The urge for a more equal society is growing, but the conservative movement poses a threat to the concept of gender equality and feminism. In recent years the interest for conservative feminism has grown which hinder the development towards a gender equal society as it contains anti-feminist traits. Kristdemokraterna, a political party in Sweden, can be seen as a case for a conservative wave in Swedish politics as they drive a conservative gender equality. However, it is currently unknown how the policy relates to already established equality work in Sweden as well as internationally. This study aims to analyze how problem constructions of gender equality are created within the political conservative sphere where Kristdemokraterna operates. The purpose is to investigate whether, and to what extent, the problematizations of Kristdemokraterna interact with and affect the society's system in terms of power and dominance and to obtain this interpretation repertoire and WPR approach are utilized as methods. The study resulted in the understanding that gender equality is problematized as a question of choice, immigration, and motherhood. The problematization differentiates groups and have unequal expectations of these. This in turn results in politics that can be perceived as passive. The concept of gender equality undergoes a process of bending and shrinking due to the problematization. Ultimately, the study states that Kristdemokraternas gender equality policy seems to become a middle-class privilege for ethnic Swedes.

Uppsatsens syfte är att studera hur kvinnor som är chefer framställer chefskapet och svara på frågeställningen på vilka sätt chefskapet konstrueras samt vilka villkor och förväntningar som finns utifrån kvinnornas konstruktioner. Totalt intervjuades sex kvinnliga chefer i semistrukturerade intervjuer. Utifrån intervjutranskriptioner identifierades tre tolkningsrepertoarer och tre subjektspositioner. Tolkningsrepertoarerna var; ”det professionella samspelet”, ”det kravfyllda chefskapet” och ”den manliga och det kvinnliga i chefskapet”. De identifierade subjektspositionerna var; ”chefen som kollega”, ”chefen som den ytterst ansvariga” och ”den elaka kvinnan”. Studien genomfördes med diskurspsykologisk och socialkonstruktionistiskt teori och metod. Studien resulterade i identifierandet av tre tolkningsrepertoarer och tre subjektspositioner inom vilka olika aspekter av hur chefskapet konstruerades redogjordes för samt hur dessa kan tolkas i förhållande till förväntningar och villkor. / The purpose of this paper is to study how female managers constructs leadership and to answer in what ways leadership can be constructed together with what conditions and expectations that exists based on the women´s constructs. Six female managers where interviewed in semi structured interviews. From the interview transcripts three interpretation repertoires and three subject positions where identified. The identified interpretation repertoires where; “the professional teamwork”, “the demanding leadership” and “the male and female in leadership”. The subject positions where; “The manager as a colleague”, “the manager as the ultimately responsible” and “the mean woman”. The study was conducted with discourse-psychological and social constructionistic theory and method. The result of the study showed the identification of three interpretation repertoires and three subject positions within which different aspects of how leadership was constructed and how they can be interpreted in relation to expectations and terms.

Syftet med denna studie är att identifiera sociala konstruktioner av 1-3 åringars ålder och kompetens, genom att analysera hur pedagoger porträtterar de yngsta barnen. Detta görs genom diskurspsykologisk analys av pedagogers uttalanden i samtal om omsorg och undervisning, utifrån studiens tre frågeställningar; Hur talar förskollärare och barnskötare om 1-3 åringars kompetens? Vad framställs som sanningar om 1-3 åringars kompetens? Vilja subjektspositioner tillskrivs 1-3 åringar? Diskurspsykologi har agerat som både epistemologisk och metodologisk utgångspunkt i denna studie. I resultatet framträdde totalt fem tolkningsrepertoarer. Tre av dessa framträdde genom samtal om barns kompetens i omsorg; fysisk omsorg, praktisk omsorg och intellektuell omsorg. De andra två trädde fram i samtal om barns kompetens i undervisning; pedagogers självmedvetenhet och erfarenhet som förutsättning. Vi kunde sedan sammanställa fyra av dessa till en, vad vi kallar, bristdiskurs. Vi diskuterar sedan kring hur dessa tolkningsrepertoarer försätter barnen i olika subjektspositioner och vad barnen därigenom ges för handlingsutrymme.
