The main topic of this diploma thesis is the complete design of the web application for booking and selling package tours and other related services offered by the travel agency. The first part of this thesis describes the theory basis for the proposition, creation (production) and the implementation of the web applications with the emphasis on the methodology and technology used in this diploma thesis. The second part of the thesis consists of an analysis of current state in the travel agency and this analysis is the foundation of the last part of this thesis which contains the design of the design web application.

Bakgrund: Som vårdgivare möter vi ofta patienter med psykosomatiska symtom och sjukdomar, patienter med fysiska symtom som saknar tydlig organisk förklaring. Inom primärvården har cirka 30% av patienterna medicinskt oförklarliga symtom. Tidigare forskning har visat att vårdgivare känner sig osäkra och otillräckliga när de handlägger patienter med psykosomatiska symtom. Det tycks vara svårt att veta hur man ska bemöta denna patientgrupp och hjälpa dem att uppnå god hälsa. Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att beskriva hur vuxna patienter med psykosomatiska symtom upplevde mötet med och bemötandet av sin vårdgivare samt beskriva de inkluderade artiklarnas datainsamlingsmetod. Metod: En beskrivande litteraturstudie baserades på tio vetenskapliga artiklar. Artiklarna söktes fram i databaserna PubMed och Cinahl. Ansatsen på de inkluderade artiklarna var både kvalitativ och kvantitativ. Artiklarna har noggrant granskats i syfte att finna skillnader och likheter. Resultat: Patienter som fick känslomässigt stöd, förklaringar, togs på allvar och var delaktiga i beslut var de som kände mest välbefinnande och tillfredsställelse med vårdgivaren och det bemötande de fick. De patienter som möttes av oengagerade vårdgivare, blev ifrågasatta och upplevde ett motstånd, kände att de var en börda för sjukvården. De inkluderade artiklarnas datainsamlingsmetoder var intervjuer och enkäter. Slutsats: Resultatet visade att många patienter med psykosomatiska symtom sökte bekräftelse. Kommunikation var viktigt för att dessa patienter skulle känna trygghet och förtroende. Genom vidare forskning och viss förändring i omhändertagandet av dessa patienter, skulle sjuksköterskan kunna bidra med denna trygghet i större utsträckning. / Background: As healthcare providers we often meet patients with psychosomatic symptoms and diseases, patients with physical symptoms who lack clear organic explanation. In primary care, approximately 30% of patients have medically unexplained symptoms. Previous research has shown that healthcare providers feel insecure and insufficient when handling patients with psychosomatic symptoms. It seems difficult to know how to respond to this patient group and help them achieve good health. Aim: The aim of the literature study was to describe how adult patients with psychosomatic symptoms experienced the encounter with and the treatment of their healthcare providers, and to describe the data collection methods of the included articles. Method: A descriptive literature study based on ten scientific articles. The articles were searched in the PubMed and Cinahl databases. The included articles were designed both qualitative and quantitative. The articles have been carefully reviewed in order to find differences and similarities. Result: Patients who received emotional support, explanations, were taken seriously and participated in decisions were those who felt most well-being and satisfaction with the care and the response they received. Patients who were met by uncommitted healthcare providers, and were questioned and experienced a resistance from their providers, were those who felt that they were a burden on healthcare. Data collection methods in the included articles were interviews and questionnaires. Conclusion: The result showed that many patients with psychosomatic symptoms sought confirmation. Communication was important for these patients to feel safe and confident. Through further research and some change in the treatment of these patients, the nurse could contribute to this safety to a greater extent.

This thesis is focused on analyzying of the information system in comapany Tirad s.r.o. which uses information system Workplan. Theoretical part is focused on problematics of information systems in general, it defines the methods for analysis of information system effectiveness. We are going to use systems Zefis and HOS 8. Based on these methods are discovered weaknesses and are proposed possible solutions for improving of information system effectiveness which leads to increasing of company performance and threads elimination.

The main issue of diploma thesis is information system and it's influence to effectiveness and productivity of work in the concrete company. Main aim is to suggest a recommendation that will lead to increasing the effectiveness of the company work. The thesis is separated to three parts. Theoretic part engaged the information systems most important sections. The real problems are detected in the analytic part and in the practical part are the recommendations on improvement current situation.

This master’s thesis deals with selection of optimal information system for medium sized engineering company. Decision to implement a new ERP system is a big step forvard and the main target of this thesis is to make the best possible recommendation how to proceed in this task. Main solution is a new ERP system for this company with economic evaluation and important benefits of this system.

This diploma thesis is focused on the possibility of using modern approaches to information technology management. Specifically, it concentrates on demands for innovation of software development lifecycle management. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on methods used in information strategy. Based on results of the analytical part, where I evaluate current approach to information technologies service management, I suggest solutions in the form of customer oriented information strategy and approach to the management of software development as a part of service lifecycle.

The aim of my masters thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of using modern electronic and online tools for a better functioning of the company. The main focus will be placed on company information system. Any found weaknesses of the current information system will be removed and there will be design of countermeasures to improve the situation and to achieve the optimal business conditions. Part of this work will also be evalution of other online tools, that can help company with its promotion and e-marketing. This work is for better illustration applied on a particular company, but the general procedures and analysis can be genereally applied to small and medium businesses.

Diploma thesis deals with the assessment of information systems and enterprise informatics in real business environment. Based on theoretical systematically processed bases is developed analytical part, which is divided according to content into two logical examination of the area. The first is dedicated to the analysis of business firms and the second part has been engaged in business informatics. The primary objective of this thesis is based on strategic business analysis and enterprise informatics proposes measures for improving the current state of information systems and information technology in selected company.

This master´s thesis contains an explanation of basic terms and principals used in an issues of information systems. Part of this thesis are analyses of a current state of an information system in a selected company and evaluation of its effectiveness. A set of improvement propositions of the current state was created based on those analyses with both balance and effectiveness of an IS taken into account.

The thesis deals with the design of the printing environment in REGADA company. Based on the analysis of the current print operation in company, the work points to the usual challenges of midsize companies in this field. Solution of these problemsis introduced in the design part of the thesis. This part describes the optimization of the main areas of the printing environment resulting in technical, operational and financial benefits of the proposed solutions.
