This diploma thesis deals with the establishment of a business entity, and at the same time provides an insight and methodology of the process of compiling a business plan and its application in everyday practice. At the very beginning of the work are characterized individual terms from the business environment and literature background. The following part of the diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the business environment in which the newly established entity will do business. In the very conclusion, on the basis of analyses and findings, individual proposals and recommendations are set for how to compile a business plan.

The subject of the thesis is to create a Business Plan for the establishment of a fitness center in Brno. The first part defines the theoretical background that characterizes the business environment in the Czech Republic and which gives us the basis for processing the analytical part. The final part includes project, which should increase the overal performance of the company.

This master thesis deals with the evaluation of the information system of the company REDA a.s.. To assess the state of the information system and organization in general, several analyzes and models are used, which reveal possible shortcomings. The final part of this work tries to correct these shortcomings, when suitable measures are proposed, which leads to the improvement of the company's information system and overall operations.

The main aim of Diploma Thesis is management system analysis and sugestion of chosen company, according to a management functions. Strategic analysis is a part of company analysis. It includes the proposals and recommendations of management system which gives a support for a company position at the market and helps to improve company economic result.
