Furthemore, the factors that contribute to stress, their identification and elimination are also discussed. The focus of the thesis is on the theoretical analyzis of the problems. Moreover, it measures the stressors on the workplace, too. Specifically, it evaluates the level of stress in P&L spol. s.r.o. In the conclusion, the recommendations that decrease the detected stress factors are given.

En 1996, la conscription universelle est remplacée par une nouvelle forme d'organisation militaire, l'engagement volontaire. On assiste alors à la professionnalisation des institutions militaires, puisque les soldats qui les composent ne sont plus appelés, mais ont choisi de s'engager dans l'armée, la considérant comme une voie professionnelle possible. Dès lors, la question de l'appréhension de l'activité militaire en tant que métier comme les autres se pose. Peut-on vraiment considérer le métier de militaire comme ceux qui peuvent être exercés dans le monde civil ? Et peut-on procéder à une analyse des conditions de travail et à une prévention des risques psychosociaux potentiellement présents de la même façon que dans le monde civil ? Cette dernière interrogation va constituer tout l'enjeu de notre recherche. Pour répondre à ces questions, nous nous sommes intéressés à la spécificité militaire, que nous avons définie et examinée au cours d'une étude sur les représentations sociales du métier de militaire. Les résultats de cette étude permettent alors de comprendre qu'il existe un certain nombre d'éléments caractéristiques du métier de militaire qui, s'ils sont coprésents, ne caractérisent que le métier de militaire, autrement dit, le rendent spécifique par rapport aux autres métiers. Nous nous sommes ensuite concentrés sur les raisons de l'engagement dans l'Armée de Terre et l'implication des militaires une fois engagés. Une nouvelle étude a été menée et nous a permis de distinguer différentes raisons à l'engagement en fonction l'époque à laquelle se sont engagés les militaires interrogés. Des différences d'implication dans le travail ont également été observées. Les résultats observés lors des deux premières études nous ont permis de conclure que le métier de militaire ne pouvait pas être appréhendé de la même façon que les autres métiers. Pour prévenir les risques psychosociaux spécifiques à ce métier, il fallait donc des outils de détection qui soient propres aux caractéristiques de l'institution. En dernière partie de cette recherche, nous avons donc créé un outil de détection des risques psychosociaux militaires, autour des éléments caractéristiques mis en évidence lors des précédentes études. L'outil a été testé et un premier diagnostic sur une population de plus de 2000 militaires a été réalisé. / In 1996, the universal conscription has been replaced by a new form of military organization: the voluntary enlistment. Then, the professionalization of the military institutions appears, soldiers are not conscripted anymore, but choose to enlist in the French Land Army, considering it as a possible career path. Therefore, the apprehension of the military profession as a common profession may be questioned. Can we really consider the military profession as a profession practiced in the civilian sphere? Can we analyze work conditions and prevent the psychosocial risks in the same way as for the other professions? This last question constitutes the real challenge of our research. In order to answer these questions, we took an interest in the military specificity that we defined and examined during the course of a study about social representations of the military profession. The results are useful to understand that a set of elements characterizing the military profession exists, and these elements, if they are co-present, could characterize only the military profession and thus make it specific compared to the other professions. Then, we focused on the soldiers' reasons to enlist in the French Land Army and their involvement once they are enlisted. Another study has been conducted and allowed us to distinguish different reasons for enlistment depending on the time the soldiers enlisted themselves. Differences in terms of involvement have also been observed. The results we have observed in the two first studies made us conclude that the military profession cannot be apprehended in the same way as for the other professions. To prevent the psychosocial risks that are specific to the military profession, we needed detection tools that were particular to the military institution. In the last part of this research, we created a detection tool for the military psychosocial risks, using the elements highlighted in the previous studies. The tool has been tested and a first diagnostic in a population of 2000 militaries has been realized.

À l’heure où les entreprises, confrontées à de nombreux bouleversements, sont plus que jamais en recherche de performance, et à l’heure où les salariés, dénonçant les conditions de travail et les pratiques managériales, n’ont jamais été aussi demandeurs de bien-être au travail, réconcilier le bien-être des salariés et la performance de l’entreprise est un sujet d’actualité et un enjeu stratégique pour les entreprises.La revue de la littérature et les résultats d’une analyse qualitative exploratoire menée à l’aide d’entretiens semi-directifs auprès de 55 salariés du groupe RESSIF (Réseau des Services Sociaux Interentreprises de France) nous amènent à envisager le « bien-être au travail » et la « performance de l’entreprise » en termes de méta-perspective paradoxale et à proposer des voies de résolution de ce paradoxe organisationnel.Pour ce faire, nous avons mené deux études quantitatives. La première étude est basée sur 5300 observations issues de l’enquête « conditions de travail » du Ministère français du travail. La deuxième est basée sur les réponses de 270 entreprises à un questionnaire en ligne portant sur les pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines.Finalement, nos résultats empiriques concluent que les facteurs permettant de concilier le bien-être au travail et la performance de l’entreprise sont, parmi les conditions de travail, la lutte contre l’intensité et l’insoutenabilité du travail et, parmi les pratiques de ressources humaines, le développement de la participation des salariés aux décisions de l’entreprise, la formation, les promotions et perspectives de carrière et, dans une moindre mesure, l’évaluation de la performance.Pour conclure ce travail, sont présentées les contributions théoriques, méthodologiques et managériales, ainsi que les voies futures de recherche. / At a time when companies, faced with many upheavals, are more than ever in search of performance, and when employees, denouncing working conditions and managerial practices, have never been so demanding of well-being at work, reconciling employee well-being and company performance is a topical issue and a strategic challenge for companies.The literature review and the results of an exploratory qualitative analysis conducted using semi-directive interviews with 55 employees of the RESSIF group (Réseau des Services Sociaux Interentreprises de France) lead us to consider "well-being at work" and "company performance" in terms of paradoxical meta-perspective and to propose ways to resolve this organizational paradox.To do this, we conducted two quantitative studies. The first study is based on 5300 observations from the working conditions survey of the French Ministry of Labor. The second is based on the answers of 270 companies to an online questionnaire on human resources management practices.Finally, our empirical results conclude that the factors that make it possible to reconcile well-being at work and company performance are, among working conditions, the fight against work intensity and unsustainability and, among human resources practices, the development of employee participation in company decisions, training, promotions and career perspectives and, to a lesser extent, performance evaluation.To conclude this work, theoretical, methodological and managerial contributions are presented, as well as future research paths.

El presente trabajo consiste en un plan de negocios para la comercialización de un aplicativo móvil de entrenamiento en realidad aumentada para Prevención de Riesgos a través de los Smartphones y iPhone en la ciudad de Lima. La validación de la propuesta se obtuvo en base a entrevistas a líderes de opinión y encuestas a los colaboradores que oscilan entre los 18 y 60 años, además, se realizó el análisis de la segmentación del mercado donde se logró determinar cuántas empresas se pueden beneficiar con el APP.
Por consiguiente, se realizó la segmentación y la delimitación del mercado objetivo. Por ello, se determinó que el mercado objetivo es el sector industrial con el segmento empresarial Gran y Mediana empresa que representa el 0.99% del total de empresas de Lima Metropolitana. Se ha decidido captar al 2.33% del total de empresas industriales identificadas.
Con relación a las estrategias de marketing, cabe señalar que el canal de distribución será directo, a través de vendedores propios y también por canales digitales. Con esta propuesta, se espera que el APP de entrenamiento en realidad aumentada para Prevención de Riesgos en un mediano plazo se convierta en líder del mercado de capacitaciones en RA con alto manejo de flexibilidad en el tiempo y eficiencia.
Para el inicio del proyecto se requiere una inversión inicial de S/.63,936.00, con préstamo bancario de 70% y un aporte de capital de 30%. Se estima obtener un VAN de s/. 750, 111 con valor de TIR de 50%. / This paper is a business plan for the marketing of a mobile application for augmented reality training in risk prevention through smartphones in the city of Lima. The proposal was validated by interviews to opinion leaders and surveys to people aged 18 to 60 years. In addition, a market segmentation analysis was performed to determine how many companies could benefit from the app.
Through market segmentation and definition, it was determined that the target market is large and medium-sized enterprises of the industrial sector, which represent 0.99% of the total number in Lima Metropolitan Area. It was decided to target 2.33% of the enterprises identified.
As regards marketing strategies, the distribution channel will be direct, through sellers and digital channels.
With this proposal, the app for augmented reality training in risk prevention is expected to become a market leader in AR training in the medium term, offering high time flexibility and efficiency.

I samband med Covid-19-pandemin har en snabb omställning skett i det svenska arbetslivet och många har övergått från arbete på kontor till arbete hemifrån enligt restriktioner (Folkhälsomyndigheten 2020). Studiens syftet är att öka förståelsen för offentligt anställdas upplevelse av hemarbete i relation till psykosocial hälsa och utifrån det belysa vad som kan tas i beaktning vid arbetsorganisering efter pandemin. Således utgår studien ifrån två frågeställningar där den första berör upplevelsen av hemarbete medan den andra berör en tänkbar framtid i arbetets utformning. Studiens empiri har formats genom semistrukturerade intervjuer, vidare bygger studien på ett fenomenologiskt förhållningssätt där intervjuerna väglett den teori som lyfts upp. Empirin har vidare analyserats med hjälp av olika teorier och begrepp som främst antar ett socialpsykologiskt perspektiv. Resultatet visar att upplevelserna av hemarbete är både positiva och negativa i förhållande till den psykosociala hälsan. Upplevelserna är i stora drag entydiga även om viss variation beroende av individuella faktorer återfinns. Avsaknaden av sociala relationer för både arbetet och välbefinnandet tillsammans med ökad integrering av arbete och fritid har varit de tyngre betonade resultaten. Samtidigt har självständiga arbetsuppgifter visat sig fungera bättre i hemmiljö och medarbetarna upplever en ökad effektivitet och minskad restid som två starka fördelar. / Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the working life has changed dramatically in Sweden where people are restricted to work in their original workplace and instead instructed to work from home (Folkhälsomyndigheten 2020). Through semi structured interviews this study aims to understand employees' experience of home based telework in the public sector, mainly in relation to their psychosocial health, and based on that shed light on how work could be organized post Covid-19. The study utilizes two questions to answer the purpose, where the first one focuses on the employees' experience of home based telework while the second one focuses on how future work could be organized. The empiric is based on a phenomenological approach where the interviews have guided the theory, and it has been further analyzed with the help of different social psychological perspectives. The main result shows that the experience of home based telework has both positive and negative characteristics relative to psychosocial health. The experience is broadly unambiguous although some variation depending on individual factors have been found. The absence of social relations for both work and wellbeing together with an increased integration of work and leisure have been the most strongly emphasized results. Simultaneously, independent work tasks have proven to operate better in the home environment and employees experience increased efficiency and reduced travel time as two major benefits.
