Varia??es gen?ticas no gene SNCA, respons?vel pela codifica??o da alfa-sinucle?na, foram bem estabelecidas atrav?s de estudos de linkage e GWAS. Estudos em todo o mundo encontraram associa??o positiva com polimorfismos de nucleot?deo ?nico (SNPs) no gene SNCA e o aumento do risco para DP. Al?m disto, varia??es no SNCA podem influenciar caracter?sticas ou fen?tipos da DP espor?dica. Este estudo teve como objetivo investigar associa??es entre os SNPs no gene SNCA e a sintomatologia motora e n?o-motora da DP em uma popula??o brasileira. 206 sujeitos (grupo DP= 105 e grupo controle= 101) participaram do estudo. Os pacientes com DP foram recrutados no ambulat?rio de neurologia do Hospital Onofre Lopes, na cidade de Natal (RN). Foram utilizados question?rios e escalas para avaliar o hist?rico de sa?de, fatores ambientais, aspectos motores (Hoehn & Yarh e Unified Parkinson?s Disease Rating Scale), funcionais (Schwab & England), cognitivos (Bateria de Avalia??o Frontal e Mini-Exame do Estado Mental) e emocionais (Invent?rio de Depress?o de Beck e Inventario de Ansiedade de Beck) dos participantes. Tamb?m foi coletada uma amostra de sangue para a realiza??o da extra??o do DNA e posterior genotipagem dos SNPs rs11931074, rs356219, rs2583988, rs2736990. Quanto a avalia??o cl?nica, o grupo DP apresentou comprometimento motor de moderado a severo associado a uma moderada redu??o da capacidade funcional. Os d?ficits cognitivos foram mais presentes nos sujeitos com baixa escolariza??o. Os sintomas depressivos e ansiosos foram evidenciados com maior frequ?ncia e gravidade no grupo DP. Os dados da genotipagem mostraram todos os SNP mais frequentes no grupo DP, e a associa??o dos SNPs rs356219, rs2583988, rs2736990 aumentando o risco para DP foi confirmada. Tamb?m foi encontrada uma associa??o dos alelos de risco com a DP de in?cio precoce. T-rs2583988, G-rs356219 e C-2736990 foram significativamente mais frequentes nos pacientes com altera??es cognitivas quando comparados aos controles com a mesma condi??o. Al?m disto, a presen?a de altera??es cognitivas foi mostrou-se um fator preditivo para a DP em um modelo de regress?o log?stica. Este estudo ? o primeiro a demonstrar a associa??o de polimorfismos no gene SNCA em uma popula??o da Am?rica do Sul. / Increasing evidence indicate that genetic susceptibility contributes to the etiology of sporadic Parkinson?s Disease (PD). Genetic variations in SNCA gene, which encodes alpha-synuclein protein, are already well established in linkage and GWAS studies. Worldwide studies have find positive association of single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in SNCA and the increase risk for PD. In addition, variants in SNCA can influence individual traits or phenotypes of sporadic PD. The present study investigated associations between SNPs in SNCA gene and motor and non-motor symptoms of PD in a Brazilian population. 206 subjects (PD group= 105 and Control group = 101) participated in this study. The patients with PD were recruited from the neurology clinic of Onofre Lopes University Hospital, in Natal (RN, Brazil). We used questionnaires and scales to evaluate the healthy history, environmental factors, motor (Hoehn & Yarh e Unified Parkinson?s Disease Rating Scale), functional (Schwab & England), cognitive (Frontal Assessment Battery and Mini Mental State Examination) and emotional (Beck Depression Inventory and Beck Anxiety Inventory) aspects of the subjects. We also collected a blood sample to DNA extraction and genotyping of SNPs rs11931074, rs356219, rs2583988 and rs2736990. Regarding clinical assessment, the PD group presented motor impairment associated to a moderate decrease of functional capacity. The cognitive impairments were more evident in individuals with low education. Depressive and anxiety symptoms had a higher frequency and severity in PD group. All SNPs were more frequent in PD patients (p<0.05), and the associations of SNPs rs2583988, rs356219 and rs2736990 with increased PD risk were confirmed. The G-rs356219 and C-rs2736990 alleles had a significant higher frequency in patients with early onset PD. T-rs2583988, G-rs356219 and C-2736990 risk alleles were significantly more frequent in PD patients with cognitive impairments than controls in this condition. Furthermore, the presence of cognitive impairment was a predictor for PD in a logistic regression model. This study demonstrated for the first time an association of SNCA polymorphisms and PD in a South-American sample.

Dentre essas pesquisas surgem as que tem como objetivo facilitar as aplica??es desses materiais, atrav?s de uma r?pida apura??o das suas propriedades mec?nicas sem a necessidade de procedimentos experimentais, sendo essa fator primacial na prepara??o de projetos. Assim surgiram os modelos micromec?nicos, que ganharam destaque devido a sua praticidade, como exemplo das equa??es da Regra das Misturas e das equa??es de Halpin-Tsai. Recentemente, novos modelos computacionais vem combinando modelos micromec?nicos e aperfei?oando-os para se ter a m?xima acur?cia, como por exemplo as redes neurais artificiais (RNAs). Com base nisso, este trabalho visa a cria??o de arquiteturas de RNAs capazes de modelar o m?dulo de cisalhamento (G12) e a tens?o ?ltima de tra??o longitudinal (Xt) de comp?sitos unidirecionais. Com as RNAs treinadas e testadas, essas v?o servir como ferramentas computacionais, semelhante a fun??es, em que fornecendo as entradas teremos uma sa?da desejada. Para isso, fez-se necess?rio uma coleta de dados da literatura, que foram divididos em um conjunto de treino e um conjunto de teste, para realiza??o da valida??o cruzada. Se desenvolveram sete tipos de arquiteturas diferentes, tr?s para o G12 e quatro para o Xt, na qual essas possuem entre duas, tr?s e quatro entradas. Dentre esses modelos tr?s deles s?o considerados modelos mistos, que combina valores da sa?da da RNA com os valores obtidos vindos de modelos micromec?nicos, como o modelo de Halpin-Tsai. Ap?s o treinamento das RNAs, foi realizada uma an?lise comparativa dos valores vindos da RNA e dos valores experimentais, e ainda an?lises quantitativas e qualitativas com base no modelo de compara??o (modelo de Halpin-Tsai e modelo da Regra das Misturas), apresentando maiores valores de coeficiente de correla??o e menores valores de erro quadr?tico m?dio. / The composite materials are a new highlight in the technological advancement, consequently leading to the development of new researches due to its growing demand in the most diverse areas. Among these researches, arise those that have the objective to facilitate the application of these materials, through a fast estimation of its mechanical properties, without the need for experimental procedures, with this being the main factor in the projects preparation. Thus the micromechanical models appeared, which gained importance due to its practicality, such as the Mix Rule and the Halpin-Tsai equations. Recently, new computational models are combining micromechanical models and perfecting them to obtain maximum accuracy, as for instance in the Artifical Neural Networks application. Therefore, this work aims to create an Artificial Neural Network (ANN) architecture capable of modeling the shear modulus and ultimate longitudinal stress of unidirectional composites. When the ANN?s are trained and tested, they will serve as computational tools, similar to functions, where an input is supplied to obtain a desired output. To achieve this goal, it was necessary a collection of data in literature, which were divided in a training group and a testing group, with the cross validation between them being performed. Seven different types of architectures were developed, three for the G12 and four for the Xt, each of these with two, three and four inputs. Among these models, three of them are considered mixed models, which combines values from the output of the ANN with values obtained from the micromechanical models, such as the Halpin-Tsai. After the ANN training, a comparative analysis was performed between the values from the ANN and the experimental values, with quantitative and qualitative analysis being performed with the Halpin-Tsai model as a base for comparison, presenting higher values for the correlation coefficient and smaller values for the root mean square error.

Free courses, schools, academies, ONGs and associations are still the institutions that make up more dancers in Brazil (STRAZZACAPPA, 2012), in this sense we consider necessary ongoing research that can discuss and contribute to the enhancement of these spaces. Therefore, this work is based methodologically on the phenomenological approach and more specifically in the analysis of situated phenomenon, with the constitutive field study a non-formal educational institution in the interior of Cear?, the Association Dance Cariri (ADC), existing since 2007, which has fueled various cultural activities in Cariri, south of this state. From this context, this research addresses a reflection on how the formation of hybrid teaching, proposed by the ADC, is contaminating local artists and modifying the subjects bodies and the Cariri dance environment through choreographic compositions, event increased dance, implementation of new spaces and research in dance, resulting therefore in a constitutive field relates to education, dissemination and development of dance in contemporary times.

A pesquisa ? te?rica-pr?tica e descreve alguns dos percursos e percal?os do processo criativo do experimento Desnude. / This research is about the body and the diaries and it uses the diary as a metaphor to meditate about body as record, desire and open totality. It studies the creative traffic between the writing of the self and the writing of the scene, understanding the first one as a product of the autobiographic writing and the second one as the composition of the whole scene. It understands the mutation of one language to the other as a process of translation and fictionalization of the artist?s memory, because of this it takes the idea of autofiction to the scene. The scene is investigated for its confessional aspect, assuming that it demands a denuding gesture by the creator artist. This denuding acts like the agent of the encounter with the spectator e makes the scene a special and potential place for promoting experience. This research is also practical and describes the journey of the experiment Desnude creative process.

Para este prop?sito, oito eletrodos foram inseridos cirurgicamente para a aquisi??o de sinais eletromiogr?ficos bilaterais dos m?sculos que controlam as vibrissas e uma c?nula foi implantada por meio de uma perfura??o no osso nasal para o registro do ciclo respirat?rio. Ap?s recupera??o e habitua??o, dois ratos (um implantado e outro de est?mulo) foram posicionados sobre duas plataformas separadas por uma fenda onde possibilitava a explora??o m?tua dos animais. Esses epis?dios foram filmados atrav?s de uma c?mera de alta velocidade (250 Hz) para a captura dos movimentos das vibrissas. As vocaliza??es ultrass?nicas foram detectadas por um microfone suspenso. N?s conduzimos an?lises de fase e frequ?ncia para validar os sinais registrados e caracterizar as a??es rec?procas entre esses ciclos em contextos sociais. Os resultados confirmaram que ambos o whisking e o sniffing ocorrem em turnos nas frequ?ncias teta durante explora??o social. Al?m disso, a esperada rela??o em anti-fase entre os sinais dos grupos musculares que controlam a protra??o e retra??o das vibrissas assim como a forte sincronia com o ciclo respirat?rio foram observadas. Interessantemente, nossos dados sugerem que esta sincronia ? imediatamente dissipada durante a emiss?o de vocaliza??es ultrass?nicas. Em vez disso, n?s presenciamos um novo comportamento de whisking, que consiste em retra??o e protra??o ativas e independentes do ciclo respirat?rio. / When actively exploring the environment, rats exhibit several rhythmic behaviors with frequencies in the theta range (5-10 Hz). These include sniffing (active fast respiration), whisking (movement of the facial vibrissae), and ultrasonic vocalizations. Synchronizations between each pair of these behaviors have been observed in recent studies: vibrissae protraction-retraction is linked to the inhalation-exhalation phase of breathing; constriction of the vocal folds for vocalization, in turn, is locked to the exhalation phase of sniffing; accordingly, vocalizations were observed to synchronize with the retraction phase of whisking. These and other observations point to an interaction of rhythm and pattern generators in the brainstem controlling the coordination of respiratory, oral and facial movements. To better understand the hierarchies among these circuits we simultaneously recorded sniffing, whisking and vocalizations from rats during free social exploration. For this purpose, eight electrodes were inserted surgically to acquire bilateral EMG signals from muscles controlling the protraction and retraction of the whiskers and a cannula was implanted through the nasal bone to record the respiratory cycle. After one week of recovery and habituation, two rats (one implanted and one naive) were placed across a gap where they could explore each other. These interactions were filmed with a high speed camera (250 Hz) to capture whisker movements and ultrasonic vocalizations were recorded from an overhanging microphone. We made frequency and phase analysis to validate the recorded signals and characterize the interplay between these sensorimotor rhythms. Results confirmed that both sniffing and whisking occur in bouts at theta frequencies during social exploration. Furthermore, we observed the expected anti-phase relationship between the EMGs from muscles controlling whisker protraction and retraction as well as their tight synchrony with the sniffing cycle. Interestingly, our data suggests that this synchrony is immediately lost during the emission of ultrasonic vocalizations. Instead, we observed a novel whisking behavior, consisting of active vibrissae protraction and retraction independent of the respiratory cycle.

Considerado como um problema de sa?de p?blica, com taxa de incid?ncia em progress?o, em vigil?ncia por uma equipe multidisciplinar, incumbindo ao enfermeiro exercer o cuidado desenvolvendo seu processo de trabalho nos n?veis de aten??o ? sa?de considerando essa realidade. Objetivou-se analisar o processo de trabalho do profissional enfermeiro no atendimento as pessoas vivendo com HIV/Aids (PVHA) na estrat?gia sa?de da fam?lia (ESF) do munic?pio de Parnamirim/RN. Trata-se de um estudo explorat?rio, descritivo de abordagem qualitativa do tipo estudo de caso realizado na Estrat?gia Sa?de da Fam?lia do munic?pio de Parnamirim, onde se coletou os dados com 33 enfermeiros que trabalham no referido servi?o atrav?s de entrevista semiestruturada. Utilizou-se o m?todo de an?lise de conte?do de Bardin e o projeto obteve aprova??o do Comit? de ?tica e Pesquisas da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte sob o parecer n? 1.442.712 e CAAE: 51842215.1.0000.5537. Atrav?s dos resultados evidenciou-se a caracteriza??o da popula??o entrevistada com o seguinte perfil: a maioria do sexo feminino (87,8%), adultos jovens - 20 e 40 anos (72,7%), com p?s- gradua??o (78,8%) e um v?nculo de trabalho (75,7%). O processo de trabalho que sobressai ? o assistir/intervir, com nuances do ensinar/aprender e do gerenciar e aus?ncia do investigar. No que diz respeito ao cuidado a PVHA, as a??es realizadas se voltam para a promo??o (palestras na Unidade B?sica de Sa?de (UBS), sala de espera e o programa sa?de na escola), preven??o (entrega de camisinha) e diagn?stico (realiza??o dos testes r?pidos para s?filis e HIV). O processo aponta para a necessidade de direcionamento em rela??o ? horizontalidade das rela??es com a orienta??o de um projeto interdisciplinar que vislumbre a perspectiva de rede de aten??o ? sa?de. As principais possibilidades para forma??o de rede de aten??o apreendidas diante da realidade de Parnamirim ? a exist?ncia no territ?rio do pr?prio munic?pio do Servi?o de Aten??o Especializada, disponibiliza??o do teste r?pido nas UBS e a exist?ncia comunica??o entre os servi?os existentes. Em contrapartida, a dificuldade com a infraestrura para momentos de educa??o em sa?de, o desconhecimento parcial das PVHA na ?rea de atua??o da ESF, a rotatividade dos profissionais na ESF, o sigilo, a operacionaliza??o do sistema de refer?ncia e contrarrefer?ncia e aus?ncia de treinamento para cuidar da PVHA s?o fatores que fragilizam o atendimento integral e horizontal ao p?blico enfocado. A pesquisa considera fragilidades e possibilidades sobre o cuidado a PVHA no ?mbito da aten??o b?sica, principalmente no que concerne ao atendimento integral e reconhece que ainda suscita reflex?es sobre o atendimento a essa popula??o ap?s o diagn?stico como forma de melhorar o acesso das PVHA nos espa?os de atendimento existentes. / Care for the person living with the human immunodeficiency virus or the Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome is a specificity considering that it is a complex object of care that requires multiple knowledge, due to the involvement of issues that go beyond clinical knowledge and advance to the Social and affective demands. Considered as a public health problem, with an incidence rate in progression, in surveillance by a multidisciplinary team, it is incumbent on nurses to exercise care by developing their work process in health care levels considering this reality. The aim of this study was to analyze the work process of the nurse practitioner in the care of people living with HIV / AIDS (PLHA) in the family health strategy (FHS) of the city of Parnamirim / RN. This is an exploratory, descriptive study of a qualitative approach of the case study type carried out in the Family Health Strategy of the city of Parnamirim, where data were collected with 33 nurses working in the referred service through a semi-structured interview. The Bardin content analysis method was used and the project was approved by the Ethics and Research Committee of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte under opinion no. 1,442,712 and CAAE: 51842215.1.0000.5537. The results of this study were: the majority of females (87.8%), young adults - 20 and 40 years old (72.7%), and postgraduate students (78.8% %) And a work bond (75.7%). The working process that stands out is watching / intervening, with teaching / learning and managing nuances and absence of investigating. With regard to PLHA care, the actions taken are focused on promotion (lectures at the Basic Health Unit (UBS), waiting room and the health program at the school), prevention (delivery of condoms) and diagnosis Rapid tests for syphilis and HIV). The process points to the necessity of directing in relation to the horizontality of the relations with the orientation of an interdisciplinary project that glimpses the perspective of health care network. The main possibilities for forming a network of attention seized in the face of the reality of Parnamirim is the existence in the territory of the municipality of the Specialized Attention Service, availability of the rapid test in the UBS and the existence of communication between existing services. On the other hand, the difficulty with the infrastructures for health education moments, the partial lack of knowledge of the PLHA in the area of action of the ESF, the rotation of the professionals in the ESF, the confidentiality, the operationalization of the reference system and counterreference, and the absence of training for Taking care of PLHA are factors that weaken the integral and horizontal care to the focused public. The research considers weaknesses and possibilities regarding PLHA care in basic health care, especially regarding integral care and recognizes that it still raises questions about the care to this population after the diagnosis as a way to improve the access of PLHA in the spaces of Existing services.

The discussion focuses on the possibility of working this proposition in schools in an experiment developed in a public school with children aged 10 to 11 to age. It is thus a qualitative study that combines the narrative of teaching history, literature and the case study. The work is aimed at reflecting the composition in school dance from Dance Coral labaniana as a possibility to experience a dance that is collective and is built in share modes of dance of each student. Furthermore, the research presents a theoretical and practical substrate for now allowing preliminary notes on the relationships woven between the poetics of Coral Dance learning and how it provides a focal sharpening process dance perceptions, process activated by the playfulness, the improvisation directed by interbody dialogue, contributing to an initial awareness of memory in dance, even with all the challenges of the school context in its dynamism, expanding perceptions and repertoires in an educational and artistic process, involving the individual and social dimensions. From the research, we found that the Coral Dance has proven effective in a sensitive and creative contact with dance at school.

UFRN. This is a qualitative research, using the methods and techniques of the case study as participant observation, interviews, questionnaires and analysis of documents and records (photographic and cinematographic), that aimed at reflecting how this laboratory contributes to the formation of Theatre teacher at this university, which educational activities develops and what challenges facing. For the construction of this analysis, the research dialogues with authors like Pamela Howard (2009) and Mickinney and Butterworth (2009), about the discussion of scenography and its transformations in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, besides Ara?jo (2005), Freire (2005), Leite (1996), Salles (2012) and Alves (2006) in the debate about scenography teaching and teachers training. Therefore, through this research, we seek to spread and expand discussions on the pedagogical aspects of scenography teaching beyond the technical aspects in the field of Theatre Pedagogy.

The research makes reference to the memoirs of the author-researcher, Sebasti?o Silva, about the game Boi de Reis in the community S?tio de Santa Cruz, in Vera Cruz city/RN. The metaphor of the construction of the scenic body is already poetry, an art exercise. It is from that perspective that occurs the metaphor of the construction of the body brincante ?Z? de Moura? as pedagogy of the scene. It was chosen a snip about the body of brincante that assumed for many years the character Mateus in the game Boi de Reis. The research passes through the memoirs of a people, brincantes of the Boi de Reis and the researcher as the one that infected themselves with the magic of the game. It is anchored in the ritual process (TURNER, 1974), from the concepts of beginning time, structure and anti-structure and precisely in the memoir as recreation of the lived (LEONARDELLI, 2008).
