Title: The influence of ACL plastic surgery in relation to the knee joint stability by female handball players and the posibility to influence this topic during training sessions The concept of the problem: One of the most common injuries of lower extremities during a handball game is the tear of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) often leading to instability and early offset of degeneration of the knee joint. In order to be able to continue the athletic carier, the patient may require surgery of the cruciate ligament. Usually 6-8 months after the operation, the patient should be able to return to her full extand of the athletic competition. Never-the-less, functional deficit of the operated knee is not uncommon. Often times, patients post ACL surgery experience secondary injuries such as the injury of the oposite knee joint or recurring defects of the prior injured ACL. Objectives: To evaluate the conditions of knee joints by female players (2-5 years) post ACL plastic surgery and to attest the efectivity of the exercise program for improving knee joint stability by those players. Title: The effect of the place of the match on the shooting success in handball. Objectives: The main objective of this work is to find out whether the place where the match is taking place affects the shooting success from individual player areas, and also the overall shooting success of the selected team. Another objective was to find out whether the place has got an effect on the result of the match. Methods: For data collection we used the methods of direct observation, indirect observation and analytical method in our work. The results were processed using the Mann Whitney test, Wilcoxon test and Mc Nemar test. Results: We found out that the place at which the match is taking place does not affect the overall percentage success rate of shooting of the selected team. Also it was not statistically proved, that the place affects the percentage success rate of shooting even from one of the basic areas of player functions for the attack. Title: Analysis of defence systems and attributes of fast attack used for selected handbal team. Objectives: The objective of my dissertation was to find out reciprocal relations between defence systems and quantity (quality also) attributes of fast attack used for top handbal team in Czech republic. My next objective was analyzation of recorded values and comparation with available values of national teams from top events like Olympic games, European and World championship. Methods: We used for our dissertation methods of direct observation, indirect observation and analyzation. The results were processed by Microsoft office Excel 2007 and there was used chi-squared distribution of independence. Results: We found out in our dissertation that the observed team was frequently in fast attack during more agresive zone defence system 1:5 than the other defence systems used during games in season 2015/2016. The next detection is that observed team had almost the same quantity of fast attacks in one game like national teams during big international tournaments but there was found a big difference in proportional success of attacks for national teams. Este estudo teve como objetivo pesquisar, no âmbito das equipes femininas de handebol de alto nível do Brasil, a imagem corporal de suas atletas. Apesar da presença da mulher no meio esportivo nunca ter sido tão grande como na atualidade, vários preconceitos ainda incomodam as atletas de alto rendimento, notadamente aqueles vinculados às imagens e formas de seus corpos. Inicialmente, o estudo aborda a história da atividade corporal e esportiva da mulher nos Estados Unidos e no Brasil, a partir do século XVII até os dias de hoje. Em seguida, utilizando-se um referencial teórico fenomenológico, procura-se compreender o corpo de uma perspectiva não - dualista. O instrumento utilizado na pesquisa foi o inventário para avaliação da imagem corporal das atletas de handebol de alto nível no Brasil", o qual, a partir de 65 frases, compara a imagem corporal real da atleta com aquela idealizada por esta. Participaram do estudo 156 atletas de handebol de alto nível, com idades entre 14 e 33 anos (média de 20,26 anos). Como resultados, encontraram-se diferenças estatisticamente significantes entre a imagem corporal real e a ideal em 35 (@ 54%) das proposições do questionário, em diversas dimensões da imagem corporal. Previous issue date: 2017-02-06 / O ensino do esporte junto às aulas de Educação Física na escola ainda está circunscrito por um cenário de debates com opiniões distintas e divergentes. Uma delas está relacionada ao ensino do conteúdo esportivo somente através de vivência nas aulas, sem reconhecer o desenvolvimento de um conhecimento conceitual, vinculado à dimensão técnico tática do esporte. Junto ao ensino deste conteúdo, nos parece importante pontuar a dificuldade que muitos professores enfrentam quando ensinam algum esporte coletivo para um grupo grande de estudantes. Muitas vezes, um pequeno grupo joga enquanto a maioria da sala permanece na arquibancada, em algumas ocasiões sem sequer assistir o jogo. O trabalho com o conhecimento conceitual dos esportes, nestes casos, poderia mobilizar o grupo de estudantes que não está jogando a também aprender sobre o esporte, só que de um outro modo. É neste sentido, que o objetivo deste estudo foi identificar e analisar o conhecimento conceitual técnico-tático do jogo de handebol quando o estudante observa jogos da referida modalidade (de seus colegas de sala e de vídeos utilizados pela pesquisadora/professora de Educação Física da turma). O estudo está baseado na pesquisa-ação, envolvendo a participação de trinta estudantes de uma turma de sexto ano de uma escola estadual de uma cidade do interior de São Paulo, com uma intervenção que durou onze semanas, envolvendo um total de vinte e duas aulas. Para a coleta de dados foram realizadas: observações das aulas, registradas em diários, e questionários respondidos pelos estudantes. Para discussão dos resultados foram elaboradas três categorias de análise: 1. Os conhecimentos conceituais técnico-tático do jogo de handebol manifestados pelos estudantes; 2. O conhecimento declarativo técnico-tático do handebol e suas implicações para a construção de um jogo elaborado; 3. Ensino do handebol na escola com enfoque no conhecimento declarativo: limites e possibilidades. A melhora no desenvolvimento do conhecimento conceitual técnico-tático foi evidenciada nas respostas manifestadas pelos estudantes nos questionários, bem como em situações de aulas, registradas nos diários. Já no que se refere à construção de um jogo mais elaborado, foi possível constatar a mudança de postura e posicionamento dos estudantes em quadra durante o jogo. Trabalhar com o conhecimento declarativo proporcionou uma aprendizagem diferenciada aos estudantes, pois ultrapassou o ensino da técnica, na medida em que além da vivência prática do handebol os estudantes também construíram um conhecimento conceitual, ou seja, das regras e funcionamento do jogo. Algumas dificuldades também foram enfrentadas durante a pesquisa, como: a diferença de habilidade entre os estudantes e o pouco tempo pedagógico disponível para realização da intervenção. Ainda assim, foi possível constatar uma aprendizagem por parte dos estudantes no que se refere ao conhecimento conceitual técnico-tático do jogo de handebol, bem como a construção de um jogo mais elaborado demonstrado por eles. O estudo também nos permitiu construir um material didático para o desenvolvimento do conhecimento declarativo, especialmente nos esportes, para as aulas de Educação Física na escola. Tais resultados sinalizam para a necessidade de novas pesquisas sobre esta temática que nos permitam estabelecer diálogo entre elas com a expectativa de melhor explorarmos o conhecimento declarativo nas aulas de Educação Física. / Teaching sports in Physical Education classes at school is still surrounded by several discussions with different opinions. One of them concerns teaching the sport content only by the empirical experience in classes, not recognizing the development of a conceptual knowledge, associated with the technical and tactical dimensions of the sport. Besides teaching this content, it seems to be important to point out the difficulty many teachers have while teaching any team sport to a large group of students. Often, a small group plays while most of the class students are in the stands; sometimes they do not even watch the game. Working with the conceptual knowledge of sports, in these cases, could make the group of students who are not playing also learn about the sport, but under another perspective. In that sense, the purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the conceptual knowledge of handball techniques and tactics while the student watches to some matches (played by classmates and some videos used by the researcher/Physical Education teacher). This study was based on the action-research and involved the participation of thirty sixth-grade students of a State school located in a small city in the state of São Paulo, using a 12-week intervention and involving a total of 22 classes. To collect data, the following actions were taken: observation in the classes, registered in log books, and student-reported questionnaires. To discuss results, three categories were designed for analysis: the conceptual knowledge of handball techniques and tactics students showed to have; the declarative knowledge of handball techniques and tactics and their implications while building a higher quality game; teaching how to play handball at school focusing on the declarative knowledge: limits and possibilities. The improvement in the development of the conceptual knowledge of techniques and tactics was evidenced in the answers the students gave in the forms, as well as in class situations, duly registered in the log books. Regarding the capability of playing better, a change in students’ posture and positioning in court while playing was observed. Working with the declarative knowledge allowed the students to learn better, as it overcame teaching techniques, as, besides the practical experience in handball, students built a conceptual knowledge of the rules and functioning of the game. In addition, there were some difficulties in the research, such as: the different skills of the students and the short pedagogical time available for intervention. Yet it was possible to prove that students learnt the conceptual knowledge of handball techniques and tactics and they could build a higher-level game played. This study also allowed us to prepare a teaching material to develop the declarative knowledge, especially in sports, for the Physical Education classes at school. The results indicate the need for new researches on this theme, in a way to allow for a dialogue between them, aiming at better exploring the declarative knowledge in Physical Education classes.

Essas práticas acumuladas e transformadas ao longo da história reúnem as danças, os jogos e brincadeiras, os esportes, as ginásticas, as lutas e as práticas corporais de aventura. A Educação Física escolar ainda se baseia em uma abordagem tradicional para o tratamento de determinados conteúdos, como o esporte, resultado da sua tradição histórica, fator que contribui para que este seja tratado de maneira pouco aprofundada e pautado apenas no "saber fazer". Assim, faz-se necessário ampliar o ensino dos esportes dentro do ambiente escolar, haja visto que possui múltiplas possibilidades de ensino, como as indicadas pelos modelos atuais da Pedagogia do Esporte. <p>Syftet var att undersöka handbollsspelares generella efficacy, individuella - och kollektiva efficacy inom handbollssituationer samt nivån av utövandet. Studien bestod av två delar. Den första var kvantitativ med två frågeformulär; Schwarzers och Jerusalems Generell Self-Efficacy Scale samt Chase, Feltz och Lirggs Team Efficacy Questionnaire. Två lag från elitnivå (n=36) och två från lägre nivå (n=37) representerades. Resultatet visade att handbollsspelare på högre nivå har en högre grad av self-efficacy och kollektivt efficacy än de på lägre nivån. Den kvalitativa delen bestod av fyra intervjuer, två från varje nivå. Resultatet indikerade till särdrag mellan grupperna, gällande vad self-efficacy och kollektivt efficacy baserades på. Fortsatt forskning kring området är väsentligt för att öka förståelsen för spelares och ledares handlingar, därav kunna höja prestationen.</p> / <p>The purpose was to examine handballsplayers general efficacy, self-efficacy, collective efficacy and two levels within the sport. The study had two parts. Part one had a quantitative approach with two questionnaires; General Self-efficacy Scale (Schwarzer & Jerusalem, 1995) and Team Efficacy Questionnaire (Chase, Feltz & Lirgg, 2003). Two teams of the highest (n= 36) and two teams of a lower (n= 37) level were represented. The result showed that the athletes in the higher level had higher Self-Efficacy and Collective Efficacy. Part two was qualitative and contained four interviews. The result indicated that there was a difference between the two levels within the sport. Effects Of Muscle Fatigue On Shooting Accuracy In Handball PlayersSimsek, Beyza 01 September 2012 (has links) (PDF)
The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of muscle fatigue on shooting accuracy in male handball players. Sixteen elite young male handball players (age: 17.12± / 1.74 year / height: 185.26± / 7.17 / body mass: 78.93± / 11.07) volunteered to participate in the study. The study composed of laboratory and field test sessions. In the laboratory test, maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max) obtained from treadmill running test, blood lactate concentration, heart rate monitoring at resting and every 3 minutes during running were measured. Running speed equal to 75% speed at VO2max values of participants was used as initial velocity for 30-15 intermittent fitness test (30-15IFT). In the field tests, after determined the optimum shooting velocity of each participant, they shots to each targets placed at the four corner of the handball goal 4 times, totally 16 times. Blood lactate concentration was measured from the earlobe of participant who completed shooting to target test session. Then, 30-15IFT was applied as fatigue protocol and at the end of the test, blood lactate concentration was measured again and participant repeated shooting to target test session immediately after fatigue protocol. As a result, no significant differences were found between pre-fatigue and post-fatigue protocols in terms of accurate and inaccurate shots. Shooting consistency, ball speed, response time, X, Y, Z axis of wrist acceleration variables highly correlated each other in terms of shooting accuracy both in pre and post fatigue conditions. Shooting consistency has an effect on accurate shots. Ball velocity has effect on inaccurate shots in pre-fatigue condition. However, none of variable has effect on accurate and inaccurate shots in post-fatigue conditions. In pre-fatigue conditions, right to left motion of wrist (X axis) was the most important motion, back to forward motion (y axis) was became more important in post fatigue condition.
