Imigrační politika Evropské unie / Immigration policy of the European union

Rýznarová, Ludmila January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with a topic of immigration policy of the European Union of the 21st century. One cannot write about this topic regardless of the migration wave and refugee crisis that has sparked the debate about EU's immigration policy function - and EU as a whole - in general. The aim of this thesis is to give a reader profound view on the topic of immigration policy of the EU in the context of the immigration crisis, to present reasons why is this happening as well as the consequences, and last but not least, to give an solution that could help EU to deal with crisis and its origins. The thesis handles with the attitudes and opinions of EU member states and the EU as a whole, discusses the evolution of EU immigration policy and its current state. In a part it is oriented on asylum policy as a part of immigration policy and the question of supra-nationalization of the EU's immigration policy. The last chapter offers following steps which the EU should take, and which lead to solving the crisis or at least alleviation.

Komplexní demografická charakteristika města Břeclav

Ralenovská, Lucie January 2017 (has links)
The subject of this masters thesis Complex demographical characteristic of Břeclav is to transcribe the demographic development of Břeclav, because this knowledge is undoubtedly important socioeconomic base that can help in deciding about the development of the given region. Demographic characteristics of towns and villages is a part of strategic and development documents, which are regularly compiled by territorial independent units in the Czech Republic. A prediction of selected demographic indicators of population status and dynamics of inhabitants of Břeclav till 2019 was done after creating demographic analysis of Břeclav, using the method of extrapolation of the trend and cohort-component method. The main discovery of this thesis was that in the observed period of time there was a loss of the population by the natural development and the negative migration of the people aged 30-34 and 35-39. The population of the city also was grew older and in the future this trend will be continued. The negative aging process in the demographic development can be positively influenced by immigrating of the people in productive age in the town of Břeclav.

Sledování obsahu ftalátů v obalech a jejich migrace z obalů do masných výrobků

Musilová, Eva January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis on the topic Monitoring of phthalates content in packaging and their migration from the packaging to the meat products deals with analysis of textile colour-printed packaging intented for packaging of meats products to find out dibutylphthalate (DBP) and di-2-ethylhexylphthalate (DEHP) content and also deals with monitoring migration of these phthalates into model meat products during storage (for twenty-eight days). The values of concentration of DBP and DEHP in packaging reached 24.0 ug.dm-2 and 103.3 ug.dm-2 of the original sample. Sample of meat product was analyzed before packaging and no phthalates were detected. After packaging and storage the highest value of DBP concentration at the end of the storage period was 11,1 mg.kg-1 and concentration of DEHP was 28,2 mg.kg-1 of the original sample. Based on the results from measurements with increasing storage time increased concentrations of these substances in meat products. In accordance with the specific migration limits (for DBP 0,3 mg.kg-1 and for DEHP 1,5 mg.kg-1) mentioned in Commission Regulation (EU) no. 10/2011 on plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with food have been exceeded in all samples of meat products during storage.

Migrace pracovníků ve vědě a výzkumu: případová studie vybraných brněnských center excelence

Břicháčková, Lucie January 2017 (has links)
The main theme of this thesis is the evaluation of motives for the migration of highly qualified workers in science and research in Brno. The thesis identifies factors that are important for scientists from two selected centres of excellence in workrelated migration. Further, the perception of the satisfaction of these people with the environment of the city of Brno is captured. The results are segmented according to socioeconomic, family, career and other attributes. Based on the outputs of the quantitative survey and the consultation with experts, recommendations are proposed to make the conditions for incoming highly qualified scientists more attractive. These recommendations are aimed both at the South Moravian region and the city of Brno, as well as at the involved centres of scientific excellence.

Remitence a rozvoj: analýza remitencí proudících z Česka do Vietnamu / Remittances and development: Analysis of remittances going from Czechia to Vietnam

Le, My Linh January 2021 (has links)
In the field of migration and development the economic impact of remittances is emphasized more often. The thesis examines remittances regarding social aspects as an important part of migration and development. The main aim is to understand the process of transfer of social remittances between Vietnamese living in the Czech Republic and their family members living in Vietnam. The important theoretical background of this thesis is the concept of social remittances. The process of transferring social remittances is scrutinized through semi- structured in-depth interviews with Vietnamese migrants and their family members in Vietnam. The paper describes the social remittances that are generated by transnational Vietnamese migrants in the Czech Republic and under what conditions the remittances were or were not accepted by their family members in Vietnam. The work uses a qualitative approach for data analysis that allows an insight into the lives of examined individuals. The results reflect the perspective of migrants and their family members. It is apparent that the context of migrants and their personal characteristics and skills - language abilities, length of stay in the destination country, extent of financial stability and level of education - plays an important role in the process of...

Úloha fosfatidylinositol-4-fosfát 5-kinázy PPK-1 v regulaci signální dráhy proteinu Wnt u Caenorhabditis elegans / The role of phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate 5-kinase PPK-1 in Wnt signalling regulation in Caenorhabditis elegans

Zavadilová, Kristýna January 2021 (has links)
The Wnt signalling pathway is highly conserved signalling among Eukaryotes that regulates many cellular processes. In particular, it plays a role during invidual's development, but it is also important at later stage of life, when it is involved in maintaining homeostasis in the body. Recent studies have shown that phosphatidylinositol-4-phospahte 5-kinase (PIP5K), which is key to the production of phosphatidylinositol (4,5)-bisphosphate in the cell, is also involved in regulation of the canonical Wnt signalling cascade. In mammalian cells, a model has been described in which PIP5K is involved in signal transduction in a Wnt receiving cell. We decided to verify the involvement of PIP5K in the regulation of Wnt signalling also in Caenorhabditis elegans, an excellent model organism for study of signalling pathways, and thus contribute to a better understanding of this evolutionarily conserved pathway. In this work, we found that decreased expression of PPK-1/PIP5K in wild type animals does not result in Wnt signalling disruption. Nevertheless, in conditions, where the activity of Wnt signalling is already reduced, decrease in PPK-1 levels leads to defective migration of the QL neuroblast daughter cell. By analyzing the migration of QL progeny, which is controlled by EGL-20/Wnt dependent Wnt...

Kriminologické aspekty kriminality cizinců / Criminological aspects of criminality of foreigners

Špůrková, Adéla January 2021 (has links)
Criminological aspects of criminality of foreigners This diploma thesis deals with the criminality of foreigners in the Czech Republic. With the development of globalisation, easier and more accessible mobility of people, but also due to war conflicts or poverty, there is naturally an increased migration of people, which brings with it, among other things, security consequences. Being a foreigner in another country has its own specifics, the most significant of which include minority status, different lifestyles, values, opinions, behaviours and customs. These and many other differences may or may not be criminogenic factors leading to foreigners committing crime. Since this is a very comprehensive topic, which cannot be fully described in one thesis, the aim of the thesis is to analyse the current state of criminality of foreigners in the Czech Republic, to define specific crimes of foreigners, which are among the most frequently clarified and to answer the question whether the crime of foreigners in our territory is increasing or decreasing. Attention is also paid to the phenomenon of organised crime of foreigners and crime related to illegal migration. The diploma thesis is systematically divided into five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to migration in general, mainly the definition of...

Česko-balkánský kontrapunkt: etnografie fenoménu balkán v Praze / Czech-Balkan counterpoint: Ethnography of the phenomenon Balkan music in Prague

Libánská, Alena January 2018 (has links)
This Ph.D. thesis deals with the musical phenomenon Balkan music in Prague. The so- called Balkan music (in the sense of Shelemay's 2006 soundscape) is considered to be the result of social negotiating (counterpoint) between the agents, i.e., the Czech musicians and audience, and also those (musicians and audience) who originally come from the Balkan countries. Using the tools of ethnographic research, the thesis explores the nature of this relationship. Specifically, I focus on the very creation of the concept Balkan music in the Czech scene and the role the Balkan migration plays in its formation. It turns out that the very imagination of the 'Balkans' plays a key role in defining the phenomenon, and the form of music itself is the result of the imaginations of (an imaginary) milieu (i.e., stereotypes) that is perceived as culturally distant (Todorova 2009).
