Dějiny panství Chroustovice / History of the Chroustovice Manor

Schejbalová, Tereza January 2018 (has links)
I focused on the general view of the manor in my thesis. Chroustovice wasn't an important manor. Due to this fact, it has never been written the work of a similar character. This thesis is personal to me because I have spent my life in Chroustovice. In the thesis I described historical, artistic, economical, social and ecclesial development of the manor. I described the changing of the owners of the manor. I tried to map trade with the surrounding villages and their belonging with the manor. I focused on the building of Chroustovice manorhouse, which was the centre of the manor, and it still dominates the village. I tried to collected the fate of the most prominent local natives. I tried to synthesize sources and literature. I enriched my thesis with rumors and stories that are still circulating in the region until today.

Počítačem podporované zpracování pozemkových úprav / Working out of land adjustment supported by computers

VONDRÁKOVÁ, Eva January 2008 (has links)
The target of my diploma thesis is to introduce a few particular programs, which enable the handling with land arrangement, furthermore is pointed out the comparison of their functionalities and their availability. The next substantial intention is to introduce the most appropriate procedures used for the projection of land arrangement. Last but not least, in this diploma thesis are described following programs: POZEM 7.95, TopoL 4.08, UR {--} Roupec 3.0, Printing manager for PC FAND 2.5 and Information KN 6.0. Here are also included and processed the basic theoretical knowledge about land arrangement, its historical development and furthermore the process of land arrangement with regard to the valid legislation. The graphical outputs from the particular programs, which are a part of the land arrangement proposal according to a legislation 122/2007, are attached. The outputs are several maps from the concrete land arrangement. As the optimal variation for the processing with the land arrangement I would recommend to use the program POZEM. This program is especially used at the land office as well as at the project offices, is regularly updated, has sufficient technical support and the form .dgn is commonly known. With regard to the fact, that the evidence of real estate register operates with a form .vfk, I would strongly recommend to use the program POZEM, because the programs Topol and UR-Roupec are not able to automatically convert any data in the form .vfk.

Konsekvenser för privata skogsägare vid registrerad nyckelbiotop : Ekonomiska och äganderättsliga aspekter / Consequenses for private forest owners at registered key biotope : An economic and ownership perspective

Karlsson, Lovisa, Persson, Fredrik January 2018 (has links)
The Swedish Forest Agency’s inventory and registration of “nyckelbiotoper”, key biotopes, is a current topic which affects many forest owners in Sweden. A key biotope is an area which has been identified for having a very high natural valuation in endangered and at-risk species, it also has the required habitat for regenerating endangered species and is therefore important to protect. Key biotopes are missing formal protection that differs from other areas which are already protected by Swedish law with legitimate compensation for land owners. The identification and registration of key biotopes can cause economic consequences as well as having a perceived effect on the forest owner’s ownership. To reach one of the Swedish governments environmental quality objectives, the Swedish Forest Agency has been assigned increased resources to undertake and operate a new national inventory and registration of these key biotopes. This essay discusses the consequences that can emerge for forest owners when a key biotope is registered from an economic and ownership perspective. Modern-day forestry methods have an impact on the ability to protect areas with high natural importance which former research already illustrates. The purpose of this essay is to broaden the understanding about private forest owners appreciated value of key biotope areas and in turn simplify the valuation, conveyance and land parcelling of these areas. The long-term ambition of this work is to build knowledge which will result in the sustainable development of biodiversity across Sweden. To investigate and answer the subject, a methodical approach in the shape of a survey directed to private forest owners and interviews with experts in the field have been used. The results show that private forest owners experience consequences on ownership and economical value when an area is registered as a key biotope. Most find that their ownership is affected no matter the size of the felt infringement and that compensation should be paid out for this.

Exploring the perceptions and value of the Field Study Programme for small business owners on their human capital development

Oliver, Abraham Johannes January 2016 (has links)
Magister Artium (Development Studies) - MA(DVS) / The South African government is promoting Small, Micro- and Medium-Scale Enterprises (SMMEs) as a key strategy for job creation, economic growth for poverty alleviation and a reduction in inequalities. The sustainable development of small businesses is therefore seen as the antidote for high levels of unemployment and poverty alleviation. Academics and policy makers agree that entrepreneurs, and the new businesses they establish, play a critical role in the development and well-being of their societies. If South Africa is to overcome its pressing challenges of unemployment and poverty, it urgently needs to become a more entrepreneurial society. The Field Study Programme (FSP) initiated by the Tertiary School in Business Administration (TSiBA) in South Africa, and the Northeastern University (NU) in Boston, United States of America, aims to guide and support small business owners. The goal of the FSP was, therefore, to support small business owners to improve their understanding of managing their small business and their competency in finding innovative solutions to their current market challenges. Since the inception of the FSP at TSiBA in 2008, very little research has been undertaken to understand the value and benefits of the FSP from the perspective of community small business owners over the past seven (7) years. This study explored the perceptions and experiences of small business owners and the value of the FSP towards their small business venture to assist business schools and higher education institutions to execute FSP’s with greater success and impact. In terms of the FSP, local and international business students acted as ‘consultants’ applying their respective academic knowledge and skills to assist small business owners to adapt their business model to sustain their livelihoods. The major purpose of the FSP was for students to consult with participants regarding their needs or challenges and to transform their needs and challenges through practical intervention towards meaningful and sustainable solutions which are mutually beneficial for all parties involved. The FSP attempted to demonstrate how a joint service-learning and social entrepreneurship approach could contribute to improving the human capital of small business owners. The study applied a qualitative research approach to explore the experiences and perceptions of small business owners who participated in the FSP. Purposive sampling was used to acquire information from small business owners. In this study twenty (20), participants were chosen on the basis that they had run their own small businesses at the time of being selected for the FSP for more than 6-12 months. The FSP was conducted over a seven-month period from February 2014 to August 2014. The qualitative research instruments for this study were pre- and post-interviews with individuals and focus-group discussions. Tape recorded data was transcribed verbatim for each pre-and post-interview with individuals and focus group discussions. The researcher analysed the transcripts using thematic analysis. The study highlighted the following findings: A majority of participants reported a positive experience and satisfaction with their participation in the FSP. Most of the participants felt that the solutions presented had contributed to addressing their challenges and influenced the ongoing operations of their small business venture. It was perceived that a combined service-learning and social entrepreneurship approach to FSP could improve community outreach programs. Despite the positive feedback, more must be done to incorporate black small-businesses into the main economy. A further recommendation is that a more integrated approach is needed between small business owners and students to join forces and provide solutions and relevant skills-training once the FSP has been completed.
