration des possibilités interprétatives contenues dans le langage lui-même, pour se conclure par une expérience subjective de traduction. J'ai choisi de traduire trois poèmes de Xi Chuan, poète chinois appartenant au mouvement de la poésie obscure. La poésie obscure est un courant littéraire contemporain, qui se poursuit encore aujourd'hui sous l'appellation de poésie post-obscure. Les travaux de Xi Chuan sont un exemple de la recherche d'une nouvelle forme d'expression pour les poètes chinois contemporains, soit l'émergence de la voix subjective, phénomène directement relié à une prise de position face au passé traditionnel et au désir d’émancipation et d’autonomie de l’expression littéraire. Cette place qu’occupe le poète obscur entre le nouveau et l'ancien permet à l'individu d’interpréter d’une manière plus personnelle le présent. De la même manière, le traducteur doit rompre avec le passé (soit le texte de départ) pour permettre l’interprétation et la projection du nouveau texte dans l’avenir (soit dans la langue d’arrivée). / This dissertation strives to be a reflection on the importance of interpretation in a translation of poetic language. This reflection takes is point of departure from the example of Ezra Pound, translator of classic Chinese poems. It continues with an exploration of the interpretative possibilities included in language itself, concluding with a subjective experience of translation. I chose to translate three poems by Xi Chuan, a Chinese poet belonging to the obscure poetry movement. Obscure poetry is a contemporary literary movement which still continues today under the name of post-obscure poetry. Xi Chuan’s writings are an example of the search for a new expressive form for contemporary Chinese poets or, in other words, for the emergence of a subjective voice that is directly related to taking a stand with regard to the traditional past while striving for the emancipation and autonomy of literary expression. The place occupied by the obscure poet between the new and the old allows the individual to interpret the present in a manner that is more personal. In the same way, the translator has to break away from the past (in other words, the original text) to allow for interpretation and the projection of the new text into the future (that is, the receiving language).

- The thesis is focused on Swedish foreign policy during the period 1660 - 1675, the early years of Charles XI's reign. Although Sweden is considered as an empire practically all over the 17th century, from the economic point of view it was a weak country. Sweden was totally depending on financial help from its allies, especially during periods of peace, as it was the case between 1660 and 1675. This fact belongs to the main aspects influencing the Swedish foreign policy at this time. Main part of the thesis is dedicated to relations between Sweden and other European states. The most significant were the relations with France and Denmark, since France was the ally which provided Sweden the needed finance. The role of Denmark was also essential because of its geographical position as neighbouring country to Sweden. The thesis indeed discusses relations to some other states that played an important role as well - England, the Netherlands, Brandenburg, other German states, Poland and Russia. The aim of the thesis is not just to analyse the Swedish foreign policy, but even to answer questions if there was any alternative or if the way this policy was conducted was the only possible one and also, if such policy can be considered as success or failure. This dissertation explores the hardening mentioned in Romans 11:25 and its role in Israel's rejection of the gospel. Chapter 1 describes the difficulties faced when addressing the issue of hardening. Additionally, the thesis states that in the case with the Jewish people, the partial hardening has divine origins and serves a glorious purpose. Chapter 2 provides three arguments from Romans 9-11 explaining Israel's rejection of Jesus. These three arguments underline the belief that although vast numbers of Jewish people have rejected Jesus, God's word has not failed. The chapter concludes with the primary argument offered in that Israel's rejection is due to a partial hardening. Chapter 3 presents the argument that God is the primary cause of Israel's hardening. After exploring Scriptures where man seems responsible for his own hardening, the chapter argues that based on Romans 9-11, and especially the statement that God has mercy on whom he wills and he hardens whom he wills, the hardening Israel is experiencing has God rather than man as it cause. Chapter 4 explores the various reasons Paul gave in Romans 11 for the divine hardening. After refuting the idea that the hardening is a demonstration of God's rejection of Israel, that chapter examines three reasons why Israel is experiencing this hardening. Chapter 5 looks at Israel's future once the hardening is removed. The chapter focuses specifically on what the phrase "all Israel will be saved" means. Examined in this chapter are the three traditional interpretations regarding this statement. Strengthens and weaknesses are provided for each position. Chapter 6 discusses the implications for evangelism for SBC entities in light of this divine hardening. After examining the history of the SBC's efforts to evangelize the Jewish people, discussion surrounds future strategies for the SBC at the national, state and local levels. Chapter 7 provides a brief summary of the work and restates the thesis and major issues discussed within the context of the paper. In the first part, we prove the purity of affine Springer fibers for $\gl_{4}$ in the unramified case. More precisely, we have constructed a family of non standard affine pavings for the affine grassmannian, which induce an affine paving for the affine Springer fiber. In the second part, we introduce a notion of $\xi$-stability on the affine grassmannian $\xx$ for the group $G=\gl_{d}$, and we calculate the Poincaré polynomial of the quotient $\xx^{\xi}/T$ of the stable part $\xxs$ by the maximal torus $T$ by a process analogue to the Harder-Narasimhan reduction.
