There are defined terms of "complex system and complex analysis of traffic accident", technically acceptable range of important input values, systematization of accidents on the crossroad with methodologies in the thesis. Thesis shows problematical expert procedures, suggests scheme of expert evidence and includes methodology of measurement of common movement of vehicles on the crossroad and recommendation for expert procedures.

There are statistical data gathered as a part of the operation of the intersections controlled by the traffic light signalling devices. This data concerns characteristics of traffic flows and parameters of the aplied controlling strategy and can be valuable source of information that can be used to improve the controlling strategy or creation of a mathematical model describing the behaviour of the traffic flows. These models are closely studied and used for prediction of the immediate development of the traffic flows based on their current states. This paper is trying to design means to create such models and to work with them.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of driver education and practice safe, dangerous and aggressive driving. The aim is to map the issue of safe and defensive driving and define the principles of defensive driving. The first part deals with the theory of defensive driving, which analyzes psychologically and legally sides of that problem. Another part deals with road safety, which is described in the context of direct and indirect indicators of road safety. The research then analyzes in detail the specific situation on the road that leads to accidents. This analysis is performed on based data of real accidents. Of particular situations accidents are then defined the principles of defensive driving.

Expropriation for the purposes of construction of transport, water and energy infrastructure Résumé This thesis deals with expropriation under the regime of Act No. 416/2009 Coll. on accelerating the construction of transport, water and energy infrastructure and electronic communications infrastructure (Act on Acceleration of Construction). The thesis provides an analysis of selected provisions of this Act, evaluates the possibilities of interpretation of questionable provisions and proposes possibilities of de lege ferenda optimisation of the existing legislation. The thesis also responds to the recent amendment to the Act on Acceleration of Construction implemented by Act No. 169/2018 Coll. and analyses the potential impacts of the new legislation on the procedural position of the parties to the proceedings as well as the conformity of the selected provisions of the amendment with the constitutional order. - The goal of this study is to have a look on the historic path as an important factor, which supports socioeconomic nature of certain activities at different times in the neighborhood, and see how these activities modify or chase in terms of contemporary circumstances and local geography. Thus, how this path affected areas near the surrounding landscape, which brings together over two sites in the pre-industrial period, during the industrial revolution and also at the time of transformation - the present time. In each of the three chapters, an attention devoted within a defined period of specific activity. In pre-industrial period, special attention was devoted to the contemporary conditions and capabilities of inns and wholesalers of agricultural output. For the period of the industrial revolution a location of the food industry was anticipated and in the chapter of the present time the aim was to bring urban sprawl in terms of monitored communities. During the task all available information obtained from the cited sources and interviews to create a comprehensive picture of the phenomenon observed in a given period and formulate a conclusion on the proposed hypothesis were compared. Nádraží VRT letiště Brno Tuřany / HST Station at the Airport Brno Tuřany

High-speed corridor is the future of travellibg. Many Eauropian states have begun with building it a few years ago and it works well. The Czech Republic still does not have this form of transport, but due to the location it will be necessary to build high quality railways even here for the future connection across Europe. This thesis deals with the construction of high-speed train stop (the HST) nearby the airport Brno Turany. The service follows the previous semestral work - Brno main railway station. The HST station building is drafted as a bridge over the rail and the platforms, it works not only as a check-in and waiting area but also like a pedestrian crossing over the corridor. The solid responds to the airport nearby and used bridge construction to smartly takes roof up. Public parts are at ground level, technical background and maintenance are located along the platforms below the ground level.

Analýza návrhových prvků okružních křižovatek v závislosti na nehodovost / Analysis of roundabout design parameters and their impact on accidents.

The dissertation deals with the analysis of roundabout design elements and their impact on accidents. The analysis objective was to identify the important elements of roundabouts that have impact on accidents. In order to achieve this goal, the multifactorial statistical safety assessment method was used on the basis of a representative sample of data, by developing several safety performance functions, verifying them and interpreting the result. Several design elements, which from the point of view of the traffic accident mechanism belong to the infrastructure factor, have been identified: AADT, average diameter, entrance width, entry angle, direct passage angle, location and many others. The original sample contained about 1200 roundabouts, which were reduced to 200 based on data availability. Accident frequencies were monitored between 2009 and 2016, i.e. for eight years, resulting in total 2674 roundabouts accidents. The result is an accident prediction model, developer based on roundabout approach design elements, and map of critical roundabouts, identified based on empirical Bayes estimate of accident frequency. Following approach parameters were identified: AADT, entry angle, distance between collision points, deviation of angles between approaches, presence of apron, presence of bypass, entry type, presence of pedestrian crossing and surrounding area type.

Vnější příčiny úmrtí - regionální rozdíly a souvislosti v okresech ČR / External causes of death - regional differences and context in districts of CZ

This diploma thesis analyzes mortality from external causes in the region of CZ between 2014 and 2018. The main focus is on external causes of death as a group, suicide rates, and mortality from traffic accidents. Another aim of this thesis is, besides the description of mortality from external causes, to identify regional correlation and differences in mortality from external causes and selected causes of death (suicides and traffic accidents). This study uses correlation, factor, and cluster analysis. Because of the low numbers of deaths in the case of women (in all dependent variables), the study analyzes mortality from both sexes together. Based on created factors clusters of regions are developed. Results show the difference between regions in CZ in mortality external causes. Regions also vary in suicide mortality rates and traffic accident mortality rates. Independent variables that correlate with mortality from external causes vary for external causes as a group, for suicides, and for mortality from traffic accidents.
