Private law consequences of violation of the duty to act with the diligence of a professional manager of a member of an elected body of a capital company This thesis deals with the private law consequences of violation of the duty to act with the diligence of a professional manager of a member of an elected body of a capital company. Considering the big extent of all the existing private law consequences, I have chosen to focus on only two selected ones, which are the statutory guarantee of a member of an elected body in the extent of not compensated damage that this member has caused to a company and the duty to reimburse any unfair advantage gained in connection with violation of the duty to act with the diligence of a professional manager. The thesis is divided into three main parts. First part deals briefly with defining the duty to act with the diligence of a professional manager. There are examined the two main parts of this duty, which are the duty of loyalty and the duty of care. The second part of the thesis focuses on the first selected private law consequence which is the statutory guarantee of a member of an elected body, regulated in the civil code. The Specifics of Interrogation of Children Abstract The diploma thesis focuses on the specifisc of interrogation of children. According to the thesis, children are persons under the age of eighteen. It is imaginary divided into three parts, because this topic can be viewed from the perspective of criminal law, criminalistics and psychology. It is divided into seven chapters. Employment is undoubtedly by far the most important, and in practice, the most widely used employment relationship. Therefore, the topic of employment creation is still current, socially important and piques the interest not only of the professional but also of the general public. Employment is the basic and also the most common employment relationship (labour relationship). It is the means through which the employer hires manpower for the execution of particular tasks, and for the employee, it is then a source of income to provide for his needs. Thus, an employment relationship represents a contractual and binding relationship in which one participant (employee) undertakes to perform paid work for the other participant (employer). The research problem of the thesis undertakes psychological aspects of carrying an infant on a mother's body using a sling or carrier. The research question states: What are the motives of mothers to carry their infant in carrying aid, according to opinions of mothers who carry their babies? The theoretical part discusses psychological findings about an early mother-child relationship in terms of contact and emerging bonds (attachment) from a prenatal period, through perinatal period, and up to one year of an infant's age. More attention has been paid to biological, behavioural, anthropological, and especially psychological assumptions for carrying an infant by its mother. A qualitative research method has been chosen for the emphirical part of the thesis. The data has been obtained by means of semi-structured interview conducted with nineteen respondents that have had experiences with carrying an infant. The respondents have been selected by an improbability selection method. The recorded interviews have been transcribed verbatim and analysed using a grounded theory. Among the most common motives for carrying a child include pleasurable feelings and experiences of mothers; especially feelings of naturalness, tranquillity, security, and freedom.
