Molekulární mechanizmy fenotypových přechodů fibroblastických buněk: dediferenciace myofibroblastů a ovlivnění invazivity a metastazování sarkomu / Molecular mechanisms of fibroblastoid cell phenotype transitions:dedifferentiation of myofibroblasts and influencing of invasiveness and metastasis of sarcoma

Kosla, Jan January 2013 (has links)
Fibroblasts are the principal cellular component of the connective tissue. They are a heterogeneous group of cells which contribute to the structure of connective tissue and wound healing by their ability to produce extracellular matrix (ECM). Fibroblasts and cells derived from them are involved in many pathological processes such as formation of malignant tumors and fibrosis. Tumor progression which finally leads to metastasis is a serious biomedical problem. There is a growing body of the recent evidence showing an important role of the tumor stroma and its interaction with cancer cells in cancer progression. Tumor stroma comprises mainly of myofibroblasts and their products, namely ECM, soluble factors, and enzymes. Myofibroblasts contribute more or less to all steps of cancer progression. Furthermore myofibroblasts play a key role in fibrosis, another serious human disease which is not efficiently treatable and which is associated with cancer progression. These facts made us to search for molecular means capable of eliminating the myofibroblastic phenotype. We succeeded to entirely dedifferentiate primary myofibroblasts by concomitant inhibition of TGFβ signaling and perturbation of MAPK signaling in a chick model that we have introduced. Malignant fibroblasts form sarcomas. ECM is the first...

Trendy v koherenci české migrační a rozvojové politiky / Trends in Czech migration and development policy coherence

Seidlová, Aneta January 2019 (has links)
Migration and development are a globally recurring topic within media and political discourse. In Europe, the topic gained attention following the so called "refugee crisis", accompanied by rhetoric of solving the root causes of migration and increasing coherence of migration and development policy. Even though the refugee flows mainly avoided Czechia, the crisis had an impact on public and political discourse, including links to migration, development and the need for coherence in policy strategic documents. The diploma thesis analyses trends in Czech migration and development policy and their coherence in the aftermath of global financial and refugee crisis. This thesis aims to assess the progress toward coherence and identify the key areas and causes of incoherence. The concept of policy coherence for migration and development, and a model of policy coherence cycle are used as the main theoretical frameworks. To gain an insight into the process of policy formation, a distinction is made between political commitments and policies on paper, policy coordination and implementation in practice, and the potential impact of the political discourse on this process. This thesis presents attitudes and perceptions of key stakeholders in Czech migration and development policy, based on a series of 20...

Porovnání skupin radikálních fotbalových fanoušků v ČR a sousedních státech (SRN, Polsko) a jejich prom ěna z hlediska migrace. / Comparison between groups of radical football fans in Czech repuplic and neighbour states (BRD, Poland) and their change from the migration point of view.

Kovařík, Martin January 2019 (has links)
The focus of this master thesis is the comparison of extreme football fans, more specifically ultras and hooligans in the Czech Republic, Germany, and Poland and the influence of the European migrant crisis on these groups. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the general characteristics of the hooligans subculture, its origins, and development will be described. Furthermore, the functioning of the extreme fan groups in the neighbouring countries of the Czech Republic, i.e. Germany and Poland will be outlined. Moreover, the political stances of these countries on the issues related to the migrant crisis are depicted. These stances have a large impact on shaping of public opinions, including the aforementioned groups. The analytical part of this thesis consists of six interviews. These interviews should help with understanding the views on the migration of the members of the radical fan groups in the selected countries and moreover closely depict the hooligans scene across specific regions. The goal of this thesis is hence to depict the origins, development, and the members of a hooligans subculture on one side. And on the other side, to explain how the European migrant crisis (historical phenomenon of the past decade in Europe) has influenced the stances of the hooligan subculture on the influx...

Schovánková, Soňa January 2013 (has links)
The dissertation thesis is aimed at actual topic of the international labour migration and working foreigners in the Czech Republic during the period of the global economical crisis of 2008 and 2012. It is an empirical research that comes out from the qualitative and quantitative study of the topic. The subject of the research were working foreigners. We differ foreigners in the position of employees and businessmen as well as foreigners from the European Economic Area and Switzerland and so called third countries. In the work we also focus on the statistical data both from their availability and interpretation point of view and also from the volume of flows of international labour migration and the stock of working foreigners in the Czech Republic. Selected indicators were also used to study spatial distribution of working foreigners in the Czech Republic including its factors from political, social, economic, geographic, demographic or cultural areas. The study was carried out by applying qualitative and quantitative correlation and regression analyses. In this respect we focused also on the discussion of the relevancy of statistical data from areas specified above that may help to clarify the structure of the spatial distribution of working foreigners. The dissertation thesis includes the first attempt...

Zařízení pro děti - cizince: aktuální situace v péči o nezletilé cizince bez doprovodu se zaměřením na práci speciálního pedagoga / Institution for children - foreigners: current situation in the care of unaccompanied minors focused on the work of a special pedagogue

Brožová, Vendula January 2018 (has links)
The topic of the diploma thesis is description of care system for unaccompanied minors in the Czech Republic and mapping of special pedagogical methods used within this system. In my own research I show examples of concrete case studies how individual forms of educational and special pedagogical care help unaccompanied minors in successful integration into the major society. The aim of the thesis is not only to describe the current state of care for minors and special pedagogical methods used, but also its evaluation. Based on the critical assessment of the case studies, they try to outline the possibilities of further development of care for unaccompanied minors in the Czech Republic from the perspective of special pedagogy.
