Mit dem Übergang zum digitalen Medium haben sich die Bezugsstrukturen und das Angebot an elektronischer Fachinformation in den Bibliotheken nachhaltig verändert. In den vorliegenden Untersuchungen wird das Angebot elektronischer Zeitschriften und Datenbanken und die Nutzung elektronischer Zeitschriften in fünf ausgewählten Fachgebieten und in unterschiedlichen Bibliothekstypen dargelegt. Darüber hinaus werden die derzeitigen Bezugsstrukturen beschrieben sowie die Ergebnisse einer Befragung der Konsortien zu Zielsetzungen, Vertragsformen und Geschäftsmodellen dargestellt. Chancen und Risiken der konsortialen Bezugsform werden erörtert. / With the transition to the digital medium the structures for purchasing digital information and the offer of scientific information in the libraries changed strongly. In the available examination the offer of electronic journals and databases and the usage of electronic journals in five selected disciplines and in different types of libraries is evaluated. Further more the current purchasing structures and the results of interviews with consortia in regard to objectives, forms of contracts and pricing models are described. Chances and risks of consortia purchasing are discussed.

O presente estudo objetiva analisar a produção científica publicada nos Periódicos: “Produção” e “Gestão e Produção”, no período de 2001 a 2010. Os periódicos foram escolhidos pela importância de suas publicações, regularidade e sua avaliação pela CASPES, a qual atualmente é B2, a maior na área da Engenharia de Produção nacional. Buscou-se traçar um perfil das publicações, comparar os periódicos entre si e confrontar com um periódico com fator de impacto superior a 1. A pesquisa classificou-se como levantamento documental. Foram analisados 760 artigos, sendo 384 da revista Gestão e Produção, 326 da revista Produção e 50 do Internacional Journal of Operations & Production Management. Buscou-se mensurar variáveis que pudessem caracterizar a produção científica de cada periódico, comparando-os mediante quadros e tabelas. Após a análise dos resultados, verificou-se entre as revistas nacionais que a única variável que diverge é a temática. Quando comparadas as revistas nacionais com a internacional, as divergências são: extensão, idioma dos artigos, quantidade de palavras-chave, média das referências bibliográficas em anos e idioma das fontes citadas. Desse modo, conclui-se que a produção científica da revista Produção e da revista Gestão & Produção diferem-se do periódico utilizado como padrão, devido ao seu conceito. / This study has as purpose to analyze the scientific production published in journals "Production" and "Production Management” in the period of 2001 to 2010. The journals were chosen due to the importance of its publications, and their regular evaluation by Capes, which is currently B2, the most important in the Production Engineering National area. The study tried to draw a profile of publications, to compare the journals with each other and confront a journal with an impact factor bigger than 1. The research was classified as documentary survey. 760 articles were analyzed, 384 about Management and Production, 326 about Production e 50 International Journal of Operations & Production Management. It was attempted to measure variables that could characterize the scientific output of each journal, comparing them through charts and tables. After analyzing the results, among the national magazines that the only variable that is the subject differ. When compared to national journals with international differences are: length, language of articles, amount of keywords, the average years of references and language sources. This way, was concluded that the production of scientific production and Management & Production, are different from regular used as standard because of its concept.

Due to the care undertaken by Brazilian funding agencies, such as the Coordination of Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (originally Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior – CAPES) and the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (originally Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico – CNPq), it is evident the role of scientific journals in the academic context as indicators performance both for the institutions and for the researchers. After all, it is they which make public the researches developed after proper peer review, ensuring value to the publicized contents. The purpose is, therefore, analyze the production of postgraduate studies in information science (CI), through the national electronic journals listed in the Capes Journal Portal and qualified at concepts from A1 to B2, to identify the current state of research in the area. After that, operational objectives are: (1) discuss the science, their relations and contextualization within contemporary society; (2) explore the academic production in the contemporaneity contemplating the prospects of electronic journals; (3) identify the most debated topics in CI, through the analysis of articles published from 2003 to 2013; (4) detect the topics of articles aiming to project thematic similarities and differences within the interdisciplinarity, including the identification of important issues and not covered. To achieve the objectives, in theoretical terms, discusses, initially, the science in contemporary society, following chapter about the foundations of CI and its relation to scientific communication, in which emphasize perspectives and interdisciplinary relationships and research lines of the area of knowledge focused. The fourth chapter evidences the scientific journals with emphasis on electronic context. The methodological approach (chapter five) covers the typology of search (bibliographic of nature descriptive / case study) in time that discusses the techniques of collecting and analyzing data. Among the results discussed (chapter six), it is impossible review them all, cited some items. Regarding the current research situation, it verifies that increase research in CI follows the expansion of the Graduate Programs in Information Science (originally Programas de Pós-Graduação em Ciências da Informação – PPGCI) and expands as found in electronic journals, the means to intensify scientific communication and ratify interdisciplinary relations. Thus, records 48 theme categories in CI. Among them, Management has the highest incidence (191 articles), as opposed to classes as Administration and Environment and Sustainability, both with only seven studies. The year 2012, among the analyzed period, is the highest production rate. The library science, in turn, it has the highest number of interdisciplinary relations. In the end, are the concluding remarks of the study and the list of bibliographic and electronic sources consulted in drawing up the text. / Com a explosão documental e as múltiplas possibilidades de acesso à informação proporcionadas pelas tecnologias de informação e de comunicação, percebe-se a proliferação de publicações de todos os tipos, como os periódicos científicos eletrônicos, que facilitam o acesso e a divulgação das pesquisas empreendidas e permite maior agilidade na recuperação de informação. Diante dos cuidados empreendidos por órgãos brasileiros de fomento, como a Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (Capes) e o Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq), é evidente o relevo da função dos periódicos científicos no contexto acadêmico como indicadores de desempenho tanto para as instituições quanto para os pesquisadores. Afinal, são eles que tornam públicas as pesquisas desenvolvidas após a devida avaliação pelos pares, o que assegura valor aos conteúdos publicizados. Objetiva-se, pois, em termos amplos, analisar a produção de pós-graduação em ciência da informação (CI), por meio dos periódicos científicos eletrônicos nacionais constantes do Portal de Periódicos da Capes e qualificados em conceitos de A1 a B2, para identificar a situação atual da pesquisa na área. A partir daí, são objetivos operacionais: (1) discutir a ciência, suas relações e contextualizações no âmbito da sociedade contemporânea; (2) explorar a produção acadêmica na contemporaneidade contemplando as perspectivas dos periódicos científicos eletrônicos; (3) identificar as temáticas mais debatidas em CI, por meio da análise dos artigos publicados no período de 2003 a 2013; (4) detectar os temas dos artigos visando conceber semelhanças e diferenças temáticas no âmbito da interdisciplinaridade, incluindo a identificação de temas importantes e não contemplados. Para a consecução dos objetivos, em termos teóricos, discute-se, de início, a ciência na sociedade contemporânea, seguindo capítulo acerca dos fundamentos da CI e sua relação com a comunicação científica, em que se destacam perspectivas e relações interdisciplinares e linhas de investigação da área de conhecimento enfocada. O quarto capítulo evidencia os periódicos científicos com ênfase no contexto eletrônico. O caminho metodológico (capítulo cinco) abrange a tipologia da pesquisa (bibliográfica de natureza descritiva / estudo de caso) ao tempo em que discorre as técnicas de coleta e análise de dados. Dentre os resultados discutidos (capítulo seis), na impossibilidade de rever todos eles, mencionam-se alguns itens. A respeito da situação atual de pesquisa, verifica-se que o incremento da pesquisa em CI acompanha a expansão dos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Ciência da Informação (PPGCI) e se expande à medida que encontra nos periódicos eletrônicos, os meios para intensificar a comunicação científica e ratificar relações interdisciplinares. Destarte, registram-se 48 categorias temáticas em CI. Dentre elas, Gestão apresenta a incidência mais elevada (191 artigos) em contraposição às classes Administração e Meio Ambiente e Sustentabilidade, ambas com apenas sete estudos. O ano de 2012, dentre o período analisado, é o de maior índice de produção. A biblioteconomia, por sua vez, aparece com o maior número de relações interdisciplinares. Ao final, estão as considerações finais do estudo e a listagem de fontes bibliográficas e eletrônicas consultadas para elaboração do texto.

著電子期刊發展日益成熟，圖書館引進電子期刊館藏蔚為風尚，對圖書館紙本期刊的發展與學術傳播都帶來了巨大的影響。圖書館期刊館藏的改變，也連帶對於使用者的期刊使用造成影響。本研究旨在了解傳播學門教師電子期刊的使用行為，並從使用者的角度探討電子期刊對圖書館館藏發展之影響進而研訂以使用者角度為導向的電子期刊館藏發展政策，以做為未來圖書館館藏發展之參考。 本研究利用問卷調查與深度訪談以了解政大傳播學院教師的資訊行為與電子期刊的使用情形，以及政大傳傳播學院圖書館館藏發展現況、所面臨的問題與困難與對未來館藏發展之看法。最後獲致研究結論如下：(1)傳播學院教師平時的主要任務以教學與研究為主，而資訊需求也多因教學與研究而產生；(2)學術期刊是教師教學與研究的最重要資源；(3)傳播學院教師使用電子期刊甚於紙本期刊；(4)教師對傳播學院圖書分館期刊館藏與服務感到滿意；(5)傳播學院圖書分館重視發展學術期刊館藏，並以西文期刊為館藏重要特色；(6)傳播學院圖書分館期刊館藏發展以電子期刊與紙本期刊並重；(7)傳播學院圖書期刊選購由教師決定，主要考慮期刊內容學術性與教師需求；(8)獲得政大傳播學院圖書分館電子期刊館藏發展要件與程序；(9)傳播學院圖書分館經費有限與典藏空間不足促使電子期刊館藏發展的需求；(10)獲得政大傳播學院圖書館紙本期刊刪訂決策因素；(11)政大傳播學院圖書分館缺乏館藏發展政策訂定；(12)多數教師同意政大傳播學院圖書分館有發展電子期刊之需求；(13)多數教師對於全面發展電子期刊的看法仍有疑慮。 本研究最後針對圖書館電子期刊館藏發展與服務提出以下建議：(1)依據教師使用行為加強電子期刊館藏服務；(2)傳播學院三系所建立期刊選購合作機制；(3)訂定傳播學院圖書分館電子期刊館藏發展政策；(4)加強使用者電子期刊使用教育訓練；(5)強化傳播學院圖書分館館員的功能與價值。 / With the great developments of electronic journals, it becomes a trend for academic libraries to purchase a large amount of electronic resources. Electronic journals bring a lot of impacts on the academic libraries and scholarly communication. The changes on library serials collection also affect the way that faculty use scholarly journals. This research investigated the use of electronic journals among the faculty of Communication at the Cheng-Chi University, and tried to use user-oriented approach to formulate the serials collection development policy. The research conducted at the Cheng-Chi University in 2008 by questionnaire and interviews to exam the use of electronic journals by the faculty of Communication, investigate the status of serials collection in Communication Library, and obtain the faculty and librarians’ viewpoints about the future of serials collection development. The research findings are as follow: (1) The information needs of faculty of communication most came from research and teaching. (2) Scholarly journals are essential resources in the field of communication. (3) Faculty of communication rely on electronic journals than print journals. (4) Faculty are satisfied with the serials collection and services provided by communication library. (5) Communication library set great store by developing academic journals collections and foreign languages journals are features of communication library. (6) Emphasizing electronic journals and print journals equally is the main collection development strategy of communication library. (7) The purchases of journals are decided by faculty, and the technicality and needs of teachers are the two major factors that have great impact on serials selection. (8) Formulate procedures and components of serials collection development for communication library. (9) Shortage of budget and shelving space made communication library has need to develop electronic serials collection. (10) Formulate factors of serials cancellation for communication library. (11) Communication library need to establish collection development policy. (12) A majority of faculty agree that communication library need to develop electronic serials collection. (13) The mostly concerned issue when the library develops the whole electronic journal collection is the electronic archiving. Based on the final results of this research, several suggestions are proposed for improving communication library serials collection development and services are as follow：(1) Strengthen electronic journals collection services based on patterns of journal use by faculty. (2) The college of communication should build cooperation mechanisms for purchasing journals. (3) Communication library should establish electronic serials collection development policy. (4) Enhance training in e-resource use to faculty and students. (5) Strengthen the function and value of librarians in communication library to become the intermedium between main library and faculty.

Die Universitätsbibliothek berichtet jährlich über die geleisteten Aufgaben als zentrale wissenschaftliche Einrichtung der Technischen Universität Chemnitz und Teil des Bibliothekssystems des Freistaates Sachsen. Darin enthalten sind z.B. Informationen aus den Bereichen Nutzerservice, Medienbearbeitung und Pateninformationszentrum.

O periódico eletrônico ganha cada vez mais credibilidade no campo da informação científica, e muitas são as iniciativas para a criação de novos periódicos. Contudo, apesar desse crescimento em número, são poucos os estudos que abordam a busca e o uso de informação realizados nas versões eletrônicas destes produtos, assim como o internauta que os acessa. A análise de logs é um método que objetiva identificar as ações dos usuários de um site através da investigação dos arquivos de logs do servidor web. Esse tipo de análise pode auxiliar no levantamento de informações sobre a utilização de um periódico eletrônico, mas poucas foram as pesquisas brasileiras que adotaram este método. Dessa forma, torna-se necessário também avaliar esse método aplicado ao estudo de periódicos. O foco da pesquisa é analisar o comportamento de busca e uso da informação em periódicos científicos eletrônicos por meio da análise de logs da revista Psicologia: reflexão e crítica. Esse trabalho objetiva também levantar as diferentes formas de acesso ao periódico, verificar o número de acessos e sua distribuição pelo território nacional, verificar a freqüência de uso do periódico, verificar os tipos de internauta a visitar o periódico, levantar os padrões de comportamento de busca e uso possíveis. As bases teóricas para essa pesquisa são os conceitos de comportamento de busca e uso da informação, periódico científico eletrônico e visibilidade. A metodologia utilizada é a análise de logs fornecidos pela Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), para a obtenção de dados quantitativos, e entrevistas, para a obtenção de dados qualitativos. Por meio da metodologia aplicada chegou-se a um panorama geral da busca e uso do periódico, onde foram determinadas a freqüência de visitação, quem utiliza, quais suas ações no periódico e a origem desses internautas. Constatou-se também a existência de oito padrões de comportamento informacional, que são as seqüências de ações com maior probabilidade de serem realizadas pelos usuários do periódico. / The electronic journals are increasingly gaining more credibility in the information science field, and there are many initiatives for the creation of new journals. However, despite this growth in quantity, there are only a few studies on the information search and use performed in the electronic version of these products, as well as the user who access them. The log analysis is a method which aims to identify the actions of the users of a site through the investigation of the web server’s log files. This type of analysis can help in obtaining information regarding the use of an electronic journal, but there are only a few Brazilian studies which adopted this method. Hence, it is also necessary to evaluate this methodology applied to the journals study. The focus of this research is to analyze the information search and use behavior in scientific electronic journals through the logs analysis of the journal Psicologia: reflexão e crítica. This work also aims to identify the different forms of accessing the journal, to verify the access number and its distribution in the national territory, to verify the frequency of use of the journal, to verify the types of users that visit the journal, and to identify the patterns of the possible information search and use behavior. The theoretic basis for this research are the concepts of information search and use behavior, scientific electronic journal and visibility. The used methodology is the analysis of the logs provided by the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), for gathering the quantitative data, and interviews, for gathering the qualitative data. Through the applied methodology we have reached a general view of information search and use behavior in the journal, and in this occasion it was determined the visiting frequency, who uses it, what were his/her actions in the journal and the origin of there users. It was also identified the existence of eight patterns of informational behavior, which are the sequences of actions with the biggest probability of being performed by the users of the journal.

Acompanha: Periódico científico eletrônico: Revista Interdisciplinaridade & Ensino / O presente trabalho teve como principal objetivo analisar as concepções teóricas e práticas em um curso de licenciatura pautado em uma proposta interdisciplinar. O referencial teórico utilizado para a abordagem e entendimento do curso de licenciatura interdisciplinar foi seu próprio Projeto Pedagógico (2016). Quanto a interdisciplinaridade, a revisão de literatura apoia-se em Fazenda (1996, 1999, 2002, 2011), Japiassu (1976, 1994), Jantsch (1972), Petraglia (1993), Garcia (2004, 2010, 2012, 2016), Lenoir (1997), além de outros autores. Para contemplar os objetivos propostos realizou-se uma pesquisa de campo qualitativa em uma abordagem descritiva e interpretativa com acadêmicos do 3° período do Curso de Licenciatura Interdisciplinar em Ciências Naturais da UTFPR - Câmpus Ponta Grossa. Para fundamentar esta abordagem metodológica uma revisão foi realizada em Gil (2008), Marconi e Lakatos (2000), Bardin (1997), entre outros. Primeiramente apresentamos os conceitos de expressões que remetem à interdisciplinaridade, para, então, conceituar interdisciplinaridade a partir de referenciais teóricos como: Japiassu (1976, 1994) e Fazenda (1996, 1999, 2002, 2011). Na sequência, realizamos análise da Proposta Pedagógica do Curso de Licenciatura Interdisciplinar em Ciências Naturais da UTFPR - Câmpus Ponta Grossa para confrontar o conceito que o documento aplica de interdisciplinaridade. Posteriormente, oferecemos um Curso para os acadêmicos que apresentou conceitos teóricos e metodologias interdisciplinares. Finalmente, elaborou-se, a partir dos estudos, um produto educacional: um Periódico Científico Eletrônico. Espera-se que esta proposta traga contribuições para acadêmicos, professores e pesquisadores sobre a interdisciplinaridade, em especial, para o ensino de ciências. / This present work had as its main objective to analyze the theoretical and practical concepts of a Licentiate course based in an interdisciplinary proposal. The theoretical reference used to approach and understand the interdisciplinary licentiate course was its own Pedagogical Project (2016). As for interdisciplinarity, the literature review is supported by Fazenda (1996, 1999, 2002, 2011), Japiassu (1976, 1994), Jantsch (1972), Petraglia (1993), Garcia (2004, 2010, 2012, 2016), Lenoir (1997), among others. Aiming to contemplate the proposed objectives, a qualitative field research was carried out in a descriptive and interpretative approach with 3rd period students of the Interdisciplinary Licentiate Course in Natural Sciences of UTFPR - Ponta Grossa Campus. To support this methodological approach, a review was carried out in Gil (2008), Marconi and Lakatos (2000), Bardin (1997), among others. Foremost, we present the concepts of expressions that refer to interdisciplinarity, to then conceptualize interdisciplinarity based on theoretical references such as: Japiassu (1976, 1994) and Fazenda (1996, 1999, 2002, 2011). In sequence, we analyze the Pedagogical Proposal of the Interdisciplinary Licenciate Course in Natural Sciences of UTFPR - Ponta Grossa Campus to confront the concept that the document presents as interdisciplinarity. Subsequently, we offered a course for those academics presenting theoretical concepts and interdisciplinary methodologies. Finally, an educational product was elaborated from the studies: an Electronic Scientific Periodical. We hope that this proposal will bring contributions to academics, professors and researchers on interdisciplinarity, especially for science teaching.
