This document describes the design and implementation of a tool which allows for evaluation and visualisation of statistical data gathered from users of the AVG Admin Console application. The document describes collected statistical data including their localization and storing all the data in the database is discussed. The application was tested on real statistical data and possible improvements based on the results are proposed.

Project was initiated due to the need of simple and easy to use backup administration system. After changes in IT structure followed by centralizing backup maintenance data backup administrators received too many queries for backup to maintain. Lack of human resources and need of cost saving was followed by demand of data backup query management system. In process of project development main goals remained to present solution solving problem of data flows, planning and managing. As the result of project, system BCKP_manager was presented. Making conclusion out of experimental analysis – Data backup management system solved most of problems and after next stage of development will be presented for extensive attendance.

Jag har gjort en webbsajt åt företaget Kök.Ett i Älmhult. Kök.Ett är en köksbutik som bland annat ritar och säljer kök. Jag har byggt upp den allra största delen av hemsidan i Flash, och kompletterat med PHP och kopplat till en databas (MySQL). Sidan är komplett med ett eget administrationssystem. Sidan har en dynamisk känsla som inriktar sig på att inspirera besökaren, och föra besökaren/kunden ett steg närmare Kök.Ett och dess anställda. Tato práce se zabývá problematikou virtualizace, konkrétně virtualizační knihovnou libvirt, cílem které je správa virtuálních strojů a podpora různých typů hypervizorů a virtualizačních řešení jednotným způsobem transparentním pro uživatele. Podstatná část funkcionality knihovny libvirt je na pozadí implementována formou démona libvirtd. Ačkoliv libvirtd démon poskytuje služby pro správu virtuálních strojů, neumožňuje správu sebe samého, kromě změn hodnot parametrů v konfiguračním souboru. Pro změnu nastavení je pak standardním přístupem změna v konfiguračním souboru a následný restart démona. Jelikož uvedený způsob mění pouze perzistentní konfiguraci a restart démona nemusí být vždy optimální řešení, vznikla idea administrativního rozhraní knihovny libvirt, které by umožnilo správu démona za běhu. Hlavním přínosem této práce je návrh a popis implementace aplikačního rozhraní pro administraci knihovny libvirt. Konkrétně pro tuto práci byla zvolena rozhraní pro konfiguraci počtu obslužných vláken, nastavení úrovně a filtrovacích parametrů pro žurnálovací podsystém a správu připojených klientů na straně démona libvirtd.

The goal of this project has been to create an interface for time accounting thatthe digital agency Devize can use in its own system Devize Admin. In the project, the work has been carried out in an agile development with various elements. As an introductory step, the work has consisted of planning followed bycreating design sketches/prototypes. User tests have since been performed where Devize's own developers have tested the prototypes. The tests have then beencompiled to find improvements which then have been implemented in a newversion of the prototype. In the process, the interface has since been developedwith the front-end framework React Admin within the frameworks and rulesfound in Devize's graphic profile and the existing system Devize Admin. In parallel with front-end development, back-end functionality has been developed ina sister project that the interface has since used to be able to handle and accessdata. Continuously through interface development, the environment has alsobeen tested in the browser and console to detect potential error messages andunclear structures. Based on the development process that has been carried outand the functionality that has been implemented, the application has resulted inan interface for time accounting that has the basic functionality that is necessaryto be able to report time. With that outcome, a conclusion has been drawn that the outcome is to some extent consistent with the project's set goals. / Målet med detta projekt har varit att skapa ett gränssnitt för tidsredovisning som digitalbyrån Devize kan använda i sitt egna system Devize Admin. I projektet har arbetet utförts i en agil utveckling med olika moment. Som inledande moment har arbetet bestått av planering följt av att skapa designskisser/prototyper. Användartester har sedan utförts där Devize egna utvecklare har testat prototyperna. Testerna har sedan sammanställt för att hitta förbättringar som sedan har implementerats i en ny version av prototyp. I processen har gränssnittet sedan utvecklats med frontend-ramverket React Admin inom de ramar och regler som finns i Devize grafiska profil samt det existerande systemet Devize Admin. Parallellt med frontend-utveckling har backend-funktionalitet utvecklats i ett systerprojekt som gränssnittet sedan har använt sig av för att kunna hantera och komma åt data. Kontinuerligt genom gränssnittsutveckling har miljön även testats i webbläsaren och konsolen för att upptäcka potentiella felmeddelanden och oklara strukturer. Utifrån den utvecklingsprocess som genomförts och den funktionalitet som implementerats, har tillämpningen resulterat i ett gränssnitt för tidsredovisning som har grundläggande funktionalitet som är nödvändig för att kunna tidsredovisa. Med det utfallet har en slutsats dragits om att utfallet till viss del stämmer överens med projektets uppsatta mål.

This report summarizes the procedure of the independent work in the final course DT140G. The project's task and main goal has been to help the company involved to enable a potential interruption with a time registration service called Harvest which they currently consume. The task itself has been sectioned into three clear parts with completely different orientations but towards the same end goal. The first part has involved data management from the consumed time registration service in terms of both exporting and importing data. The second part has been about developing a CRUD functionality that can be consumed in the frontend by another developer. The last part has meant that a report compilation application has been created where data from the previous parts is handled and produces various reports which could then be exported in Excel files. The result of this independent work resulted in an application with great similarities in terms of functionality as the previous time registration service. The company has taken a step closer to their vision of a break from Harvest. This has been done with access to source code from a previous developer who shared his repository via GitLab and the React Admin framework. The CRUD functionality has been checked with the help of the test tool ARC and all code development has taken place in the software development environment Visual Studio Code. / Denna rapport sammanfattar proceduren av det självständiga arbetet i slutkursen DT140G. Projektets uppgift och främsta mål har varit att hjälpa det involverade företaget att möjliggöra ett potentiellt avbrott med en tidsregistreringstjänst vid namn Harvest som de i dagsläget konsumerar. Själva uppgiften i sig har varit sektionerad i tre tydliga delar med helt olika inriktningar fast mot samma slutmål. Den fösta delen har involverat datahantering ifrån den konsumerade tidsregistreringstjänsten vad det gäller att både exportera och importera data. Den andra delen har handlat om att utveckla en CRUD-funktionalitet som skall kunna konsumeras i frontend av en annan utvecklare. Den sista delen har inneburit att en rappportsammanställningsapplikation har skapats där data ifrån de tidigare delarna hanteras och frambringar olika rapporter som sedan skulle kunna exporteras i Excel-filer. Utkomsten av detta självständiga arbete resulterade i en applikation med väldiga likheter funktionsmässigt vad det gäller den tidigare tidsregistreringstjänsten. Företaget har tagits ett steg närmare sin vision om en frislagning ifrån Harvest. Detta har genomförts med tillgång till källkod ifrån en tidigare utvecklare som delat sitt repository via GitLab samt ramverket React Admin. CRUD-funktionaliteten ha kontrollerats med hjälp av testverktyget ARC och all utveckling av kod har skett i programutvecklingsmiljön Visual Studio Code

This master's thesis deals with system integration at web development. It specifically focuses on the sequence of steps required for programming an environment for targeted data presentation, administration system self-development to manage the data as well as a choice and usage of appropriate content management system for articles publishing and ultimately required to integrate these systems into a single functional whole. The introductory part contains theoretical knowledge which together with elaborated analysis has become a fundamental background for system integration including preceding processes.

The onboarding process is one of the most critical moments to ensure theproductiveness of new employees, and companies are constantly striving to maketheirs better and more effective. One way to achieve this is to create a moreengaging and memorable experience for the employee but without the expenseof feedback to the employer.This thesis aims to create a reliable way for a company to oversee the progressof their new employee and efficiently get them up to speed through developinga back­end system for a new onboarding application. The application shows theemployee lists of tasks they can complete, earning experience and leveling up asthey complete them. The employer view should give oversight of how far along anew employee is and create new introductory tasks if they so desire.The thesis managed to build a modular back­end system by utilizing RESTarchitecture and MVC design and technologies such as ORM’s and HTTP todisplay information to the employer through a web interface and interact withthe mobile application. / Onboardingprocessen är ett av de mest kritiska ögonblicken för att säkerställaproduktiviteten hos nyanställda, och företag strävar ständigt efter att göra derasbättre och mer effektiv. Ett sätt att uppnå detta är att skapa en mer engagerandeoch minnesvärd upplevelse för den anställde men utan bekostnaden för feedbacktill arbetsgivaren.Denna uppsats antar problemet att skapa ett tillförlitligt sätt för ett företag attövervaka utvecklingen över nya medarbetare och effektivt få dem att kommaigång. Detta genom att utveckla ett backend­system för en ny onboardingapplikation. Applikationen visar de anställda flertal listor över uppgifter värdaolika poäng som de kan utföra för att intjäna erfarenhetspoäng och uppnå nyanivåer. Arbetsgivarens syn bör ge en överblick över hur långt en ny anställdhar kommit och möjligheten till att skapa nya introduktionsuppgifter om de såönskar.Projektet lyckades bygga ett modulärt backend­system genom att användaREST­arkitektur och MVC­design och tekniker som ORM och HTTP för attvisa information till arbetsgivaren via ett webbgränssnitt och interagera medmobilapplikationen.

This study explored how the UI of booking sunbeds could be designed to be efficient and effective while being satisfactory to use for novice admin users of the system. Personas were created through a workshop that together with visual heuristics helped drive the design of an initial paper prototype that was evaluated with users. Iterating the design of the paper prototype, a hi-fi prototype was created using Adobe XD. The hi-fi prototype was evaluated using a task-based usability test with seven participants who provided quantitative data of time spent per task and number of clicks required, and qualitative data through a SUS questionnaire along with semi-structured interviews. The prototype was effective and efficient while scoring a high 90 points on the SUS scale. Qualitative data from the participants indicated that the inclusion of transitions and transformation in the UI helped create a playful experience and a system that was perceived to be easy to learn and use. The results and data of evaluating the prototype can help future designers of systems account for transitions and transformations earlier in the design process that could improve the overall usability for novice users in general. / Den här studien utforskade hur ett gränssnitt för ett bokningssystem kunde designas för att vara effektivt och ändamålsenligt samtidigt som användargruppen av administrativa förstagångsanvändare uppfattar systemet som tillfredsställande. En workshop hölls för att skapa personas, vilket tillsammans med visuella heuristiker drev designen av en första pappersprototyp som utvärderades med användare. Med feedback från pappersprototypen skapades en digitalt interaktiv prototyp som utvärderades baserat på kvantitativa data från hur användare klarade av att utföra uppgifter, samt kvalitativa data från semistrukturerade intervjuer och användbarhetsenkäten SUS (System Usability Scale). Prototypen var effektiv och ändamålsenlig och fick 90 poäng enligt SUS-skalan. Den kvalitativa data indikerade att inkluderingen av övergångar och transformeringar i gränssnittet skapade en lekfull upplevelse och gjorde att systemet ansågs vara enkelt att använda. Studiens insamlade data och resultat kan hjälpa framtida designers av system ta hänsyn till övergångar och transformationer tidigt i designprocessen för att öka den generella användbarheten för förstagångsanvändare
