Kvalitetssäkring och kvalitetsledning är inget nytt i byggbranschen.Problemet är att många gånger gör dessa inte själ för namnen utanresulterar i en pärm på en hylla istället för att vara ett verktyg somanvänds för att säkra och utveckla kvaliteten i projekten och företagen.Detta examensarbete syftar till att i ett pågående byggprojektundersöka och ta fram en helhetsbild av hur kvalitetsarbetet iproduktionen ser ut och därefter ge förslag på förbättringar. Detundersökta projektet är Skandionkliniken i Uppsala som drivs isamverkan mellan Akademiska Hus och NCC. Ett av projektmålen äratt ta kvalitetsarbetet till nästa nivå. Beställaren har även valt enegenkontrollbaserad slutbesiktning som sker mot kvalitetsdokumentationenistället för den verkliga byggnaden. Resultatet visar att det finns en ambition i projektorganisationen attprestera bra och leverera ett projekt med hög kvalitet. Ett flertalanpassningar av NCC:s interna kvalitetsstyrning har identifierats iprojektet vilka främst kan kopplas till den egenkontrollbaseradeslutbesiktningen. Medvetenheten är stor över hur besiktningen kommeratt gå till i organisationen men då metoden är ny för många finns det enosäkerhet i vad denna typ av besiktning kräver av kvalitetsdokumentationen. Få av projektanpassningarna går att härleda till samverkansmålet somär att ta kvalitetsarbetet till nästa nivå. Projektet kommer troligen intekunna nå målet då både beställare och entreprenör inte kan se att någotytterligare steg framåt har tagits i kvalitetsarbetet. Orsaken till detta kaningen förklara men av intervjuerna går det att dra slutsatsen att dettroligen handlar om att målet är odefinierat, svårt att mäta och inteförmedlat ned i hela organisationen. Förbättringsförslagen handlar bland annat om för NCC:s del attförbättra och förtydliga den interna kvalitetsstyrningen och på så sättskapa en enhetlighet i hur företaget arbetar med kvalitet. Förslag på hurframtida samverkansprojekt kan arbeta för att bättre engagera gruppenoch nå uppsatta mål för projektet presenteras. / Quality assurance is a common phenomenon in today’s constructionbusiness. A common problem is that in many cases, the assurance is justan empty word and not a tool used to improve the actual quality of theproduct. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the qualitymanagement of an ongoing partnering project between NCC andAkademiska Hus to find strengths and weaknesses in their work withquality. The project has defined a goal to improve the qualitymanagement during the construction; also the final inspection will bebased on the quality documentation, which is an unusual method in theconstruction business. The results of the study show that some modifications of NCC’sinternal quality control have been done to meet the project’srequirements. The modifications consist of more human resources,more controls and more documentation compared to other NCCprojects. The better part of these modifications can be connected to thefinal inspection method. The project will probably not reach the goal toimprove the quality management even though there is a great ambitionto deliver a building with high quality among the involved people. Thisis mostly because the goal is undefined and hard to verify. The studyshows that NCC’s internal quality control perceives fussy andinsufficient among a majority of the people in the project organizationand is in need of improvements. One of the suggested improvements is that NCC should improve anddefine their internal quality control and also educate their employeeshow to work with quality assurance in the projects.

<p> </p><p><p><p>Abstract</p><p>This is a bachelor’s thesis within the program society development on the collage Mälardalens</p><p>högskola. The subject that will be handled is knowledge recycling, this intervenes very well</p><p>with the program I am undergoing, and this is because Construction Company’s does in</p><p>general do the same mistakes over and over again. In the long run this will mean higher end</p><p>prices for the end user. Knowledge recycle is a subject that haven’t been researched a lot, and</p><p>therefore the choice of the topic Erfarenhetsåterföring, knowledge recycling.</p><p>The thesis will be divided in two parts, one part consisting of the study in the subject to</p><p>determine were the research front is. The other part consists of a pilot project of a message</p><p>board where the employees of Fastec can discuss known problems. The main purpose is for</p><p>the message board to work as a place for frequently asked questions and answers. This will be</p><p>a different way for Fastec to work according to how they earlier communicated and hopefully</p><p>a step in the right direction towards perfection. Every discussion will be logged and become</p><p>searchable after posted, this key function is the main principle of the forum to work as a tool</p><p>to improve the knowledge recycling. And this is a key ingredient when an employee stands in</p><p>front of an in certainty of choosing between two materials or ways of doing things.</p><p>The message boards functionality will be reviewed after sometimes use, the result I receive</p><p>will be the data that will be used for the final rapport whether a message board is useful for</p><p>knowledge recycling or not.
