1	Vi är ett bollplank för våra kollegor Svensson, Ellen, Ciobanu Isac, Tatiana January 2019 (has links) I vår studie undersökte vi hur förskollärare upplever den nya tjänsten av förste förskolläraren. Vi ville därför undersöka närmare vad den kompetensmässiga skillnaden är mellan förskollärare och förste förskollärare, samt hur upplevs deras yrkesmässiga relation till varandra. Vi valde att undersöka vår frågeställning genom intervjuer och tog därför kontakt med olika förskolor för att få en bredare syn om upplevelse mellan förskollärare och förste förskollärare. Resultatet av undersökningen blev att synen på den nya tjänsten togs emot på både positivt och negativt sätt. Förskollärarens syn på den nya tjänsten upplevdes som att förste förskollärare är till för att inspektera verksamheten. Uppsatsen visade att förste förskolläraren är ett stöd och ett bollplank för kollegorna i verksamheten men samtidigt en länk mellan kollegorna och ledningsgruppen i form av chef, rektor och biträdanderektor. / In our study, we investigated how preschool teachers experience the new service of the first preschool teacher. We would therefore investigate more closely what the competence difference is between preschool teachers and first preschool teachers, as well as how their professional relationships with each other are experienced. We chose to investigate our question through interviews and therefore contacted different preschools to get a broader view of the experience between preschool teachers and first preschool teachers. The outcome of the survey was that the vision of the new service was received positively and negatively. The preschool teacher's view of the new service felt that the first preschool teacher is there to inspect the business. The thesis showed that the first preschool teacher is a support and a ballboard for colleagues in the business but at the same time link between the colleagues and the management team in the form of chief, principal and deputy rector. 2	Vikten av tydliga yrkesroller inom förskolans verksamhet Tapper, Anna January 2017 (has links) Resultatet från studien kan tolkas som att förskolecheferna har ett stort ansvar för att klargöra för vilka olika roller och vilka mandat som ska ges till förste förskollärare och specialpedagoger. Dock framträder det att förskolecheferna ser väldigt olika på hur dessa roller ska fungera ute i verksamheten vilket kan tolkas som att specialpedagogernas kompetens inte alltid tas till vara på. 3	Att gestalta Vǫluspá ur poetiska Eddan : som folksångare och muntlig berättare Ståbi, Kersti January 2017 (has links) Kersti Ståbi Performing poems from the Poetic Edda I am a folk singer and oral storyteller. In my Masters project I have made a series of concerts performing the poem Vǫluspá from the Poetic Edda in its original Old Norse. Building on the musical elements in the Eddic poems, I’ve been searching the borderlands between speech and singing, using melodic material in the modern Swedish and Norwegian languages. As a method I have imitated singers in different living epic singing traditions from around the world, basing the creative process on mimicry and improvisation. This was a fast route to performances of great diversity: the Manas singer from Kyrgyzstan gradually enters a trancelike state, while Pansori from Korea made me think "unmelodic folk opera" and the Indian Pandvani is all-or-nothing storytelling with music serving as an engine. One specific perspective I have researched is the concept of a ”First Listener” - a representative of the audience on stage that can, but doesn’t necessarily have to, contribute musically. Traditionally the First Listener in Pandvani is very active; singing, shouting and challenging the teller, while the Pansori First Listener is a supporting commenting percussionist. As a storyteller and lead singer I found the presence of a First Listener highly fruitful in the process leading up to the performances. As a stage concept it offers forceful dynamics between the singer, the listeners and the poem. The poems of the Poetic Edda were created and performed in an oral tradition, but survived to modern times only via written text. I regard myself a performer formed in a literate culture but in an oral music tradition. With that in mind I have explored performance of this epic material and its metres.
