The goal of my work is to establisch the cause and effect of children and young people delinquency on the Cesky Krumlov region. I suggested two hypothesis. I investigated the children and young people being under the curator{\crq}s supervision working in the town office of Cesky Krumlov. Here, there are two women employees. Each has a case load of a 160 children from the last year. I studied a third of them. It means 100 cases. As a method of verifying the hypothesis, I selected the method of document analysis and of case history analysis.

O campo da comunicação pública no Brasil transita em uma área sombreada. Os canais de radiodifusão públicos são confundidos com aparelhos de governo e operam como tal. A criação da EBC foi uma tentativa de inflexão nessa tradição. O que a diferenciou de outros sistemas públicos foi a decisão de colocar a gestão de seus conteúdos na mão da sociedade civil, por meio de um Conselho Curador, formado em sua maioria por representantes desta. Essa pesquisa estudou como se concretizou esse processo de representação da sociedade na EBC por meio da análise de um caso debatido no âmbito desse Conselho: a disputa pela diversidade religiosa grade de programação nas emissoras da EBC, em particular a TV Brasil. A pesquisa concentrou-se no período de 2009 a 2013, quando foram analisadas notas taquigráficas, mensagens do público que integra a audiência, documentos oficiais e entrevistas de profundidade com telespectadores. Com isso foram analisados os diferentes pontos de vistas sobre o processo que recomendou a suspensão da programação religiosa das emissoras da EBC e depois o recuo a essa decisão. A decisão, tomada pelo Conselho, apesar de ser afinada com a sociedade civil organizada e minorias, o isolou de outras instâncias de poder: o legislativo, o judiciário, o executivo e as instituições religiosas e, especialmente, gerou um processo que levaria a exclusão de um público majoritário das emissoras. A decisão fragiliza o Conselho enquanto instância de representação e revela o descolamento deste em relação às demandas da sociedade. O que coloca uma questão fundamental para a discussão da comunicação pública: o quanto o público que deveria ser objeto da comunicação pública vem sendo desprezado? / The field of public communication in Brazil transits in a shadowy area. The public radio-broadcasting channels are mistaken by govenrment devices and are handled as so. The EBC creation was an attempt of breaking this tradition. What made it differ from other public sistems was the decision of placing the control of its contentes in the hand of the civil society, by a Curator Board, composed mainly by its own representatives. This research studied how the process of the society being representated in EBC took place by means of the analysis of a case discussed in the scope of that Council: the dispute about the religious diversity, scheduling the EBC station, in particular TV Brasil. The study focused between the years 2009 to 2013, when shorthand notes were reviewed, as well as messages sent from the people taken place in the audience, oficial documents and in-depth interviews with viewers. Thus it was possible to go through the different points of view about the case in which recommended the suspension of the religious progamming in the EBC broadcasting stations and then the withdrawing of the decision. The determination, taken by the Council, although being lined up with the organized civil society and minorities, isolated itself of other political power levels: the legislative, the judiciary, the excutive and religious institutions, and specially, resulted in a process in which would exclude a vast majority of the public from the transmitter. The decision weakens the Council while representative body and reveals its displacement in relationship to the societys demand. Therefore, a fundamental question is put into discussion concerning public communication: how much should the public who is object of the public communication has been despised?

Researched topic of the thesis is The role of art teacher education focused on the presentation of art works. Art teacher is given in context to the curator of the exhibition, the curatorial activities. Curator of the exhibition is a relatively new professional level, very important especially for contemporary art. The theoretical part of the work confronts profession of educator and curator of the exhibition. It searchs for a new fields of two environment meanings that combines art. Interest is whether and how the profession of the teacher and curator of visual encounter is met. I search and describe this during studies. Subsequent interest is the presentation of pupils' work, and whether it is an important part of the activity of fine art teacher, looking for steps it goes through. As well as what the teacher's attitude towards exhibitions and other forms of presentation of pupils' work. Educated high school students are familiar with the possibilities and circumstances presenting their own works of art, learn about the background of the exhibition project. The diploma thesis deals with the topic of a halfway house for persons released from prison. It is a specific target group of clients of this social residential service. The diploma thesis contains a theoretical and practical part. The first part describes the meaning of a halfway house, its the target group of clients, the role of social curator, the execution of imprisonment and the role of probation and mediation service. The aim of the thesis is to find out whether young offenders after release are interested in this social service. The practical part of the diploma thesis includes a structured interview with clients halfway houses in the Pilsen, Karlovy Vary and Central Bohemia regions. The interview consisted of 25 questions; the answers are sorted and presented in tables. From the results it can be concluded that young offenders are informed about this social residential service, but after release from prison they prefer another accommodation option. Their last choice is a to becoming a client of a halfway house, one of the reasons why can be the feeling of continued control over their lives such as in prison.

The thesis focuses on the activity of an educational care centre as an institution which provides services for children who show negative signs in their behaviours and prone to develop behavioural disorders, as well as for their families. The centre also offers help to clients of a children and youth curator, whose role, as part of providing social and legal protection, is mentioned in the first chapter. In addition, attention is given to basic principles of a multidisciplinary cooperation and rehabilitation of a family. Another part describes the activity of the centre, an organisation providing preventive educational care for clients, and specific services of the centre. In the practical part the centre activity is portrayed by children and youth curators. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the benefits of the educational care centre from the point of view of an OSPOD (a government body for social and legal protection of children) employee and asses what opportunities the centre offers when preventing institutional care and as part of rehabilitation of a family with a child who has behavioural issues.

These places are unrelated to the neutrality of the white cube a term used to name spaces which are specifically set to host art exhibitions. In order to attain this goal, the development of this research paper is supported by the procedures and initiatives taken to make art exhibitions possible in the spaces previously mentioned, attempting to clarify the relational aspects that have grounded the curatorial actions as well as the artistic poetics which turned out to be part of the institutional collection. In this sense, the function that an institution can fulfill as a mediator space for art is investigated, and the circumstances where the curatorial critical position and bias adopted to select the works of art are made relevant, permeating the instances which articulate the art system: production, communication, reception. The research project is presented as a reflection on the curatorial activity that has involved artistic poetics entirely formulated in relation to multidisciplinary spaces belonging to three SESC s branches in São Paulo city, which started operating between 2010 and 2011 and have been inserting Brazilian contemporary works of art in several places which house its social cultural actions. Its purpose is to assess the art object as a factor of interaction and knowledge, as well as the institution s role in educating the audience on contemporary art. / Esta pesquisa destina-se a apresentar um estudo relativo à presença de obras de arte contemporânea e as dimensões que estas assumem em espaços expositivos de característica multidisciplinar, espaços portanto desvinculados da neutralidade do cubo branco termo que denomina o espaço específico para exposições de arte. Para tanto, a pesquisa tem como subsídio de seu desenvolvimento, os procedimentos e iniciativas realizados para exposição de obras em tais espaços, procurando esclarecer os aspectos relacionais que fundamentaram a ação curatorial bem como as poéticas artísticas que passaram a integrar um acervo institucional.Neste sentido, é investigada a função que uma instituição pode exercer como espaço mediador da arte bem como as circunstâncias que relevam o posicionamento e o viés curatorial e crítico na seleção de obras, permeando as instâncias que articulam o sistema de arte: produção/comunicação/recepção. I följande essä, Konstens olika horisonter – ett möte med bildkonst från Senegal, Mali och Mocambique, diskuterar jag rollen som gallerist och curator i mötet med det som är okänt och främmande i konsten. I essän refereras till möten med konst och konstnärer från Senegal, Mali och Mocambique. Texten utgår dels från mina upplevelser på konstbiennalen i Dakar, dels från arbetet med två olika utställningar på Galleri Flach i Stockholm. Med utgångspunkt i min roll som kurator reflekterar jag över situationer när konstens sammanhang framstår som främmande och okända. Hur bemöter jag situationen? Vad ser jag i den och vad bidrar den med i mitt kuratoriska arbete i gallerirummet? Med stöd bland annat i hermeneutiken och filosofer som Hans-Georg Gadamer och Marcia Sa Cavalcante Schuback, beskrivs en bildningsprocess i vilken jag reflekterar över det geografiska och kulturella avståndet. I texten diskuteras också ett så kallat hermeneutiska mellanrum som uppstår i skarven mellan det välkända och det främmande. Diskussionen införlivar även tankar om hur normer i den västerländska konsthistorien påverkar mitt möte med konsten och vad jag uppfattar som konstnärlig kvalitet. I essän konstateras att mina möten och konfrontationer med det som är okänt i konsten, är betydelsefullt. Det påbörjar en process mot ny kunskap i vilken jag tydligare får syn på mig själv och mina medvetna och omedvetna föreställningar. I texten beskrivs hur jag i gallerirummet prövar mina reflektioner i praktiken i en dialog med mig själv och de konstnärer med vilka jag samarbetar. Jag betonar dialogens och den inre reflektionens betydelse för utställningens tillblivelse. Utställningen blir ett mellanrum, ett begränsat sammanhang, där dialogen och reflektionen tar form. / The following essay, Different horizons - Encounters in visual arts from Senegal, Mali and Mozambique, discusses how to encounter what is unknown and unfamiliar within art in my role as a gallerist and curator. The essay refers to encounters with art and artists from Senegal, Mali and Mozambique. The text is partly based on my experiences at the biennial in Dakar, partly from working experiences with two exhibitions at Galleri Flach in Stockholm. On the basis of my role as curator, I am reflecting on the situation when art appears unfamiliar. How do I act? What do I learn in these situations and what do they bring to my curatorial work in the gallery space? With support from hermeneutics and philosophers such as Hans-Georg Gadamer and Marcia Sa Cavalcante Schuback, I describe a learning process that takes the geographical and cultural distance into consideration. The text reflects also on the so-called hermeneutical gap (a room in between) that occurs in the joint between the familiar and the unfamiliar. The discussion incorporates thoughts on how standards in the Western art history affect my encounters with the art object and what I perceive as artistic quality. I note in the essay how these meetings and confrontations with the unknown in the art are important. It sets in motion a process towards greater knowledge in which I see myself more clearly, not the least my conscious and unconscious beliefs. The text describes how I use the gallery space to put my reflections into practice, in a dialogue between myself and the artists with whom I work. I emphasize the dialogue and the importance of an internal reflection in creating an exhibition. Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka hur kuratorer inom hälso-och sjukvården ser på internetbaserad behandling med patienter med psykisk ohälsa, för att beskriva och förstå specifikt deras syn på möjligheter och begränsningar med sådana behandlingsmetoder. Studien har genomförts genom kvalitativa semistrukturerade intervjuer med tio yrkesverksamma kuratorer på åtta olika primärvårdsenheter i Stockholms län. Materialet från intervjuerna har analyserats med hjälp av den symboliska interaktionismen. Resultatet visade att kuratorernas inställning till det internetbaserade arbetet är ambivalent. Det internetbaserade behandlingsarbetet är komplicerat och det är tydligt att det finns både möjligheter och begränsningar med ett sådant arbete. Vidare visade resultatet att de möjligheter som kuratorerna kunde se med internetbaserad behandling främst handlar om tillgänglighet och att dessa metoder skulle kunna vara ett värdefullt verktyg till de patienter som önskar sådana behandlingsmetoder. När det gäller begränsningar så kunde kuratorerna se att behandling via internet ställer stora krav på patienten och att interaktion via skrift är mindre nyansfull än vid det traditionella behandlingsarbetet. Det är tydligt att den främsta anledningen till kuratorernas tveksamhet inför dessa metoder handlar om förlusten av att inte kunna se patienten ansikte mot ansikte. Kuratorerna har även svårt att se hur det internetbaserade arbetet praktiskt skulle kunna fungera i det psykosociala arbetet. Det internetbaserade arbetet kan således inte enkelt jämföras med det traditionella psykosociala arbetet som sker ansikte mot ansikte, utan bör ses som ett komplement eller ett helt nytt sätt att arbeta på. / The purpose of the study has been to increase the knowledge of how counsellors within health care view internet based treatment of patients who suffer from mental illnesses, to be able to describe and understand the possibilities and limitations with such forms of treatment. The study has been carried out through qualitative semi structured interviews with ten professional counsellors in eight different primary care units in Stockholm county. The transcripts of the interviews have been analysed by using the theory of symbolic interactionism. The result showed that the counsellors’ view of internet based treatment is ambivalent. The internet based treatment is complicated and the counsellors seeing both pros and cons indicates that there are both possibilities and limitations which such methods. The result also showed that the possibilities that the counsellors can identify in internet based treatment concerns availability and that such methods have the potential to be a valuable tool for those patient who desire such methods of treatment. When it comes to limitations the counsellors can see that treatment via internet make great demands on the patient’s own abilities and that written interaction is far less nuanced than the interactions of traditional treatment work. It is clear that the main reason for the counsellors’ hesitation about these methods is the lack of face-to-face interaction with the patient, as well as difficulties imagining the practical applications of the internet based treatment. Thus the internet based treatment work can not easily be compared with the traditional psychosocial work that occurs face-to-face, but should be considered as a potential complement to traditional treatments or even a complete new way of working.
