Assim, primeiramente, foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica e levantamento de dados publicados nos portais especializados em conteúdo esportivo, bem como material jornalístico; em seguida, procedeu-se à análise dos dados à luz da Sociologia do Esporte e da Psicossociologia. Valendo-se da história da profissionalização do esporte na Inglaterra (onde o futebol moderno se constituiu) e no Brasil, foram apresentadas as semelhanças e diferenças dos fundamentos da organização e regulamentação do futebol nos dois países, por parte das Federações. Esta análise comparativa permitiu perceber que estes fatores influenciam diretamente nos resultados obtidos pelos clubes, comercial e esportivamente. Compreender a gênese profissional do futebol brasileiro também permitiu analisar a sua organização de modo a elaborar definições sobre como o futebol brasileiro se apresenta em relação ao mundial e, assim, compreender a sua importância comercial, em especial para a mídia esportiva. Esta relação mídia-esporte é a principal responsável pela manutenção do futebol como aspiração profissional para milhares de brasileiros e pela mitificação dos jogadores profissionais, transformados em verdadeiros heróis modernos, a partir dos anos 1960. Como resultado, o marketing esportivo é o principal motor da monetarização do futebol. Assim como no mundo corporativo, no esporte, as instituições buscam impor aos seus trabalhadores a ilusão do possível, da ausência de limites. O ideal esportivo surge nas organizações estabelecendo competições entre seus colaboradores, bem como no marketing, nas estratégias para capturar consumidores e vender produtos ligados ao esporte. As transformações ocorridas na Sociedade a partir dos anos 1980, que trouxeram o trabalho para o centro das relações sociais no final do século XX e início do XXI estão se alterando rapidamente. Cabe às instituições esportivas se adaptar. Nessa perspectiva, se faz necessário um novo modo de pensar o futebol, partindo de sua organização. Este estudo apresentou, também, as relações entre sociedade contemporânea, cultura e profissionalização no futebol, de modo que se espera contribuir para o levantamento de possibilidades de gestão profissional no futebol, buscando, assim, caminhos para a profissionalização de fato, única solução possível para a evolução do esporte no Brasil. / The main objective of the research was to raise questions about the brazilian professional football and contemporary society, from the analysis of the sport’s professionalization process in Brazil and the company under its various prisms, as the culture industry, the Society of Consumption and Labour Society, in order to better understand the brazilian football and its relations with society and its practitioners. Therefore, first we conducted a literature review and survey data published in specialized portals in sports content, as well as journalistic material in order to proceed our analysis into the light of sociology of sport and psychosociology. From the history of sport´s professionalization in England (where the modern game was formed) and in Brazil, similarities and differences of the organization’s foundations and regulation of football in both countries by the federations were presented. That analisys of both organizations, allowed to realize that these factors directly influence the results by the clubs, commercial and sportily. Understanding the genesis of professional brazilian football has allowed us to analyze its organization in order to prepare definitions of how the brazilian football is presented in relation to the world and thus understand its commercial importance, especially for the sports media. This sports-media relationship is the main responsible for the maintenance of football as a professional aspiration for thousands of brazilians and the mystification of the professional players, transformed into true modern heroes from the 1960s. As a result, sports marketing is the main engine of monetization of football. As in the corporate world, in sports institutions seek to impose on their workers the illusion of the possible, the absence of limits. The sporting ideal arises in organizations establishing competition among its employees, as well as in marketing, strategies to capture customers and sell products related to sports. The transformations in the society from the 1980s, which brought the work to the center of social relations in the late twentieth century and early twenty-first are changing quickly. It is for the sports institutions to adapt. So new way of thinking is necessary in football from your organization. The analysis also showed the relationship between contemporary society, culture and professionalism in football, in order to contribute to the raising of professional management opportunities in football, and seeking ways to professionalize in fact, only possible solution to the evolution of the sport in Brazil.

Tal proposta foi realizada junto a alunos do 5º ano do Ensino Fundamental, na rede municipal de São Caetano do Sul, onde a autora da pesquisa trabalha como professora de música. Essa proposta pedagógica foi descrita e analisada para a dissertação de mestrado que a autora desenvolveu como trabalho final do Programa ProfArtes, mestrado profissional do Instituto de Artes da Unesp. As perguntas norteadoras da proposta pedagógica e da reflexão dessa dissertação são: propor aos alunos um projeto de criação de uma peça, para a qual eles deverão ouvir atentamente, catalogar, classificar, experimentar, gravar sons, elaborar ritmos, melodias, com diálogos durante o processo, os levaria a alguma conclusão relevante sobre o ambiente sonoro que os cerca? E seria possível ensinar música a partir desta proposta? Para tentar respondê-las, buscamos como auxílio ferramentas da música contemporânea e ideias de autores nos quais esta pesquisa se fundamentou, como Murray Schafer e John Paynter. Entretanto, no decorrer das experiências vividas muitas considerações emergiram e influenciaram o objetivo e a trajetória metodológica escolhida, como está registrado nas narrativas das aulas e nas reflexões da dissertação. / This paper presents and discusses a pedagogical proposal, from which the objective was to develop the listening and creation of Soundscapes to favor the development of musical understanding and also awareness about the acoustic environment. The proposal was realized with students from the 5th year of elementary school in the city of São Caetano do Sul, where the author of the research works as a music teacher. This pedagogical proposal was descript and analised for the Master dissertation that the author has developed as final work of the Prof-Artes Program, Professional Master of Instituto de Artes of Unesp. The guiding questions of this pedagogical proposal and this dissertation are: offer students a music creation project, for which they should listen carefully to catalog, to classify, to experiment, to record sounds, to elaborate rhythms and melodies, with debates during the process, would lead to some relevant conclusions about the sonorous environment that surrounds them? And it would be possible to teach music from this proposal? To try to answer them, we seek aid on the Contemporary Music and in the ideas from the authors that this research was based, as Murray Schafer and John Paynter. However, in the course of the experiences, many considerations emerged and influenced the objective and the chosen methodological trajectory, as it is registered in the narratives of the classes and in the reflections of the dissertation.

Nesse sentido, percebe-se que a proliferação de espaços residenciais de caráter privativo – como condomínios e loteamentos fechados – tem sido um importante agente transformador da paisagem, à medida que aponta para novos valores socioculturais, mudanças na concepção do desenho da cidade e na relação entre seu espaço e os habitantes. Este trabalho toma como estudo de caso uma unidade de paisagem na zona sul do município de Bauru, centro-oeste paulista, onde se vem observando um processo de expansão urbana caracterizada pela implantação de condomínios e loteamentos fechados. Através de uma abordagem que leva em conta a leitura da paisagem como método de investigação, buscou-se a compreensão desse contexto a partir do conjunto de interações entre o território, os aspectos morfológicos e os culturais, partindo da hipótese de que as transformações relacionadas à urbanização fechada no município de Bauru associam-se a um processo de fragmentação da paisagem, caracterizado por fatores como interrupções no traçado urbano, fragmentos de urbanização fechados para o exterior, e surgimento de novos padrões de expressão da diferenciação social na cidade. A complementaridade entre as chaves de leitura da paisagem propostas no trabalho permitiu evidenciar importantes relações entre morfologia e transformações socioculturais, mostrando que, com a urbanização fechada, surgem também novas práticas no que diz respeito ao consumo e ao convívio social na cidade contemporânea, cujas referências extrapolam, cada vez mais, os limites administrativos municipais, mas sim encontram sentido no contexto da internacionalização cultural, conhecida como globalização. / When facing new forms of organization and transformation of the contemporary city landscape in recent decades, this work proposes a closer look at the recent cases which are characterized by the dispersion and discontinuity of urban fabric, generally related to tendencies of privatization of activities and services originally associated to the public sphere. Thus, we can see that the proliferation of private character residential spaces – such as gated communities and enclosed settlements - is an important agent on landscape transforming, as it points to new socio-cultural values, changes in city´s design conception and the relationship between its space and inhabitants. This work is a case study of a landscape unit in the south of the city of Bauru, Midwest of São Paulo State, where it has been noticing an urban expansion process characterized by enclosed condominiums and settlement implementation. Through an approach that takes into account the concept of landscape as a research method, we search to understand this process from the set of interactions between the territory, the morphological and cultural aspects. It is assumed theoretically that the changes related to closed urbanization in Bauru are associated with a landscape fragmentation process, characterized by factors such as urban fabric interruptions, urbanization fragments closed to the outside, and the appearance of new expression patterns of social differentiation in town. The complementarity between the keys for landscape reading proposed in the work allowed to show important relations between morphology and socio-cultural transformations, showing that, with closed urbanization, also new practices emerge with regard to consumption and social life in the contemporary city, whose references extrapolate, more and more, municipal administrative boundaries, but rather find meaning in the context of cultural internationalization, known as globalization.

O ato de alimentar envolve aspectos muito além da nutrição, tais como as questões sensoriais, perceptivas, sociais, culturais, econômicas e ambientais. O cenário contemporâneo é composto por uma série de características e, entre elas, destacam-se as questões simbólicas, subjetivas que, a partir das ações interdisciplinares e transdisciplinares, atuam na ressignificação e, valorização da memória, da autoria, do desenvolvimento sustentável, e da inovação social. O design contemporâneo destaca as relações e inter-relações com outros campos do conhecimento, como, por exemplo, a gastronomia, que envolve o ato de comer, os equipamentos, utensílios, espaços, métodos e processos de desenvolvimento projetual, criativo e a aplicação dos conceitos advindos da estética do cotidiano que relacionam-se diretamente a esse universo. Entretanto, apesar da amplitude do tema e da divulgação midiática, suas relações são ainda pouco exploradas em termos de conceitos, aplicações e estudos científicos. Nesse sentido, o objetivo dessa pesquisa é identificar intersecções entre o design e a gastronomia no cenário contemporâneo e suas relações para com o usuário/sujeito. O método aplicado foi constituído por pesquisa bibliográfica, documental com estudos e análises de exemplos dos anos 2000. A revisão de literatura contou com referencial teórico acerca do design, da gastronomia, as expectativas de consumo do sujeito contemporâneo, bem como as características similares e as relações entre as duas disciplinas, que as tornam relevantes e influentes. A intervenção do design no campo da gastronomia ocorre há muitos anos, por meio dos utensílios, embalagens e espaços. Entretanto, na perspectiva do design, é recente e o uso do alimento como matéria-prima ou no desenvolvimento de produtos e serviços, além da estética do prato como oportunidade de inovação e da constituição de ações relacionadas à inovação social. Os conceitos e aplicações obtidos, a partir das relações entre design e gastronomia, são determinantes e valorosos para ambas as áreas. / Food has become one of the items that make up the lifestyle of contemporary society. The act of feeding involves aspects far beyond nutrition, such as social, cultural, economic and environmental issues. The contemporary scenario is composed of a series of components, such as issues related to innovation, memory, authorship, sustainability, social innovation, interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity. Some of the more essential features of the contemporary design are the relations and interrelationships with other fields of knowledge, such as gastronomy, which involves eating, equipment, utensils, spaces, design and creative processes and aesthetic of the dish. However, despite the amplitude of the theme and media coverage, those relations or interrelationships are little explored regarding concepts and applications. In this sense, this research aims to identify potential intersections between design and gastronomy in the contemporary scenario. From this integration, this study sought to identify benefits for both areas, and, mainly, for the contemporary subject. The applied method consisted of bibliographical and documentary research. The literature review had a theoretical reference about the design, the gastronomy, the consumptive expectations of the contemporary subject, as well as the similar characteristics and the relations between the two disciplines, which make them relevant and influential. The intervention of design in the field of gastronomy takes place for many years, through utensils, packaging and spaces. However, from a design perspective, the use of food as a raw material or the aesthetics of the dish as an opportunity for innovation is relatively recent. The concepts and applications obtained through this study, from the relations between design and gastronomy, are decisive and valuable for both areas.

Partimos, para tanto, nesse percurso, de teóricos como Jacob Stockinger (1978) e David William Foster (2000), dentre outros, cujos textos apontam na direção de uma ars poetica homotextual consciente, sobretudo, a partir da segunda metade do século XX, diferente do pensamento de muitos para os quais se trata tão somente de um leitmotiv e esteja mais para o conteúdo e menos para a forma. A pesquisa, por fim, não deixa de vislumbrar, outrossim, os mecanismos narrativos que estruturam a referida obra do autor holguineiro, dentre eles, destacamos a intertextualidade, isto é, o diálogo com outros textos e autores alheios, a intratextualidade, ou seja, o diálogo constante consigo mesmo e com seus próprios textos bem como, também, por derradeiro, a extratextualidade, isto é, o diálogo constante e as referências, dentro do texto, à cultura e história cubanas e latinoamericanas / Abstract: In the area of concentration "Literature and Social Life", under the aspect of the line of search "Poetics of the literary text: culture and representation (PLT)", intends this work, before, having as a base the posthumous novel El color del verano (1991), by the exilian cuban writer Reinaldo Arenas (1943-1990), to analyze the male homoerotic identity construction. We started, therefore, in this trajectory, of theorists as Jacob Stockinger (1978) and David William Foster (2000), among others, which texts point to the direction of a conscious homotextual ars poetica, specially, from the second half of the twentieth century, against of the thoughts of many people who things this is just a leitmovit and is more to the content than to the form. So, this search discerns indistinctly, besides, the narrative mechanisms which structure this narrated work of the holguinerian author, among them, we detach the intertextuality, that is, the dialogue with other foreign texts and authors, the intratextuality, that is, the constant dialogue with themselves and with their own texts, as well as conclusive, the extratextuality, that is, the constant dialogue and the references, inside the text, to the culture and Cuban and Latin-American history. / Doutor

As narrativas focalizam a mulher das classes pobres no universo feminino paraguaio e, nesse sentido, o estudo em questão abrange as relações entre a literatura e a vida social paraguaias, levando em consideração várias tendências teóricas literárias, culturais, especialmente no que concerne ao estudo das representações das relações entre o gênero feminino e os vários segmentos socioculturais do entorno local. Como referencial teórico nos valeremos dos estudos de Oscar Tacca(1983), Jonathan Culler(1999), das abordagens feministas de Michelle Perrot(2005), Elaine Showalter(1994), Ruth Silviano Brandão(1995, 2006) e Susana Moreira de Lima(2007), dos estudos culturais com Angel Rama(1982) e Cornejo Polar (2000) e da crítica sobre Josefina Plá e a literatura paraguaia com Ángeles Mateo del Pino(1994), Francisco Pérez-Maricevich(2009), Hugo Rodriguez-Alcalá (2000) e Miguel Ángel Fernández(2004). Com base nessas abordagens e diante de um contexto formado por confrontos culturais e por uma identidade configurada pelo hibridismo e por valores históricos, políticos, estéticos, religiosos e sociais em constante transformação, demonstramos que os contos de Plá apresentam como denominador comum as mulheres pobres vivendo papéis diversos e importantes na formação do processo identitário cultural paraguaio, principalmente as mulheres guaranis e mestiças. Observamos ainda a representação de uma mulher diferente daquela abordada com exclusividade pela historiografia local como heroína ou musa, uma vez que a mulher paraguaia, assim como as mulheres representadas pela escola romântica, sempre... (Resumo completo, clicar acesso eletrônico abaixo) / Abstract: The present work is a reading of ten story by Josefina Plá(1909-1999), writer little-known in the Latin American context, especially regarding to the prose. The narratives focus on women from the poorer classes in the female Paraguayan universe and, accordingly, the study in question concerns to the relationship between literature and social life in Paraguay, taking into account various theoretical literary, cultural trends, especially in relation to the study of representations of the relations between female and various socio-cultural segments of the local environment. How we use of theoretical the studies by Oscar Tacca (1983), Jonathan Culler(1999), feminist approaches Michelle Perrot(2005), Elaine Showalter(19994), Ruth Brandão(1995, 2006) and Susana Moreira Lima(2007), cultural studies with Angel Rama(1984) and Cornejo Polar (2000) and criticism about Josefina Plá and Paraguayan literature with Mateo Ángeles del Pino(1994), Francisco Pérez-Maricevich(2009), Hugo Rodríguez-Alcalá(2000) and Miguel Ángel Fernández(2004). Based on these approaches, and in the presense of a context formed by cultural confrontations and identities shaped by hybridity and by historical, political, aesthetic, religious and social values in constant transformation, we have shown that Plá's stories have as a common denominator poor women playing diverse and important roles in the shaping of cultural paraguayan identity process, mainly the guarani women and mixed-race. We also observed the representation of a different woman from that that was dealt with exclusively by the local historiography as heroin or muse, as the Paraguayan woman, and the women represented by the Romantic school, were always masked and idealized by the image... A pesquisa está dividida em quatro capítulos traçando um caminho que busca pensar o espaço ocupado pelo feminino, pela cerâmica, pela arte e suas transformações, e pelo trabalho da artista inserido neste panorama. O primeiro capítulo traz uma breve narrativa do papel da mulher e suas conquistas através da história. O segundo capítulo versa sobre transformações das Linguagens Artísticas no século XX e a produção tridimensional. O terceiro capítulo discorre sobre a importância da produção artística cerâmica. O quarto, último capítulo, apresenta a reflexão sobre o aspecto integrativo da obra da artista plástica Celeida Tostes e sua grande contribuição para a inserção da arte cerâmica na área academica e no campo das artes plásticas / Abstract: This presentation is the result of a deep study into the integrative aspect of the work of Celeida Tostes (1929-1995). The research is divided into four chapters tracing a path that seeks to think of the space occupied by women, pottery, art, and its transformation and the artist's work inserted in this panorama. A tese procura compreender quais ações sociais estão presentes na recepção e produção de obras de arte contemporânea. O ponto de vista da etnometodologia é de que os processos de interação são originários e formais, pois o sujeito fenomenológico não se percebe, é sempre o outro para o qual se dirige. E, ao mesmo tempo, as ações sociais e interpretações são orientadas por métodos (pressupostos e subentendidos) compartilhados entre agentes. Para investigar estes métodos, deve-se situá-los no contexto de uso, as circunstâncias concretas, que os tornam observáveis e relatáveis (accountable) por meio de operações de visibilização e/ou ocultamento, antecipação e/ou aguardo. A etnometodologia observa as ações sociais em situações rotineiras, nas quais os agentes lançam mão do conhecimento que compartilham e esperam que os outros façam o mesmo. É quando se age sem pensar. As artes são frequentemente analisadas segundo as diferenças produzidas nas relações cotidianas, oferecendo outros olhares e deslocamentos para o que já é habitual. Não negamos esta condição, mas compreendemos também que a observação de artes não se dá fora do mundo social. Cotidianamente, os agentes utilizam recursos de identificação das circunstâncias em que se encontram, do interlocutor com quem interage e do ambiente onde se insere. O que significa que estes recursos estão disponíveis a qualquer pessoa e são levados para o interior de galerias e museus, à revelia de observadores, artistas e instituições. Para qualquer um que ocupe a posição de observador da obra, as circunstâncias concretas da recepção (a obra, o texto da crítica, a fala do artista, a ação dos outros visitantes, etc.), exigem, deste agente, operações semelhantes às utilizadas no cotidiano. Estas operações foram investigadas nas entrevistas com público e artistas, nas quais se buscou reconhecer quais recursos e métodos compartilhados com a obra, o público, os outros artistas e a crítica, eles lançam mão quando ocupam as posições de observador ou produtor de obras de arte. / The thesis seeks to identify the social actions present in the reception and production of contemporaty art. According to ethnomethodology, the interaction processes can be classified as both originative and formal, because the phenomenological subject does not perceive itself, it always addresses to someone else. Moreover, social actions and interpretations are guided by methods (implied and expected) shared among agents. Those methods should be investigated in the context of use, the actual circumstances that make them observable and reportable (accountable) through operations of visualization and/or concealment, forwardness and/or retention. Ethnomethodology observes the social actions in everyday situations, in which agents make use of the shared knowledge and hope that others do the same thing. It is when one acts without thinking. Works of art are often analyzed by the differences they produce in everyday life, introducing other perspectives to what is usual. We dont deny that carachteristic, but we also understand that art observation belongs to the social world. In everyday life, the agents use action resources to investigate the actual circunstamces, auditors and locations. Therefore, those resources are available to anyone and are taken inside galleries and museums regardless of those institutions, the public and the artists. The actual circumstances of reception (the work of art, the critics text, the artists speech, the other visitors actions, etc.) demands of anyone in the observer role procedures similar to those of everyday life. In the interviews with the public and the artists, we tried to identify, through the discourses, which resources and methods are shared with the work, the public, other artists and criticism.

O presente estudo busca compreender a poética do bailaor e coreógrafo espanhol Israel Galván (Sevilla, 1973) e sua importância nas transformações pelas quais a dança flamenca tem passado nas últimas décadas. A etnografia foi o método de pesquisa utilizado, tendo como instrumentos de coleta de dados a observação participante, entrevistas, análise de material audiovisual e fotográfico. A partir do exame desse material, e com ênfase na análise do vídeo de estreia do espetáculo ¡Mira! Los zapatos rojos, de 1998, identificam-se características presentes na citada obra, as quais foram desenvolvidas pelo artista ao longo de sua carreira. Entre as singularidades que emergiram dessa investigação podemos elencar: a presença de elementos autobiográficos; o corpo como centro da pesquisa; a ruptura da estrutura coreográfica do flamenco e a introdução de conceitos da dança e da arte contemporâneas. Galván desenvolveu uma linguagem única e, com suas inovações, enriqueceu o repertório do flamenco com novos movimentos e conceitos. É considerado um dos maiores revolucionários dessa dança. / This inquiry aims to comprehend the poetics of Spanish bailaor and choreographer Israel Galván (born in Sevilla, 1973) and its significance in the context of the transformations flamenco dance underwent for the last few decades. In the present work, ethnography is the elected method of research; accordingly, data gathering was carried out by means of participant observation, interviews, and the analysis of both audiovisual and photographic records. By going over the data –with analytic emphasis on the footage material from the opening night of ¡Mira! Los zapatos rojos, performed on stage in 1998– it is possible to isolate certain features of this particular work by Galván which were being cultivated by the artist throughout his career. From this investigation, the following can be singled out: the salience of subjectivity; the body, construed as the choreographic research’s very core; the artist’s own breaking free from flamenco’s choreographic structure, and, by doing so, his inception of concepts borrowed from contemporary dance and arts. Galván has developed a unique language and, with his innovations, has invigorated flamenco’s repertoire with new movements and ideas. For all these reasons, he stands as one of the most revolutionary choreographers in the genre.

The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The practical part represents a series of paintings in which the author is engaged in transcription of personal experiences and impressions of the world marked by a human phenomenon. The theoretical part discusses the quest for the ultimate artistic output and initiatives, which led the author to comment on this topic. In the context of finding appropriate means of expression for the final artistic output, the author reflects on the diversity of artistic approaches and methods used in the presentation of issues of civilization in the world of art.
