Caracterización genética de la raza chato murciano

Herrero Medrano, Juan Manuel 17 July 2012 (has links)
Local breeds often are regarded as part of the cultural heritage of local and national communities. One of those breeds categorized as endangered on the List for Domestic Animal Diversity Information System (DAD‐IS, http://dad.fao.org/) is the Chato Murciano (CM) pig breed. The CM breed is autochthonous to the Region of Murcia (Spain). It has similar characteristics to other Spanish local breeds such as rusticity, high adaptation to the environment and low productivity compared with commercial porcine breeds.

No. of bitstreams: 1 Rejane Rodrigues de Oliveira.pdf: 1165758 bytes, checksum: c0b720fdb0abe126a99ef0251e11700e (MD5) Previous issue date: 2012-12-27 / Aiming at studying the structure of population and demography of Murciano-Granadina goat breed, 24,444 data on pedigree, from Asociación Nacional de Criadores de Caprino de Raza Murciano-Granadina – CAPRIGRAN, were analyzed. In order to set population structure the following population data were analyzed: complete generations; complete generation equivalent; effective number of founders (fe); effective number of ancestors (fa); inbreed coefficient (F-statistics) and average relatedness coefficient (AR). The conclusion was that the levels of genetic variability in the studied population of Murciano-Granadina goat breed were in satisfactory level, allowing its utilization in programs of genetic improvement and conservation of genetic resources. As for demographic census, quantitative data were studied regarding: number of males and females; medium generation intervals (GI); effective number (Ne). The conclusion was that low depth of pedigrees limits getting more precise parameters. Smaller herds presented sex rate under recommended and the medium GI observed (2.77 years) demonstrates that population is under intense improvement work that can compromise genetic variability in the future.

Dolores Salmerón Pérez, Maria January 2015 (has links)
The aim of this study is to measure and analyse the attitudes towards a linguisticvariety called murciano. This variety is a regional standard of Spanish, namely, theSpanish talked in Murcia, a city located in the South of Spain. There are two groups of informants in this study. The first group is composed of12 people from Murcia and the second group consists of 12 people who know thevariety of murciano but are not natives from the city of Murcia. The methodapplied is the indirect method matched guise. The informants listened to fourdifferent recordings of voices acting as either a Spanish speaking person or amurciano speaking person. Ten short questions related with the voices were askedto the informants, who gave their answers on a Likert attitude scale. The results show that the attitudes towards murciano and the standard Spanishdiffer in both groups of informants. The group of natives from Murcia show morepositive attitudes toward the variety murciano than the group of non-natives fromMurcia. However, when the results towards the variety murciano and the standardSpanish are compared with each other, it is the standard Spanish the one thatreceives more positive valuations. In addition, the observations show that thegroup of non-natives from Murcia are more critical and negative in their attitudestoward the different linguistic varieties than the group of natives from Murcia.

Gallego Hernández, Antonio January 2015 (has links)
Murciano is a non-standard variety that is spoken in Murcia, a region in the southeast of Spain. This study aims to investigate which are the attitudes toward the variety from the dimensions ofsolidarity and status. We will use two groups of informants. One integrated by 20 natives from Murcia who use thevariety, and the other by 16 non-spanish-natives that have never been in contact with murciano. The intention with the study is to investigate which attitudes both groups show towardmurciano and analyse the differences and similarities between them. We expect the natives toshow positive attitudes in the dimension of solidarity, and negatives in the dimension of status. We expect the non-natives to show the same kind of attidudes toward both varieties (thestandard-spanish and murciano) while they have never been in contact with the non-standardand therefore should not have the sociocultural background that help people to create negativeattitudes toward non-standard varieties. The chosen method is an indirect one, and the used technique is the matched-guise. Theinformants listen to two different voices talking two times each: one in standard-spanish andone in murciano. After they have listened to one voice in one variety they answer 10 differentquestions to measure their attitudes in the both dimensions we aim to investigate. The resultsare analysed from the gender and the education variables. The results show that the natives attitudes toward murciano are positives from the solidaritydimension but negatives from the status one, results that confirm the first hypothesis. However, the study shows that the non-natives also have negative attitudes toward the variety in the statusdimension but positive toward the standard-spanish, which means that the second hypothesiswas wrong, something that could have been caused by the fact that all non-natives had a higheducational-level. Other studies show that education is a factor that can have a bearing onhaving negative attitudes toward non-standard varieties.

Galián Jiménez, Miguel 06 July 2007 (has links)
The Chato Murciano pig is an autochthonous pig breed from the Region of Murcia which is in danger of extinction. The objective of this thesis was the study of the quality parameters for the carcass and the meat of the Chato Murciano, and its cross with the Iberian pig, in both indoor and outdoor farming. Two studies were designed for this purpose. The methods used were those necessary to take the following measurements in live animals and carcasses: live weight, hot and cold carcass weight, carcass yields, storage weight losses, morphometric parameters, weight of most valuable meat cuts and dorsal fat thicknesses. In addition, taking the Longissimus lumbar muscle as our reference, we tested for the following meat quality parameters: pH and colour, intramuscular fat percentage, drip losses, cooking losses, shear force, mineral composition and fatty acid profile in muscle and backfat.

Seva Llor, Ana Myrian 19 December 2011 (has links)
The Spanish nursing profession does not write any report widely to Alta Care Nurse after the patient's hospital care will allow for continuity of care. Since the Ministry of Health, Social Affairs and Equal submit the Quality Plan for the National Health System (2006) which framed the Medical Records project, various working groups have defined the reports of the Minimum Data Set, among which are included, the Nursing Care Report. We taking a random sample of nurses from hospitals for the nine health areas in the region of Murcia, discusses the scientific, technological capabilities, the level of knowledge and access to ongoing training with the nurses on the content of the discharge nurse. These data show that consolidation needs major theoretical and methodological most senior hospital nurses in the region of Murcia, in matters of NANDA diagnoses, interventions included in the NIC and measurement of nursing outcomes (NOC) to allow them to draft the Report of High Nursing.
