The research developed at Gra?as Maristas Institute, located on Viam?o city, school in which I assumed the role of Director in 2012. The subjects of the research were team members managers directive, that include the Director, the Vice-Director, the Pedagogical Co-ordination, Shift s Co-ordination, the Educational Guidance and Pastoral s Co-ordination. The paper was developed in stages structured blocks, with objectives and guiding questions.The Educative Project and others Maristas documents, that have devoted authors especially in Management and Spirituality s areas, referential. The research revealed constitutive elements, to self-training Being Maristas Manager, and a clear perception of reality of our school, it is approaching the current reality of the ideal aimed at educational project. It perceived the full importance of training managers, in all dimensions, as well as the importance of spirituality, as a cross element that gives flavor and life to mission. Promoting a great personal growth, this paper also fermented the revision and improvement systemic processes of administrative-pedagogical-pastorals, pointing the possibility of internal and external actions of the management team, the cultivation of an organizational climate and, people s appreciation, culminating with a evangelizing education quality. / O presente trabalho pesquisou a autoforma??o do Ser Gestor Marista, inspirada no Projeto Educativo, documento que d? unicidade aos processos educativos do Brasil Marista, no respeito ?s diversidades. Ao retratar aspectos da minha caminhada pessoal, relacionada ao trabalho com a educa??o e com a gest?o escolar, a pesquisa teceu seu processo a partir da seguinte quest?o-problema: Como as perspectivas e horizontes relacionados ? autoforma??o do Ser Gestor Marista, apontadas pelo Projeto Educativo do Brasil Marista, se fazem presentes no exerc?cio cotidiano da Gest?o? The structure of the dissertation is divided into three sections. The first one deals with the Ecclesiology of the Vatican Council II, having as a starting point a historical approach and the importance that it had in the life of the Church in the 20th century. The ecclesiological documents of Vatican II are studied as a point of reference, especially the Dogmatic Constitution Lumen Gentium and the Pastoral Constitution Gaudium et Spes to discover the ecclesiology of communion as the key ecclesiological conception of Vatican II. Among the themes of this Ecclesiology, we opted to approach the laity in view of the nature of Regnum Christi. The second section investigates the history, charisma, identity, mission, nature and the finality of Regnum Christi to be able to identify the ecclesiological model adopted by it; it addresses and analyses the reform process which started in 2010, as well as Borrador del Estatuto General del Regnum Christi as the most recent expression of the Ecclesiology of the Movement. The third section prioritizes Vatican II Ecclesiology in the Regnum Christi Movement from the conception of the Church as communion and in the last part, it analyses what concerns the life of the lay member, the dimension of laity in the reality of this ecclesial movement comprised primarily by lay members. It concludes by the recognition of the Regnum Christi Movement as one of the current protagonists of the Ecclesiology of communion, seeking to accomplish the primordial evangelizing mission in communion with all the Church. / Esta disserta??o busca elucidar a Eclesiologia pr?pria do Movimento eclesial Internacional cat?lico Regnum Christi em rela??o ao modelo eclesiol?gico do Vaticano II, a fim de estabelecer a recep??o do mesmo pelo Movimento Regnum Christi. A estrutura da disserta??o compreende tr?s sec??es. A primeira aborda a Eclesiogia do Conc?lo Vaticano II, tendo como ponto de partida uma aproxima??o hist?rica e sua import?ncia na vida da Igreja do s?culo XX. S?o estudados os documentos eclesiol?gicos do Vaticano II como ponto de refer?ncia, em especial a Constitui??o Dogm?tica Lumen Gentium e a Constitui??o Pastoral Gaudium et Spes, para descobrir a Eclesiologia de comunh?o como a concep??o eclesiol?gica chave do Vaticano II. Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior / Esta dissertação apresenta um princípio de teorização acerca do Teatro da Encarnação, uma prática artística e missionária desenvolvida pelo autor em seu la- bor pastoral, e sua relação com a teologia da Missão Integral. Sob a visão de uma dupla encarnação na figura do boneco, o Teatro da Encarnação é uma manifestação corporeificada do lúdico infantil, onde o adulto e a criança transformam-se em seres que dialogam num espaço de significados compartilhados. Como esse teatro encar- nado é uma apropriação missionária do teatro de animação, sendo uma manifesta- ção artística que mantém enorme semelhança com o ato de brincar, o abordaremos inicialmente como técnica, falando do ator, do boneco e da criança, a partir do en- contro do mundo concreto do adulto com a hermenêutica lúdico-sincrética da crian- ça. E posteriormente, a partir da filosofia da Vida de Michel Henry e da teologia da Missão Integral, o abordaremos como um potente meio de apreensão dos saberes próprios da Vida, que, em sua auto-doação a nós, constrói um universo simbólico rico em experiências, onde ambos podem ver-se como seres nascidos na vida, num espaço kenótico de múltiplas possibilidades de interação e transformação. / This dissertation presents an introduction to the theorization on the Incarna- tion Theater, an artistic and missionary practice developed by the author in his pasto- ral labor, and its relation with the theology of Integral Mission. Under the notion of a double incarnation by the puppet, the Incarnation Theater is a bodily manifestation of children's ludic or playful behavior, where the adult and the child become beings who dialogue in a space of shared meanings. As this incarnated theater is a missionary appropriation of animated theater, and as an artistic manifestation has great similari- ties with the act of playing, we will approach it initially as a technique, speaking of the actor, the puppet and the child, starting from the encounter of the concrete world of the adult with the ludic-syncretic one of the child. After, starting from the Philosophy of Life of Michael Henry and the Integral Mission theology, we will approach it as a powerful means of apprehension of knowledges of life itself, which, in its self-giving to us, builds a symbolic universe rich in experiences, where both adult and child can see themselves as life-borne, in a kenotic space of multiple possibilities of interaction and transformation.

Wraps up the theme in cybergrace, understood as the communion of persons in the network times. First, seize up cyberspace as a profoundly anthropological place where you can reflect theologically. The study also aims to verify how the network affects or enhances the relationship of communion between people, especially youth, predominant public in cyberspace. Furthermore, it analyzes the ecclesiological value of the internet in the mission of evangelizing all people, building the relationship between evangelization and communion in the digital age. The work uses basically the methods of exploratory, bibliographical and documental research. The dissertation is based mainly in books and articles by Antonio Spadaro, author of the book and the theological field "Cybertheology" background of this study. In support of sociological and cybercultural analysis of the first chapter, makes use of authors such as Manuel Castells, Pierre L?vy and Andr? Lemos. In Trinitarian theology highlights the contribution of Gisbert Greshake and John Zizioulas. Also the work is inspired by scientific and theological thought of Teilhard de Chardin either directly or indirectly through authors such as Jennifer Cobb, with her work "Cybergrace". / A presente disserta??o examina os efeitos da inven??o da internet na teologia e sociedade, definindo o que ? ciberteologia a fim de descobrir qual sua contribui??o para melhor compreender e inter-relacionar a cultura, a f? e o ser humano contempor?neo. Delimita-se o tema em cibergra?a, entendida como a comunh?o entre as pessoas nos tempos da rede. Primeiro, apreende-se o ciberespa?o como um lugar profundamente antropol?gico onde se pode refletir teologicamente. O estudo tamb?m busca verificar como a rede afeta ou potencializa a rela??o de comunh?o entre as pessoas, em especial com a juventude, p?blico predominante no ciberespa?o. Al?m disso, analisa o valor eclesiol?gico da internet na miss?o de evangelizar todos os povos, construindo a rela??o entre evangeliza??o e comunh?o na era digital. O trabalho utiliza basicamente os m?todos de pesquisa explorat?ria, bibliogr?fica e documental. It lives itself in a time of profound changes. It proves true that the crisis in contemporary society and ecclesiastical crisis are not dichotomized, but they are as a matter of fact inwardly related. It is underlying in the Vatican II Council?s documents (1962-1965), the need evangelization that leads to a renewed missionary effort. That process is present throughout the post council context until today. In the Latin America, the relevance of a new evangelization inspires itself in the light of Latin America Episcopate?s General Conference. The Aparecida Document emphasizes the seriousness of the moment, calling together all people in the Church to assume positions of pastoral conversion permanent, which it implies to discern what the ?Holy Spirit is saying to the Churches?. (Ap 2,29). Therein, the Pope Francisco?s Evangelii Gaudium apostolic exhortation considers the need of an urgent ecclesial renewal (EG 27), detaching the parochial renewal. The theme in Brazil is abovementioned in the documents: Church?s Evangelizing Action Guidelines in Brazil and in the Community of Communities: a new parish: the pastoral conversion of the parish. In that study intends itself to answer as the Gaudium et Spes and the Evangelii Gaudium apostolic exhortation, compare, they can guide the Christian faith transmission in the contemporary world. The analysis is performed relating those two documents from different historical moments. It follows suggesting ways for the Church to continue transmitting with happiness the Gospel in the Vatican II Council perspective. / A pesquisa volta-se para o atual contexto vivencial da Igreja, que sente grande dificuldade de transmitir a f? ?s novas gera??es. Vive-se uma ?poca de profundas mudan?as. Constata-se que a crise na sociedade contempor?nea e a crise eclesial n?o est?o dicotomizadas, est?o, na realidade, intimamente relacionadas. Encontra-se subjacente, nos documentos do Conc?lio Vaticano II, a necessidade de uma evangeliza??o que conduza a um renovado empenho mission?rio. Esse processo est? presente em toda trajet?ria p?s-conciliar at? os dias de hoje. Na Am?rica Latina, a relev?ncia de uma nova evangeliza??o se faz sentir ? luz das Confer?ncias Gerais do Episcopado Latino-Americano. O Documento de Aparecida enfatiza a seriedade do momento atual, convocando todos na Igreja a assumirem atitudes de permanente convers?o pastoral, que implica discernir o que o ?Esp?rito Santo est? dizendo ?s Igrejas? (Ap 2,29). Nesse sentido, o Papa Francisco, na exorta??o apost?lica Evangelii Gaudium, considera a necessidade de uma ?renova??o eclesial inadi?vel? (EG 27), destacando a renova??o paroquial. O tema no Brasil ? abordado nessa reflex?o atrav?s dos documentos: Diretrizes Gerais da A??o Evangelizadora da Igreja no Brasil e no documento Comunidade de Comunidades: uma nova par?quia. A convers?o pastoral da par?quia. Nesse estudo procura-se responder como a constitui??o Gaudium et Spes e a exorta??o apost?lica Evangelii Gaudium, comparadas, podem orientar a transmiss?o da f? crist? no mundo contempor?neo. A an?lise ? feita relacionando esses dois documentos provenientes de momentos hist?ricos diferentes. Conclui-se sugerindo caminhos para a Igreja continuar transmitindo com alegria o Evangelho na perspectiva do Conc?lio Vaticano II.

Perceiving the ecclesiology that supports the Exhortation, the ecclesiology of the people of God, can support the reform of the "Church on exit" missionary from the riches that this concept gained strength at Vatican II and the Latin American teaching. The Second Vatican Council changed the Church's direction to reconfigure ecclesiology by the ideas of "mystery" and "people of God". Overcame a more legal nature of ecclesiology. The ecclesiology of the Council was received creatively for God's people in Latin America, developed and proposed by theology and by local bishops. The Conference of Latin American Bishops, from Medellin to Aparecida document, bring innovative and concrete contributions to evangelization. This Latin American ecclesiology was instrumental in ecclesiological conception of Evangelii Gaudium. Proving this influence, this work exposes and develops the ecclesiology of the people of God from theological and pastoral proposals of Pope Francisco. The ecclesiology of themes developed from the Evangelii Gaudium contributions are: 1) The mystery of the Church in Evangelii Gaudium. 2) The Church of the Word. 3) The witness of the Church. 4) The people of God acts in the manner of historical sacrament of salvation. 5) The common priesthood of the baptized and charisms. 6) The poor church of the poor. And, 7) God's people is a missionary of God's kingdom. / Esta disserta??o tem por objetivo perceber, provar e desenvolver a eclesiologia do povo de Deus ? luz da Exorta??o Apost?lica Evangelii Gaudium. Ao perceber a eclesiologia que sustenta a Exorta??o, a eclesiologia do povo de Deus, pode-se fundamentar a reforma da ?Igreja em sa?da? mission?ria a partir das riquezas dessa concep??o que ganhou for?a no Conc?lio Vaticano II e no Magist?rio latino-americano. O Conc?lio Ecum?nico Vaticano II mudou os rumos da Igreja ao reconfigurar a eclesiologia pelas ideias de ?mist?rio? e ?povo de Deus?. Superou-se uma eclesiologia de cunho mais jur?dico. A eclesiologia do Conc?lio foi recebida criativamente pelo povo de Deus na Am?rica Latina, desenvolvida e proposta pela teologia e pelo Magist?rio local. As confer?ncias do episcopado latino-americano, desde Medell?n ao documento de Aparecida, trazem contribui??es inovadoras e concretas para a evangeliza??o. Essa eclesiologia latino-americana foi determinante na concep??o eclesiol?gica da Evangelii Gaudium. Provando essa influ?ncia, esta disserta??o exp?e e desenvolve a eclesiologia do povo de Deus a partir das propostas teol?gicas e pastorais do Papa Francisco.
