Ce travail concerne l'étude du phénomène de décharges partielles dans les matériaux isolants utilisés en électronique de puissance. En utilisant des méthodes de détection électrique et optique, le mécanisme de décharge partielle sur des substrats d'AlN dans l'huile silicone a été étudié sur un grand nombre d'échantillons. La variation de la nature du substrat (AlN, Al2O3 et composite verre/époxy) et du matériau d'encapsulation (huile silicone, huile de colza, huile minérale de transformateur, liquide d'imprégnant du condensateur Jarylec et Ugilec) met en évidence l'origine des décharges partielles de l'ensemble substrat – encapsulant. Les décharges partielles sur les substrats céramiques frittés ne dépendent pas du passivant, et se produisent dans le volume du substrat. L'évolution temporelle de la lumière émise dans les liquides en configuration pointe – plan et sur le substrat dans différents liquides montre que l'émission de lumière est un phénomène très complexe influencé par de nombreux paramètres : électroluminescence du solide, de l'encapsulant, décharges partielles, absorption des matériaux. Le phénomène d'électroluminescence du liquide est activé par une illumination extérieure. Les mesures de spectroscopie diélectrique haute tension n'apportent pas d'information supplémentaire sur le phénomène de décharges partielles, car les pertes correspondantes sont très faibles. / This work concerns the study of partial discharge phenomena on insulating materials used in power electronics. Using electrical and optical detection methods, the mechanism of partial discharges on AlN substrates in silicon oil is studied with a large number of samples. Changing the nature of substrates (AlN, and Al2O3 composite glass/epoxy) and of encapsulating materials (silicone oil, rapeseed oil, mineral transformer oil, capacitor impregnating liquids Jarylec and Ugilec) provides a number of conclusions about the origin of partial discharges on embedded substrates. Partial discharges on sintered ceramic substrates do not depend on the encapsulating material nature, but on the nature of the substrates themselves. The temporal evolution of light emitted by the liquid in a point - plane configuration, and on embedded substrates shows that the light during emission is a very complex phenomenon influenced by many parameters: electroluminescence of the solid, of the encapsulating material, partial discharges, and light absorption of materials. The electroluminescence of the liquid is activated by external light. Measurements of high voltage dielectric spectroscopy are also performed, but no additional information on partial discharges is obtained since corresponding losses are very low.

Cette thèse, à visée exploratoire, a pour objet de développer l'utilisation de polysaccharides dans la synthèse de matériaux. Les applications dans le domaine de l'énergie sont privilégiées et ont guidé les choix effectués.Deux axes d'études sont explorés :1) la minéralisation de la cellulose par des chlorures métalliques, conduisant à l'obtention d'oxydes métalliques. Nous avons démontré la versatilité du procédé en développant la synthèse de divers oxydes métalliques (TiO2, Nb2O5, V2O5, Fe2O5, WO3) ou l’utilisation de différentes sources de cellulose (papier filtre, cellulose micro-fibrillée et cellulose bactérienne). Ces synthèses et des expériences complémentaires nous ont permis d’affiner notre compréhension du mécanisme de synthèse.2) la synthèse de composites polysaccharides-ionosilices, qui devait conduire à l’obtention de polyélectrolytes solides. Les essais effectués ont été infructueux, et sont brièvement décrits. / This exploratory thesis is oriented to the exploration of the use of polysaccharides for materials synthesis. Energy applications are preferred, and have lead our choices.Two main axis are studied :1) The mineralization of cellulose by metal chlorides, leading to metal oxides. We have demonstrated the versatility of the process by developing the synthesis of some metal oxides ( TiO2, Nb2O5, V2O5, Fe2O5, WO3) or the use of different cellulose sources (filter paper, micro-fibrillated cellulose and bacterial cellulose). These synthesis and complementaries experiments allowed us to improve our comprehension of the synthesis mechanism.2) The synthesis of polysaccharides-ionosilicas composites, which was expected to lead to solid polyelectrolytes. The experiments were unsuccessful, and are briefly described.

Since then, several techniques, methods of analysis, algorithms, and materials have been developed to study, understand and produce these antennas. Advantages such as low cost, small dimensions, low weight and volume, aerodynamically advantageous format, possibility to have flat or curved format made this antenna one of the most interesting for the military area, and now for commercial and industrial area. This work has as objective at the development of substrates for microfite antennas using Ni-Zn-type Ferrites using the Sol-Gel technique, a physicochemical process that allows the obtaining of nanometric particles, in view of the ease of execution of this technique. The experiments consisted in the production of three types of ferrites, NiFe2O4, ZnFe2O4 and Ni0,5Zn0,5Fe2O4 in which these pellets were used as substrates of the microfite antennas. Then, simulations were carried out using commercial HFSS software to verify the influence of the magnetic properties of the material on antenna parameters such as return loss, bandwidth, and Smith's chart. The simulated results were divided into groups called dielectric and standard, in which these groups differed in the presence or absence of the magnetic characteristics of the material. All the results were compared with the values measured and analyzed by verifying some effects such as the reduction of the resonance frequency of the antennas / As antenas de microfita têm um potencial que só foi inicialmente estudado em 1953, para receber mais atenção somente na década de 1970. Desde então foram desenvolvidas diversas técnicas, métodos de análises, algoritmos, e materiais com o intuito de estudar, compreender e produzir estas antenas. Vantagens como custo baixo, pequenas dimensões, baixo peso e volume, formato aerodinamicamente vantajoso, possibilidade de ter formato plano ou curvo fizeram desta antena uma das mais interessantes para a área militar, e agora para a área comercial e industrial. Este trabalho visou o desenvolvimento de substratos para as antenas de microfita utilizando Ferritas do tipo Ni-Zn através da técnica de Sol-Gel, um processo físico-químico que permite a obtenção de partículas nanométricas, tendo em vista a facilidade de execução dessa técnica. Os experimentos consistiram na produção de três tipos de pastilhas de Ferritas, NiFe2O4, ZnFe2O4 e Ni0,5Zn0,5Fe2O4 em que essas pastilhas foram utilizadas como substratos das antenas de microfita. Em seguida, foi realizado simulações, por meio do software comercial HFSS®, com o objetivo de verificar a influência das propriedades magnéticas do material em parâmetros das antenas como perda de retorno, largura de banda, carta de Smith. Os resultados simulados foram divididos em grupos chamados de dielétrico e padrão, no qual esses grupos se diferenciavam no tocante a presença ou não das características magnéticas do material. Aditivos naturais encapsulados em sílicas híbridas : aplicação em conservação de alimentosSteiner, Alexandra Duprates January 2015 (has links)
Visando atender às necessidades de consumidores mais exigentes e preocupados com a saúde, este trabalho propôs um estudo de propriedade antimicrobiana de extratos naturais como antocianinas, tanino, urucum, curcumina e extrato de folha de oliveira e antioxidante para antocianinas, todos em sua forma livre e encapsulados numa rede de sílica. Diante das características de mudança de coloração do extrato de antocianinas frente à alteração de pH do meio o uso desse composto no desenvolvimento de filme em matriz polimérica de quitosana/PVA como embalagem ou etiqueta ativa e inteligente. Os extratos foram encapsulados em sílica em diferentes concentrações variando de 2,5% a 50% utilizando rota ácida e rota básica com precursor tetraetoxisilano e caracterizados quanto à preservação da funcionalidade e estrutura molecular, textura e morfologia e estabilidade térmica. Os filmes foram avaliados quanto às propriedades mecânicas, espessura, análises térmicas, caracterização química e análise de mudança de cor com filé de peixe tilápia (Tilápia rendali) cru com aplicação direta sobre a carne, sob refrigeração, correlacionada com mudança de pH do peixe e Contagem Bacteriana Total (CBT). Os resultados obtidos foram promissores, uma vez que dentre os bioativos livres o urucum, tanino e antocianina apresentaram resultados bastante satisfatórios quanto à ação antimicrobiana com zona de inibição no método de difusão entre 10 a 22 mm. Quando encapsulados, os extratos destaque foram a antocianina e o tanino com zona de inibição entre 9 a 21mm. Quanto ao filme indicador avaliado demonstrou ser um bom indicador de pH ao mudar de cor via colorímetro mas a olho nu a mudança não foi percebida nitidamente. A sua resistência à ruptura aumentou em aproximadamente 20 vezes em relação ao filme controle. Entretanto a deformação na ruptura diminuiu em torno de 30% tornando-o mais rígido. / The present work investigated needs of demanding and concerned consumers with their health, this work proposes a study of antimicrobial and/or antioxidant properties of natural extracts as anthocyanins, tannin, anatto, curcumin and olive leaf extracts and antioxidant for anthocyanins, in free state and encapsulated within silica network. Due to of color change features of anthocyanins extract under pH variation, this compound was used in the preparations of quitosan/PVA film as intelligent and active packaging. The extracts were encapsulated in silica in different concentrations from 2,5% to 50% using acid and basic sol-gel catalyzed route route with tetraetoxisilane as precursor and characterized as the funcionality preservation and molecular structure, texture and morfology and thermal estability. The films were evaluated in terms of mechanical properties, thickness, thermal analysis, chemical characterization and fish fillet tilápia (Tilápia rendali) crude color change analysis with direct application on meat, under refrigeration, correlated with fish pH changing and Total Bacterial Counting (CBT). The results were promising since among the free bioactive the anatto, tannin and anthocyanin showed very satisfactory results in terms of antimicrobial action with inhibition zone in the diffusion method between 10 to 22 mm. When encapsulated, the featured extracts were anthocyanin and tannin with inhibition between 9 to 21mm. The measured indicator film demonstrated to be a good pH indicator because color changing through colorimeter but to the naked eye the color changing was not clearly observed. The rupture strength increased about 20 times comparing to the control film. However the elongation at break decreases around 30% turning it hard.

Elaboration de revêtements hybrides par le procédé sol-gel pour conférer de nouvelles fonctions à des matériaux textiles / Elaboration of hybrid coatings by sol-gel method for functionalization of textile materialsBoukhriss, Aicha 03 November 2015 (has links)
Ce travail de recherche consiste à proposer une fonctionnalisation des surfaces textiles par le procédé sol-gel à partir d’alcoxysilanes. L‘objectif est de conférer aux textiles des propriétés hydrofuges, ignifuges et fluorescentes. La première partie de notre étude traite dans un premier temps les paramètres de synthèse des sols et leur application sur différentes étoffes textiles. Ensuite, nous nous sommes intéressés à la synthèse des sols avec des alcoxydes de silicium permettant d’avoir des propriétés hydrofuges. Par la suite, les propriétés d’adsorption et de non mouillabilité des textiles traités ont été déterminées selon le standard AATCC- 22 et celles mécaniques selon la norme ISO 13934. Nous avons également étudié la stabilité thermique par des analyses ATG et les propriétés de non mouillabilité de ces textiles en fonction de leur photovieillissement accéléré. Dans un deuxième temps et dans l’optique de développer des textiles ignifuges, nous avons montré que l’immobilisation des LIs à la surface des textiles peut être réalisée par le procédé sol-gel. Pour ce faire nous avons tout d’abord synthétisé des liquides ioniques à partir d’un alcoxyde de silicium halogéné. Le sel obtenu est ensuite greffé sur des matrices textiles par le procédé sol- gel.Enfin, la dernière partie de l’étude consiste en la synthèse de fluorophores organiques par un procédé utilisant le couplage de type Heck. Leurs propriétés de photoluminescence ont été étudiées. Nous avons ainsi pu les greffer sur des surfaces pour développer des traceurs textiles fluorescents et des sondes pH fluorescentes. / This work consists to provide a functionalization of textile surfaces by the sol-gel process using alcoxysilanes. The final aim is to impart water repellent, flame retardant and fluorescent features to textile surfaces. Firstly, the effects of synthesis parameters such as the concentration of the alcoxysilanes and the impregnation time of the fabrics in the solution (sol) prepared have been thoroughly investigated. Then, we have prepared a silica modified sol which is expected to induce a water repellent feature to textile. To investigate the water repellency under practical conditions, the common “rain test” was used according to AATCC test method 22-2005 also mechanical properties of treated un untreated textile was studied according to ISO 13934. Furthermore, thermal properties of sol-gel modified textiles were investigated and their water repellency abilities were assessed and compared after photo ageing upon UV irradiations.Secondly, we have showed that the immobilization of ionic liquids onto the surface of textile fabrics can be achieved by the sol-gel process, which is of a growing interest due to its simplicity and flexibility. For this aim, two ionic liquids were synthesized using halogenated alkoxysilane, and then grafted onto the cotton fabrics by sol- gel process .The functionalized cotton fabrics exhibit good water repellency and flame stability. Finally, a fluorophores bearing phenolic hydroxyl and pyridinium end groups have been synthesized and grafted into cellulosic fiber by sol -gel process. This fluorophores have been firstly synthesized by double Heck couplings, and then we have studied their photo physical behavior as function of their concentration both in ethanol and in the textile. We have also grafted the fluorophores in cellulosic textile by sol gel method to have fluorescent and PH-sensitive properties.

Physico-chemical study of calcite colloidal suspensions : from macroscopic rheology to microscopic interaction / Étude des propriétés de suspensions colloïdales de calcite de l’échelle macroscopique à l’échelle microscopiqueLiberto, Teresa 19 September 2018 (has links)
La calcite (carbonate de calcium) est un matériau extrêmement répandu dans les roches telles que le marbre et comme constituant dans des domaines variés (bâtiment, pharmacie, papier, art). La compréhension des propriétés mécaniques des suspensions de calcite constitue une étape importante pour améliorer à la fois leur maniabilité ainsi que les propriétés finales du matériau fabriqué. Cette étude relie les propriétés rhéologiques (élasticité, écoulement) de ces suspensions à leurs interactions microscopiques. Les interactions attractives entre particules de calcite confèrent aux pâtes les propriétés de gels colloidaux caractérisés par un module élastique et une déformation critique, et ce pour une large gamme de concentrations. L'étude de ces grandeurs en fonction de la concentration a permis de mettre en évidence pour la première fois l'existence de deux régimes de déformation (liens forts et faibles) prédits théoriquement et de caractériser la dimension fractale. L'étude des interactions a été réalisée grâce à la mesure du potentiel Zeta des pâtes, du pH et au calcul de la longueur de Debye résultant de la force ionique. L'ajout d'additifs tels que la chaux ou la soude modifie les interactions. La chaux réduit fortement l'élasticité initiale des pâtes, facilitant leur maniabilité et renforçant la réactivité de la pâte en présence de CO2. L'ajout de soude augmente fortement l'attraction entre les particules ce qui se traduit à l'échelle macroscopique par l'existence de bandes de cisaillement. Cette manifestation de l'attraction entre colloïdes à l'échelle macroscopique avait été observée dans des émulsions concentrées mais encore jamais dans les gels colloïdaux / Calcite (calcium carbonate) is an extremely widespread material that can be found naturally in rocks (i.e. marble, limestone) and is employed in many industrial fields such as paper filling, pharmaceutical, art or construction. Understanding the mechanical properties of calcite suspensions is a first step to improve the workability of the paste as well as the final properties of solid mineral materials. Macroscopic characterization of calcite suspensions via rheological measurements are linked to microscopic interactions, via DLVO analysis. Our calcite pastes are weakly attractive systems showing a typical colloidal gel behavior and characterized by an elastic shear modulus and a critical strain. The elastic domain of pure calcite suspensions is characterized for a wide range of volume concentrations. The deformation at the end of linearity exhibits a minimum versus concentration, a major prediction of colloidal gel theory, never verified so far. The interaction forces between particles are tuned by addition of simple ionic species. Rheological measurements are analyzed through DLVO calculations, obtained by chemical speciations and ζ potential measurements on dense suspensions. Addition of calcium hydroxide improves initially the workability of the paste, enhancing the reactivity when in contact with CO2. The role of interaction forces is also evaluated with flow measurements. The addition of sodium hydroxide increases strongly the attraction between particles, inducing shear bands at the macroscopic scale. This correlation is well known for emulsions but never verified so far for colloidal gels

Encapsulamento de alquilalumínios em sílica usando sol-gel não hidrolíticoFernández Caresani, José Rodrigo January 2013 (has links)
Metilaluminoxano, trietilalumínio e trimetilalumínio foram encapsulados em uma rede de sílica usando sol-gel não hidrolítico. Óxidos mistos foram produzidos através da combinação dos precursores da sílica com Mg(OEt)2, MgCl2 e MgCl2 .6H2O. Os xerogéis resultantes foram caracterizados por uma série de técnicas para determinar os elementos, estrutura, textura e características morfológicas dos cocatalisadores encapsulados. A natureza do cocatalisador afeta o tempo de geleificação. A quantidade de cocatalisador encapsulado não parece ser afetada pelo volume do alquilalumínio, mas a rede de sílica e a organização do xerogel foram, de acordo com os resultados do infravermelho e XRD. Uma forte redução da área específica ocorre comparando os sistemas encapsulados com as sílicas sintetizadas em condições semelhantes. Os alquilalumínios encapsulados foram avaliados na polimerização de eteno usando Cp2ZrCl2 como catalisador na presença e ausência de MAO externo. Os cocatalisadores encapsulados não foram ativos em uma relação Al/Zr de 250 a 500. Para os sistemas mistos combinando MAO homogêneo (externo) com MAO encapsulado, a adição do cocatalisador encapsulado parece não afetar a atividade catalítica. O peso molecular dos polímeros obtido usando catalisador encapsulado é inferior ao obtido a partir das reações homogêneas. No entanto, a polidispersão obtida nos polímeros usando cocatalisador encapsulado foi maior que a obtida a partir de sistemas homogêneos e impregnado. / Methylaluminoxane, tetraethylaluminum and trimethylaluminum were encapsulated within a silica-based material using a non-hydrolytic sol-gel process. Mixed oxides were also produced by combining silica precursors with Mg(OEt)2, MgCl2 and MgCl2 .6H2O. The resulting xerogels were characterized by a series of complementary techniques to determine the elemental, the structural, the textural and the morphological characteristics of the encapsulated cocatalysts. The nature of the alkyl aluminum strongly affects the gelification time. The amount of encapsulated cocatalyst did not appear to be affected by the alkylaluminum volume, but the silica network and the xerogel organization were, according to infrared and X-ray diffraction measurements. There was a large surface reduction for the encapsulated systems compared with the silica that was synthesized under the same conditions. The resulting supported alkylaluminum was evaluated in the polymerization of ethylene using Cp2ZrCl2 as the catalyst in the presence and the absence of external MAO. The encapsulated cocatalysts were not shown to be active in the Al/Zr range of 250-500. For the mixed systems that combined homogeneous MAO with encapsulated MAO, the addition of the encapsulated cocatalyst did not appear to affect the catalyst activity. The molecular weight of the polymers that were obtained by using the encapsulated cocatalyst was lower than the molecular weight of the polymers that were obtained by using the homogeneous catalyst. Nevertheless, the polydispersity of the polymers that were obtained in the presence of the encapsulated cocatalyst was greater than polydispersity of the polymers that were produced with the homogeneous catalyst or the impregnated MAO.

Obtenção de filmes de óxido de tungstênio tendo como agente estruturante o surfactante catiônico cloreto de dodeciltrimetilamônioMoura, Diego Soares de January 2014 (has links)
Neste trabalho foram obtidos filmes de óxido de tungstênio pelo método sol-gel modificado, tendo como precursor o tungstato de sódio dihidratado (Na2WO4.2H2O) e como agente estruturante o surfactante cloreto de dodeciltrimetilamônio (DTAC). O comportamento dos sistemas em meio aquoso foi avaliado por medidas de pH, condutividade e viscosidade. Foram avaliadas duas metodologias de obtenção dos filmes de óxido de tungstênio: a primeira consistiu na obtenção de filmes de tungstato de sódio, através de sistemas contendo 10 mmol.L-1 de Na2WO4.2H2O em diferentes concentrações de DTAC, por casting, e conversão do tungstato de sódio a óxido de tungstênio pela acidificação dos filmes; a segunda metodologia consistiu na conversão dos sistemas aquosos contendo 20 mmol.L-1 de Na2WO4.2H2O, em diferentes concentrações de DTAC, em ácido tungstico, obtenção dos filmes por spin coating e, calcinação em presença de ar. Os filmes foram obtidos em substratos de silício (100) recobertos com dióxido de silício e avaliados por Difração de Raios-X, Espectrometria de retroespalhamento Rutherford, Espectroscopia Raman, Microscopia Eletrônica de Varredura e ensaios fotocatalíticos. As alterações na concentração precursor e agente estruturante não afetaram significativamente o pH e a viscosidade dos sistemas precursores. A determinação da concentração micelar crítica (cmc) do DTAC, obtida através da condutividade, foi de 13 mmol.L-1 e 9,88 mmol.L-1 para os sistemas contendo 10 e 20 mmol.L-1 de Na2WO4.2H2O, respectivamente. Em ambas metodologias o produto final foi o óxido de tungstênio em forma de disco e placas. As espessuras dos filmes obtidos na primeira metodologia variaram de 4 a 5 μm e as estruturas tiveram diâmetros médios de 4,37 μm e 114 nm. Na segunda metodologia as espessuras foram de 0,5-1,0 μm e as estruturas obtidas tiveram diâmetros médios em torno de 95-103 nm. Os filmes obtidos apresentaram atividade fotocatalítica, uma vez que duplicaram a velocidade da reação de degradação do corante alaranjado de metila em relação ao sistema sem o filme. / In this work tungsten oxide films have been obtained bymodified sol-gel method, with sodium tungstate dehydrate (Na2WO4.2H2O) as the precursor and the cationic surfactant dodecyltrimethylammonium chloride (DTAC) as structuring agent.The behavior in aqueous media of precursor/structuring agent systems was characterized by pH, conductivity and viscosity measurements. Two methods for obtaining tungsten oxide films were evaluated: the first consisted in obtaining sodium tungstate films from the systems containing 10 mmol.L-1 of Na2WO4.2H2O at different DTAC concentrations, by casting, converting the sodium tungstate to tungsten oxide; the second method consisted in the conversion of the aqueous systems containing 20 mmol.L-1 of Na2WO4.2H2O at different DTAC concentrations to tungstic acid, obtaining the films by spin coating and, posteriorly, calcination in the presence of air. The films were obtained on silicon substrate (100) with a 50 nm layer of silicon dioxide and were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Rutherford backscattering spectrometry, Raman spectroscopy, Scanning Electron Microscopy and photocatalytic tests. The precursor concentration and structuring agent do not affect significantly the pH and the viscosity of the precursor systems in aqueous media.The values of critical micelle concentration (CMC) of DTAC, obtained by the conductivity, were of13 mmol.L-1 and 9,88 mmol.L-1, for the systems containing 10 and 20 mmol.L-1 de Na2WO4.2H2O, respectively.In both adopted methods the final product is the tungsten oxide, with nano and micrometric structures in the form of discs and plates. The thickness of the films obtained in the first method varied from 4 to 5 μm and the structures presented an average diameter around 4,37 μm and 114 nm. The thickness of the films obtained with the second methodvariedfrom0,5to 1 μm and the structures presented an average diameter from 95 to103 nm.The obtained tungsten oxide films presented photocatalytic activity, since doubled the reaction rate of methyl orange dye degradation with respect to the system without the film.

Neste trabalho foram investigadas as propriedades elétricas de materiais híbridos de Sílica/orgânico à base de GPTS (3-glicidoxipropiltrimetoxisilano) e TEOS (tertraetilortosilicato), preparadas pelo processo sol-gel, a partir da hidrólise ácida. Os Materiais híbridos de Sílica/orgânico foram preparados por deposição do sol de GPTS/TEOS por dip-coating, em substratos de vidro. Eletrodos de ouro foram depositados paralelamente às faces da amostra para a realização de medidas de espectroscopia de impedância. O estudo foi realizado em amostras com diferentes composições de GPTS/TEOS e diferentes temperaturas de tratamentos térmicos de densificação, destas amostras em diferentes composições, foram realizadas medidas em diferentes temperaturas. Foi determinado que a condutividade aumenta com a concentração de GPTS na matriz híbrida, os valores foram de 8,04.10-9 S/cm e 8,74.10-10 S/cm, para os filmes GT(7:1) e GT(1:1), respectivamente. O mecanismo de transporte envolve íons H+ que transferem carga protônica ao oxigênio do epóxi proveniente do GPTS, esse mecanismo de transporte é descrito pelo mecanismo de Grotthuss. A energia de ativação diminuiu com a aumento da razão de GPTS, sendo 0,54 eV e 0,83 eV, para os filmes GT(7:1) e GT(3:1), respectivamente. Portanto, a concentração de GPTS, favorece a mobilidade de portadores na matriz, sendo também que o número de portadores de carga presentes na solução catalisadora aumenta proporcionalmente com a razão molar de GPTS. A temperatura de tratamento térmico de densificação favorece o processo de mobilidade dos portadores devido a eliminação de poros da matriz, aumentando a... / Organic/silica hybrid materials also known as Organically Modified Silicates (ORMOSIL) have been object of study due to the diversity of organically functionalized silicon alcoxides with organic groups covalently bonded to the silicon (epoxy, vinyl, amino, phenyl, etc). This work aims the study of the electrical properties of the organic/silica hybrid materials prepared by sol-gel technique derived from the acid hydrolysis of 3- glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTS) and tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS). Organic/silica hybrid films were deposited on glass substrates by dip-coating technique and sandwiched between gold electrodes to allow the impedance spectroscopy measurements. The study was carried out on film samples with different GPTS/TEOS molar ratio and films submitted to different thermal treatments for densification. Also impedance spectroscopy measurements were performed at different temperatures for samples with different GPTS/TEOS molar ratio. It was determined regarding the increase of the GPTS concentration in the hybrid matrix that the conductivity increases from 8.74x10- 10 S/cm to 8.04x10-9 S/cm for films GT(1:1) and GT(7:1), respectively. The transport mechanism involves H+ ions transfer protonic charge to the oxygen of epoxy groups, and this transport mechanism is described by Grotthuss model. The activation energy decreases with the increase of the increase of the GPTS concentration, being 0.83 eV and 0.54 eV and for the GT (3: 1) and GT (7: 1), respectively. Therefore, the concentration of GPTS, promotes the mobility of carriers in the matrix, and also the number of charge carriers present in the catalyst solution increases proportionately with the increase in the molar ratio of GPTS. The thermal treatment for densification promotes elimination of pores in the hybrid matrix favoring the mobility of charge carriers increasing the conductivity of the hybrid material. Dans ces hybrides, l'association des caractéristiques des composés organiques et inorganiques permet à de nouveaux matériaux présentant des propriétés uniques telles que la résistance mécanique élevée, la transparence et de souplesse, étant adaptée à une application dans plusieurs domaines scientifiques et technologiques, y compris ceux de santé humaine. Cette these se concentre sur la relation entre la structure et les propriétés de libération des molécules anti-inflammatoire (diclofenac sodium) et à base de platine antitumorale (cisplatine) incorporées dans des matériaux siloxane polyéther. Pour parvenir à un contrôle précis du taux de libération du médicament, différentes proportions de polymères hydrophilic (PEO)/hydrophobic (PPO) ont été combinés. Ces matrices ont été préparées par mélange de différentes fractions de précurseurs hybrides siloxane-poly (oxyde d'éthylène) (PEO) et siloxane-poly (oxyde de propylène) (PPO). Molécules de médicaments ont été incorporée lors des étapes de l’hydrolyse et polycondensation. La structure nanoscopique de xérogel a été analysée par difusion de la lumiere à petites angles (SAXS) et les propriétés de libération du médicament par les UVvis spectroscopie. En plus la structure de le médicament cisplatine incorporés dans les matrices hybrides a été étudiée atravers de la couplage de Raman-UVvis et EXAFS spectroscopies. Nesses híbridos, a associação das características dos compostos orgânicos e inorgânicos permite obter novos materiais com propriedades únicas como alta resistência mecânica, transparência e flexibilidade, sendo adequado para aplicação em vários campos da ciência e tecnologia, incluindo as da saúde humana. Esta tese foca a relação entre estrutura e propriedades de liberação de moléculas antiinflamatórias (diclofenaco de sódio DCFNa) e antitumoral a base de platina (cisplatina CisPt) incorporada em materiais siloxano-poliéter. Para conseguir um controle preciso da taxa de liberação dos fármacos, diferentes proporções de polímeros hidrofílicos (PEO)/hidrofóbicas (PPO) foram combinados.
