The thesis contains is to identify the fundamental factors of working satisfaction at the base of theoretical knowledge, to make an analysis of the working satisfaction in the chosen company and to identify working factors, which evoke satisfaction or dissatisfaction. Correctional measures are proposed at the base of the outcomes of the research. For the research is used a questionnaire survey and the respondents are asked about the satisfaction with the remuneration, the content of work, the human relations, working conditions, possibilities of further education and personal development and career growth. They are also asked about their personal opinion of the company and the reasons for working in there.

The aims of my diploma thesis were to find out if the employees think about the leave of the company, what are the factors that cause their un-satisfaction, what could make their satisfaction better, what factors positively affect their motivation and in the end to propose possible steps that could make the present situation in the company better.

This diploma thesis is analysing the conditions of leadership development for potential leaders in Hilti spol.s r.o.. In this intention the theory of leadership is elaborated, further existing processes inside the company are described and finally data derived from Hilti internal research are evaluated. Information is supplemented by the findings derived from an e-questionnaire created for the purpose of clarifying uncertainties from the previous research data. To identify the objectives the thesis aligns existing processes with the theory of leadership and with the empirical researches. Exploiting these data within the company it is possible to identify strengths and weaknesses of leadership development processes for young leaders as well as propose areas which would be capable of implementing new trends with focus on higher effectiveness of these processes.

The main concern of my survey is worker himself and the company, where he/she performs tasks. The main aim of my thesis is to assess, based on questionnaires, the strengths and the weaknesses related to job welfare and motivation. My primary intention is to present individual`s attitude towards the observed fields and motivational factors. As a conclusion I formulate my findings into recommendation proposals, that should lead into improvement of welfare in the company.

The main goal is to monitor employees' job satisfaction in terms of all levels of management with emphasis on issues of organizational change. Possible factors of dissatisfaction should result as a by-product from the analysis. Among the methods of investigation I applied questionnaire, workshop and interview with HR manager. In conclusion, the results of each method are summarized and according to the findings of dissatisfaction I suggested measures to improve the current situation in the company.

The diploma thesis deals with work motivation particularly in public sector. Success of every company unreels from achievement of its employees. If a company wants from their workers the best achievement, it must motivate them sufficiently. The goal of this diploma thesis is to find out, how it is with work motivation in public sector, which factors of motivation motivate public servants the most, and also if there is a difference in a structure of motivation between public and private sector employees. In the theoretical part, there are compared theories of motivation and factors of motivation which are typical for private and public sector. In the analytical part, there are evaluated the answers gained on the basis of questionnaires survey, carried out in the offices of public sector. The most important factors for public servants are described and compared with the motivation structure of private sector.

The practical part presents the company ČSAD Vsetín Inc. and analyses individual instruments of stimulation of employees which simultaneously compares with the accepted theory, clarifies advantages of chosen procedures, eventually suggests other solutions.

This master thesis in its first part covers basic topics essential for people management, especially communication, work motivation, job design and leadership. In the second part of this work is focus put on empiric research of a concrete situation inside the selected company, analyses of management interviews and employee questionnaires. The last part then presents a set of recommendations adjusted directly for the researched company in order to help improve current situation.
