This master’s thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of a company Speleoart,s.r.o. between 2006 and 2010. The aim of the thesis is to analyze recent situation of the company and to bring suggestions to improve its situation. The first part of this work is dedicated to theoretical knowledge, where I will explain the basic terms and methods of financial analyzis. In the second part there will be a detailed information about the company, characterization of its situation, analyzis of the external and internal surroundings and the financial analyzis. The third part will be based on results from the second part and will include the suggested change, which should lead to the improvement of the financial situation of the company.

This Master’s thesis deals with the business plan for the establishment of family pension focused on agro-tourism in the small village Dolní Újezd in the Olomouc region. The aim of the thesis is assess the possibility of realization. The business plan also includes finance plan and risk assessment.

From LED industry perspective, the cost of lumen (lumen per dollar) will be becoming cheaper as soon as the era of LED lighting arrived. This is the result of economy of scale and customer will get benefit from it。 There are many fundamental changes that have increased popularity of out-door media activities。These changes include higher importance of casual life and activity, information era and urbanization. LED video board had entered full-color stage as soon as technology of R、G、B color has developed。Full Color LED Video Board shows up higher performance than other display technologies because of the unique Luminance performance of LED。LED Video Board is environmental friendly technology because of higher energy efficiency and less wastable consumption。LED Video Board has became the primary display technology among digital signage technology several years ago。 The research is firstly to study strategies that are being applied in Taiwan LED Video Board industry and to figure out national competitive advantage of the industry。The research is aimed to work out proper competitive strategy for companies that are based in Taiwan and the industry according to grand theory that was founded by Michael E. Porter，The five competitive forces and Diamond theory。 The research is ended up by four recommendations from sustainable competitive advantage perspective for those companies that are planning to enter into business in the future or currently competing with international competitors。

The main subject of this thesis is creating a proposal of business strategy of SBU. The work includes theoretical knowledge related to the issue of the proposal of business strategy and strategic analysis of the current state of SBU. The outcomes of the thesis are the processing and evaulation of the real proposal of business strategy, which will be the basis for subsequent implementation.

This thesis formulates a business plan of established joint stock company that is dedicated to two very different business activities. The thesis consists of 5 parts - an introduction, theoretical and methodological part, the description of the analyzed company, application of selected methods, and the conclusion. The product portfolio is analyzed with a business plan of the company. By application of the business plan is implemented innovation and modernization of two principal activities. The results of application of the business plan are assessed in terms of financial analysis. Application of the business plan will help in solving main problems of the analyzed company - low profitability and high costs.

Main theme of this work was to do the strategic analysis of the enterprise Hotel Plzeň with application of analysis and methods, that should show, which strong and weak points has this company and identify her opportunities and threats. To specify it, was the base for the formulation of a strategy, proposals and recommendations for next development. After executed analysis came out, that the enterprise has a lot of strengths, on which it can lean in future and strong it -- for example its staff, costumers and services ; and has many opportunities for using too. The end of work was dedicated to proposals for next development of business activities and how to improve the financial situation of this company.

This diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of Auto Slavíček s.r.o. for the period 2010-2016, and to formulate proposals for improvement. The thesis analyses the current economic situation of the company. The resulting values are compared with selected competing companies. The diploma thesis is divided into four chapters. The first chapter deals with the objectives of the work and the methodology of the solution. The second chapter analyses methods and procedures of financial and strategic analysis. The third chapter reviews the financial situation of the company. The last chapter presents your own suggestions for improvement.

Based on the theoretical background, an analysis of the current situation will be conducted while using tools of financial and strategic analyses. This diploma thesis deals with harvesting electrical power from renewable resources - natural raw materials, specifically from biomass, by means of energy producing equipment - biogas station. Theoretical part is focused on possibilities of energy production from renewable resources, analysis of administrative measures connected both with power engineering legislature and limited company establishing. It deals with procedures necessary for implementation of the plan and funding possibilities - grants and long term bank loans. Following analytical part is aimed to particular identification of surroundings, chances and risks connected with proposed design. Prospectus with the objective of establishing limited company BS Cerekvice nad Loučnou, s.r.o. is described in the project; this company will be focused on construction and operation of biogas station, producing electric power and heat.

This thesis evaluates the financial situation of Pekárna Crocus, Ltd. between the years 2006 - 2011. The aim of this work is to evaluate the current financial position of the company and to draft proposals for its improvement. The first part will summarize all the theoretical knowledge, on the basis of which the practical part will be created. The second part consists of information relating to the company. In the third part of the work a financial analysis will be done and finally the proposals and measures to improve the current financial situation will be presented.
