En lärarhandlednings stöd för lärares undervisning och kunskapsutveckling / A Teacher Manual’s support towards Teacher’s Teaching and Knowledge Development

Lärares planering och genomförande av matematikundervisning utgår i stor utsträckning från lärarhandledningen. För att kunna bedriva en rik matematikundervisning behöver lärarhandledningen därför vara designad på ett stödjande och kunskapsutvecklande sätt för läraren, vilket kan ses som att den talar till läraren till skillnad från andra lärarhandledningar som talar genom läraren. Utifrån idén tala till läraren har forskare tagit fram tre designprinciper för att visa på hur lärarhandledningar bör vara designade. Syftet med studien är att analysera en på den svenska marknaden relativt ny lärarhandledning och undersöka hur de tre designprinciperna framkommer. Analysen är genomförd med ett analysverktyg i form av nyckelord. Resultatet visar att två av tre designprinciper finns med dock med vissa begränsningar. Vår slutsats är att den analyserade lärarhandledningen mer talar genom läraren i stället för till. / Teachers’ planning and implementation of the teaching of mathematics is mainly based on the teacher’s manual for any specific textbook. For the teacher to learn varied and comprehensive teaching skills the manual needs to be designed to support and develop these. In this way they speak to, as opposed to through, the teacher as other manuals do. Based on this, researchers have formed three design principles to point out how teacher’s manuals should be designed. The goal of this study is to analyse a manual, newly released in Sweden, and investigate how the three principles are presented. The analysis was carried out through the use of certain keywords. The result shows that two out of three design principles have been applied, but not to their full extent. Our conclusion is that the analysed teacher’s manual speaks more through the teacher instead of to him/her.

Series of books for reading, organized by professor Henrique da Silva Fontes, adopted in public schools of the State of Santa Catarina, in the early 1920‟s and widely used until the 1950‟s. The production of school textbooks and manuals of instruction had its major impetus with the replacement of the abstract nature and few utility of education for intuitive teaching method, also known as object lessons. This method was the basis of the new way of teaching, at the transition of the XIX-XX centuries. After being successfully implemented in several countries, was conducted extensive feasibility study for Brazil, through the reports about Reform of Primary, Secondary and Higher levels, written by Rui Barbosa. However, the implementation of the desired innovations collide with the use of manuals and compendiums for schools who, although express the same philosophical basis, communicated on different aspects to the scientific progress. The procedures and curricular subjects needed to be reviewed, to the effect to print a particular vision of the teaching through the object lessons, which constitute the national modernization project. What is the contribution of the Fontes Series in this context? From that question the research retrieves legal, methodological and didactic aspects of the period, with the purpose of demonstrate the social and pedagogic performed by this series of books for reading. At the time that the school books were translated from German and Italian, in Santa Catarina and, in other states, from French, English, Polish and Japanese, the Fontes Series has collected texts of Brazilian and Portuguese poets and prosaist, emphasizing the value of the vernacular language / Esta pesquisa tem como escopo verificar a contribuição pedagógica da Série Fontes. Série de livros de leitura, organizada pelo professor Henrique da Silva Fontes, adotada nas escolas públicas do Estado de Santa Catarina, no início da década de 1920 e largamente utilizada até a de 1950. A produção de livros escolares e manuais de ensino teve seu grande impulso com a substituição do caráter abstrato e pouco utilitário da instrução escolar pelo método de ensino intuitivo, também conhecido por lições de coisas. Este método constituía a base da nova forma de ensinar, na transição dos séculos XIX-XX. Após ser implementado com êxito em vários países, foi realizado vasto estudo para sua exequibilidade no Brasil, por meio dos pareceres sobre a Reforma do Ensino Primário, Secundário e Superior, redigidos por Rui Barbosa. Porém, a realização das inovações almejadas colidia com o uso de manuais e compêndios escolares que, embora expressassem a mesma fundamentação filosófica, comunicavam vertentes distintas em relação ao progresso científico. Os procedimentos e conteúdos curriculares precisavam ser revisados, a fim de imprimirem a visão específica do ensino por meio das lições de coisas, constitutivas do projeto modernizador nacional. Qual a contribuição da Série Fontes nesse contexto? CNPq / Mudanças nos hábitos alimentares, nas políticas de segurança alimentar e nos estilos de vida da população tem modificado os padrões de projeto das embalagens dos alimentos. Estas mudanças são visíveis especialmente nas funções das embalagens que precisam dar conta da diversidade de oferta de alimentos congelados preparados, denominados alimentos preparados. No contexto do desenvolvimento de embalagens, questiona-se a necessidade de aprofundar a pesquisa nas funções das embalagens para essas categorias de produtos, identificando parâmetros que atendam suas especificidades. E ainda, considerando o cenário produtivo, a análise daquelas já disponíveis no mercado. Para mapear o contexto de projeto de produto, esta investigação busca delimitar as principais funções e características exigidas das embalagens de alimentos congelados preparados, bem como os métodos e práticas de projeto e o cenário de regulamentação dos órgãos normatizadores de segurança alimentar dos alimentos embalados. Como resultado dessa investigação foi elaborado um manual de referência para profissionais envolvidos na estratégia e projeto para o segmento - designers industriais e projetistas de embalagens - de modo a integrar ações, normas e métodos de projeto de produto. Uma amostragem desses perfis profissionais esteve envolvida na pesquisa com usuários e avaliação do manual e os resultados apontaram a necessidade de interlocução entre as áreas (de projeto/alimentos), reforçando a carência de materiais de referência que reúnam, de forma objetiva e sistemática, mecanismos de apoio aos responsáveis pelas análises e validações de embalagens para alimentos preparados congelados. / Changes in eating habits, the food security policies and people's lifestyles have modified food packages of design standards. These changes are visible especially in the functions of the packages that need to account for the diversity of supply of prepared frozen foods, prepared foods called. In the development of packaging, we question the need for further research into the functions of packaging for these product categories, identifying parameters that meet their specific requirements. Further, considering the manufacturing scenario, the analysis those already available on the market. To map the product design context, this research seeks to define the main functions and characteristics required of prepared frozen food packaging, as well as the methods and design practices and regulatory setting of the standard-setting bodies for food safety of packaged food. As a result of this investigation has produced a reference manual for professionals involved in strategy and design to the segment - industrial designers and packaging designers - to integrate actions, standards and product design methods. A sampling of these professional profiles has been involved in research with users and manual evaluation and the results showed the need for dialogue between the areas (design / food), reinforcing the lack of reference materials, comprising an objective and systematic way, mechanisms support those responsible for analysis and packaging validations for frozen prepared foods.
