Desde os primórdios, a literatura infantil e juvenil tem acompanhado as transformações do homem e da sociedade e tem servido de palco para essas mudanças. Em diferentes épocas e lugares, podem-se observar produções literárias que reproduzem a experiência humana e tudo o que com ela se relaciona. Dentre essas relações está o sagrado, que se apresenta como um vínculo orgânico e universal. Nesta pesquisa, ao observar a trajetória do sagrado na literatura, identificam-se mudanças no modo como ele se manifesta, o que torna possível avaliar os elementos que projetaram essas transformações. Não se trata de um movimento linear, mas de um movimento espiralado que incorpora os elementos das modificações e, ao mesmo tempo, se projeta. Assim, propõe-se avaliar as transições do sagrado ao longo da história da literatura infantil e juvenil a partir de uma análise das principais manifestações literárias desde o período da colonização portuguesa no Brasil à contemporaneidade a fim de compreender como as transformações, ocorridas ao longo desse período, se refletem na sua configuração atual. Ao revisitar o ontem da literatura, pode-se compreender melhor o hoje, uma vez que o presente apresenta marcas do passado. Além de analisar excertos da produção literária da época da colonização ao início do século XIX, no período dos precursores da literatura infantil e juvenil brasileira, no período dos ideais do modernismo, na explosão da literatura infantil nos anos 1970 e na contemporaneidade, a pesquisa envolve, sobretudo, a análise comparada das obras dos autores Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen (Portugal) e Bartolomeu de Campos Queirós (Brasil). Ao compará-las, verifica-se uma nova configuração do sagrado em suas articulações. / Since the beginning, the children and juvenile literature has following the transformations of the man and of the society, and it has been serving as stage for such changes. In different times and places, literary productions that reproduce the human experience and everything related to it can be observed. Among these relations, there is the sacred, which presents itself as an organic and universal connection. In this research, when observing the trajectory of the sacred in the literature, changes in the way it manifests are identified, which enables us to evaluate the elements that designed such transformations. it is not about a linear movement, but it is a spiraled movement, which incorporates the elements of the modifications and, at the same time, it is projected. Therefore, it is proposed to evaluate the transitions of the sacred throughout the history of the children and juvenile literature, as form an analysis of the main literary manifestations since the period of the Portuguese colonization in Brazil to the contemporaneity, in order to encompass how the transformations, occurred throughout this period, reflect in its present configuration. When revisiting the \"yesterday\" of the literature, the \"today\" can be better understood, as it presents the marks of the past. Besides analyzing excerpts of the literary production of the colonization time until the beginning of the XIX century, in the period of the precursors of the Brazilian children and juvenile literature, in the period of the ideals of the modernism, in the boom of the children literature in the 1970s, and in contemporaneity, the research involves, above all, the compared analysis of the works from the authors Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen (Portugal) and Bartolomeu de Campos Queirós (Brazil). First, it reviews the route of the Brazilian poetry for children and teenagers in order to identify their transformations throughout history, and then, it sees how some poetic texts, with emphasis on contemporary, go beyond the limits of the definition of editorial reader for this genre. Second, we intend to point out methodological paths to work with poetry in school, focusing on the basic Education. In addition, for the historical review of the genre, we have as references the studies of Coelho (2006), Shavit (2003), Turchi (1995), Zilberman (1988). As for the discussion of the formation of the reader, we enclosed the conceptions of reader and reading processes of the aesthetics of reception, with Iser (1996) and Jauss (1994); poetry teaching, Balestriero (1998), and genres of discourse and teaching, in the perspective of Dowlz; Schnewly (2004). The survey of the route of this genre was carried out from the reading of the poetry works published in the late nineteenth century until the first decade of this century, and also, the study on the subject of criticism. Moreover, the search for titles was in private collections and libraries. For the approach to teaching, the various theoretical currents were evoked to propitiate, from one hand, a broader understanding of the formation process of a reader of poetry, and to the other, to propose a methodology that takes the subject to identify a stable structure of genre, and to the use of this structure as a reading tool, applicable to any poem. Comprehensively, the work presents an overview of Brazilian poetry for children and juvenile having as support the field of reception, as it clarifies the constitution of the literary system. / O presente trabalho apresenta dois objetivos centrais. Em primeiro lugar, rever o percurso da Poesia Infantil e Juvenil brasileira de forma a identificar suas transformações ao longo da história para, então, perceber como alguns textos poéticos, com ênfase no contemporâneo, extrapolam os limites da definição editorial de leitor para esse gênero. Em segundo, apontar caminhos metodológicos para o trabalho com a poesia na escola, com foco na Educação Básica. Para o resgate histórico do gênero, temos como referências os estudos de Coelho (2006), Shavit (2003), Turchi (1995), Zilberman (1988). Já para a discussão sobre a formação de leitor, unimos as concepções de leitor e processos de leitura da estética da recepção, com Iser (1996) e Jauss (1994); ensino de poesia, de Balestriero (1998); e, gêneros de discurso e ensino, na perspectiva de Dowlz; Schnewly (2004). O levantamento do percurso do gênero foi realizado a partir da leitura das obras de poesia publicadas do final do século XIX até primeira década do século XXI, como também do estudo da crítica sobre o tema. A busca pelos títulos deu-se em acervos particulares e de bibliotecas. Para a abordagem do ensino, várias correntes teóricas foram evocadas para propiciarem, de um lado, a compreensão mais ampla do processo de formação de leitor de poesia, e de outro, a proposição de uma metodologia que leve o sujeito à identificação de uma estrutura estável do gênero e à utilização desta como ferramenta de leitura, aplicável a qualquer poema. De forma abrangente, o trabalho apresenta um panorama da Poesia Infantil e Juvenil brasileira, tendo como aporte o campo da recepção, na medida em que elucida a constituição desse sistema literário.

This diploma thesis describes the current state of legal regulation and implementation of protective education in the Czech Republic. The first part contains the theoretical background of the whole work and deals with the terminological apparatus. It also contains psychological aspects of juvenile delinquency and history of criminal responsibility of children and adolescents in the Czech Republic. The second part contains the valid legislation of this particular with an accent on the issue of protective education. The third part describes current practice in institutional and protective education, with particular emphasis on placement and transfer of children and adolescents to individual facilities, which it specifies. Part Four examines the current aplicable rules in realization of protective education within a specific set of facilities and the legal regulations of juvenile delinquency in Slovakia. The fifth part describes the changes brought about by the new system of private law and the current proposals for changing the whole system of institutional education of children and youth. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo estudar a obra de Angela Lago, escritora e ilustradora de livros infantis, partindo da seleção de títulos que têm em comum a temática do assombro e da morte, a saber: De Morte! (1992), Charadas Macabras (1994), Sete Histórias para Sacudir o Esqueleto (2002) e Minhas Assombrações (2009). Considerada um dos grandes nomes da Literatura Infantil e Juvenil contemporânea, Angela Lago há mais de três décadas tem oferecido aos seus leitores títulos instigantes, muitos dos quais já foram objeto de pesquisa no âmbito acadêmico. Da análise de algumas dissertações de mestrado e teses de doutorado, verificamos a possibilidade de investigação de sua obra sob diferentes perspectivas teóricas. Entre os vieses possíveis, nossa abordagem considerou os conceitos teóricos desenvolvidos por Mikhail Bakhtin, já apontados em alguns trabalhos, e o estudo da oralidade e da cultura escrita, propostos por Walter Ong e Eric Havelock. Reverberam nas obras os conceitos de plurilinguismo, dialogismo e a estética do grotesco, discutidos por Bakhtin, e características da oralidade, do advento da escrita e da impressão, apresentados especialmente por Ong. Realizando o entrecruzamento das teorias, procuramos demonstrar como a artista propõe o processar da interação autor/leitor de forma gradativa no corpus selecionado, passando do riso ao assombramento, do convite ao ato de contar à inserção do leitor como personagem da história. Partindo do estudo comparativo dos livros selecionados, observamos semelhanças entre os projetos estéticos, o que nos fez agrupá-los em duas categorias: obras nas quais a autora se posiciona ao lado de seu leitor, convocando-o a transmitir as histórias; obras em que a autora e leitor tornam-se personagens, com novas formas de participação. / The purpose of the present study is to analyse the work of Angela Lago, book writer and children\'s books illustrator, based on a selection of books that have haunting and death as common themes, namely: De Morte! (1992), Charadas Macabras (1994), Sete Histórias para Sacudir o Esqueleto (2002) and Minhas Assombrações (2009). Considered one of the biggest names in contemporary juvenile and children\'s literature, Angela Lago has provided readers, for over three decades, with exciting books, many of which have been the object of research in the academic field. While analysing some master\'s and doctorate\'s dissertations, we realized the possibility of investigating her work under different theoretical perspectives. Among the possible biases, our approach contemplated the theoretical concepts developed by Mikhail Bakhtin, already cited in other works, and the study of the oral tradition and written culture, proposed by Walter Ong and Eric Havelock. The concepts of multilingualism, dialogism and the aesthetic of the grotesque, discussed by Bakhtin, as well as characteristics of the oral tradition, the advent of writing and the press, presented especially by Ong, reverberate through her works. By interchanging these theories, we attempted to demonstrate how the artist proposes the gradual processing of the reader/author interaction in the selected corpus, going from laughter to haunting, from the invitation of the act of storytelling to introducing the reader as a character in the story. Starting with the comparative study of the selected books, we observed similarities among the aesthetic projects, which led us to group them into two categories: works in which the author gets together with the reader, inviting him/her to convey the stories; works in which the author and the reader become characters themselves, allowing new ways of participation.

The goal of the present thesis is to prove that the workload intensification process has become one of the most decisive and crucial element to be tackled by the social workers class if they want to work fewer hours. Consequently, time and working activities are presented as vital aspects to be examined carefully when dealing with the inherent financial characteristics of the capital used in the productive and service sectors as well as in the restructuring of the public policies and working classes conditions. Within this context, the professional activity in the Court of Law was understood as the job performed itself and the social worker as the employee who performs a paid job and suffers the consequences of the economic conditions and working tendencies of all over the world. The relationship between the Law and the Legal System were objects of this study because they have a strong influence on the performance of the social workers’ daily activities due to the frequent law requisitions resulted from infringement acts which are treated at the Special Children and Juvenile Court of Law every single day. All the data collected for this paper were analysed in terms of their quality and quantity worth. Based on a semi-structured guide, ten social workers from the Court staff were interviewed face to face and asked to answer a written survey. Among the research findings, it was realised that the employees have been working under pressure due to the huge intensification of their workload and harmful working conditions, worsened by the organisational structure, rhythm and pace of the Court of Law, which reaffirm that the private sector entanglements are influencing the state public sector. Furthermore, it was also discovered that new social workers are not being hired because of the workload intensification of the current employees due to the reduction in the number of social workers who leave the job either from removal or retirement. Therefore resilience strategies are being held individually and collectively as well as internally and externally as an effective way to avoid the workload intensification of the social workers. However, it is still a challenge to be faced. In conclusion, this study shows that it is essential for the ones involved in this process to discover innovative legal means to prevent the social workers to be overloaded by work and give them useful tools to fight against capitalist exploitation / Essa tese analisa as condições de trabalho das Assistentes Sociais no Fórum das Varas Especiais da Infância e Juventude do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo, com o objetivo de apreender o seu processo de intensificação nesse espaço sócio-ocupacional, conferindo centralidade à categoria tempo de trabalho como um elemento determinante da luta histórica da classe trabalhadora pela redução da jornada de trabalho. Por isso, tempo e trabalho se apresentaram como dimensões relevantes a serem analisadas, notadamente na atual etapa de financeirização do capital que se refrata no setor produtivo, nos serviços, na reconfiguração das políticas públicas e nas condições de trabalho. Nesse âmbito, o exercício profissional no Tribunal de Justiça foi apreendido como trabalho e o/a assistente social como trabalhador/a assalariado/a, sofrendo as injunções das tendências gerais do mundo do trabalho. As relações entre Direito e Sistema de Justiça foram objeto de tematização por atravessarem e condicionarem o trabalho desenvolvido pelas assistentes sociais, por meio das interfaces com as requisições decorrentes do ato infracional a partir do fluxo de atendimento no Fórum das Varas Especiais da Infância e Juventude. A metodologia da pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa e quantitativa, envolveu a aplicação de questionários e entrevistas, com base em roteiro semiestruturado, com dez Assistentes Sociais que compõem a equipe técnica. Entre os achados da pesquisa constatou-se forte presença da intensificação do trabalho, percebida pela maioria das trabalhadoras por meio das precárias condições de trabalho e também pela própria estrutura do Judiciário em seus ritmos, velocidade e carga de trabalho, que reafirmam os ditames privados adentrando o espaço público-estatal. Identificou-se também a ampliação da jornada de trabalho, ainda mais estimulada pela redução do número de assistentes sociais na equipe técnica do Serviço Social em função do processo de remoção e de aposentadoria, que não têm levado a novas contratações. Estratégias de resistência - individuais e coletivas, internas e externas - são mobilizadas, mas resta o desafio de avançar com novas propostas contra a intensificação do trabalho, por meio de dispositivos no contrato de trabalho que possam vincular previamente o grau de intensidade do trabalho a ser realizado, a depender do fortalecimento das lutas coletivas do trabalho contra o capital

The purpose of this study was to provide an increased knowledge and understanding of how social workers work with children whose parents have a substance use disorder. The background to this study is that a large number of children live with parents who don't have the ability to care for them because of their disorder. Despite the parents lack of abilities to nurture and protect the child, the family or the individuals in the family don't always get the help and support that they are in need for by their surroundings. There is a perception that the social workers ability to help the children is affected by laws and regulations as well as by the structures of the system. The study was conducted by using a qualitative method, where six interviews were made with social workers from two different departments children, and adults. The interviewees were from two different municipalities. The interviewees were selected through a strategic selection where we only selected the profession area to social workers. The study was analyzed on the basis of three theoretical points, thematic analysis, hermeneutics and system theory. The results of the study are for the most part consistent with previous research. The most prominent results from the study are the importance of the social workers competence to utilize their abilities regarding interacting and cooperating. But also, being able to work within the structures regarding laws and regulations, and being able to see individuals as individuals in different systems.
